This save file uses all EP’s, GP’s (not Journey to Batuu), SP’s and most of the kits (Country Kitchen, Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Retro Fit, Industrial loft, Moonlight Chic, Little Campers, Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter, Bathroom Clutter, Simtimates Collection, First Fits and Desert Luxe).
What’s new in this update?:
San Sequoia has been completely redone, added multiple new lots, updated other lots and provided make-overs for the households.
All households that are currently living in the different worlds have set sim characteristics and conversation topic prefrences.
Added new households.
Updated existing community lots with objects for infants like changing tables and toys (where it would make sense to have them, so not in night clubs and such). Added infants to some of the households.
Added splash pad items to some of the pool lots.
Changed up some of the older lots (example Boba Tea shop in Copperdale, ice cream shop in Brindleton Bay).

Finished worlds: Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Forgotten Hollow, Brindleton Bay, Del Sol Valley, StrangerVille, Glimmerbrook, Sulani, Britechester , Evergreen Harbor, Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale and San Sequoia (NEW!).
Finished vacation worlds: Granite Falls and Selvadorada.
Finihed other lots: Hospital, Science Lab and the Police Station.
To be updated: the Magic Realm, will either be included in a future update or on the gallery (OriginID: fleuralia)
What do you get with this save?:
For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exceptions: I have added the official builds for the releases of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley and the Dream Home Decorator GP by Deligracy to this save, since I thought they deserved a spot. These two are therefore not my own creations, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley and Deligracy. Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale and San Sequoia lots are largely created by GameChangers. Most lots have gotten small updates, others are completely new builds by me.
All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household. All the townies in the different worlds have a story, some include sentiments and adjusted relationships to the story.
Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).
I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.
Other details:
As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except Journey to Batuu and some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can still download and play in it.
I disabled the autonomous fame gain and neigborhood action plan voting/environmental changes, you enable them again in the pack settings menu.
I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.
Sadly every game update comes with a lot of bugs. I suggest before reporting problems in the save to me, to check on forums if its related to a general bug/glitch or to mods (if you use them).

Download the save file from the link below.
Drag it in your saves folder under: PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves.
Change the numbers if you already have a save with the same name.
It should now show up in your game as: Fleuralia Save Version 6.0.

Elita: Kira knew that Kane had no intention of paying a single dime to the Moriarty’s, and right now he was stalling. Azura could have killed all 3 of them, sure she’d have ended up with a few bullet holes in her but that was no issue to her. The only thing stopping her was that Kane might have gotten shot, and if he did, Kane might die. Azura protects her things, and she felt Kane was one of her things.
Johnson: It's your basics you know, protection money, drug compensation fees because you’re selling here, because that shit on the desk ain’t “sweetner” also your repayment for the destroyed safe house. Of course, we take cash and a representative will around at the end of every calendar month to collect the money. Satisfied?

Kane: Ok, protection money, well, I don’t need additional protection. I got all the protection I need right here. My girls are very protective of me and my club, right sweetness?
Azura: You don’t want to hurt my Kaneykins. That would not go very well for you. It would be very much fun for me, but not for you. I can promise that you will die with a smile on your face though. It’ll be a beautiful death.
Kane: There you see, I really have nothing to fear. Plus I have a doorman. A rather fearsome looking bastard from the Old Country who can handle pretty much anything. As for the drug thing, I’m not selling the same product as you. I got something better and a very good chemist who works hard. He’s very dedicated to his work, oh and finally, the bunker thing. I suggest you call round to (house no??) Willow Creek, and visit my aunt and uncle about the destroyed bunker. My aunt being her twin sister of course. Maybe they will pay for the bunker instead?
Elita: That’s right. With no fucks given Kane threw his pregnant aunt, and his uncle under the bus of organised crime.
Johnson *to one of his goons*: Text that address to the boss, now. If they don’t pay, I’m coming back to kill her. *he points at Kira*
Kane: She hasn’t had sex in a year, it’d be a mercy kill for her.

Johnson: So right now, *he sighs* I feel like I’m wastin’ my time here. Do you feel like you’re wasting your time here boys?

Legacy of the Girls - Part 7

When the girls got home from the Festival of Snow it was snowing! How fitting. Winter is officially here in willow Creek and the neighbourhood looks amazing.
Winter's off to work at the hospital as usual.
And Solar's back to grading papers. She does this on her own, by the way. I don't ask her to do it. She must like her job.
Loren and Radley can't seem to get along. So I'm trying to get them to mend their differences.
Radley: I dunno Loren, maybe if you eat more veggies your body wouldn't be the hot mess that it is. That's just my advice, take it or leave it.
Loren: ... Girl, I came over here to talk about rainbows.
Radley: Take it or leave it!
Radley: Hey Solar, did you know that coral bleaching is happening in the Great Barrier Reef because you use too much electricity?
Solar: I thought that was because of climate change?
Radley: Electricity is a contributing factor!
Radley: The earth is getting warmer and it's messing up all our ocean ecosystems. You're a child of the ocean, this applies to you too.
Solar: Can I please get back to fixing the coffee machine now? I need coffee...
So I thought it was high time I put some work into Loren's aspirations as well. She's a serial romantic so it's important she gets out there and meets a lot of people. Today I've taken her to the gym - just to see if she clicks with anyone. This is how people meet these days - or maybe it's just me who constantly gets harassed at gyms?
Oh great, the local werewolf pack is here too. Charming.
Wolf Teen: Girl, you are fire! Hot damn!
Loren: Oh right, I know what you are. So you're like some kind of alien, right?
Wolf Teen: What? No... I'm a werewolf... look at me...
Loren: Right...
She could not be wearing a more inappropriate outfit for working out. That's on me. But damn she look cute!
There was a lot happening at the gym. A lot of people checking each other out. Loren wasn't really biting for any of them though. And that's okay! I thought the guy with the glasses was cute, but I try to make sure my Sims actually like the people they fall for.
And then she saw this piece of work with the ugly mohawk and she liked him. Well, if that's what your cup of tea looks like Loren - then sure!
Loren: Ugh, nobody cares. Go howl somewhere else.
So the next day Loren asked this guy she liked from the gym out on a date. I can't remember what his name is - it's really long and complicated to say. Anyway, we've gone to Club Calico for the evening.
Once again, this place is really pretty. Well done Sims4 developers. well done.
The date was going really well.
Until they ran off somewhere and I realized wicked whims had taken control of our lives again.
In public this time! Classy.
That poor old lady did not come to the country club to see that. The women at bridge will be hearing about this.
Anyway, while they were busy I found some pigeons while I was exploring! Pigeons! <3
Oh look, they've changed spots! I guess they wanted to do it where there was a nicer view. Ya know? Gotta make sure you've got something to look at while your hands are busy I guess.
Back at the lot, I got Molly a guitar. It's hers. I put it in her room specifically for her. She sucks. She sucks so bad! But once she gets better I'm sure she'll be amazing.
This is because she's a music lover and she wanted an instrument.
That's Don Lothario in the hat there. He's actually a really good family friend of like everyone in the household. He's never tried anything with any of the girls and comes over all the time.
Honestly, I haven't checked what his orientation is yet but at this point I don't think I need to.
Oh, he just walked away from her in the middle of a conversation. Awe, sorry Molly. I guess all that computer talk was boring him?
Is she? Is she about to snap?
No one walks away from Molly Rozee! *rage*
This other guy with the mohawk playing chess with Loren is called Makoa - he's also another really good friend of the family. I think he might even be Loren's best friend? They hang out a lot. Super platonic. I think he's married actually. Once again, he's never hit on any of the girls.
I love that they can have relationships like that too :3

Dee's success has not gone unnoticed -
The ladies of the Willow Creek Country Club have been keeping close tabs on her achievements and unanimously agreed to send her an invitation to the club. Dee was so humbled to receive the call. The Willow Creek Country Club has a reputation of fostering the growth of ambitious young women to achieve their highest potential.
Current members include (clockwise from top left) Gwendolyn Huntington (mother of J Huntington III, Heiress), Alice Lewis (curator of Willow Creek Museum and Gallery), Nancy Landgraab (CFO of Landgraab Industries), Eliza Scott (previously Eliza Pancakes, Head of the Department of Education), Clara Bjergsen (Celebrity Chef and Restaurateur), Bella Goth (Deputy Director of S.I.M.S), Summer Huntington (previously Summer Holiday, Heiress) and Alex Huntington (previously Alex Moyer, Simstagram Influencer - not pictured).
[I didn't plan them inviting her at all, but I'm loving this arc for Dee. She needs some strong and powerful women to mentor her. But the Country Club is not all as it seems. These ladies are the matriarchs of some very important and influential families and aren't to be underestimated. They are pioneers of manipulation and deception, ruthless and cold hearted. Hopefully, Dee can hold her own and she won't get eaten alive.]

The caw of the rooster woke you every morning.
You didn’t have the luxury of an alarm clock, the blaring red numbers and constant blaring every five seconds being replaced with the trickle of the sunrise through your dainty lace curtains, the weight of your dog Harley jumping on your legs.
You didn’t mind.
It was a nice change from the sound of the bustling streets, the yelling of people down below mixed with the consistent sirens.
You loved your little apartment in the city, your roommate always providing you with comfort and kind words with a side of her jasmine tea.
But you had missed home.
You missed breathing in fresh, clean air, the soft breeze that would sway through the willow trees by the creek. You missed the feeling of the warm sunlight beating on you as you sat in the pasture with the cows, often sketching them while your father would yell at you to feed them, not just give them therapy sessions.
You could already hear their mooing from by the barn, causing you to sit up with a stretch, a yawn escaping your lips as you scrambled out from under the sheets.
An extra pep was in your step as you scurried down the hall to the washroom, brushing your teeth and washing your face in record time.
Today was the day.
You braided your hair in little pigtails, wrapping little pink bows to finish them off, smiling at your reflection in the mirror.
Today, you'd be seeing Mr. Parker again. Mr. Parker was your neighbour, the owner of the ranch right next to your farm. Your father had introduced him to you the second you had hauled in your suitcases in the door for the summer, and you nearly had fallen to your knees right then and there.
He was a living Adonis, his boyish smile making your face heat more than the stale summer heat outside.
I offered you up to help Mr.Parker this summer Y/N. His boys left the ranch to settle in the city before their first year at University.
Now typically, you hated when your father did this. This, little thing where he’d offer you around to the villagers like carol songs on Christmas, announcing that’d you'd be helping them with chores, without charge.
Of course, you couldn't just say no- being rude was not in your nature. But it irked you to no end when you’d have to scrub Mrs. Dorris's endless pile of dishes, or when you were forced to shovel manure on Mr. Hill’s barn with a smile plastered on your face.
But this wasn't Mrs. Dorris, and sure as hell wasn't Mr. Hill. This was Mr. Parker.
I’ll go easy on ya darlin. he had said with a wink, when the look of surprise was stunned upon your face at your father's words. Your heart had fluttered, hands went clammy as your fidgeted with your sundress. The thought of him and the words that rolled off his tongue had you smiling, a blush staining your cheeks as you ran back to your bedroom, slipping on the prettiest shirt you owned, and a pair of jeans that hugged your curves like a glove.
A basket filled with fresh berries and slices of homemade bread you had prepared last night was wrapped in flannel linen as you kissed your father on the cheek, and rushed out the door.

“Come in!” the husky voice called in response to your soft knocking on the oak door, sending shivers down your spine as you creaked it open, peeping your head inside. The sight had you nearly falling to your knees, the basket near slipping from your fingers.
You had walked in on him buttoning up the last of his white dress shirt, his beautiful, calloused hands adjusting the silver watch at his wrist. There was no ring on his finger, you noted.
Part of you hated yourself for feeling a wave of relief and happiness wash over you at the bareness of his hands, the other side encouraged it.
It was agony, wanting this man. You knew deep down, it probably wasn't right, him being a little younger than your father. Yet you couldn't stop the feelings you felt, no matter how much you tried to repress them back down. They bubbled to the surface, with every smile he gave you, with every word that spilled from his lips.
“Hello, love.” he smiled, bringing your attention up to his soft, brown eyes, the sunlight shining on them, turning them caramel.
“Hello sir.” you smiled softly placing the basket of goodies on the table, clasping your hands together. As if your inner conscious knew if you didn't, you'd reach out to touch the living artwork of the man, running your fingers down the planes of his shoulders, across his sharp jawline, through the strands of his silky hair from under that damn hat…
“Are those for me darlin’?” he asked, tugging you out of your daydream. “They're from Daddy's bushes outback… I picked some yesterday. The bread I made last night.” you blushed, watching as he popped a raspberry in his mouth.
Juices stained his fingers, in which you watched him suck them clean, his eyes boring into yours the entire time, gaze mischievous.
You gulped.
“You shouldn't have love. You’re too sweet.” he winked, rolling up his sleeves to his elbows as he brushed past your frame. “You give little treats to everyone darlin?” he asked, eyebrow raised as he held the door open, nudging for you to step back outside with him.
You obeyed.
“Only the ones I like.” you teased, earning a laugh from him. It was your new favourite sound, you decided, as light and airy as the birds who chirped from the branches of his oak trees.
“I’m honoured, sweetheart.”

Mr. Parker stood true to his word, of course. He did go easy on you.
Not once did you lift a finger, as much as you offered to. He just shooed you off with a smile, saying today was an “introduction day”.
You were given a tour of his property, its beautiful pasture and meadows appearing like a painting in your mind. You couldn't help but smile as you watched some horses gallop in the meadow, their manes blowing in the gentle breeze as the grass swayed. It was stunning here. All seven hundred acres of it.
From the little apple trees that bloomed white in the spring to the creek that stretched to the back of his property, you never wanted to leave here. Especially if Mr. Parker would be here.
The day was drawing near, the afternoon heat diminishing as he took you around his barn, showing you all the horses that nicked in their stalls. You’ll mostly be helping out here, if that's alright darlin. Just keeping them fed, watered, clean and maybe even on some rides while I get stuff done out back. He had told you as you scratched a pinto mare's forehead lovingly, laughing as he snorted at you.
“I saved the best for last.” he teased, leading you to very last stall. A gorgeous chestnut mare poked its head out from the opening, it’s doe eyes wide as it took you in.
“This is Layla. She’s truly something.” Sure enough, a golden plate with Layla was underneath her long neck, glimmering brightly as the sunlight trickled through the open doors. “She's beautiful.” you gasped, placing your hand out for her to sniff.
“Layla’s the first horse I ever bought. Don't let her age fool you though, she runs as fast as the greens our back.” he joked, scratching her neck gently. “She seems very friendly.” you nodded, your heart seeming to triple three sizes as she nudged Peter's body, as if to say- more attention on me please!
“Oh she's a sweetheart. She's my good girl, aren't you Layla? Such a good girl.” he cooed, patting her neck.
The barn suddenly became hot, the sticky afternoon heat reappearing as your cheeks flushed. Such a good girl.
Those four words alone had you keening, causing you to chew on your cheek as you clenched your thighs together, kicking little pebbles as a means to calm down.
Those words weren't sexual. They were not intended for you. So why did it feel like it was?

The idea of his soft embrace and charming smile sent your feet running down the driveway, down the road and to his house. You prayed the offer still kept. You had worked for Peter nearly every day this summer, and when you didn't work, you still often dropped by to give him little treats and pastries.
It was too late to second guess yourself any longer as you clambered over the closed gate, lock and chains jangling as you jumped down. Cursing yourself for wearing a little lace nightgown, you made your way down the long driveway.
There was dim lighting from behind his curtains, and you were thankful he wasn't asleep. The guilt that would wash over you if he was would never leave. You made your way up the front porch steps, rattling on his door quietly, The curtains shuffled as he made his way to the door, creaking it open slowly.
“Y/N? Darlin are you okay?” he asked gently, a look of concern on his face as he shooed you in. “I know its late, Mr. Parker sir but I just…”
You burst out into tears, hands covering your face as you cried. You felt his large frame wrap around you in a comforting embrace, swaying you side to side in his arms.
“Shhh, shh its okay love. Just let it out, atta girl.” he cooed softly, stroking your hair in a soothing manner as you gripped his shirt like your life depended on it.

His voice was so rich, so smooth and dreamy you never wanted him to stop talking. Each word was a note from a symphony, blending together in perfect harmony. You trusted him. More than anything, you trusted him. Which is why you told him everything.
“Dad was drinking again and he- he started getting mad again. Throwing stuff and yellin, blaming me for things I- I have no control over.” you sniffled, his palm cupping your cheek as he whipped your stray tear with his thumb.
“Oh honey I’m so sorry. That's not very nice of him is it?” You shook your head. “He’s being so cruel to you angel. But I’m so proud of you for coming over, you did the right thing.” he whispered, kissing your forehead tenderly.
You felt your heart thud madly in your chest, its beat in sync with the cantering stallions in the barnyard. His skin smelt of oak as he drew you even closer to him, sliding your body across his lap. There was nearly no space between the two of you now, but you didn't care.
Peter was here now.
He’d take care of you.
“He’s always telling me mean things, it makes me cry. I don't like to cry very much Mr. Parker.” you whispered, the throbbing in your core becoming more prominent as he began to bounce his knee.

Half Haven ~ The Sims 4 save file

I have been working on this save file for few months now and while it is not ready to be published I felt that I needed to let it out there for you to see.

This save file uses all expansion packs (up today, Sept 15 2021)
All game packs except Journey to Batuu and all stuffpacks (even the infamous My First Pet stuff 😏).
And the following kits: Country Kitchen
What will you get with this save file?
- All lots have either been rebuilt or renovated, they are either created by me or Maxis themselves
- Mt. Komorebi and Henford-on-Bagley homes created by the gamechangers have been renovated or left untouched
- All maxis townies have gotten makeovers, some might have changed households or changed their relationship statuses
- I have also added few townies made by me into the mix
- I have changed, added & removed community lots
- I have added a rental lot or few
- Get Together clubs will be changed, adjusted
- Strangerville story is untouched; up to you if you want to playthrough it or not. And thus the secret lab is still a secret and not touched.
Other information:
- If you download this save file without owning some of the packs that I have listed, the game will either delete or replace the items in question ❗

This save file uses all EP’s, GP’s (not Journey to Batuu), SP’s and some of the kits (Country Kitchen, Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Retro Fit and Industrial loft kits).
What’s new in this update?:
Tartosa has been completely redone, added multiple new lots (beach, multifunctional square, restaurant, family home), updated other lots (wedding venue, homes) and provided make-overs for the households.
All households that are currently living in the different worlds have stories, relationships have been adjusted to fit the stories, some have sentiments as well.
All empty homes have been furnished, you can now choose to buy it furnished or unfurnished. I chose to do this for gameplay purposes (no empty homes when visiting friends that moved into the empty lots).
Added multiple clubs
Added new households
Added multifunctionality to the Karaoke bar lot in Mt. Komorebi (library, gym and karaoke bar)
Added a Photostudio to the shopping street in Magnolia Promenade.
Blair’s wedding grounds have been replaced by a Nail Salon/Yoga Studio in Newcrest
The Crawdad Cathedral in Willow Creek is now a Wedding Venue lot and has been updated with buildmode items from the My Wedding Stories GP.
Other small updates to lots that malfunctioned during playtesting, to improve looks or add gameplay (you find these out while exploring).

What do you get with this save?:
For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exceptions: I have added the official builds for the releases of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley and the Dream Home Decorator GP by Deligracy to this save, since I thought they deserved a spot. These two are therefore not my own creations, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley and Deligracy. Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley and Tartosa lots are largely created by GameChangers. Most lots have gotten small updates, others are completely new builds by me.
All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household.
Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).
I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.
Other details:
As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except Journey to Batuu and some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can stil download and play in it.
I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.

Not @cococanary waiting until I’ve re-built half of Willow Creek to emulate the Dreamer’s house she did HERE before sharing it. I kid, I kid! I loved that build so much I’ve been redoing all my community lots.
This is a country club for sim kids y’all know nothing about because hashtag no motivation. As a side note - I asked for PS for Christmas so I’m hoping that will give me the motivation to edit pictures. I’ve been editing in the windows photo editor since getting my laptop one, by one....which is why these are unedited.

Eleanora Augustine Larkin (Nell or Nellie for short) grew up in a relatively posh neighborhood in Willow Creek. She had grown accustomed to her lovely victorian house and her parents paying all her bills. They had busy work schedules and as an only child she had a lot of freedom to really do whatever she wanted as a child and as a teen. She did well in school and had great chances to get all sorts of scholarships to get her through college. She even got an internship at the local astronaut training facility with her eyes set firmly on the stars....
Well that is until she came out as being a lesbian
Her parents were furious about what having a lesbian daughter would mean. They clearly thought they failed as parents, that their lesbian daughter was the end of the family bloodline, that having a lesbian would sully their reputations around the neighborhood and at the country club, that having a lesbian would ruin her mother’s chances in the race for town mayor. How could Nell ever think of being a lesbian? Did she even love her parents?
So Nell was kicked to the curb and disowned, she gathered up what money she had, managed to snag her trust fund away before she came out (suspecting this might happen), and moved to Evergreen Harbor. She got a bare minimum furnished steel box of a home and as a fresh young adult, is trying to make her way through the world without her parent’s paving it for her. This is her story...

Hello Again Tumblr!
I am back with another Sims 4 Challenge that I hope you will all enjoy. First off I can't believe how many challenges are already out there and how creative you all are, honestly I was shocked. Everything I thought of doing had already been done... Zodiacs, Flowers, Seven Deadly Sins, Planets... So I was left stumped trying to think of a new idea which hasn't already been done before. At least I don't think it has been done before. It may seem a bit unusual but I hope some of you guys give it a go and let me know if you had fun playing it or if it was a good idea. I tried really hard to create this so please don't be too harsh with me, I'm still new to all this 😅🤭
That being said, I would still love to create my ideas of the above challenges I mentioned, but I don't know if is an okay thing to do since they already exist. I would of course credit the original creators but I would love to release my versions into the world as well 😊
Anyway that is enough talking so let's just get on with the challenge.

This has the same set up as the 'Not So Berry Challenge' by 'lilsimsie' but other than that everything else is mine 😊
So let's begin shall we!
How the challenge works:
So there will be 10 generations and each one represents and is inspired by the ten most popular cocktails (according to Google 😂)
1. This is entirely optional but for extra fun you can add the colour of the cocktails into your sims - Either a full Berry Sim. Hair, Clothes, or Makeup containing the colours or even decorating the house in the inspired colours. It is completely up to you but I will include the colours next to each generation in case you guys want to do that.
2. Also optional but I will also include the country each cocktail was invented in if you guys also wanted to inspire your sims life/looks from that too.
3. You can live wherever you like unless stated.
4. Every generation must have at least level 5 skill in mixology, unless stated otherwise.
5. Every generation should complete all of their rules before moving on to the next one.
6. Some generations may include certain expansion packs but I will list them and you can tweak things however you like.

Generation One: Aperol Spritz
(Orange/Red Colour) (Originated in Italy)
You're a self-assured individual that has a job in the critic career. You really love the colour orange and you find a way to work the colour into every outfit you have. You are very ambitious but come across as a bit of a snob as well, enjoying only the finer things in life. You love luxury and you won't quit until you have reached your goal as an Art/Food Critic.
Traits: Self-Assured, Ambitious, Snob
Aspiration: Fabulously Wealthy
Career: Critic (City Living Pack)
Rules:

After having everything and taking so much from the world, you decided to start giving back, joining the conservationist career and becoming vegetarian.

You are friendly to anyone you meet having growing up in a loving household, and outgoing in any situation. You love spending time with your friends and love to socialize and party. However, you stand up for what you believe in and always protest on the street and donate to charities. Like your parents, you want to help and make a difference too, just away from the seaside!

Being popular, you are happiest around your friends and in club gatherings.

There's nothing wrong with an all black wardrobe.

Career: Culinary Career - Mixologist

You inherited more of your Mothers/Fathers wild side and don't take life too seriously. Your young at heart and you live life spontaneously, wanting to enjoy the little things in life day by day. You have no idea what you want to do for a living but you are very adventurous and up for anything.
Traits: Outgoing, Non-Committal, Goofball
Aspiration: Beach Life (Island Living Pack)

Okay so that's it for this challenge! You can tweak what you need to and I would really appreciate some feedback as I know it's slightly unusual but I worked really hard on it, so whatever you guys have to say, I would love to hear it.
Also I know there are many more cocktails out there, but this was just listed as the top ten most popular.
Please let me know if you try the challenge and also if you think it would be okay to create my own version of existing challenges as I really want to...its hard coming up with new ideas 😂

Railroad Station, Windenburg
I’ve been wanting to make a railroad station for awhile, so I finally got around to it.
This is the entrance to the ticket office.
I have all of my sims divided into clubs by social class--male/female lower, middle, and upper class. The office, which is the only access to the platform and train, is open to all social classes but closed to NPCs.
A cc tea tray that actually makes tea (for my cold travelers to warm themselves up).
The back door of the office leads to the platform where you can wait for your friends to arrive. The carts are for luggage.
The main cabin is open to all classes.
On one side are these booth-type seats.
On the other are individual chairs. That door at the end leads to the dining car.
A refrigerator in the dining area so that people can serve themselves.
This section is open to middle and upper classes. The poor wouldn’t be able to afford an actual dining car.
Back in the main cabin. One door leads to the restroom and the other to a private car. Notice through the door window that there’s a luggage rack that is actually a bookshelf so some of the sims can read on their journey.
The private car in the back. This section is only available to the upper class.
It has overhead space for bags and hats.
Many of the windows in the train have very small TVs half hidden in the curtains. This encourages the sims to sit in the seats and to look as if they’re looking out the window.
Forgive the super lame “wheels.” These were my least lame choice out of many lame choices. I’m still on the lookout for believable train wheels.
Swinging around to the back of the station, the tunnel is made from arches placed close to one another.

I plan to make train stations in my 3 major towns: Windenburg (this one), Willow Creek, and Brindleton Bay. I also want something in small towns, like Forgotten Hollow, like maybe just tracks and a platform, combined with some other type of commercial lot.
Officially, this lot is a park. I have an invisible fence that closes off the space between the train and the platform so that sims can’t wander into that area.

ElderPerfect a leading publisher on senior healthcare across the United States, today announced the recipients of the Best Nursing Homes in California for 2020. These awards are designed to recognize providers based on their ability to consistently deliver excellence in the areas of Health Inspections, Quality of Residence Care, Penalties and Staffing. We’ve evaluated over 1,194 facilities, of which 324 (29%) met our top rating. This report marks the Gold Standard in terms of care for seniors.

Rating Methodology
Health Inspections
Every year, the government assigns inspectors to conduct a formal review of nursing homes for regulatory purposes to meet the mandates outlined for Medicare and Medicaid, this aims to measure and improve the safety of residents across providers. Facilities may also be inspected when complaints are submitted or based on a reported incident. When noncompliance is identified, the facility is served a citation that indicates which regulation that was identified, along with the severity of the incident. Nursing homes are subsequently required to execute a program of resolution in order to meet compliance. Some scenarios require enforcement actions to be applied, such as a civil monetary penalty or withholding of payment(s), to incentivize resolution in a timely manner.
Penalties
Facilities are applied 2 types of penalties due to non-compliance / accumulation of incidents. Civil penalties are monetary fines that may be applied to a facility based on citations / infractions identified during a review. The severity of a penalty is defined primarily by the size and frequency of the infraction.
Quality of Residence Care
There are 3 types of resident care ratings, but for this exercise, we primarily focused on the overall quality measure rating. The quality measures (QMs) include 17 data points that are derived from clinical information reported by the respective nursing home and also from Medicare claims data submitted for payment. Ratings are calculated for the QM domain using the 4 most recent quarters for which data are available. A nursing home receives points contingent on performance on each measure (weighting distribution is not equal).
Staffing
Staffing research is submitted regularly by the facility and is adjusted for the requirement of the facilities residents. For each of registered nurse staff and total staffing, a 1 - 5 rating is applied according to definitions established for each category. These ratings are subsequently combined to assign an overall staffing rating. As an example, to get an overall staffing rating of 5 stars, nursing homes must earn a rating of 5 stars for both registered nurses and total staffing. Nursing homes could also be assigned a 1 star rating should they not have a registered nurse on-site daily, and do not submit staffing data, or which the data cannot be verified.
