Mysterious Voice: "Princess Melanor... Is going back to the stars."

"She never took even a step away from the humans. Such nobility. She really is the pride of the creatures of the night."

"Rest in peace, child of the night. -- Night's blessing."

Lilia: "... Meleanor is noble? She is the pride of the creatures of the night?"

"DON'T FUCK WITH ME! NOBILITY, PRIDE... FUCK THEM ALL!!!!!"

Senate Member A: "Shut your dirty mouth, you filthy bat. You who left the princess alone in the battlefield and ran back home..!"

Senate Member B: "What use is a royal guard who can't even protect his princess? To turn your back on the enemy... You should be ashamed of yourself!"

At this point the senate members keep piling insults to Lilia one after another. Member C says Meleanor is so pitiful to have such an idiotic lackey, Member D claims that the royal family should've listened. That a filthy bat is not worthy to stand beside such noble dragons. Member E claims that Lilia is a worthless bastard for repaying the Draconias' kindness by feeding Meleanor to the enemy. Baul tries to defend him, but Lilia stops him and accepts all insults thrown at him.

"As of today, I am retiring from the Royal Guardsmen."

Lilia takes all the blame and asks the Senate to only punish him and not his subordinates. The Senate claims retiring is too good for him, and that he should never step foot in the city again.

Member G: "Take your filthy hands off the heir's egg right this instant! You are disgraceful!"

> You've just been keeping silent all this time..!

> Everything you've done is all to protect Hornton's egg!

Then the Senate forcefully takes Malleus from Lilia. Baul panics and tells them that it was a Royal order to Lilia to take care of the egg, but Lilia gives up and says goodbye to Malleus. Baul questions if Lilia is disobeying Meleanor's Royal order, but Lilia retorts that it doesn't matter because he's not even a Royal guard anymore.

Lilia: "There's no place for me here anymore. And there's nothing more... to protect."

"Meleanor, Levan... Are you there?"

"Take me with you... I'll go there with you..."

"FATHER!!!!!!!!"

also the explanation you wrote is driving me insane, this changes everything. the chills i got reading it?? this makes me sick.

and ive always wanted to ask — what’s miranda’s plan with the cult now that she got mc back? i doubt she’s satisfied with just that. and from bela’s bad ending, it’s shown that she does experiments the same way she did in RE8. will she follow a similar path in this game?

(also i just wanna add, @oneginn and i have been dissecting miranda’s route lately so we’re both glad that we weren’t actually delusional about thinking its not healthy 😭)
