Someone on Twitter was talking about Wrecker's scar and now I just wanna give him a hug 🥲
(They didn't say anything bad about it, btw, they also wanted to give him a hug).
We don't know exactly what caused it (most likely an incident involving an explosion), but it was probably pretty brutal. The idea of Wrecker suffering from extensive injuries makes me really sad. 😭 And do you think it's just the face? I wouldn't be surprised if there was some damage to his shoulder as well (maybe even more than that).
And the rest of the guys must have been so panicked omg. 😭 I can just imagine them refusing to leave the med bay until they knew that their brother was alright. That must've scared the shit out of them. 😥

I'd like to think so, just because it's fun to imagine while playing
Like just imagine something good happens, maybe finally pulling character you want, completing a particularly difficult trial, or getting a specific artifact that's just absolutely perfect, and they just feel a warmth completely spread through them at the sound of your excitement, knowing that they are the cause of it
It reflects in your negativity to, when you get frustrated after losing health from a fall, missing the completion of a trial or domain by the smallest miniscule amount of time when you just know you're capable of doing it, whatever words of frustration or anger you let out in response to the game will feel like a jab directly through the heart
They know that anger isn't directed at them personally, at least that's what they continue to tell themselves, but it doesn't help that empty feeling from forming everytime you don't hold yourself back from cursing out the game
They promise to do better ok? Please please don't be upset, they'll try harder, they'll do it right this time!
And then of course there's the sadness, how their hearts break at the sound of you crying or holding back tears, the heavy silence in place of that usual carefree laughter
They can't do anything about it either, and that's just the worst part, having to live with themselves when they fail to live up to their only purpose, keeping you happy
Venti would feel physical pain from how your sounds of unhappiness echo throughout Teyvat, how the skys themselve seemed to manifest your sadness by causing a downpoor of rain
It's not as if he can do anything, you're completely untouchable, he takes those moments to repeat to himself over and over again about how much he'll make up for it when he sees you in person
What can he do now but play a song in your honor which the universe won't seem to even let you hear, but it doesn't stop him from trying trying anything in his power to reach you
All he can do is whisper soft prayers in your name, spill his heart out and hope against everything that you can feel it, add another bullet point to the ever growing list of things he is going to do as soon as he lays eyes on you, and maybe even check back with Albedo about that whole portal between worlds thing, despite the alchemist's obvious annoyance over how often he does so—
He'll do his best to leave an offering for you in a place you can see too, even if he has to rid himself of the credit by making it look like one of those pretty chest you always seem excited about finding
Just don't leave before you start to feel better, Venti doesn't know if he could live with himself if he knew you were in some unreachable place alone, feeling so miserable, it would keep him upset and anxious until he felt your presence again
