VIENNA

Four years ago, Vienna Austria. A beautiful city filled with amazing art gallery’s, gardens and music. It was a personal mission, a mission I was working on before I quit. I remember that week so clearly, the long flight, to the singing of the birds as I woke up the next day. My target was Klaus Hansler, a German politician who ran a sex trafficking company through a hotel in Germany. He was in Vienna for a little getaway with one of his mistresses. This mission was supposed to be easy, just like many missions I’d done before. What I didn’t count as a variable was having other assassins have the same target.

Not that it was a big issue, as long as he ended up dead I didn’t care who killed him. So when I walked into the Vienna state Opera building I was surprised to see a mysterious man watching my target with a close eye. To be honest I didn’t mind, but something about this man screamed danger, my gut told me to let the man do what he needs to do. Fumbling over every possible outcomes, I weighted my options. I didn’t hesitate walking straight up to the strange man, wanting to find a way to work together with the assassin to accomplish our common goal.

“There are fourteen security camera in this room alone, 9 of them of which the politician is in sight of.” I stare, sipping from my glass of champagne, I picked off a waiter on the way over to the strong looking man. “You can’t approach him without causing a scene.”

The mysterious man’s piercing gaze flicks to me, watching as I takes small sips of my drink. His face is stone cold, as he turns his head back to look for all the cameras. A smirks plays on my lips upon seeing the man glance around for the cameras. “We have a common goal, let me help you.” I suggests simply, staring up at the man with a glint of amusement in my eyes. He ponders over it knowing I’m right, knowing he needs to succeed or he will receive another harsh beating.

Nodding his head is his reply and I smile victoriously, before walking off, adding extra sway into my hips showing of to the man. The red dress making my movements seem magical as I glide across the tiled floor gracefully, like a swan.

The man’s face lightens, arouse mixed with amusement in his eyes as he takes in the bounded man in front of him, knowing the woman who did this is standing right behind him.

He takes his time, squeezing out every last drop of information the man has to offer. Satisfied he looks over his shoulder to see a bored expression crossed against the woman features. She nods, giving him all the permission he needs to choke the life out of him. “Thanks.” The man nods, talking for the first time this night.

I walk up to the man, my blue orbs never wavering once against his piercing blue gaze. “I just need once last thing.” I flirt, smirking when the man’s hot breathe becomes faster with anticipation. My red lips ghost against his, all I needed to do was lean forward and our lips would be connected in a kiss.

“And what’s that?” The man questions amused, the aroused glint in his eyes growing as his lips turn up in a smirk.

“A dance.” I reply with a small teasing smile, the man chuckles before offering his flesh hand to the brunette woman in front of him.

I take it gently, allowing the assassin to lead me out to the dance floor. Gracefully, we glide amongst the other dancers, who stare at us with jealous and disdain. We flow with the music making it look like a breeze to anyone who’s watching us. Of course I had noticed the coolness of his left hand, but I didn’t question it seeing that he barely touched me with it.

The man was grateful the woman didn’t question about his arm. Hopeful, that she hadn’t noticed, but she knew where the cameras were so he didn’t have much hope. After a few songs the man was feeling much more comfortable, both his hands rested on the woman’s hips as they swayed with the music. He felt serene as they stared into each other’s eyes, everyone around them disappeared and they were in there own world. It’s like their eyes were a void to a another universe they shared together.

My hands rested on his muscular chest, as I moved to rest my head in the crook of his neck. Deciding to tease the man, I peppered light kisses on the base of his neck.
