ok so I have added it to my welcome post, but figured I'd make a post about this too!
so in an effort to make my artwork more accessible to people with screen readers I have been trying to go through my art and adding Alt text where I can, and if I can't (like with older images) I'll be adding the image descriptions to the image captions instead which I hope will help people out!
I started adding image descriptions to reblogs a couple years back but got overwhelmed (and also didn't like how the added text made the posts really big and cumbersome imo...) so bear with me as I do this!

Dark Anthology Pictures Fanfic: 'The Crow's Lover'
Summary:
A backstory about the mysterious man known only as the Curator, who collects stories of intrigue, mystery and death.
But this is not a backstory about those stories, instead it is about the daily life of the Curator and another person who came into his life.
This person is sometimes seen, but most of the visitors who are visiting the Curator's residence believe that the person is a figment of their imagination.
You see though, Dear Reader, in fact this person is very real and this is their's and the Curator's tale - one which shows a different side to the mysterious man that you may find interesting to learn can possess feelings for another like ourselves.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------Notes:
Inspired by the wonderful artwork of the Curator by the Artist @yayoineko (https://www.tumblr.com/yayoineko/tagged/Dark%20Pictures%20Anthology)
Have not played the games, but have watched playthroughs on Youtube of all four games.
Relationship: The Curator/Female OC, with some hint of Jason Kolchek/Salim Othman relationship in the background as characters who the Curator trusts to help when a mysterious figure from Peristera's past begins to appear
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prologue - The First Page
Peristera's P.O.V:
I don't really remember when exactly I arrived at the large Mansion the Curator stays in, just waking up in an attic converted into a bedroom with a circular window overlooking a abandoned garden:
Various Greek-like statues dotted here and there, most of them having fallen over and left lying in their place; some cracked and chipped in places covered in by a combination of ivy and moss bearing small flowers.
A fountain choked up with autumnal leaves coming from the barren sketetal trees meaning that harsh winter was coming in.
Thinking about this particular memory, it makes me wonder whether the garden had been beautiful in the past or had it always been like this. From what I know of the large garden from exploring it when I had time, it shows signs in various different areas of it, that someone had made sure to keep it well-tended to and cared for in those particular areas:
the rose garden with rows of trellis for the climbing roses; a sitting area where a sunhouse is located, though the paint of the sunhouse on it is now faded and cracked in places due to years of weathering and finally, located way back of the large residence an tall onimous looking clocktower, with just close beside it an outdoor swimming pool which must have been a joy and delight to enjoy during a hot summer.
CHIME CHIME!!!
A sudden interruption of the Grandfather clock down below on the lower floor below the mezzanine balcony where above it I'm busy sorting out some books on one of the long row of bookshelves reminds me that the Curator will be returning from wherever he goes sometimes.
He never told me precisely where he went all the time and I never asked him. I respected his privacy as he respected mine.
---------------------------
Reaching up to place a book on the bookshelf from the library trolley, it's the sound of the double doors to the large repository openin makes me flick my gaze down over the mezzine library railing to see it is the Curator has returned.
Though something doesn't feel right, it's like he's been heavily ruffled by something with the way he's struggling off his coat to place on the clothes rack-stand, along with his hat.
He moves away to walk over to the large study desk, lighting a solitary candle in the ornate black metal candle holder on the desk, before going over to the lower bookshelf to collect a long journal book placing it under the crook of his arm as he goes to return back to his desk.
Concern for wanting to know what's wrong, only to realise I really don't know what to say so go back to placing a book on the bookshelf when on of them on the trolley in the process of picking the one to place on the bookshelf falls off the trolley to down below.
The thud of it echoes loud in the respitory, hearing him pause in walking over to his desk turning to flick his gaze to the source of what made the 'thud' noise.
"Hmm? What this?"
The Curator asks to himself, going over to the fallen book which he bends down to pick up, turning it over to look at the cover.
"How convenient just the book I'm looking for."
Still standing in the mezzanine library, part of me feels ashamed because I had not caught it from falling down below and other knowing that it is just a small accident that happened.
Why though was I ashamed? Was it because I could caught the book and not let it fall?
"Peristera (Dove), is something wrong?" I'm suddenly asked, it startles me that nearly fall backwards when his arms catch me, before I can hit my head on the wooden mezzanine floorboards.

Prevailed
This piece is a mixed media portrait. It's a collage work consisting of colored pencil drawings, acrylic paint, and printed maps.
The subject of the portrait is my great grandmother. She is older, and so having her be the subject of this kind of piece is meant to symbolize the long-lived prevail of Greek women despite their hardships.
She wears a head scarf, so this is made with printed maps of Greece. The headscarf is made of these maps to show that she is proudly embraces her cultural identity. The maps are positioned in a way to mimic the folds and the specific way she wraps her head scarf.
The gold paint is the background of the portrait, which is a historical reference to Eastern Orthodox and Byzantine artwork. Religion is a big part of Greek culture, which is the Eastern Orthodox faith.
Tumblr media
This is the latest version of the portrait. Obviously, it's not finished yet, but it's very close to being done. I'm planning to incorporate another map in order to define the specific shapes of the head scarf.
I was stuck on what to do for the bottom of the portrait for a while now. During our last critique, it was suggested that I could imitate the texture of the material of the headscarf with either fabric or charcoal. I'll most likely be doing a combination of both, so we'll see how that goes!

- gojo satoru x reader
a domestic life with your husband and baby
genre: teeth-rotting fluff, sugary dump fluff, and simply pure fluffff, baby-related, mentions of pregnancy, dad!gojo
note: inspired by this fanart by Deltapork in twitter! from the moment i saw that artwork, i just can't get this out of my head😫
and this is a part of a series of gojo drabbles i’ve planned called gojo's love entries anthology -> updated masterlist here
series masterlist | oneshot masterlist
Tumblr media
Watching your husband entertain your child would never fail to make you smile.
"Aw, my cute baby!" Satoru joyfully exclaimed as he and the baby, secure in his hold, emitted almost harmonious squeals of delight. Both of them practically shared the same brain cells at this point.
And it was a sight that warmed your heart so much, especially when the old Gojo Satoru was a prick who used to made little Megumi cry just for the sake of it and always said that babies and everything that came with them were a pain.
He playfully devoured your son's plump cheeks and burst into laughter, paying no attention to the curious glances he garnered from other shoppers at the supermarket.
"Satoru, hush," you chided gently as you pushed the cart, yet still smiling all the same.
"Ah, look, mama doesn't approve," he remarked to your babbling son, wearing a playful pout. At the same time, your barely seven-month baby puckered his lips too, turning him into a perfect miniature version of your mischievous husband at his best, melting your heart even further.
"It's time for his milk," you pointed out, retrieving the milk bottle. Satoru reached for it and offered it to your baby, who eagerly latched on and started drinking.
Your precious baby continued to feed on the formula, clearly relishing it. It appeared that he couldn't get enough, with the way he drank with such enthusiasm.
"He's a hungry baby... just like you," you mused.
Satoru laughed out loud once again. "Why are you comparing a baby with a grown-ass man?"
Your son was still drinking the milk and seemed like he wanted more, but you could definitely tell how content he was in that moment.
"Because it's your baby, duh. And not only he looks like you, he's also reflecting what you've been doing to me so far, it's uncanny."
"So I've turned our son into a mini-me now, have I." He regarded you with a mischievous glint in his eye. "And what have I done to you, darling? Tell me."
"...A lot of bad things."
"Heh, is that so?"
The baby then stopped drinking and seemed to want you to cuddle him, as he reached his tiny hands towards you. Satoru handed him over to you, taking the bottle away, and you gently pulled him close, cradling him against your chest.
"Yeah. Bad, bad things," you cooed to your baby, your eyes sparkling with joy. "First you seduced me, then got me pregnant. And then you forced me to go through that painful labor."
Satoru didn't miss the way the clerk eyed him after you said that. But he chuckled anyway. "Well... in the end you fell for me, and I probably seduced you a bit..."
He paid for the groceries and then the two of you walked out of the supermarket.
"But is that so bad?" He continued with a meaningful smirk. "You seemed like you love it so there's nothing to complain about."
"Hmph."
"And then I got you pregnant... well, you wanted a baby, dear, so you can't really be mad and blame just me for it all, okay?"
The fact that you were having this crack conversation at a crossroad made you struggle to stifle your laughter, to say the least.
Your son was still cuddling up to your chest and now he was looking at you with those wide, glassy blue eyes. You could tell how much he liked and needed you, as well as spending time with you, his mother.
This is your baby with the man who loves you. How could you not love him in return?
Satoru looked at his son in your arms. “Our son is the cutest, isn’t he?”
He seemed tired more than anything though, with the big yawn he just emitted.
“He is so… defenseless.”
“Well, he’s a baby,” your husband said matter-of-factly. “That’s how babies are, darling. He’s learning how to do things and completely defenseless, so he needs his parents. You and I.”
Your baby’s eyes became a little droopy. He was sleepy now, and wanted your warmth to fall asleep.
“Let’s… protect him together, yeah, Satoru?” you muttered softly as your child settled in your embrace, peaceful and content, falling asleep.
Your heartstrings were pulled when you witnessed the expression of absolute adoration on your husband's face.
“Silly. I’m the one who will protect both of you, sweetheart.”

Peter Anderson: Hi, my name is Peter Anderson. I'm from Peter Anderson Studio and we created the title sequence to Good Omens Season Two. So this scene is quite literally a continuation from Season One.
Tumblr media
An interesting detail with this scene is the fly. The fly is significant because it stores Gabriel's memory.
Tumblr media
Gabriel is hidden in every scene. This is the first time we see it.
Tumblr media
This goat is half bird, half goat, representing a mistake in a moment of transformation.
Tumblr media
In the pickled herring barrel, we have literally red herrings sticking out.
Tumblr media
A lot of the gravestones have hidden engravings, easter eggs, all written by Neil.
Tumblr media
[This one says: HERE LIES THE FORMER SHELL OF BEELZEBUB referncing Beelzebub having a new face in S2 :), another ones are: EVERYDAY, JANE AUSTEN, Here lies ADAM (the Adam from Adam and Eve is meant)]
Another hidden Gabriel.
Tumblr media
Our same character that was trying to escape Hell in Season One titles is also trying to escape here, moving in the opposite direction to the rest of the procession. Except this time he's apprehended and dragged back into the procession.
Tumblr media
Our Hell spider from episode four makes a little appearance in the background here.
Tumblr media
Can you tell where the bus is going? Director Douglas McKinnon selected Powell and Pressburger's Stairway to Heaven to put on the billboard.
Tumblr media
Another thing to note here is the type is all handmade specifically for Good Omens. The Alphabet only exists within the show.
Tumblr media
The big floating turnip is a nod to Azirafel's magic tricks.
Tumblr media
The Ladies of Camelot poster we pulled from the show.
Tumblr media
We added plaques to the back of the chairs and Neil chose who to honour.
Tumblr media
[There are: A TALE OF TWO CITIES by CHARLES DICKENS, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE by JANE AUSTEN, THE CROW ROAD by IAIN BANKS (twice!) and GOOD OMENS by TERRY PRATCHETT (Neil missing for some reason :) <3)]
Saraqael made an appearance from Heaven.
Tumblr media
Our Space is back from Season One. Aziraphale and Crowley are having a little dance here. A moment of flirtation. There's a tiny planet in the middle that comes into existence at this moment.
Tumblr media
Our Scottish tartan hills make an appearance here.
Tumblr media
The aeroplane and the airline is a little bit of a clue here.
Tumblr media
[THY KINGDOM AIRWAYS 👀]
It's raining love hearts in reference to Aziraphale's attempt at making Maggie and Nina fall in love.
Tumblr media
Here are elevators to Heaven and Hell. A wee thing to spot. Here is Gabriel in the lift arriving from Heaven.
Tumblr media
We've updated our flags to reference some of the plotlines in Season Two. For example, The Second Coming.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The movie poster artwork changes every week, representing the episode plotlines and the minisodes. We made the posters to look like the time period and in this case we've got a Good Omens version of Buddy Holly.
Tumblr media
[The posters are:]
Tumblr media
In the snack bar some of our popcorn is actually communion wafers.
Tumblr media
There are specific characters from Season One in the boxes watching the movie as the procession goes by. This includes some of our original concept art from Season One.
Tumblr media
The duck playing the accordion is from a newspaper headline that someone is reading in The Dirty Donkey from one of the episodes.
Tumblr media
[this is also from the Good Omens book :): "Daily Mail. 'Letter From America.' Um, August the third," said Newt. "Just after the story about the woman in Worms, Nebraska, who taught her duck to play the accordion."]
Each episode is showing a new movie on the screen, each one selected by Douglas, and has clues about what's to come.
Tumblr media
The season one phone box tumbles in the background.
Tumblr media
The big mountain is made of all the ingredients from Season Two and a couple of remnants from Season One. We are heading towards the biggest Easter Egg, which is the lift. We're heading towards the Second Coming..
