I was thinking about Almond today and forgot I wanted to force him into my AU sooooo

- Almond used to be Cacao’s subordinate back in the day, when Cacao was the police chief.

- After Cacao resigned, he had Almond step up as head-detective/chief.

- Ironically, Caramel Arrow decided to join the police force as her dad did and becomes the most promising deputy at the station. (Her dads are so proud of her🫶)

- Walnut is Caramel Arrow’s biggest fan and talks/rambles to her whenever Almond brings her around to work.

- Walnut is Almond’s and Latte’s biological daughter. Almond and Latte are divorced but on very good terms.

- Almond remarried the local overworked and insomniac Prosecutor Cappuccino and they raise Walnut together. (More like she raises them bc they both don’t even know how to take care of themselves)

if you've never worked in a cafe before and you're writing a coffee shop fic i need you to please understand that starbucks is literally the only coffee shop that makes a caramel macchiato like im begging you not to say the character works in a fancy cafe and then have them make a sbux caramel macchiato bc it's not a thing in the real coffee world
