Just thought I'd point out that writing slow burn is painful for the author as reading it is for the reader. Believe me, I also scream "JUST KISS ALREADY!" at the screen every once in a while too.

Like, I just want to write the scene where they get together and post it but it's a lot more meaningful when the buildup is there.

It's currently about 6500 words and I'm guessing its going to be 15k at the very least. Gosh sometimes writing this is just so exhausting.

I've been excited about the little mermaid since they casted Halle as Ariel. I personally love the Bailey Sisters, and yes I admit, it's because of Beyonce lol. But no really, since the beginning of their career, i've admired their talent and bond. The controversy about Halle being casted as ariel since yk shes black was majorly dramatic. People made it seem like the end of the world, i was kinda of worried too but not for the same reasons. I've never heard Halle really sing hard or loud before and she's pretty soft spoken.
