Nosferatu could probably walk around in the modern day without breaking the masquerade. The body mod scene is insane, and elaborate cosplays exist. And if you're particularly human-like, just say you're a weird Goth.
You might get a little bullied, but it's certainly not a masquerade violation.
Though on the other hand...this would mean the Hunters have to be REALLY careful because now they have to ask 'is that freak just a weird body mod guy or are they a Nos?'
