general lilia who's all tough on the outside, known for his aggressiveness in the battlefield but as soon as you're by his side- it's like everything his soldiers knew about him disappeared. he lets you do his eyeliner even when it's messy, he lets you put pink ribbons in his hair and uniform, and he giggles n smiles like you have the sun on your fingertips with the way you warm his skin.
in my delusional era you have me down bad for this man omg. also i needed to this out of my system ihaven't written ANYTHING in so long *sobs

“Y/n, darling, not here-”
the fearsome general of briar valley could only sigh and go along with your whims as you tugged him to sit down, a soft giggle escaping your lips—that he missed dearly—as you instructed the general of briar valley to sit still, your voice jokingly stern.
his hair, his wrist, his arm— you busied yourself with tying some bows onto the man with baby pink ribbons while humming a calm tune. your laugh, like melody to his ears, ring occasionally in the night when you hear his quiet grumble.
when he saw his subordinates staring at him in silence, he only waved a dismissive hand before deadpanning at baul who stood not so far away.
even though he wasn’t particularly fond of your actions, he couldn’t bring himself to reject you when you looked so happy. especially since he knows he would have to leave you for another week or so after tonight; this was the least he could provide for you as your lover. you’d catch him gaze at you with adoration, concealed by that stoic demeanour he had put up for himself as briar valley’s protector. you’d grow hot and shy when he tucks a strand of your hair away, murmuring why you don’t just put the bows on yourself instead as you’d look way cuter than him before giving you a teasing tap on the cheek with the back of his finger, his smugness evident through the quiet chuckle he had let out. some tough general he is.
++ irah i can’t do this anymore when i made that post i wasn’t asking for an ask that made me evaporate into thin air??? you could’ve kept this to yourself why involve me???? i don’t even know who l*lia is i got nothing to do with that man pls stop harassing me /j

tw SA mention
tbh i would rather have minors read my work rather than those coquette smut blogs (not targeting anyone specifically, just in general) that write really ooc drabbles and topics that are basically SA. sometimes it's even blatant SA it's wild that you'd have the reader basically crying and begging the character to stop but the post's theme is just (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

also, my ask box is always open for recommendations but I can't make any promises on a long-form post. not necessarily requests but if there's a suggestion I'd love to hear it, otherwise I'd be open to “requests” for like.. really short hc posts?

Just a lil Osamu brain rot I’ve been having lately… (๑>◡<๑)
Osamu x Fem! Reader
(A little suggestive & implied in some places but nothing explicit, mostly fluff but there’s a sprinkle of ✨angst✨, not proofread because I’m a lazy bitch, okay I said “lil,” but she a little long 😅)

Thinking about how the customers of Onigiri Miya see the progression of your relationship with Osamu 🥹
Like you were the one who encouraged Osamu to open Onigiri Miya. Like, I mean of course you would he’s your best friend after all! Of course ‘Samu also had Atsumu’s support and encouragement but it was your belief in him that really made him think his dream of opening an onigiri shop was in fact possible.
So there y’all were scouting for the perfect location, and once it had been found, the two of you pick everything out together so the shop could be perfect. It took days — days— for the two of you to decide on the perfect paint color.
During the time of painting, waiting for deliveries, and testing out onigiri recipes, you and ‘Samu had little moments that made you think that maybe your friendship with him was changing. It was the comfortable silence after midnight while the two of you were painting. And every once and a while the two of you would look at each other, cheeks slightly blushed, and goofy grins across your faces.
It’s the way the two of you sat on the cold, hard floors as you try to assemble display cases, frustrated beyond belief but eventually figured it out together. The sheer amount of happiness the two of you had was unimaginable as the two of you hugged — not only because after hours of trying to assemble the damn thing— but because the two of you longed to be close to each other and this was all that was possible.
It’s the way one late night as you and Osamu are testing recipes, music playing in the background, the two of you laughing, and sauce and grains of rice sully your aprons. You struggle to shape the onigiri, that is until Osamu stands behind you, his arms coming around you to help you. During that time, you swore you stopped breathing. You could feel the warmth of his skin, the way his voice vibrated off his chest, how toned his chest is against your back, and the whisp of breath of every word he spoke by your ear.
It’s the way how during the grand opening of Onigiri Miya, the two of you stood side by side greeting customers as they enter the restaurant. Customers already believing the two of you are a couple. It definitely made some of the male customers from flirting with you, but some of them definitely tried to get it out of you if you and the owner were in a relationship.
With Onigiri Miya now running smoothly, you slowly back out of helping Osamu. But that’s not to say you stopped helping out completely. After your regular job, you would sometimes stop by and help out.
It was a rainy night when the first change happened.
There was a regular customer who definitely wasn’t coming back for the onigiri. He flirted with you, but he never did anything to make you uncomfortable. Since he was a regular, he definitely picked up that you and Osamu were just friends. The guy flirted a little more that night. And just as he was about to leave his table, he very loudly asked you out. This definitely got Osamus attention, he had to stop shaping the onigiri he was currently working on. He quickly recovered and resumed his work, but that’s not to say his main focus was the onigiri. The man wrote down his number and told you to text him your response. You nod and he leaves. You and Osamu don’t talk until the shop it closed and he’s about to take you home.
“Are ya going to go on a date with him?” He asks.
“I’m not sure yet.” You reply, not even looking at him.
“That’s definitely not a no.”
“It’s not a no.”
“Why?” He asks, not even sure why he’s asking.
“I think it’d be nice. It’s been a while since I’ve been on a date.” You blush.
“Why him?”
“Why him? I-I uh,” how do you tell your best friend you’ve fallen in love with him and desperately need to get over those feelings before it ruins your friendship?
“Never mind. Forget that I asked.” He scoffs.
“ ‘Samu…”
“Come on let’s get ya home.”
“ ‘Samu, what’s wrong?”
“I said forget it. C’mon, let’s go (y/n).”
“I’m not going with you if you don’t talk to me.”
He takes a deep breath, “… Please don’t go on a date with him.”
“Care to tell why I shouldn’t?”
“I’m just asking ya — as a friend —,” he chokes, “don’t go on that date with him.”
“I feel like there’s something you’re not telling me. Do you know something I don’t, if there is you need to tell me, ‘Samu.”
“I just don’t like the idea of ya going on a date, okay? There, I told ya.. Happy?” He lets out a broken chuckle.
“No, of course I’m not happy if you’re upset. But it makes me happy that you’re so protective of me.” You giggle in an attempt to lighten to mood.
“Yeah, sure, if that’s what ya want to call it.” He grumbles.
You give him a skeptical look, “Okay, so what do you call it then?”
“I don’t know, but what I do know is that I should get ya home. It’s getting late.”
“ ‘Samuuu, don’t be like that. Why are you avoiding my questions?”
“I don’t like the idea of ya going on a date with him… with anyone…”
“And I appreciate you being so protective of me, but ‘Samu, I’m gonna go on dates.”
“I don’t like to think of ya going on dates with anyone besides me.” He sighs.
“Wha-”
“I’m in love with ya, okay, (y/n).” His face becomes flushed and you swear you see tears start to brim in his eyes. “And I have been fer a while. I just never wanted to say anything because I didn’t want to lose ya. And now that ya know, yer never gonna want to see me again.” As he goes on, you try getting his attention. It takes a few tries before he hears you.
“ ‘Samu!”
“What?”
“Thank you for telling me how you feel,” you start and Osamu prepares himself for the worst, “and now I know it won’t be awkward if I do this.” And before Osamu has time to register what you just said, he feels your lips against his. All those years of pining after one another is put into the kiss the two of you are sharing now. His hands on either side of your face and your arms around his neck in a desperate attempt to bring him closer to you. The kiss was better than the two of you had ever imagined.
Osamu drives you home and now the two of you stand by your front door, holding hands, and not wanting to say goodbye.
Osamu leans down to kiss you again, the kiss is different than the one you shared earlier but it still felt so good. When it’s over you look up at him
“Do you… want to spend the night?”
He nods. The two of you snuggle up in your bed, sharing the occasional kiss and some of those kisses turn into heated make outs.
It was after one of those sessions that Osamu finally says something, “So are ya going on that date?” He smirks.
You smirk back, “I think I might. I don’t have anything better to do.” You tease.
He lightly laughs before placing a quick kiss, “(y/n)?”
“Yeah, ‘Samu?”
“Will ya be my girlfriend and go on a date with me?”
You could feel yourself start to blush, “Yes, ‘Samu. I will.”
The next morning the few Onigiri Miya employees watch as you and Osamu walk in together, hand in hand. The two of you never came in together, you always came in later. And they watch as the two of you share a kiss before you leave to go to work. It doesn’t take long before some of the customers catch on that the two of we’re finally dating. Some of the older clients gush over your new relationship.
It’s not until over a year later when the next changes happens.
You and Osamu are snuggled on your couch, too lazy to change the movie that came on after the end credits of the movie the two of you actually watch.
“I’m so tired.” Osamu whines and he holds you closer.
You laugh, “Then you should go to sleep, babe.”
“But then I have t’drive all the way home and I don’t want to do that.”
“Baby, you know you’re more than welcome to stay the night.”
“Yer the best, you know that.” He muffles.
The giggle, “Thank you.” You say and you run your fingers through his hair.
You can feel him relax as you do this. You feel yourself starting to relax but it doesn’t last long.
“Baby?” You hear Osamu call out.
You open your eyes to look at him, “Yeah?”
“I’ve been thinking… and I think we should move in together. What d’ya think?”
His question definitely wakes you up a little. It’s not because you don’t want to, you just didn’t know he felt this way too.
“Is this something you’ve been think about for a while?” You ask.
He hums in reply, “Yeah. It started when at the end of the day when I thought ‘I can’t wait to go home,’ and I didn’t think about ma actual home… I thought of ya.”
His confession brought tears to your eyes.
“ ‘Samu…” you gasp, and place a kiss on his head, “I would love to move in together.”
The next day Osamu is already moving his stuff in. Osamu doesn’t have much to move, but It takes a little time for him to be fully moved in since he works so much but the two of you find your rhythm as roommates soon enough.
“Alright that’s the last box! We officially live together!” Osamu gives you a cheesy grin.
“You didn’t have a lot of stuff to move babe.”
“What can I say, I lived a minimalist lifestyle.”
“No, I think you we’re living that bachelor life style. But I think I domesticated you.” You laugh. Your comment makes Osamu laugh too and he pulls you into a tight hug.
“Ya did get me, but I’ve never been happier about anything.”
Although you and Osamu were going strong, y’all hit a rough patch a couple months later. You got busier with work and couldn’t help out at the shop anymore and the shop got busier too. Your schedules were not aligning at all. You barely saw each other despite living together now. The distance was definitely making a strain on your relationship, both of you felt it. You had reached your limit and you knew you had to talk to Osamu about it.
The two of you had finished eating a late dinner and headed to bed.
“ ‘Samu… we need to talk.”
“Sure. What’s up?”
“Listen, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about us lately,” you say and Osamu feels those words like ice water had just been dumped on him, “and I know you’ve noticed we haven’t seen each other as much lately and it’s really affected our relationship. So I think the best thing-”
Your cut off by Osamu engulfing you in the tightest hug, “Please don’t say what yer about to say. I love ya. I can’t lose ya, it feels like I just got ya. Just… please don’t break up with me.” At the end you feel his hot tears soaking your shirt.
“ ‘Samu, I-” you try to speak but Osamu just hold you tighter.
“Just let me hold ya a little longer, okay?”
You place a hand on his head and gently tell him, “ ‘Samu, I’m not breaking up with you, I promise.” And then you wrap your arms around him.
You can feel him sob. It’s clear he is so overwhelmed with everything. He thought he was about to lose you on top of everything. As he cries, you softly tell him over and over again that you love him.
In the morning, you’re careful as you get out of bed, not wanting to wake up your sleeping boyfriend. You call into work, you call the shop and tell them Osamu won’t be coming in today and tell them what’ll need to be done for the day.
When Osamu wakes up, the two of enjoy a meal together which is something the two of you haven’t been able to do in a long time. When Osamu decides to take a nap, you decide to head over to the shop and help out the employees.
You’re so involved in doing what needs to be done that you don’t notice that Osamu has showed up and is now looking lovingly. He’s know for a while, but that was the moment Osamu for sure knew he wanted to marry you. It took another moment for you to realize he was there.
When all the employees had gone home, the shop was closed, and it was just the two of finishing up you decided to tell him what you wanted to last night.
“I want to quit my job, ‘Samu.”
Osamu stops wiping down the counters when you say this, “I thought ya liked yer job, baby?”
“I do, but I’m tired of working there. It’s not what I want to do anymore.”
“So are ya wanting to find a new job?”
“Yup! And I know exactly where I want to work!”
“That’s great, baby! Where d’ya want to work?”
“Here.” You smile.
He is slightly taken aback. “Here? As in here… where we are right now?”
You nod, “Yeah, ‘Samu. I want to work here with you.”
“A-are ya sure?”
You nod, “I’m sure. I just hope I can get an interview.”
Osamu laughs as he gives you a hug — one which you can’t help but to melt into, “Ya definitely got an interview, just answer this one question… do ya love me?”
“More than anything in the world.”
“I love ya too. Ya got the job.”
The two of you share a deep kiss, something both of you have missed so much.
“So do I need to tell HR that the new employee is sleeping with the boss?” You tease.
Osamu let’s out another laugh. Yeah, he definitely wants to marry you.
The next change doesn’t happen until two years later.
The two of you had left Onigiri Miya early, which was a little rare. The two of you were currently getting ready for a much needed night out together. While you were finishing up getting ready, Osamu was rehearsing how he was going to ask you to marry him.
Osamu is quickly drawn out of his thoughts when he hears you.
“ ‘Samuu, I’m ready!”
He looks up at you and smiles, “Beautiful.”
The two of you get into the car and before he pulls out of the driveway, “Is it okay if we make a pit stop before dinner, babe?”
You smile, “Of course!”
Osamu begins his course to his intended destination. It confuses you when he starts going through neighborhood’s instead of the main roads.
“Where’s this pit stop of yours babe?” You ask.
He gives you a soft smile, “You’ll see here in a minute.”
And sure enough, he is pulling up to where he wanted to take you. You both get out of the car.
“ ‘Samu, what are we doing here?”
“Is it still as great as ya remember?”
You nod as you look what’s in front of you, “It’s perfect, ‘Samu. Why’d you bring me here? They haven’t called us back yet.”
What stands in front of you and Osamu is the dream home the two of you toured a few weeks ago.
“They didn’t call ya, they called me. And it’s ours if we still want it.” He dangles the key.
“We got it?” You say getting emotional.
He nods, “We got it.”
You can’t help but to give him a tight hug. He places a kiss on top of your head, “So what d’ya say, want to go inside our new home?”
The two of you hold hands as you walk up to the front door. He is quick to unlock the door and pick you up and carry you over the threshold. As he sets you down, the two of you share a kiss — the first of many in your new home.
The home was perfect, and you definitely had room to grow.
“I can’t believe you didn’t tell me we got it!” You say as you look around. Already imagining what life with Osamu would look like here.
“I wanted to surprise ya.”
“Well it was a really good surprise. I can’t believe this is going to be our new home!” You squeal.
The two of you quickly go around to each room, already discussing which rooms would be guest bedrooms or an office. The two of you stop by the last bedroom.
“So what do you think this one should be?” You ask.
“Hmm, I’m not sure. This doesn’t feel like an office and we already have enough guest rooms.”
“Yeah, I agree with you. But it’s okay. We have plenty of time to figure it out.” You smile at him. But deep down both of you already knew what it would be perfect for.
A nursery.
“How about we go look at that great backyard where we will be hosting many barbecues and then we head t’dinner?” Osamu asks.
“Let’s do it!” You say excitedly.
The moment had arrived.
The two of you step outside, but it surprises you to see that the backyard has already decorated beautifully.
“ ‘Samu… what is all of this?”
“I did this earlier today.”
“Is this what that ‘meeting’ you had today was about?” You giggle as you take in all of his hard work, too busy to see that Osamu was starting to kneel on one knee.
“It was.” He chuckles.
“It’s perfect, ‘Samu. I can’t believe you did all of this by your-” you stop talking when you finally turn around and see Osamu down on one knee and a twinkling diamond ring in his hands.
“(Y/N)… in all the years I’ve know ya, we’ve been through so much together. I loved ya fer a majority of those years and in the three years we’ve been together, those have been some of the best years of ma life. When I first realized that I was in love with ya, ma best friend, I thought lovin’ ya from afar was the best thing I could do. But I was so wrong. Being able to love ya with all of my soul, holding ya, kissin’ ya, and coming home to ya was the best thing to ever happen to me. No words can explain or come close to how happy ya make me feel. And if ya let me, I want to spend the rest of my life tryin’ t’make ya feel that way too. (Y/LN) (Y/N), will ya marry me?”
By this point, tears were streaming down your face and Osamu’s eyes were getting misty.
Your body reacts before you could say anything. You nod as you try to vocalize your response, “Yes. Yes, I’ll marry you.” You choke out.
Osamu never smiled so big before. He quickly gets up and gives you a kiss that resembled your first kiss together. The next thing he does is slide that diamond ring onto your finger. A perfect fit.
Over the course of a few days, the regular customers learned about your engagement. You definitely get bigger reactions from those customers that have been present since the beginning of your relationship.
You proceed to go to the next table to take their order.
“Hi, welcome to Onigiri Miya. Thank you for your patience. Can I take your order?” You ask cheerfully.
“Yeah, I’ll take a two tuna mayo onigiri.” The voice you haven’t heard in years says.
You look up from your notepad and sure enough, it’s the guy that asked you out all those years ago.
“H-hey.” You say.
“Hey.” He smiles.
“Long time no see.”
“Aha, yeah. It has been a while huh?”
“Yeah it has been.”
“Yeah, my job had me relocate. I was going to tell you when you texted me, but that never happened.”
“Oh, I never did text you my response.” You blush due to embarrassment.
“It’s quite alright. But I see that you’re happy!” He smiles and points to your ring.
“I am.”
“That’s great!”
“Thank you. Well, I’ll go put your order in.”
He nods and you resume your duties. When the man goes up to pay for his meal, he’s met by none other than your fiancé.
“It’s on the house.” Osamu tells the guy as he tries to hand over his money.
“Huh?”
“Don’t worry about it.”
“I’m just confused as to why.”
Osamu can’t help but to look over at you where you’re being interrogated by a couple of elderly women who are fawning over your engagement ring, “If it weren’t fer ya, I wouldn’t be with the love of my life right now.”
Once he sees it’s you Osamu is looking it, he realizes, “Ah, okay, I see. You’re the fiancé then.”
“I am.”
He extends out his hand, and Osamu shakes his hand, “Thank you for the meal, and congrats.” He smiles and leaves.
It’s another year and some months later until you and Osamu stand before your loved ones and exchange vows — officially becoming husband and wife.
While on your honeymoon, Osamu only calls you by two names, “ma wife,” and “Mrs. Miya.” Even once back home he still calls you “Mrs. Miya,” and you respond to it so naturally that it’s like you’ve been called that all your life. Even some of the clients have started calling you Mrs. Miya, or Miya with an honorific at the end. Now that you and Osamu were married, you know that group of elderly women have started hounding you about when you and Osamu were going to start having children. They teased you that you had conceived a child while on your honeymoon. Some of them were upset when months went by and you weren’t sporting a baby bump and they had to pay up the wagers they placed with their friends.
It wasn’t until way later when you woke up feeling slightly off. You thought you were just getting sick or something, but you didn’t feel too bad — just different. You tell Osamu before he leaves that you wouldn’t be going in with him today, you didn’t want to risk getting any of the customers sick in the chance that you were actually sick. It wasn’t until later in the day when you were checking the expiration date on the miso that it clicked.
What if I’m pregnant? You think to yourself. You were late. Very late in fact. With that you quickly make a quick trip to the convenience store to pick up a few pregnancy tests. And lo and behold when you took them, they all came back positive.
You become overwhelmed with happiness. Now to figure out a good way to surprise Osamu. You had a few hours before he would be home. You won’t be able to do anything to big, but you definitely needed to something.
You go to the nearest hardware store and pick up paint swatches ranging from your typical pinks and blues, to more gender neutral colors like yellows and greens. With those in hand you head to the market to pick up a few things to make a special meal.
You feel a little guilty that the only meal you can think of is to make onigiri and Osamu is surrounded by onigiri all day. You grab some other things just in case Osamu doesn’t feel like eating onigiri.
Once you’re home you immediately begin preparations. Tonight is the night you’re going to tell your husband that you’re pregnant. Just thinking about how far your relationship with Osamu has come is enough to get you emotional. The way just a few years ago you thought you could never be with Osamu and now here you are with a ring on your finger and his child in your stomach.
You were just finishing up setting the table when you hear Osamu come through the door.
He calls out to you, “I’m home!”
You run to him, peppering his face with kisses.
“Welcome home babe. I missed you today.”
He lets out a hearty laugh as he wraps his arms around your waist, “I missed ya too. And by the looks of it, yer feeling better.”
“I do feel better, and I made dinner.”
“Really? Ahh, domestic bliss,” he sighs and gives you kiss on the lips, “Alright, I’m goin’ t’wash up and I’ll be right out to enjoy the delicious dinner ma beautiful wife made fer me.”
While Osamu freshened up in the bathroom, you made a quick dash to the bathroom by your bedroom and placed the positive pregnancy test in the pocket of your hoodie — well, technically Osamu’s. You return to the kitchen and serve up the specially made dinner. You made onigiri that hopefully conveyed the message that you’re pregnant. But now that Osamu is about to eat it, you’re seriously regretting that decision.
“Looks great, baby. Thank ya.” Osamu says as he sits down at the table.
“I’m sorry, I don’t know what I was thinking! You’re probably tired of onigiri, I mean you’re surrounded by it all day everyday!” You panic and try to take the plate of onigiri away from him, but he’s faster.
“Yer crazy. This onigiri is different. It’s special.” He smiles at you. Has he already figured out what I’m trying to tell him?
“Really?” You say with a teary smile.
“Of course. Ma wife made it fer me!” And with that he takes a bite of the bigger onigiri that you tried to make look like it had a pregnant belly by putting a pickled plum in the middle and covered the plum with rice.
“Here, I also made pork katsu. How about you eat that instead of the onigiri.” You say and begin to plate it for him.
“Nonsense, I’m gonna eat both, babe!” He says while chewing.
True to his words, he eats the onigiri and he’s made quite a dent in his pork katsu when you can’t bear to wait any longer.
“ ‘SAMU.” You say a little louder than intended.
“Is everything okay, babe?” He puts his chopsticks down, now giving you all his attention.
You stand up, grab his hand, and lead him to the the empty room. You know the one room.
“Wow, babe. Are ya about to treat me to ma favorite dessert?” He says teasingly.
“ … ‘Samu… you know the night you proposed to me and we looked at this room and we said we’d figure out a purpose for it?” You ask and he nods, and he gulps.
“Well, I think I know how we can use this room — well if I’m being completely honest, I think I’ve known since that night what I want to use this room for.”
“Tell me.”
You open the door to reveal the walls of the room have the paint swatches you picked up earlier today taped to the walls, both of you walk in, holding hands, “How would you feel about turning this room into a nursery?” You ask, tears threatening to overflow from your eyes. Before Osamu could ask any questions or make any remarks, you pull the pregnancy test from out of your pocket and hand it to him.
“Yer pregnant?” He asks, voice slightly cracking.
“I’m pregnant.” Happy tears now flow down your cheeks.
Osamu envelopes you in a tight hug, and you can hear him sniffle. He then places hands on each of your cheeks, you can feel the cool metal of Osamu’s wedding band against your flushed face, and kisses you. Salty due to both of your tears, but you swear this kiss is different than all of the other ones you’ve shared.
“Yer onigiri makes sense now.” Osamu says and you can’t help but to laugh.
“I’m sorry I made you eat it. I know it wasn’t as good as yours.”
“It was delicious, baby.”
“Mmm, thank you but you didn’t deny that yours are better.” You tease.
“Well it’s not like I make onigiri fer a livin’ or anything.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll get better so I can teach our child — the heir to your onigiri kingdom.”
“Babe, did ya ever consider the possibility that we could have twins?”
“I was so excited about finding out and worried about how to tell you I didn’t even have time to think about that.”
“Well I couldn’t think of a better way to tell me. Thank ya fer making this something I’ll never forget.” Osamu smiles as he gives you another kiss.
“Mm, let’s go! I didn’t even let you finish dinner and I even made dessert.”
“Ooh, what did ya make for dessert?”
You blush as you tell him, “Cream puffs.”
He lets out a loud laugh, “I think I definitely would’ve gotten it then.”
You can’t help but to pout, “But what if I want ya as my dessert instead.” Osamu whispers in your ear.
You blush even harder, “ ‘Samu!”
“What, babe, c’mon. Why, do you think you’ll get pregnant ?” He smirks.
You and Osamu keep your pregnancy under wraps for a while. It was nice having this secret just between the two of you. Osamu definitely had a hard time coming up with reasons why you didn’t show up with him those days morning sickness became too much for you.
Oh, we’re expecting some packages today.
(Y/N) was a little clumsier than usual yesterday, she hurt her ankle.
(Y/N) is emotionally spent right now. She watched a sad movie last night and cried all night about it.
She wanted to deep clean the house today.
There were even a few days when Osamu called in himself and stayed with you. Days with Osamu were your favorite. If your morning sickness subsided sometimes you and Osamu would leave town for the day and see new places, but if morning sickness was too much, the two of you just spent it in bed while Osamu kept you in a steady supply of teas.
Soon enough it was time for your first ultrasound. The day you finally get to see the baby, or babies, inside of you. Osamu is so excited that he can’t help but to bounce his leg as you lay on the examination bed. You can only begin to imagine how excited he’ll be when you come back to figure out the gender(s).
When the technician came in and did the ultrasound, you and Osamu clutched your hands together as you waited to hear what the technician said.
Osamu became emotional once the technician said, “Congratulations, you’re having twins!” With that they finished up and went to print off the ultrasound pictures of your mini onigiris. While the technician was out of the room, Osamu just held you tight.
Before you knew it, your second trimester had begun and your bump was minimal. You and Osamu decide that it’s time to start telling people. Slowly but surely all of you make the big announcement to all of those who are close to you. Everyone is so excited for both of you. Atsumu is probably the one most excited out of everyone you told, you would think he was the one who was the father. But he was so excited to become an uncle.
Time went on and you started to show more. Your bump became a major talking point between you and your regular customers. The elderly ladies constantly asked to touch you bump.
Osamu has definitely grown more protective of you. Anytime the two of you are walking he is either holding you hand, or has an arm wrapped around your waist with his hand gently resting on your stomach — already such a protective father.
At your baby shower, you and your babies are spoiled. Your children are not even born yet and they already have more outfits than you and Osamu combined. A mountain of plushies and toys, a plethora of diapers that seem like that’ll last you a lifetime but you know it’s probably a month or two worth, and everything else your babies will definitely need in the beginning of their lives.
Your friends made sure you were taken care of, supplying you with massage gift certificates, bath bombs, and self care items.
Your pregnancy is flying by, because before you know it your motherly instincts are making you nest. You were nesting was bad that you decided not to go into the shop with Osamu.
“Call if ya need anything. And I mean anything, babe! I don’t care if it’s the smallest thing — ya dropped something, a craving, need something off a shelf, ya call me.”
“You got it, boss!” You tease.
“Need anything before I leave?”
“Can i get a hug from my husband please?” You give him your puppy eyes.
Osamu swears he feels his heart melt, not because of your adorable puppy eyes, but the fact that you called him your husband. Even after all these years he feels giddy when you call him husband. He of course grants your request. It was difficult to hug him considering you bump was in the way.
“I cant wait for them to come out so we can actually hug.” You groan.
“Awe, don’t tell me yer not a fan of our family hugs.”
You laugh, “That’s so cheesy babe.” You tease, but it was your turn to have your heart melted.
“I love ya.”
“I love you.”
He kisses you goodbye and you resume nesting. You were so focused on the task on hand that you don’t even register the small contractions your body has started.
Hours go by until you feel the first one that racks through your entire body. You brace yourself on a nearby object as you wait for it to pass. You don’t think much about it since you’ve had contractions like this before. It’s when they start happening more frequently when you decide to call Osamu. Just as you reach for your phone, you feel that balloon-popping-sensation you’ve been told so much about.
You were going to meet your babies soon.
“Hey, babe!” Osamu answers.
“Hi, baby. What are you doing?” You ask calmly.
“Right now I am just chopping some ingredients. Is everything okay?”
You ignore his question, “ ‘Samu. I want you to put down the knife.”
You hear the clink of the steel blade being sat down, “Babe?”
“ … ‘Samu, my water just broke.”
“Oh, shit.” Osamu feels his body go cold.
“ ‘Samuu…”
“Oh, shit. Okay, okay. Everything is fine. Where are ya?”
“I’m at home, ‘Samu. In the nursery.”
“Okay. Okay,” he looks around frantically, but he’s not even sure why, “Okay. Just stay there. I’m coming. I love ya.”
Osamu looks at his employees, throwing one of them the keys, “I have t’go. You know what t’do.” And with that Osamu bolts out of Onigiri Miya and speeds home.
He finds you bracing yourself against one of the cribs.
“I’m here, babe.” He says while placing a reassuring hand on your back.
“These contractions are no joke.” You sigh as it eases up.
“Have ya been standing here the entire time?”
You nod, “I wanted to go change so I was ready when you got here, but I was too scared to walk.”
“Okay, well how about we get ya changed and we head to the hospital, so we can meet our babies. That sound good?”
You nod again, tears brimming your eyes. “Yeah, that sounds good.”
——
The customers are engaged in conversation when they see a tiny figure place a plate of onigiri on their table.
“Enjoy yer ‘giri!” And the child runs away before the customers could say anything. The just watch as the child runs up to you.
“I did it mommy!”
“You did and you did such a great job, baby!” You grin and pick up your child.
“Now it’s my turn again daddy!” Says the child Osamu is holding.
“Maybe later, but right now this little onigiri needs to eat their lunch!” He says while tickling their tummy.
Most of the customers are enjoying their meal, but some of them can’t help but to look at the loving Miya family. There is a table with customers that have been coming since Onigiri Miya first opened. They feel emotional as they see how far you and Osamu have come since the grand opening all those years ago. They watched as you and Osamu dance around your feelings for each other, they saw when you finally got together, engaged, married, and now here they are watching the two of you with your children.

A/N: whew, this turned out waaayyy longer than I imagined 🥲 I’m definitely not upset about that, but I thought this was going to be like a paragraph or two… boy was I wrong. I definitely got carried away. I hope y’all liked this! I apologize that the ending is kinda abrupt, I just didn’t know how to end it 🫣

generally speaking i think the vast majority of the people who worked on spn were competent professionals who were decent (or better!) at their jobs. i am not a trained professional and know nothing about tv and i believe they are better-suited for their jobs than i am. i have very little ego to speak of. all that being said, even with the caveat that i have not seen seasons 11-15 yet, i truly believe i could have written a better spn finale. this is not a compliment to myself.

kim bashing aside i am sosoo intrigued by his overwhelming all-consuming anger. His capacity for rage surpasses that of any character in kinnporsche imo and the possible implications of it; the way it could relate to his choices in life and personal relationships is just so delicious

Trying to listen to something about that small college in Florida Desantis took over for politics but hearing it described as it was before reminded me of college-hunting with my mom and triggered the shit out of me.
#School was just.#Around 9-11 school stopped being something I could manage and transitioned more to like#‘’Welcome to the world! This is hell and it lasts forever. At the bottom of our pit here you can see the churning toothsome maw which it#is your sisyphean task to crawl away from even as the loose dirt of the sloping pitsides crumbles beneath your hands and feet carrying you#ver closer. If you fail to escape the maw something that brings you pleasure in life will be taken from you and you will be reconstructed#and returned to the pit to fail again.’’#Looking at residential colleges makes me so sad to look back on because of how low my standards for my life were.#My mom was carting me around California and filling in a major for me on tour paperwork and I was trying to be as small and socially gracef#l as possible and that was it. No thought of what I wanted. No thought of my own future at all aside from a vague sense that#given how all my efforts towards anything collapsed in their infancy#I would not be the type of person who Gets Into Colleges.#And I was right! I don’t remember if I couldn’t handle the application process or if I just never got accepted to any residential colleges#r if it was a decision my mother made for me after I dropped out of high school and got a GED instead of graduating properly but I just wen#to community college for a semester. And then I convinced my parents to let me take a year off from struggling in the hell pit and they jus#let me walk out! And I never went back! And it’s only by luck of circumstance I’ve been able to get away with that!#Christ it’s 11 am and I haven’t had my breakfast smoothie. Calm down bitch.

something difficult about writing/storytelling but only in short disconnected bursts is that writing anything longform is very difficult. there isn't as much time to practice long-term character development or subtlety (implying character instead of immediately clarifying) when its not really meant to go anywhere but a notes app. its a little frustrating...i'd love to do something more longform though. i've considered maybe just doing some short writing scenes in my various original universes a lot recently mostly because i just havent had time to draw anything fancy recently </3 maybe that would be something...
#briefly talked about it with a coworker today bc i mentioned my brother makes music#and she got excited because she paints and she showed me some of her work (beautiful btw!!!)#and said she hopes he pursues music and doesnt get his heart crushed by retail like we do#we still make things but ive been thinking about it...it really is like#i feel like ive had less TIME to make things but ive also developed more interest in my own ideas#and in constructing them on their own terms. its hard to describe and even harder to share because its#not churning out fanart for a response i guess?#i dont know. i do feel more satisfied with what im planning but theres less to share#anyway i promised her i'd show her my art sometime so essentially i have to flee the country now#she does lovely work she paints pictures of pets and it seems so nice. she seems so happy with it!#its like...i love it. im a little jealous of it. i feel so much pressure to Do Something New with my art#try to craft scenes and settings (i think setting is such ann important part of storytelling but i have so much trouble drawing it!)#and try new compositions and poses and just not have everything look the same all the time#its led to a lot of work im proud of but its also hard to create under those expectations...#i wish i could find a niche and settle into it comfortably. i think fun character drawings could be that for me#but its...it frustrates me to post those because it feels like if its easy and i like doing it and how it turns out then im not trying#okay i think im done now. sorry for these rambling introspective posts lately lol im#trying to warm back up to posting so i can use this website again (despite how very very bad it is)...#i want to see my frieeeeeends <//////3 i want to be here without running away <///3
