New toll AU….again!!!

In this au branches grandma still dies when he’s young but instead of him vowing to never sing again and always staying in his bunker he gets into “emo” pop and starts singing songs by panic and the disco, fallout boys, all American rejects and mayday parade. I still imagine that even though he sings and comes out of his bunker he still keeps his distance from the other trolls and keeps to himself. He throws underground concerts in his bunker and which surprisingly end’s up getting a lot of attention and he has a decent amount of fans and whenever other trolls ask poppy if she listens to his music or has been to one of his concert She’ll pretend that she’s doesn’t like or at least isn’t interested because it isn’t “happy” pop but she’s actually his #1 fan who knows all the words to his songs, has all his vinyls and likes to sneak into his bunker concerts to see him preform live. Shes convinced she goes in unnoticed when she goes to the concert (since she wears a disguise every time she goes) but he can always tell it’s her and looks directly at her whenever he sings sappy emo songs (like follow you into the dark by death cabs for cuties or literally anything by the fray and cold play) I also like to imagine that when they got closer with each other after the first movie branch brought up how she used to go to his concerts with the intent to tease her about it and she got embarrassed at first but then turned it on him real quick and asked him how he knew that if she always wore a disguise and his only reply is turning bright red
