narnia headcanons part two!
You ask and I shall deliver! ...several months late. Part 1
— Peter would totally be that kind of freak who loves mornings. He’s just the biggest morning person, gets up early, other weird shit etc. Edmund is an evening/night person, and (rightfully) calls Peter crazy for being so happy and energised in the mornings. Lucy and Susan are just normal.
— They’re all amazingly really good at cooking but Peter is the best.
— Lucy is the BIGGEST musical theatre fan. Ever since her dad took her to see one for her 8th birthday she’s been obsessed with them. She has a pretty good voice and has been in every musical production at her school, though she’s never played the lead, but this is by choice. She much prefers playing secondary characters. Of course her siblings have come and seen every single one.
— Now, for a way more silly one: I’ve gone on record several times before saying that Peter is a slut, and I stand by this. Some people seem to think that this is impossible since he’d 100% be such a gentleman, but those things aren’t mutually exclusive. You can have sex with loads of people and be totally respectful to all of them. What seemingly does contradict this, however, is that I’ve also said before that Peter is a hopeless romantic, but I actually think it feeds into each other pretty nicely. I see Peter as the kind of person that would constantly rush into new relationships, but because he’s more in love with the idea of love than the actual person, they inevitably don’t last very long at all. This actually makes sense with the slut part because psychologically, having sex with someone early in the relationship makes you think that you’re more in love than you actually are. This is why I think, that for Peter to be able to find a relationship that actually lasts, which is what he wants, the love needs to grow over time with a person he initially didn’t see in that way. Maybe this is just me and my obsession with love that comes from unexpected places though.
— Already covered this but Edmund is def a closeted swiftie. Lucy is also a swiftie and she knows this, causing endless teasing but he still always denies it. Susan will listen to her occasionally. Peter never got into her music but one day he listened to Never Grow Up and cried for five hours straight. Eustace absolutely hates taylor swift.
— Ever thought about what the Pevensies’ favourite Disney movies would be? Well I have. Edmund’s favourite is Mulan, obviously. Reflection IS an Edmund song, I will not take any criticism on this. Also he definitely had a crush on bisexual legend Lee Chang, cause why wouldn’t he? Peter’s favourite is Aladdin. I have no other reason for thinking this other than vibes. Susan’s favourite is The Little Mermaid, and Lucy has a mental break down every time someone asks her to pick her favourite Disney movie.
Not as many this time but I’ll probably still add more lol

"Mitsuri only join demon slayer corps because she want a d!ck"
I completely disagree with your garbage opinion. She did stated that her reason to join the demon slayer corps was because she want to find a husband, BUT, when she fought Zonhakuten (forgot he's name) we got flashback why she really want to join the ds corps.
First we got her characteristics. She is strong, stronger than a sumo wrestler. She eat a lot, and her hair is pink and green. Keep in mind this is meiji era, nobody wants strong females. They want females that polite and obedient (just like Mulan matchmaker song). Of course she will get rejected. PLUS, we don't know if she has any friend. If you reread the manga/watch the anime, she or the narrative never mention Mitsuri has any. After get rejected by that awful 4-eyes-guy, she became depressed and started to became someone else. She unhappy, hungry and it makes her feel sick.
We don't know how she end up in ds corps, but we do see her interactions with Kagaya. Kagaya told her something that hit too close to home(at least to me).
"Love yourself"
"Cherish yourself"
"If you want to feel accepted, you have to accept your true self"
And I.... Cry....
Because, that's what Mitsuri struggling. She hate herself for being different. Maybe she never told herself that but it's obvious by watching her dye her hair and stop eating more than 1 bowl.
Maybe her suffering aren't as painful as others but it's a good thing, isn't it? We relate to her. Her backstory are simple but real. She also give positive vibe to other ds members.
A lot or majority of the demon slayer corps get their family and friends killed, of course they would have ptsd, depression etc. But when Mitsuri come, everybody feel at ease. She's not confronting them, rather treat them like her friends. Normal people.
I honestly don't know how to close this, this is just a rant of defending Mitsuri, heh. But anyway, I relate to her character. It's nice to see at least 1 or 2 positive character in ds corps like her and Rengoku.

I hope this doesn’t sound odd (but then again I have Cheech from Cheech & Chong as my profile pic so nothing is odd for me lmao) but you’ve mentioned the Munson family having an affinity for Disney (especially since the 90s was a peak period for the company lol) and I wanna ask if it’s ok what are Eddie, Chrissy, and the girls’ favorite Disney movies?
Omg I love this question so much! ✨✨ Not odd at all!
The girls are like me and got to grow up during the renaissance! What a time to be alive!
As we know Maggie’s favorite is The Lion King, she also loves The Little Mermaid too. She vibes with Ariel. Some others include The Rescuer’s Down Under, Hercules and Mulan when those come out.
Livvy’s all time favorite is Beauty and the Beast it’s her favorite movie throughout her whole life, of course Aladdin and Little Mermaid are high ranking. She’s a huge fan of Hunchback when that comes out. She also enjoys some Disney Dark Age ones too like The Black Cauldron and The Great Mouse Detective.
Chrissy’s favorite is Beauty and the Beast as an adult, but she loved Robin Hood, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty best as a little girl. Tangled becomes her new favorite the moment that comes out.
Eddie is thrown into the Disney world by his daughters, he’s more of a Star Wars guy (I know he and the girls have long debates about the originals, the prequels and then the sequels throughout the years lol), but growing up he liked Robin Hood and Fox and the Hound (Chrissy can’t watch that, it’s too sad for her).
But watching with the girls, he admittedly enjoys Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast and even The Lion King before he’s over exposed lol He also vibes with Hunchback too, it’s super hardcore and he enjoyed the book in High School.

Alix, Nino, and Adrien are teetering to the Rebels side because Alix is tired of being labeled a flighty drunk because of her mom, Nino doesn’t want to be trapped in the lamp, and we know what went down in Sleeping Beauty. (And it CAN happen to men, so shut up!)
Marinette is constantly trying to get Nathaniel riled up so he’ll act like his mother, but he remains refined and poised every time
Someone even goes so far as to spray mercury on him so he’ll become deranged. Fortunately, Marc and Aurore had antidotes on hand
Nathaniel is sort of the unspoken leader of the Rebels since he was the first student in years to not sign the Storybook of Legends on Legacy Day while Marinette is the leader of the Royals since she’s all about following Destiny
Most of the Royals are just a little misguided and don’t want anything bad to happen to the Rebels, but they’ve been fed the Disneyfied renditions
… Also, the Storybook of Legeneds is a fake, the Queen of Hearts hid it back when she was a student, a Royal straying to the Rebels side hides it when they find it, and it ends up in Wonderland… Back to the story!
DuPont is a dormitory school, two to a room, and since Marinette’s mom is on the school board, Damocles gives her a say in who’s assigned to which dorm because he’s still a coward. Of course, she has villains and heroes in the same story assigned together
The Villain Rebel students are encouraged to cheat in classes, use any powers they have on the students, and poison some of the Royals… No one sees how wrong that last thing is? Okay.
Marc’s dorm room only has one mirror, surprisingly. Nathaniel constantly tells him he’s the Fairest, so he has no need for more
He and Juleka are good friends and neither one wants Marc to be trapped in the mirror at the price of Juleka getting her Destiny
Adrien and Luka Piper (half sister of Juleka) are secretly dating
Denise can hear the narrators on the Other Side… No, not that Other Side, the other Other Side. You know, the one with the voices and the people with no faces.
Lila is constantly causing discord among the Royals and Rebels. And thanks to a spell she found, she can lie without her nose growing longer

Kaox, The Tide's Conductor
Just a random character idea because the sound of violins was incessantly torturing my mind the entire day. I probably won't do much more with him, but I still like the vibes.
Linebreak for lore and me rambling.
Young Chaoxi knew he was just a tool. Sold like one, treated like one, being a servant surrounded by nobles constantly jabbering and gossiping. He resented every single reminder that his scales are "dirty", and that he's not "proper" enough. His master was the only one that showed him any respect, teaching him ways of the court. But magic, Chaoxi taught himself and he was incredibly good at it. Surprising everyone with his abilities, which have been called divine, Chaoxi managed to break through the social barriers, gaining more and more respect.
The kobold adapted phenomenally to it. Playing with people was just as natural to Kaox as magic, and soon enough he himself had servants to tend to his needs. Those, of course, Kaox treated fairly and with understanding. Nonetheless, some nights Kaox was nowhere to be found, escaping the self-important society to hide in some bar, drinking cheap ale and throwing coins to performers, enjoyment that he never got but always desired. After all, if you force a river to dam up, you should be prepared for it to burst with more strength than you could ever fathom.
Having incredible affinity for water, Kaox is resourceful and clever, able to manipulate circumstances and people into his own favor. A servant ennobled, driven by his ire towards the nobility, rebelling with every breath and act while still staying within their made-up rules. Despite his name being Chaoxi, he goes by Kaox with anybody he deems worthy of his real respect, and is a patron of numerous artists, often employing street musicians as background for his own performances of magic.

So, Kaox. First of all, the most base inspiration was Saba: A Sonnet of Scales [Youtube link] which I found out like two days ago. Pretty much fell in love, and to my dismay I found out that none of my characters fit a violin background track.
I always liked violins though so I spent a whole day thinking about it, because I didn't want to just do the same story beats as anything that ever fit a violin [vague 1900s rebellion vibes, gentleman thief and/or european nobility [honestly it's mostly that, i love that vibe a LOT but i didn't want to just do a knock-off of Saba]]
Hit by a different inspiration [I could blame Xiran Jay Zhao [Also youtube] for this, I found her unrelatedly but really enjoyed her view on Mulan movies] I decided to go with an eastern vibe and somehow it all kinda fell together?
To note, Chaoxi is not chinese, he just takes inspiration from chinese culture. His "nationality" is completely undefined, if vaguely modernish. On that note, his name means tide [if google and wikipedia didn't lie to me], and the three lines to the left of K in Kaox are a radical used to symbolize water [but only in combination with other things].
He has eight fasteners on his coat for good fortune, and black pants to fit the color associated to water with wuxing. The gem on his horn, however, is there as a slight reference to a magic system I made up.
However both his hair color and scales color... are a complete accident! Like, okay, I intended for hair to be blue, yes, but I kind of did them too harsh at first and had to attempt erasing them. I think everyone knows how hard it is to actually erase a color pencil. But the result looked pretty neat so I went with it.
And now for bonus character traits:
- Kaox is utterly awful at all instruments. All of them. He tried. It did not work out.
- That's why he employs musicians though - he still really likes music. He might as well get it his own way.
- His hair is dyed, it's actually just white. He's acting up the whole "water mage" thing. His eyes are natural though.
- He had an eastern dragon father, but never really knew him as originally he was in a regular kobold burrow. That's also why he's so good with water.
- He also didn't knew his mother - the burrow was communal. He doesn't blame the elders for selling him though, but it took many years for him.
- 90% of things he does are motivated by spite.
- He's bi. Also out of spite.
- He genuinely enjoys low quality food and drinks. A cheap beer for him is much better than ancient wine. He sometimes gets hot dogs from gas stations, and gas stations alone.
- Violin + Accordion is the best combo and he will fight you on this. It reminds him of himself, a mix of high culture and street culture working together
- He owns a double bass. It's mistuned and he's too short for it, but it's still his pride and joy.

BBC Ghosts characters as Disney Princesses
Because why not.
Kitty - Cinderella, obviously. Not only does she have a tough family life and probably talks to animals, but the show itself casts her as Cinderella in It's Behind You.
Captain - Mulan. The soldier thing fits, but they were also both hiding things; Mulan being a woman and Cap being gay. (Does this make Havers Li Shang? Power reversal?) Captain's pillow is the equivalent of Mushu.
Julian - Rapunzel. Don't ask why. He just gives the vibe of a long-haired princess who chilled in a tower on his own for years. Honestly, I feel like he'd get into even worse hijinks than Rapunzel when he finally got out.
Robin - Pocahontas. They both have an affinity with nature and are very intelligent (although sadly Pocahontas never gets to play chess in the movie).
Pat - Belle. The yellow of his colour scheme works well, and he also seems like he would have been a bit of a bookworm when he was alive. He's also friendly enough that he probably wouldn't be phased by a castle full of talking furniture.
Mary - Snow White. It kinda goes with the whole "being persecuted for no reason" thing, and also her colour scheme matches. I also feel like she would talk to farmyard animals.
Thomas - Sleeping Beauty. Can you imagine the dramatics he would put on? Dramatic finger prick. Dramatic collapse into coma. Sleeping dramatically for a hundred years, and of course, only being awoken by a true love's kiss. He's definitely hoping his true love is Alison.
Humphrey - Ariel. Ariel loses her voice, and Humphrey loses his head. It also fits with Humphrey being the outsider of the group because Ariel wasn't used to having legs, and when she was human she couldn't talk, and the rest of the time she was in the sea.
Fanny - Jasmine. This is mainly because Fanny had a tiger called Apollo, and also because Jasmine is very sassy. Jasmine also has the whole forced marriage thing going on, and Fanny was obviously forced to marry George. However, in the wise words of my friend Parker, "Her Aladdin pushed her out the window and forgot the magic carpet."
Side note : I considered having Pat as Merida for ironic purposes, but I thought it would be too mean.

I’m rewatching OUAT and I wanted to share some of my opinions on each season!
- The random girl shushing his ominous speech is so funny

Dislike: Regina, Robin
Hate: Arthur
Season rating: 6/10
Firstly, I HATE ARTHUR AND I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL HE’S DEAD. I don’t care for the Camelot arc, but I do like dark Emma and Rumple got some really good character development (even though he went back to being the dark one). I also like Merida and it was nice to see Ruby, Dr Whale, and Mulan again. Gets an extra 0.5 for setting up my absolute favourite arc in the show (the underworld)

being serious tho, I don't think I have anything new to add that hasn't been said before, but I mean I could talk for hours bc the subject fascinates me! Looking at angel's clothes is a good tool to interpret his emotional state, and he is a character that goes through a lot of states in the course of the show.
this got long ofc so I'm putting it below the cut
First let me say, Angel gives me the vibe of a person that as a little kid loved to play dress up with the clothes of his family, because secretly he loves acting and drama and art, and I think his father saw him one time with something of her mother on, and he screamed and unloaded his rage on him "a man is not supposed to do/wear that!" and well, this added to Liam's issues in the long term.
Ok, but that's just my head canon, what we do see in those few flashbacks before he got turned is that he is wearing a normal sort of outfit for the times, but he is usually wearing it in a messy way. He knows what he is supposed to wear, but he refuses to wear it right, just like all the other staff he knows he should be doing as a good man in the eyes of his father, but he refuses to do.
In this stage Angel is acting as a revel but only to a point that's not scary for him.
He was a big and healthy man, he could have run away from the town if he wanted to see the world, or joined a sort of boxing club if he liked to fight, or wore her mother's stuff if he didn't like his clothes, but that kind of rebelliousness takes more courage than he had, it also means taking himself more seriously, and it seems like until this point no one - not even himself - did. He lacked that confidence, so instead of trying to change hard things he didn't like, he chose escapism with sex and alcohol. He wore the clothes in a messy way, yes, but still in the same style he was supposed to.
Another thing to note is that Angel and Spike, wore light tones before getting turned, and then started to wear more dark colors and black.
Above that, Angel also starts to dress more elegant and sharp, and I'm totally blaming the need to impress Darla and exude power for this one.
The thing is Darla cares just as much, if not more, about clothes, style, and image as Angel. She probably had little choice about them in her life because of her profession and lack of money, so I like to think as a vampire she enjoyed wearing luxurious things, and of course the partner she made for herself had to get on track with the plan! it's funny, in the flashbacks you can easily assume they were color coordinating:
His red vest for her red dress. His black suit and dark blue scarf for her deep purple dress with black details. His greenish vest for her green dress. His gold vest for her gold dress
But one thing I'm sure of is Angel LIKES clothes and thinking about style/image... Even if Darla was the mastermind after this, I'm sure he enjoyed it and even learned from it.
Then after he gets his soul and becomes overwhelmed with guilt we see he barely cares anymore, it looks like he just grabs the simplest cheapest inconspicuous clothes available and runs with it. This gets worse when he tastes blood again and hates himself so much he starts living on the streets, avoiding absolutely everyone, he doesn't care about clothes OR being clean then
[ sidenote for his hair OH GOD when he was born it was normal to have long hair for a man, and he had a beautiful long hair! In the flashbacks as Angelus we see him keep it and just style it different depending on the times. But it looks like he cuts it really short, shortly after getting his soul back.
I can totally imagine his dramatic ass having a Mulan scene cutting his own hair while "not" looking in the mirror -also cursing himself for that- and being like "I don't deserve my long beautiful hair after all I did!!... And its not even in style any more btw".
But then like 100 years go by and having long hair as a man is normal again, and being that he successfully avoided so many years of evil doing, maybe he gets comfortable enough to grow it back in the 70's (but look at the horrors. I guess he forgot how to take care of it properly). THEN he tastes blood again -> hates himself more -> cuts his hair short again.
Then the first thing he does when he jumps into a dimension where he has a reflection is worry about his hair, lol He cares a lot about hair too]
Lets keep going. Sunnydale:
Angel gets some funding and a purpose, I think you mentioned this in your own post, he goes to get clothes directly out of a sexy male model magazine from 90s lmao. In my mind he is using the same logic as when he first got his soul back: grab the simplest cheapest inconspicuous clothes available and run with it, except! this time the objective is not to be inconspicuous and totally blend in the crowd, but to get this stylish teen girl to trust him.
I love the ep Lie to me, among other things, because it has one of my fave jokes with Angel(I don't mean that ugly brown shirt lol, but that's a plus). He goes to the club where a bunch of teens are pretending to be vampires, and he finds one dressed exactly like himself! This kid, that knows nothing of actual vampires, was able to deduce an old as fuck person who wants to blend in would probably look at those same magazines. So even if its not obvious you can still asume a lack of care about his outfits.
One thing to note is that Angel never stops wearing black and dark colors when he gets his soul back, and it makes all the sense in the world as a symbol, he is still a vampire, dangerous, intimidating, with a dark past. The soul doesn't make him Liam again. Same with Spike.
(also I just noticed how funny it was that the first thing Angelus did when he returned was literally change clothes in front of Buffy. He just changed personalities in front of her when he lost his soul, and now he was literally changing again, putting on his dark shirt in front of her as he told her lies to hurt her. ok . nice)
Then Angelus is the fun part. It's obvious that he shares the same brain, tools, knowledge and Taste, as Angel, but because of the "not caring about anything but having fun making others suffer" part, he has less repression! and because of that hard tendency in the buffyverse to have bad guys wear dark eyeliner, I can totally say Angel likes to wear make up, but he only allows himself to do that with no soul!
But not only that, we also see him experiment with textures, and sometimes flashy things like that weird belt in the s2 finale, and wearing more expensive materials like the silk shirts, plus rings and dare I say more fruity gestures? lmao call that old tv homophobia the way they would only let villains act kind of gay, but I'm a young bi woman from the now and I totally get to say those are also Angel´s gestures with less repression on them. I mean, he is finally being more expressive with his gestures in general instead of being a wall all the time, and he does this ?? this limp wrist thing and others ugh this single shot drives me insane
the way even Cordelia took notice of this
And if Angelus wasn't proof enough consider the way he was so eager to go undercover and pull a flashy shirt, like the Hawaiian shirts he seems to keep in his car for emergencies ??
And this time... those were his clothes... the other guy he was replacing wore something else
And if that wasn't enough, Cordy says this after Angel buys her clothes :
He likes flashy colors and clothes and style so much its unreal, but at the same time he is repression man ! So what he does is usually keep it simple. Simple and practical while tsill looking good.
After he gets his own show(maybe just after he and Buffy break up) he is more authentic in what he wears, goodbye male model magazines. Even if more boring or simple, his style is also more mature. He is struggling but on his way to building some self estime. He wears simple dark clothes of soft materials and usually a nice black leather jacket... you can tell he doesn't allow himself to have as much fun as he probably wants, but the simple clothes he has - as Cordy says- hung well on him.
Ok one last comment because God this is too long already.
I see Angel wearing expensive clothes as a way to symbolize corruption. He wore expensive clothes for the first time because of being turned and groomed by Darla, when he gets his soul back he never thinks of that again, and when he looses it with Buffy Angelus starts wearing more jewels and things made of silk, is season 3 and after in his own show he only starts wearing expensive suits once he makes in s5 the deal with the devil basically, but once he goes against them in the end he is wearing his common clothes again.

in the corniest way possible, duplicity wants to find who he is and where he belongs - it's very much giving reflection from mulan. who can he be that will fulfill both himself and the people he cares about? who does he care about? he wants to answer these questions. he's not too worried about the details.
😖 CONFOUNDED FACE — is your oc an introvert, an extrovert, or an ambivert? do they let people in easily, or are they more reserved?
at his core, he's a bit of an introvert. he's very open to interaction and thrives in social situations, but a lot of that has to do with his ability to code switch and mask. that amount of masking takes a lot out of him, though, even when he doesn't realize it, so when he's given the freedom to choose, he needs a lot of alone time
🤔 THINKING FACE — what are some of your oc's quirks/mannerisms?
this is also something that's only picked up on by the people who are close to him, or spend enough time with him to notice, but he tends to like movement. when he has the freedom to occupy his own head, his body is always in motion - twisting, rocking, head cocking, feet tapping, all of it

definitely emotional. it's not very obvious because he's not very volatile, but his thought process is fueled by his personal feelings always

he's very adept at picking up on the vibe of a social situation, and adapting to it quickly. he can be the life of the party if that's what's needed, or blend in to the environment if that'll suit him better. when by himself, in camp with the others, he has a tendency to go completely silent for hours on end. a bit of a recharge

definitely spontaneous. even if he's not consciously adapting to a given situation, he tends to make a decision in the moment and go through with it no matter what. his mind just doesn't dwell on things longer than he thinks is necessary (about 20 seconds)

stress? doesn't exist. the tension in his shoulders? doesn't exist! he's not volatile. he doesn't fly off the handle. he hasn't blinked in about 74 seconds but don't worry about that

he's very inquisitive! it was his inquisitiveness that led him to shar and then back away from her, and it's his inquisitiveness that makes him so easy. in every sense of the word

i think his general Aura either attracts someone or directly repels them and that all depends on their own self perception. even beyond that, theres a sort of deep stillness to him that can be magnetic - but some magnets still repel each other.

i don't think hes ever been sick in his life LOL even beyond the fact that hes a cleric just. it seems ooc sdkjdffdk

duplicity has a mother and a father that he hasnt seen since he was 8 years old, and he hasnt thought about them since then. he had what he thought was a family in the sharran cloister, and since losing that, has just sort of been vibing. it won't hit him for a while that he has a real family in his companions, and when it does, well. that'll be something :)
logistically, beyond his parents, he likely has a sibling or two that he doesnt know about, who came about either right before he was sent away or soon after. he doesnt concern himself with hypotheticals :))

what are your favourite disney movies?
Tarzan , Mulan and Lion King! As a bonus, Anastasia is also techhnically Disney now so.
I love the common denominaters of all those films are family, i love disney or any other types of films that surround family or friendship or career or life itself -love can be part of it but it feels more to heart when it's about things i can relate or imagine.
Tarzan was probablyy my horny crush and the story of growing up in the wild itself, the soundtrack, Mulan is a role model and one of the lores i like -joan d'arc type of stories yk, and Lion King of course how it is timeless about the lessons of life. Big shakespearean vibes from Lion King with Hamlet - which, i love watching shakespear productions on theatre time to time so it wasn't hard for me to see the parallels. Just the right amount of pain, revenge, and redemption to get the emotions rolling.
Anastasia as a film has a grown up feel to it and i just loved it for the soundtrack and her looking just like this:
Highly unpopular opinion but i actually liked the Lion King remake, i didn't notice how bad the film is until i read up reviews😭I was like ahh those lions look realistic and that was it. I think i would've been more traumatized if the live action animals looked yassified.
Imagine the "better" lion king version drawing furries in. No thank you, i'm spared from the horny lion king art and can enjoy the film at best as a nature documentary....

Reasons why I am sure the new Snow White movie is going to be shit:
1. She is not Snow White.
And don’t get me wrong, I don’t have any problem with them making any other princess what ever race they want, quite the opposite, I want them to, but her name is Snowwhite.
2. They replaced the seven dwarfs with seven kids with megical powers or shit like that.
Along with the new Wonka, you can see that people with Dwarfism keep losing roles, and that is not fair to them. It’s already hard to get roles just because of their medical condition and it is not fair we take their roles and replace them.
3. Disney has a record of ruining the classic plot in several real life adaptations.
I am a huge Disney fan, but let’s face it, they started well with Beauty and The Beast, Aladdin, Cinderella and Alice in Wonderland but the newer adaptations got progressively worse plot wise, such as Lion King, Dumbo, Lady and The Trump, Mulan and Peter Pen that completely lost their magic. (Haven’t watched the Little Mermaid yet).
4. The casting is bad regardless.
There is simply not one person in the cast that is fitting is role, starting from Rachel Zegler to Gal Gadot, the new dwarfs and even more, every single confirmed cast member does not have the vibe I sensed from the original character in my opinion.
5. Zegler revealed the movie’s plot and ending is not the same as the original.
Zegler said the movie is not going to be about the live story, now, let me ask you, what was the original Snow White about? The love story. Disney Princesses movies are focusing about Love Stories for a reason, to let kids from a very young age believe in love and that is their essence and purpose, once you change that they lose what made them and still makes them so timeless, it loses the charm.
6. My personal connection to the movie got disregarded because of this need to be overly “woke”.
The thing is, I am a really pale person, the lightest shade of most foundations, and ever since I can remember people used to mock me about it because where I come from the beauty standard is to be really tan. But one thing that made me feel really good about myself is when my mom used to call me Snow White as a compliment, it made me feel beautiful and confident. So when I saw them making Snowwhite not as white as snow, I was a bit sad at first cause it felt like they took a part of my childhood.
Of course btw this is my opinion and view only and I love to share it loudly, you don’t have to agree and that’s ok.

HSMTMTS 3x7: A night to remember... for all sorts of reasons
My HSMTMTS 3x7 favourites (in no particular order):
Carlos welcoming Ash to the community
the Tercet making an entrance at the prom
Seb being there (I mean, helloooo) and Seblos singing and dancing and just being happy together
JoJo Siwa playing a character with ‘two left feet’ (call that range /hj)
Ricky and Ashlyn’s little 70s dance -- I need more of their friendship and have been since last season
The girls singing Kourtney’s ‘You’re not alone’ prayer in beautiful three-part harmony... you’re not alone, indeed; and, of course, KOURT’S BIG SOLO!! It’s giving Born to Be Brave 2.0 and I’m all in for that
Kourtney climbing the wall (huge Mulan vibes there) and Carlos doing the water dunking... thing with the guys. Two Mt Everests were conquered that night
My least favourite things about the episode:
the breakup... Gina was right about everything she said, but very little of it was actually EJ’s fault, and I’m not going to say any more about what all of this implies, but I just really didn’t need this right now
the way that everything keeps happening at the most inopportune moments... like, I know that’s how plot-related drama is supposed to work, in theory, but I just really needed a wholesome breather episode today. Is there anything wrong with that?

random question but. if the ouat characters [whichever ones you feel like talking about] were in the atla universe, what kind of bender would they be If they were a bender? nonbenders? do any of them have avatar vibes?

Regina would be a firebender, of course. i feel like this is pretty self explanatory skdjgh i think her arc then would include learning how to use firebending for more than just destruction (like i read a fic once where zuko had to use his bending to cauterize a wound so like,, learning that she can use the bending she's always been told is destructive in ways that help people in comparison to the show where she ends up using her dark magic in ways that help the heroes)
Emma has Avatar vibes tbh i mean like,, she's the Savior. but also i think Avatar!Henry would be really interesting since he ends up becoming the Author,, it's plausible,, either way i think Emma has to be a bender of some sort and she would probably be a waterbender. I think Snow could also be a waterbender bc she has very Katara energy where she wants to heal and help people but she's also absolutely not afraid to throw hands. at least, back in the first seasons before a&e forgot everything they'd every written about their characters--
David & Robin would be nonbenders. i know this in my soul. If Henry isn't the Avatar, he's a nonbender. there's no in between for him
Zelena and Rumple would probably also both be firebenders. Cora would probably a firebender too.
originally, i was going to say Belle would also be a nonbender but i'm changing my mind. i think she would be an airbender. also i think she would fight wan shi tong to be in charge of the library and she would win ❤️
okay hear me out,, earthbender Neal,,, Rumple and Milah are both caught so far off guard by that bc Rumple is a firebender (and maybe Milah is a waterbender? 👀) but one or both of them have earth kingdom ancestry and so Neal ended up being an earthbender...... maybe pan was also an earthbender?
i don't know what to say about hook. waterbender seems obvious bc pirate but also he has more of a firebender personality as a villain (back when his character was. you know. better written.) "hero" hook is just too bland to assign any sort of bending. not that nonbenders are all bland but like..... there's nothing about him that screams connection to one of the elements. also i think nonbender could make sense for him being a pirate,, so i'm not sure about him
okay this is getting long and there are still more characters so now i'm just listing everyone else out with their element and no explanation. Mulan is a nonbender, Aurora is an airbender, Ruby is a nonbender, Tinker Bell is an airbender, Ingrid and Elsa are waterbenders ofc, Dorothy is an earthbender, Maleficent and Lily are firebenders, and August is an earthbender
ouatiw bonus: alice and will are a nonbenders, cyrus is an airbender, ana is a waterbender (though will is the only one who knows that for a while)
