The reborn primordial headcanon (?)
idk if it’s a headcanon for that story because it envoles my OC’s (which ya know aren’t canon to the story at all lmao) but just headcanons of Kito interacting with my OC’s 💕
Xin yan and Kito; Xin yan would Instantly decide “ya know what my kiddo now” and would be like a lil Parental unit for the fluff ball (making sure Kito’s fur remains good and making sure no one’s bullying them).
Wei Guang and Kito; Wei on their own is a absolute sweetheart so going along with that information Wei wouldn’t really treat Kito any different then the way They treat everyone else, Wei would remember to be gentle with Kito. Wei would always make things like feng shui’s and Talismans for Kito.
Li and Ai with Kito; for this lil thing we’re gonna make Li and Ai 15 and 13 😃🤌 Li would be like emo dragon noodle and be super distant and overall not want anything to do with Kito or would at least act like it (but in reality looks up to Kito) Ai loves spending time with her Biǎo gē (cousin) and loves piggy back rides

VAUTRIN: CURRENT TIMELINE VERSE INFO
Tumblr media
During a freak incident within the Fortress, Vautrin comes into contact with primordial seawater in an isolated area, and is seemingly lost. Due to a combination of factors - the isolated location of seawater, and being only half-Fontainian, Vautrin is not as affected as a true Fontainian would be: instead he is left floating in an endless sea, lost and alone.
Over the course of 400 years and thanks to a will of steel (and possibly some aid from a power absorbed by the primordial sea in which he has existed), Vautrin is able to slowly reform himself, eventually finding a human form once more. The world is much changed when he emerges again from the sea - Melusines are not only spread far and wide, but accepted, too. The only constant he can find is in the familiar face of the Chief Justice.

Hello fans of Re: Dracula who were introduced to fiction podcasts through the updates from our good friend Jonathan Harker! Now that the story's over (sob!), would you like some recommendations for some other audio dramas that you might enjoy, made by some of the folks who worked on the podcast?
Jonathan Sims, who played our local phonograph enthusiast, is the writer of the hugely popular horror podcast, The Magnus Archives. The Head Archivist of the Magnus Institute records statements made by members of the public, detailing strange encounters with the supernatural. What soon becomes clear is that these statements do not describe separate and unrelated events, and a bigger and horrific picture begins to emerge. Also appearing as recurring characters in this series are both Sasha Sienna and Alasdair Stuart.
Karim Kronfli is a prolific voice actor, and while he might be best known for his roles in both Re: Dracula and The Magnus Archives, he has voiced a wide range of characters in many different fiction podcasts. Out of all the ones he's appeared in, I would personally recommend urban fantasy anthology series, Unseen. The unseen world exists alongside ours, but only a few humans can see it. It's a world where magic and magical creatures exists, and Karim's character tells his story in episode 7, titled We Ourselves.
Beth Eyre and Felix Trench played twins Antigone and Rudyard Funn in Wooden Overcoats, a British sitcom set on the tiny fictional island of Piffling, in the English Channel. The twins run a funeral parlor together, the only one on the island, until a newcomer arrives. Eric Chapman (played by Tom Crowley) sets up a much more successful funeral parlor, and the story is narrated by the Funns' house mouse, Madeline.
Alan Burgon plays the Interviewer in The Amelia Project. The Amelia Project is a secret organisation, and clients come to them looking for their help in faking their deaths. The Interviewer listens to each client's story, before concocting unique and often elaborate ways in which they will stage their deaths, before being reborn into a new identity.
David Ault is also a very recognisable voice to anyone who spends a considerate amount of time listening to fiction podcasts, and The Kingmaker Histories feels like an appropriate choice here. A weird steampunk series set in the Valorian Socialist Republic in 1911 , this story involves found family, its own intriguing magic system, and being gay and doing crime.
Our favourite cowboy, Giancarlo Herrera, plays one of the protagonists in sci-fi action/thriller, Primordial Deep. Spinner is part of a team which is sent deep beneath the sea to investigate the resurgence of creatures thought to be long-extinct. There's plenty of horror to be had here, as something ancient is stirring in the depths of the ocean.
As for the crew? Tal Minear works on so many podcasts, and if you like fantasy stories, I would recommend the delightfully lighthearted Sidequesting, which follows new adventurer Rion, as they help people on their travels. If you would like some more horror, there's their spoiler-driven anthology series, Someone Dies in This Elevator.
Hannah Wright's Inn Between is a fantasy series based on D&D. Each episode follows a party as they meet in the Goblin's Inn, in between adventures, as the tavern follows them around wherever they go.
Stephen Indrisano's upcoming docu-horror Shelterwood promises to be a series which explores the horror of suburbia, as it follows one man's quest to find his missing sister. Until this is released, I would recommend Do You Copy, in which Stephen plays one of the protagonists. This found footage horror series follows the events which unfold after the closure of Red Tail National Park, and the people who were left inside the park, after its mysterious closure.
Ella Watts is regarded as a walking encyclopedia of all things audio fiction, and has worked on several high-profile projects, including directing both Doctor Who: Redacted and Marvel Move. Her upcoming Camlann is a post-apocalyptic series due to be released next year, inspired by Arthurian legends and British folklore. She is also the executive producer of Tin Can Audio's (who are also producing Camlann) beautiful experimental series, The Tower. The protagonist of this story, Kiri, leaves her life behind to climb an impossibly high tower, making phonecalls along the way.
Newt Schottelkotte's Where The Stars Fell is a supernatural fantasy set in the town of Jerusalem, Oregon. Cryptozoologist Dr Edison Tucker arrives in the town to carry out some research, and meets her roommate, author Lucille Kensington. There's so much more to this strange town than first meets the eye, with a huge revelation at the end of season one.
If you're new to fiction podcasts, welcome! I hope this short (ish!) and very much non-comprehensive list gave you some ideas of what to listen to next!

Amalia being Yugo’s first is WILD and here’s why.
When you really think about it, Amalia is technically Yugo’s first lover in the history of the krosmoz.
Just take a moment to think about it for a second. Let it sink in.
According to what we know about Yugo and what he was like in the past, the dude couldn’t stop moving around and never had a day off from his adventures with Adamaï.
That was back when he wasn’t king and had Chibi as the one leading the council of six (unless the story got retconned but it doesn’t change the fact that Yugo was extremely adventurous). Yugo would be spending his days on his original planet discovering and battling beasts regardless if he was unaware that he rinses and repeats every time he gets reborn.
According to the manga, Yugo and Adamaï’s room looked like a giant museum that was filled and piled up with so many things he got from their adventures that it was insane how much they went outside.
So this not only tells us that Yugo was always hyperactive but it also shows how much of a messy guy he is, hoarding around all his stuff. What kind of man has these habits AND has a steady normal relationship? His partner would continuously get frustrated by the amount of times he’s late and unprepared for their dates because he’s so busy doing his own thing.
Besides, even if Yugo did want to get married to someone, who was he going to go to? The only people on his planet are people of the same race as him which are mainly composed of his primordial siblings and his people who there’s a very high chance that they are somewhat related to him and his siblings (Because let’s be honest here. Mina, Chibi, and Qilby must’ve played a huge part in even having subjects in the first place. Why do you think they’re the “primordial ones”? Qilby must’ve just been curious tho lol “iN tHe NaMe Of ScIenCe”)
So no, Yugo couldn’t have gotten into a relationship even if he wanted to.
Amalia was literally his first which is WILD (but good lol) given how many lives he has had.
Also, it’s highly likely that Amalia is the only exception. Yugo’s life is filled with calamities and dangers to defeat. If the literal retired iop god and his daughter don’t have any clue as to why his life is so dangerous but “fun” (Dally told him that he remembers why Yugo’s his best friend BECAUSE of those dangers and Elely asked him how his life can be filled with so many to begin with), then I don’t know how anyone who doesn’t have a fearless spirit can even like staying with Yugo, let alone be in a romantic relationship with him.
And even if there was a fearless person who liked adventuring, the chances of being with Yugo are slim to none. Amalia was a good option because unlike anyone else, she had so many common points with Yugo that it almost felt like she was MADE for him (evidence presented here) like a cute Sadida doll made for a dragon. Or in this case, a cute sadida made for a demigod with dragon blood 💕💕
For crying out loud, she was even the only royal who wanted to go see the world and attempted more than once to leave her kingdom to do so. How many other royals do you see doing that?? They all have abrasive, snobbish personalities who can only think about themselves and reject anything different from them. The only one who used to act so differently from the other rulers was her mother.
Amalia is truly one of a kind.
(It could also be the fact that Amalia just looks extremely different, appearance-wise. The whole Sadida look stands out a lot. They don’t necessarily get confused by other races like forgelancers/iops/sacriers, enutrofs/fecas/foggernauts. The fact that she looks/wears/talks/protects nature might also be another thing that Yugo gave his attention to.)

I'm loving your works so faaaar! Especially that one where the reader is charlie's mum and that snippet where the reader leaves heaven to save her daughter😭
So I'm here like: what if the reader was reborn in heaven and meant to be Adam's wife but she refuses and is forced to be in Heaven, and it doesn't matter how many times Adam tries to woo her, she's loyal to Luci.
Then when she sees her daughter is in danger, she chooses to leave Heaven,(Emily sets her free, with the Entity's approval, like the god in that universe) knowing the consequences of her actions.
I imagine after saving her daughter, Adam is furious, a chain forms around her neck and Adam pulls her in roughly.
Charlie screams for her Mum and is like "LET HER GO"
"Remember our deal you-" the reader spits on him.
Got inspired by a Lucifer x Lilith tweet where Lucifer goes bersek when the exorcists want to kill Lilith for treason and Lucifer embraces his demon's side to protect her.
I see the reader embracing her demonic side just for Charlotte.
"Say goodbye to your offspring you whore!"
Adam holds reader by the hair, as the exorcists surround Charlie, spare at her troath.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The quality is so bad but I didn't want to look like I was stealing this beautiful artwork to this artist in twitter.
"Yes the great noble angel" Adam chants as you say that you'll accept any punishment, even dead if that means sparring your daughter's life
"Your pure heart won't spare your daughter!"
The rest of the members of the hotels tries to catch up with you to no avail.
"Mum!" Charlie screams and as you see blood, her blood, you lose your mind.
You break free from Adam's iron grip, eyes red and shatter his mask.
"BRING IT ON, CHARLIE IS NOT DYING HERE!"🤭
yes I’m still working on it and will for sure be adding this
mama bear will be coming out and then adam threatens the two toddlers y/n has.. the babies she was pregnant with before she died protecting her people.
and goes sicko mode and goes ham like her demon form isn’t her true demon form she turns into some primordial being and just destroys him
“YOU COME AT ME AND MY FAMILY?!”
“DONT FORGET YOURE IN MY HOUSE NOW BITCH!”
it takes Lucifer to stop her the little ones hiding behind Angel Dust scared. She notices and calms down breathing heavily then she remembers Charlie
She’s okay I healed her
Lucifer glares at Adam as she flew out of the crater, “You’re lucky I stopped her, I should’ve let her finish you off”
“Don’t ever come near me or my family again, and don’t you think about laying a hand on my wife!”

Thoughts on the Shadow of the Erdtree's first trailer
You know I have to, lol.
I'm going to avoid anything that's likely well-trodden territory, so a lot of this will pertain to past theories of mine, or just general ramblings. It's not going to be all that organized, but here goes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The "Ring of Miquella"
A loooong long time ago, I settled on a theory that the Great Rune of the Unborn was actually Miquella's rightful Great Rune, but given to Rennala in the form of the Amber Egg by Radagon before he was even born. The Great Rune itself matches the shape of his twin sister, Malenia's, albeit smaller and of pure gold, akin to Miquella's traits as an eternally youthful demigod of Unalloyed Gold. Miquella's role in the base game as a comatose Empyrean who failed to be reborn further relates to the Great Rune of the Unborn, as it is required to perfect the process, otherwise the reborn loses their memory as if to a deepening slumber.
I take this as a damning vindication, lol.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Possible insight into the Cuckoo
Some have pointed out this character's evident relation to Raya Lucaria. Already, many have jumped to the conclusion that she must be a Carian based on the crystals and bird cages strewn about their chamber, but I don't actually think this is certain. These could also pertain to the Cuckoo, the original headmasters of Raya Lucaria. (After all, some of the cages in Raya Lucaria even contain warbling cuckoo birds.)
The Cuckoo are a somewhat overlooked dynasty, but there are slight hints that they may be related to the Nox in some way. It would be very interesting if we got to see some semblence of their former glory, before Rennala descended from the Mountaintops and overtook the academy. Perhaps then we might glean more on the primordial current so coveted by Lusat, Azur, and Sellen?
Tumblr media
Messmer the Impaler
Where to even begin with this latest addition to Miyazaki's divine freakshow.
The first thing that jumps out to me is their name, "Messmer." Given the context of Miquella, St. Trina, and the yet underexplored concept of dreams, I'm reminded of 18th century physician Franz Mesmer, the pioneer of hypnotism. Mesmer dabbled in astronomy, and believed all beings were connected to the inanimate world through "animal magnetism." In his practice, he developed the first inklings of hypnotic suggestion, then known as Mesmerism.
The use of serpents in Messmer's designs could relate him to the Eternal Serpent that wished to devour the Erdtree and the world, which later became Rykard's obsession. In fact, the red flame Messmer channels bears a striking chromatic resemblance to the Taker's Flames. Perhaps he could be related to the ancient heretical cult of Mt. Gelmir...? (I still wonder what the hell is going on with the volcano's peak, as it does resemble a gnarled tree.)
The red hair would relate this figure to the Fire Giants and/or the Fire Monks, which is particularly strange. Then again, we do find the Fire Giants impaled on briars, though these supposedly pertain to Radagon himself.
The most enthralling detail to me, however, is Messmer's sealed eye.
Tumblr media
Eyes are diegetically symbolic, and thus far we've met two characters with sealed eyes: Melina and Lunar Princess Ranni. It's likely that both of these characters are Empyreans, and as we've never seen any other Empyreans' eyes (Malenia's are covered by rotten scales, and there's no official depiction of Marika with her eyes open or intact), I take it to be a cosmological signifier of their divine status. If so, might Messmer be yet another Empyrean...? Their open eye is golden and draconic, though I'm not sure what this could entail.
I'm sure I'll be mulling it over for a while, lol.
Tumblr media
Other random thoughts
The wolf-lion-mage thing is frickin' sweet, but I like that it appears to be a puppet of sorts, and that whatever puppeteers it is relatively human.
HIGH MONK
CRUCIBLE WINGS
SPECIAL DUAL-WIELDED WEAPONS??
BUTTERFLY MAGIC (purple....)
That definitely looks like Deathroot crawling across the landscape
RUNEBEAR INCANT (so probably even crazier runebears lmao)
Just kind of gesturing at everything because what the hell how is this even the same game it looks insane and fuckin JUICY
June isn't all that far off...

Okay okay okay so I have a VERY hot take...
I don't think the Sovereigns would like the creator. Cuz like it's more likely that the creator is the one that made humans, not the dragons before it. Because why would you create the dragons, and then later on just throw away the idea and push the dragons away when you could have created another planet to put the humans on instead, right?
Neuvi is the exception because he was reborn off on a human body and is technically created by the creator. HOWEVER, imagine that it's the dragon's authority that helps Neuvi realize the creator is the real deal. Like sure, the subtle power that they notice from the creator is there, but like with the authority itself (and being in tune with it as much as he would be when he obtains it), it would be MUCH more obvious.
That brings up the question as to why the archons aren't able to tell, and that's because of their own mind blocking it. How most people work is that whenever they think something is true, it takes a LOT to be able to like change their mind on something if they were wrong. So imagine that they hear of the impostor going around, but whenever they meet them, they feel that power and that pull. But because they've conditioned themselves to think of them as the impostor and not the actual creator, they stay stubborn and just push off that doubt in their minds.
Y'know who wouldn't be like that? FOCALORS (and Nahida cuz Irminsul). Think about it, she barely hears about any sort of like rumors or any badmouthin the cause she's been inside the Oritrice, and because she is made out of water (Oceanid stuff), they're more in tune with the authority. So without that block, they can tell right away during the trial on the "impostor" that they are in fact the real creator, which is why it will ALWAYS say they are innocent, no matter what.
Anyways, kinda went off on a tangent there sorry-
🍌anon
See this is where I ended up deep diving in the wiki by accident at one point that caused me to have this big brain moment.
So we know the Primordial One exists right? This is a canon god that created humans after essentially taking over Teyvat with the Heavenly Principles. That's canon.
So if the Primordial One is already canonically the one who created our characters (essentially)...what the fuck did our creator create?
My answer, Teyvat itself of course. But also the dragon Sovereigns themselves.
But I can already hear you asking, then how did we get to the modern canon of gods? Simple, Teyvat itself is an entity that can control and influence the elements, albeit very little. And with that influence the Heavenly Principles can't fully erase the authority of the creator, instead they rewrite history to favor them.
Saying the Dragons grew tired of being under the creator and chose to rebel, causing the creator to summon the Primordial One (which causes the creator to gain the title of Primordial Mother) to gain aid from. Then we essentially have our original canon mythos that's in the game itself. Essentially it's the same as with any history, written by the victors instead of what the full truth is.
And for why the archons can't recognize the creator is simply because the Heavenly Principles just won't allow them to. Because they've stolen (or attempted to for eons) the authority from the creator.
And here's my own hot take when it comes to the role of the Heavenly Principles, they aren't the creator's friend. They're more like a parasite that's trying to take over what the creator had originally made. Though the reasons I haven't fully thought up honestly. Could be jealousy, a twisted version of obsession, honestly it's up in the air for now.
But I like your hot take! Honestly most aus I've seen where the Heavenly Principles are on the creator's side would fit this very well. Actually it would be interesting if someone did an au where the isekaied protagonist is the reincarnation of the Primordial One and has to deal with the fact that they are trapped in Fontaine because the rage the Hydro Sovereign has would keep them there for all eternity just so he could enact justice on their past life's actions.

Finally did the Bahaumut raids last night! Since I'm already LvL 90 in Endwalker I just went through it all solo - which honestly made the experience about 10 times better.
At last, I know the complete story of Carteneau (even though my naive self back when I was in ARR was totally willing to accept the unfinished story at face value since I didn't know the raids were a thing lmaooo). But WOW what a great addition to the ARR tale, I can't believe I went this long without ever knowing it.
Being able to bring the twins closure AND seeing them get the affection they rightfully deserved from their grandfather was such a nice moment. Not to mention watching Bahaumut get rebuilt bit by bit was cool as hell and effectively terrifying.
We love boss fights that play the opening song in parts during their different phases, I wasn't crying at all not one bit.

Circling back to the whole Hades-Persephone retelling that Feysand supposedly is, I made a post about this ages ago but I'll never be able to find it. The reason we're supposed to "dismiss" the people of the Court of Nightmares as irredeemable is because the Court of Nightmares is supposed to be the Night Court equivalent of the Fields of Punishment. In Greek mythology, this is where people who committed a lot of sins in their lives are sent to pay for said sins. We're not supposed to feel bad for them because they're getting their karma for what they did in the living world. I'm going to go one step further and guess that the pit beneath the Court of Nightmares is supposed to represent Tartarus, the god of the pit located beneath the Underworld and the father of all monsters. Monsters all go there to be reborn, and it's an ugly primordial place. Velaris is supposed to represent Elysium, aka basically the Underworld heaven in Greek mythology. You're sent here if you did a lot of good deeds in your life, so you get to enjoy in the afterlife. So, we're supposed to believe Velaris is perfect. Everyone else gets knocked into the Fields of Asphodel, which I imagine the rest of the Night Court is supposed to be. The problem with this is SJM made the Court of Nightmares consist of actual, living beings, so having people grow up underneath a mountain in those harsh conditions is unfair and is really just creating more monsters. These aren't people who have done bad and are getting punished; these are people we don't know are good or bad who are being forced into the bad due to the treacherous conditions they live in. Misogyny runs rampant and the Inner Circle does nothing about it despite one of their own being from there. Because we're supposed to believe they "deserve" to suffer. Yet we have no evidence of any wrongdoings except that of their leader. What I'm trying to get at is that somehow SJM made a Hades-Persephone retelling, but the "Hades," aka Rhysand, is even worse than the actual Hades in Greek Mythology. Also, Tamlin is supposed to be the Demeter in this situation, but like??? Tamlin is not Feyre's mother???? Also, in the original story, Persephone is shared between the upper world and the underworld, so be prepared to share, Rhysand.

They're really pulling some niche figures for these new Personas, huh?
Tumblr media
Prosymna is one of three naiad daughters of the Greek river god Asterion. Along with her sisters (Acraea and Euboea), she served as a wet-nurse for Hera. The name Prosymna means "celebrate in song," which explains her harp-like design.
(Prosymna is also a genus of snake!)
Tumblr media
Erytheia is one of the three (or four, or seven) Hesperides, nymphs who presided over evening and sunsets. The name Erytheia means "the red one." There doesn't seem to be much mythos surrounding Erytheia specifically, but her name was assigned to a small island northwest of Gilbraltar. (Nowadays it's part of Spain! The city of Cadíz can be found there.)
Preceded by Leucothea, Erytheia is one of the two (possibly 3?) P5X Persona to be rendered as a masculine entity despite being based off a distinctly feminine mythological figure. Not sure why they're doing that, but hey, the designs are great!
Tumblr media
Syke is a bit of an oddball. While it would be easy to presume it's meant to represent Psyche, the Greek goddess of the soul…Psyche has already appeared as Metis' Persona back in P3 FES, so it's possible this one is a different entity. However, something worth noting: like the other Greek myth Persona in this post, Psyche came in a set of three, having been the youngest of three sisters.
Of what I've been able to dig up, Syke (or Syca) was also the name of a town in ancient Cilicia, a region in southern Anatolia. Another name for Syke was Setos, possibly based off the primordial sea goddess Ceto. Ceto is considered one of the oldest-known deities in Greek myth, and was mother to a myriad of monsters, such as the Graiae and Gorgon sisters.
Tumblr media
Meng Po is the Chinese goddess of forgetfulness, tasked with ensuring that souls headed for reincarnation are reborn with no memories. To accomplish this, she serves a memory-wiping soup to souls crossing the Naihe Bridge out of Diyu, a subterranean maze that serves as an equivalent to hell in Chinese mythology.
This lore explains both the bowl and lantern in this Persona's design. The bowl represents the soup, obviously enough, while the lantern can be interpreted as symbolic of "guiding the dead."
Tumblr media
Cleodora was one of the three Thriae, prophetic nymphs who lived in the Corycian Cave of Mt. Parnassus. Though the Thriae are often considered to be the "bee-maidens" (women bearing human heads/torsos and bee wings/lower bodies) described in the Homeric Hymn to Hermes, it's possible they're different trios; the Thriae predicted the future through throwing stones (pessomancy/mantic pebbles), while the bee-maidens predicted the future through casting lots (cleromancy).
The only info I can find on Cleodora as separate from the Thriae states that she was the mother of Parnassos, who invented a way to predict the future based on birds (ornithomancy).
