guys, i think the hermits are going to accidentally start a prank war again. because just like last time, a game of telephone has begun.
first, false made iskall's build into ''false beans,'' her shop from the previous season. however, to give herself plausible deniability, she signs it with "love, Joel. x" due to his username, smallishbeans.
next, iskall sees this, and completely believes it. he thinks it was joel who pranked him, and as he says to pearl while showing off the sign, which he kept even after tearing the prank down, "joel gave me a kiss." in his most recent video, he pranks joel by sending him loads of anonymous messages in order to completely spam and fill his inbox, preventing him from getting any more mail, with notes such as "thinking about you. x"
of course, joel is going to have absolutely no context for this, because he didn't make the initial prank. so who is joel going to assume sent him all those messages while he was away on holiday? well, i have a guess.
etho.

my one (1) complaint about the barbie movie is that they showed the only horses in Barbieland being horse head on stick toys when really there should have been a representation of the direct doll to horse girl pipeline of barbie pegasus.
i’m not saying a cgi horse. i’m saying a giant plastic barbie pegasus.

Danny has been taken along by Vlad to a gala over in Gotham city, given the very easy okay by his parents and a massive bribe by Vlad himself.
(Said bribe was a bunch of cupcakes baked by Vlad personally, and as much as he calls Vlad a fruitloop-and he is one btw- that man is a godly baker)
Has Vlad stopped wanting a son out of him?
Yes.
Has Vlad stopped pinning over his mother?
Yes, but in her place was something he doesn't know if worse or not.
Batman.
Danny, genuinely, does not know what he sees in Batman. Yea, the guy is cool, a well-known hero, always plans ahead and all of that.
But besides all of that he's literally just a guy.
He thinks Vlad is just drawn to miserable men.
(He's so right he doesn't even know.)
But if he remembered correctly, he's pretty sure Bruce and Batman are already in some kind of relationship? He can't remember the exact details, but something about Bruce being Batman's sugar daddy or something.
He knows Vlad is gonna try something, so while the party was going on he discreetly approached one of Bruce's kids to tell them to watch out for his godfather.
"My godfather wants to get with your dad's sugar baby, so you should tell him to watch out I guess."
Then just leaves the next second after passing said information along.
(On another note, Vlad dislikes Bruce simply because he reminds him of Jack both personality wise and a few similar features in the face, though not as tall.)

Obsessively reading everything in game by and about Gortash and the dude is
On a philosophical trajectory that ends in immortality thru technology / the machine
Doesn't have an original bone in his body, but he can backwards engineer anything
Halfway to being a decent scientist but doesn't have the education and is deeply impatient
Overconfident in the veracity of his own results and conclusions
Accurately predicted that the brain would metamorphose and become more difficult to control and then did nothing about it
Outsources his propaganda / arts and humanities
Charming, but he got there in a Pavlovian way (learned from trial and error and probably doesn't consciously know how he does it)
Vindictive af (learned / reinforced)
Darwinian (in the worst way)
Sociopathic, obviously, but extremely Rationalist about it
Never asks questions he doesn't know the answer to and probably thinks this makes him sound more authoritative
Completely incompetent as a strategist (but doesn't know it)
Not nearly as narcissistic / full of himself as he pretends to be
Thinks what he wants is praise but it's never enough because it's not actually what he wants (he wants to be wanted)
Bane makes him feel wanted (conditionally)
Durge made him feel wanted (unconditionally)
Understands intellectually that Durge got ambushed, but he feels abandoned
See also: thematic parallels between Gortash and
Silouv Yali (the Adamantine Forge & the construct Grym)
Oliver (in the shadow-cursed lands)
Astarion and Gale, obviously
