I was playing Totk and there were like those parts of a boat in the cave and I was like „nice I can use all of them.“
Because I had never used or seen a rocket in action before I attached it to my boat…
grave mistake. The boat went off so fast it drove away under Link’s feet.

So the world’s most powerful rocket was maybe just a touch brighter than I’d expected and had set my camera for. Whoops.
I maaaay have overexposed that first shot a tiny bit. Ultimately, I decided to just enjoy the moment instead of fussing with the settings and reframing the shot, but I actually LOVE the second photo I got.
Anyway, I’m running on just a few hours of sleep after driving out there and staking out my spot all night, not to mention the fact that the surrounding area turns into a huge block of stopped traffic when all the launch viewers try to leave at once. I couldn’t even leave my parking spot for an hour and 20 minutes after I hiked back to it.
But I can’t even pretend to complain. It was so incredible to be there in person watching history being made and hearing thousands of people collectively shouting in excitement, sharing this bizarre communal moment together at 01:47 AM.

Tom Sturridge Characters Tier List (according to me)
The parameters I'm going to be using:
personal preference aka how much do I like the character
how well constructed the character is
how much room it gave him as an actor to really exploit his acting skills imo
Parameters I'm NOT going to be using:
how good the source material is, I don't care if the thing is bad, all I care about is the character
morals and values, this is not a top good and ethic people tier, we don't care about that here
This is all very subjective, so if you disagree that's totally fine! I encourage you to share your own opinion.
S
Dream is absolutely S tier and I don't think I need to explain why.
A
Nigel, my beloved. The only reason why he's not on S tier is because I can't say with a straight face that him and Morpheus even begin to compare on how well constructed they are.
A-B
Tom, if that's even your real name, in between A tier and B tier because he's got all of Tom's acting range from bizarre and off putting to bisexual man, but I don't like him as much as I do Nigel.
B
Carlo is a sad gay, so obviously he gets points for that and whenever Tom gets to cry on screen that's a win for me, but he barely had any screen time.
Lord Byron, bisexual, seductive and heartless man, almost a perfect Tom character. I personally don't like him, but I'm allergic to mustaches so that's probably why.
Young Carl, the babiest, he's funny and coherent as a character, I adore him but the amount of virgin man anxiety he has isn't enough to make him weird for Tom standards.
B-C
Jake loses points for being demoted to average fuckboi by the plot when he obviously had the potential to be much more than just that.
C
Will, my love. The writers couldn't decide if this was a romcom, a phycological thriller or a human drama. Either way, Tom did an amazing job with the shitty scrip they gave him and I enjoyed his acting immensely.
D
John, he was nice, very romantic, but way too normal and plain to be any higher than this and I don't love him enough to promote him from D.
E
I don't even remember this guy's name, but he cries during sex and he's kinda hot and that's the only reason he's not on F tier.
As you'll notice I didn't put every character of his here, that's because I haven't watched all of his work yet! (and probably won't) so again, if you wish to add anyone please do!
