My Twitter's follower-base has reached a point where I can't tweet anything casually opinion-related without it overflowing like a toilet. I post a short thread on my gripes with color design in anime and I'm getting QRT'd with "kill this guy with hammers" reaction gifs. Like, damn, this isn't fun anymore. It's not fun to talk about stuff on Twitter in general anymore. I wanted to post some ship dynamic doodles sometime there, but I know I'm gonna get weirdly aggressive takes and reactions. No hate, but I genuinely don't understand why people want to see the eggs die or leave the island to end the event?

I mean, you could have the eggs being independent and still be here without any menace and/or quest to do. You can end the event by making them grow up and the admins who doesn't wish to continue leave the adventure y'know ?

But for what I see of the members of QSMP, most of them have fun with the eggs, they are like members now

It just gonna be weird if they are not here, or it is just me ?

I'm not telling that the event must be here forever, but what if the admin and the players are having fun and now it's kinda normal to play with the eggs around ?

And the eggs are mostly independent right now on the server, I'm sure even if the code or something else attack they can survive on their own with one egg tping the others

Once again I'm just asking, because I like what the eggs add to the server. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, it's open to discussion. Just know you can't change my mind, I just want to see other people's visions

And if the problem is about the pressure of the admin having to be here 24/24h, it's fair and they shouldn't be pressured at all

I got a Bluesky but there doesn’t seem to be hashtags, I have no idea how to actually get people to see my art if they aren’t already following me. There’s like lists but nothing on how to post to them? I feel too old for this shit which doesn’t bode well for the majority of my lifespan.

A lot of the Fallout fandom quickly needs to learn the "Um, actually..." nitpicking is exhausting. The Fallout show looks amazing and they have been out in full force complaining about it not being accurate. It's so much easier not to care and cry over it not being 100% lore accurate (cause their isn't an accurate lore in the first place)

I think it is because of the spawn killing, a universally reviled move in these kinds of games? The weird beef I mean. With Tubbo and Bad. Also they probably didn't like the attacks being so often, it got pretty annoying.

This a pvp competition with infinite respawns, and killing other players gains point. There was no rules and every single team was being ‘bm’, they were directly told to do whatever it takes to win and they all played into it. I have played in comps like this before I have been the one targeted, often my team almost fully disconnects before battle, it can be hard and frustrating from a player perspective but thats the game thats how you play.

If you as a VIEWER can not take a no holds bar pvp competetion then you shouldn’t be watching it, thats final. You should not be begging and pleading for other players to think of your guys, it is a competition. There at no point should be tweets or posts about how blah blah blah team was being annoying and bm at that point you shouldn’t have be watching at all.

You are allowed to be annoyed/frustrated but once you get to the im going to make a tweet/post hating on tubbo and bad, then you should have left hours ago. It is minecraft, get over yourselves.

There is something so concerning about them being convinced Millie hates Noah… like just imagine, he’ll very likely be in her wedding (something she herself has talked about him being a part of, less than a year ago and before she even got engaged) and watch them try to gaslight themselves into thinking he forced her to do it or something 😭

Millie and Noah are probably the closest cast-members coming out of ST (besides maybe like Charlie and Natalia).

Tbh I don’t even care about fictional ships when it comes to this level of delusion. What I hate about all this is I can't even find the content I want to see here anymore. I hate blocking people that aren't spam bots, but these Twitter stans have tried my patience. Like I'm cool with whatever interpretation, but when I come to a tag that is supposed to be curated with specific takes, that's what I want and expect to see. Not all this tsundere best grape jiujiu meow meow stuff. That's what the general tag is for.

Just because the word canon is in the tag name it doesn't make the take more valid lmao. It's a search category with a passive aggressive name because the people that made it were harassed out of the general tag. They deserved the snark for essentially being kicked out of the character tag. Plus it made it easier to search out novel specific posts, so to me it was a win/win

And I just shake my head at these people trying to "reclaim" the tag and telling the fans that made it to go make a new tag again. Hey Twitter stans, why don't you make your own tag called "actual canon Jiang Cheng" or whatever if it means that much to you. it really truly does have the same connotations to it as when people nowadays call fat women / hairy women “unfeminine” (which is obviously untrue), when this was absolutely not at all how people viewed womanhood in history, and stems from a much more ‘modern’ mindset that’s a direct result of our current social climate. fat + having volume to one’s body used to be seen as a clear indicator of good health and feminine fertility (nourishment => a very taurian trait!) and body hair was literally just so normal (being natural => another trait heavily linked to taurus!!!)

The way that the TOH fandom on Twitter is ripping the show’s writing/character design to shreds right now is really sad.
