Y I K E S, I have been awful with posting here recently! I'm getting towards the end of Winter term, but unfortunately I'll still be in school throughout the summer (last term though, yay!). Still, as the weather starts to get better, I hope to be able to create and post some new content!
In the meantime, I have been far better with updating my Instagram (@tayduffers) lately if you are interested in keeping up with me! I've got some cosplay photos, WIP photos for Ariel and Artemis, and lots of pictures of my doggo :P
Hope everyone else who is wrapping up school terms is doing okay - I know I'm struggling a little with all the final projects!!!!

/post/110345514003 omg how are you sitting down in that skirt?! As a fellow Astrid cosplayer, I cannot for the life of me sit down because the spikes on her skirt dig into my ass. Please share your secrets senpai?
VERY VERY CAREFULLY OH MY WORD
It’s.. pretty much impossible to sit like a normal person, haha. But essentially instead of sitting directly on the spikes I kind of roll them onto their side? It’s extra difficult because I - like the dumby, masochist cosplayer I am - decided to sew the leather the spikes are attached to down instead of leaving them loose (So I can’t even move them out of the way, they’re stuck to my bum).
ALSO what makes it AT ALL possible is that I left (lol aka added an extra fur panel because I accidentally took the skirt in hahaha I mean it was totally on purpose *sweats*) an extra gap between the leather strips back there… I don’t have a decent picture of the back to show you, but I’ll try and upload one so that makes a little more sense! It’s a big enough gap to balance on my one side and I just pray to the cosplay gods that my spikes on the other side don’t break OTL
