Miri and Taiga are celebrating Tanabata. The moment Miri holds the boy’s hand, he blushes.

What is Tanabata?

Once upon a time there were two star-gods who were exceptionally beautiful and wise. The “Princess Weaver” (the star Vega) was the king’s daughter and a beautiful, accomplished weaver who was responsible for the royal cloth. The divine Cowherd (the star Altair) was tending his flocks in the hills next to the palace one day when the Princess happened to gaze out the window. Their eyes locked and it was love at first sight. They immediately ran to each other and, after a brief courtship, approached the king for his blessing, which he granted easily. Unfortunately, problems soon developed. The two were so madly in love that the weaving and the herds were both neglected, not a good state of affairs. The king put his foot down and ordered the two to be separated by the “river of stars” (the Milky Way), except for one day a year when they could visit each other.

That one day is, as you’ve probably guessed, Tanabata! It’s the time each year when the star-gods Shokujo (the Princess) and Kengyu (the Cowherd) meet, crossing the Milky Way with the help of a bridge formed of loyal sparrows.

This is the Tanabata in Sendai City.

spent two days devouring assassination classroom all over again but anime version and now

now i have thoughts of modern!fits idiots squad in class 3E

karma and ayame as rivals (in what sense? doesn't matter cos they are on opposite ends of the spectrum and don't want to get along)

nagisa and tanjirou constantly sweatdropping at the nonsense they're class-assigned best friends get up to

zenitsu and okajima are a terrible duo and they work so well together

nagisa and ayame both being the top assassins while karma and tanjirou are the best combat assassins

rio, ayame, zenitsu and karma hanging out and someone is gonna get teased within an inch of their lives (tanjirou, kayano, nagisa rUN)
