The thing about acas!roier and acas!cellbit is that they’re geniuses in their own right but are complete dumbasses when it comes to figuring out each other’s secret identities.

Cellbit already had a bit of a theory from the beginning. He’d noticed a ton of similarities between Spider-Man and Roier but his brain created a mental wall that’s preventing him from connecting the dots because with all he’s going through currently, the last thing he wants is to find out that his friend (crush?) is also his arch nemesis.

Roier, on the other hand, is too gay and in love to even consider that Cellbit is Black Cat. He notices the similarities, too, but it all goes down the drain because whenever he’s with Cellbit he feels all icky (/pos) and weird and every slight physical contact with his crush shuts down his brain. He sees Cellbit through rose-tinted glasses (similar to how Damien views Anya).

So, yeah. It’ll take a while.

A little continuation in my Gabriella lives au that already happened here and here.

So my another little headcanon, besides that Miguel is awkwardly attempting here to sorta adopt Gwen and is trying to figure out how to convince her to go back to school, is the night routine.

So Miguel (who read too many parenting guides* to catch up quickly and not fuck up this precious child) strongly believes in leading by example. So since he wants Gabriella to have good sleeping habits after her nightly routine he also goes to sleep at sensible hour. But he can't sleep through whole night so when he wakes up at ungodly hour he does some light work not to wake up her.

Then he prepares breakfast and bento (he totally had to learn to cook, you can't convince me otherwise) and with time he started having a little fun with it and then it became kinda hobby. It helps him wind down so that after he sends Gabriella to school he is actually able to take an extra 1-2 hour nap.

(* as in parenting guides for child of Gabriella age, totally clueless what to do with a traumatized teenager but after the denial he probably will do the homework)

Time to come in with a new AU!

Or: Miles thinks that Miguel is a vampire. He isn't.

(No one is aware that Miles is a bloodsucker)

He is SO worried about his boss because he is shitty at hunting and Miguel is losing his mind because someone is placing half-dead animals in his office.

Miguel thought that it was Spidercat at first, but then the animals became bigger and bigger till he found a bear on his desk one day.

(SC might be strong and stuff, but the bear had been bigger than him)

Miles was cross with him when he heard that he didn't even try to eat said bear.

Like he does not want to eat a rat or a bunny.

Miguel is a big guy after all.

It could be bellow his honor as a first-class predator and leader of a gigantic spider colony to eat that.

But not accepting a bear, the being that is undoubtedly on top of the food chain?

Unforgivable.

Cue to Miguel being kind of panicked, cause not only is someone sending him death threats, but he apparently also fucked up his relation/mentorship with miles

(In this AU, they grow closer after atsv. Miles knows how Vampire instincts get when your family/colony is involved and that Miguel is probably his only chance of getting mentored by someone with the same problems. Meanwhile, Miguel is deeply horrified by his actions, even if they were when he was on serum withdrawal. He had hurt a child and was unsure how to react to his behavior of wanting to spend time with him.

so I have this au headcanon that oscillates between silly and depressing that when Gabriella's universe was collapsing all the spiders grabbed as many people as possible and just jumped the portals.

So Gabriela is very much alive and to Miguel's dismay decided that Gwen is the coolest and ballerina and even spidercat agrees! Totally an older sister material!

So uhhh..how is Avocato and Gary relationship in the Retired Hero AU? (I don't think you ever said)

I actually never really gave it much thought about their relationship in this Au- so much that I nearly just wasn't going to include Avocato at all. I assumed he'd die by getting betrayed by Lord Commander.

I did, however, try design him. Like everyone else he had a mix of pilot Final Space and current one so he had more of a guard appearance.

But my comfort ship is garycato so I'd like to include it in every AU and I'm thinking:

Gary and Avocato hate each others guts but Little Cato sees them both as parents now and they just have to...deal.

Gary hates how Avocato left Little Cato even if it was to protect him. As someone who's gone through it, he believes Avocato could've found- literally- any other way.

Avocato hates Gary's guts and thinks he is a coward for avoiding 'his' Infinity Guard duties. No one has ever opposed him and lived so it takes a lot of control not to lash out on Gary but Avocato didn't lash out on Lord Commander so he could handle it...probably.

So they're co-parents. Little Cato is simply happy to finally have a somewhat complete family.

Of course love comes eventually... I hope
