I’ve been sketching some of @bonefall ‘s BB!au character designs as warm ups recently.

It’s always fun drawing other people’s designs and compromising with style to adapt to suit them; I think it’s a good learning experience and these headshots are a lot more diverse in terms of features than my typical designs.

Lol not to be girlie girl but like what if

leafpool fretted over her sister’s “kits” so much that thunderclan endearingly started referring to her as the 3’s second mother.

It would make sense, since of course leafpool couldn’t have kits of her own, so her nephews and niece would fit perfectly into that role for her.

And like- squirrelflight obviously didn’t care in the slightest because of the love she had for her sister. Plus it gave her the chance to stretch her legs whenever the other queens were busy.

ya know. orange pallas cat fireheart is so funny. like idk. a couple of vets took him in bc he needed personal rehab b4 being released back into the wild or smthn. he escapes. all the clans assume hes a kittypet but hes infact- a fully wild animal.

like they view the big cats as some kinda mythical being so the other wild cats might fall into that. im just. imagine.

Rereading Into the Wild just makes this more funny to me bec at least 50 percent of that book is characters telling Firepaw that he "will never truly be a warrior because he wasn't born wild" lmaooo

I read some headcanons/aus of Curlfeather being Reedwhisker’s daughter and I love the idea so much; the idea of Frostpaw struggling under their legacy and intergenerational trauma, Curlfeather killed by the dogs she set on her own father.

I had fun with the designs for this! Particularly Misty/Reed’s, which I decided not to reference. Experimented with lineart, I think I like the thicker/smooth look for this :)
