Your Au gave a lot of brainstorm, is really cool and i love both the design of the critters and the prototype (and his cult), hope to see more from it~
And after see the prototype's followers i had to make my own critter in this au, 'cause the thought of how would a ex follower in the process to get clean from the gas indoctrination would act came to me, maybe the normal followers could get out easy, but what about a high rank like a priest?

so i've had this thought about the soul riders for a while now ~ like how there is the 4 circles and even though our main character can technically control them all i was wondering what symbol would our character's own circle have
!! and i came to the conclusion it would be a butterfly cause the other circles are all some kind of celestial stuff up in the sky, butterflies can fly so that would symbolize how we can reach all of the 4 circles' magic, also if you pay attention in the game, sso has a lot of butterfly stuff going around
like the catherines memories stuff is butterflies, there are races where you chase butterflies and the circus race also has them also if i remember correctly there used to be a sun circle lesson with butterflies, you get a butterfly magic powder thing from soul riding training and im pretty sure i thought of more things too but i forgot - also the butterflies in this context are often pinkish the same way soul riding magic is

Some of my nocturnal anxiety came back ever since my cat left, so I just spent some time playing to Star Stable Online to relax and sketched a little thing ❤️
Back in 2021 I remember I said I wanted to draw all main characters from the game (Soul and Dark Riders), it's probably one of my biggest childhood game and it's fun so. Idk when I'll be able to draw next characters but here's already Lisa and Starshine 🌟
I'm also working on my story but in my sketchbook, it's nice to focus on it without posting everything and just brainstorm with watercolor, notes etc

on one hand i do like that kamen rider as a franchise has an entirely new setting and story and cast of characters year after year so that outside of the occasional fun crossover you can just jump into any series with no prior knowledge as if it's its own franchise but on the other hand is there LITERALLY any reason why for just one time we can't have a season that's a light sequel to a previous show and have a previous rider as a mentor type character and follow up on those themes and have them in conversation with each other
#is it TOO MUCH TO ASK for a showa rider to be old and tired after years of fighting but find a spark of hope in a new hero#is it too much to ask for that hope to be contrasted against said showa rider's knowledge of the fight weighing on the soul#and seeking to protect said new hero while accepting their help#and to confront the ramifications of their legacy and impact and how a new hero would see their own future in that#is it too much to ask for dilf skyrider

On the topic of Knight's eyes: I don't think it's at all a coincidence that his eyes are visible (rather, they used this highly detailed promo helmet (see also: Even More No Vision Faiz)) in these specific scenes while they're invisible most of the time (or maybe truly not even there, and the regular stunt helmet just has a black film, seems to be true of at least some helmets as the light hits the same eye area in some action scenes yet looks uniformly black). These scenes, as spoiler-free as possible, are all character-defining moments for Ren.

4 main magic families:
1. LIGHT MAGIC
Alignment: Good (wants to help others)
Attributes: life, healing, warmth, soul power
Creatures: Aetherians (Aideen, Fripp)
Magic users: Druids (they use a mix of Light and Earth magic)
2. EARTH MAGIC
Alignment: Neutral (can be used for both good and evil)
Attributes: nature, weather, plants and animals, entrophy, reality (can’t coexist with Pandorian- just for a short time)
Creatures: Earthlings (humans)
Magic users: Witches (only use Earth magic: Mrs Holdsworth, Pi, Sive, Sedna, Uyarak)
3. PANDORIA MAGIC
Alignment: Neutral (can be used for both good and evil)
Attributes: time and space, illusions, transformation, unreality (can’t coexist with Earth- just in bubbles)
Creatures: Pandorians (Ydris)
Magic users: Sorcerers (only use Pandorian magic)
4. VOID MAGIC
Alignment: Evil (wants to harm others)
Attributes: death, darkness, cold, decay, corruption.
Creatures: Umbrasians (Garnok, shadow seekers)
Magic users: Warlocks (Mr Sands, Darko)
Soul Riders: Light, Earth and Pandorian magic
Dark Riders: Void, Earth and Pandorian magic
MC: half earthling, half pandorian, free to choose between Light and Void
Based on these- the Lore:
1. On Pandoria
-> Garnok is an umbrasian creature, came from the Void, to corrupt and conquer.
-> Creatures of light, the aetherians, like Fripp and Aideen, fight the umbrasians.
-> Garnok attacks Pandoria, Fripp comes to help them
-> Umbrasians are defeated, but corruption remains in Pandoria
-> G is put on a ship to be taken to imprisonment, but the corrupted free him
2. On Earth, before Garnok’s imprisonment
-> Aideen is another aetherian, arrived on Jorvik, brought life to the island
-> Garnok’s ship crashes on Jorvik, Aideen fights the darkness, but can’t win alone
-> The good pandorians meet Aideen, join Light, Earth and Pandorian magic to fight Garnok
-> They create the ultimate weapon: the Soul Riders
-> Garnok does the same: combines Void, Earth and Pandorian to create Dark Riders
-> The SRs win, imprison Garnok and his followers at the bottom of the sea
-> Aideen used too much of her power in the war, her soul disperses on the island
3. On Earth, after Garnok’s imprisonment
-> Garnok’s power keeps seeping out, corrupting Jorvik
-> The soul of Aideen the SRs’ and DRs’ all reincarnate-> The Keepers of Aideen and the Soul Riders safeguard the island
-> The Dark Riders and corrupted always try to free him
-> Many sisterhoods rise and fall, fighting the darkness
-> Garnok’s awakening comes ever closer
-> Aideen’s power also awakens, her soul reincarnates into the 5th Soul Rider
