Like. In one of the first conversations Will and Jack had in years, Will says, “I wanted to run away with him”. Fully admits to wanting to run away with the Chesapeake Ripper, even though he knew that he was a cannibalistic murderer. Admits this to Jack’s face. He literally basically said that yeah, I know I was helping you try and finally catch him, but I also wanted to start a new life with him so the outcome was 50/50 tbh.

And Jack, head of his division, green lights Wills silly little plan to “fake” Hannibal’s escape. Didn’t question it for more than two minutes. Didn’t think to be like, hey, maybe I should not let the man Hannibal is so blatantly in love with have direct access to him in a van full of under-trained cops hmmm maybe that wouldn’t go well. No he just says you know what Will I trust you good job

oops I forgot to mention that uhh the new wand is done!! it’s been finished for a while tbh, I just procrastinated on gluing it all back together and taking a semi-decent pic. there’s only a couple key changes I made - re-doing it so it has the zig-zag bend ofc and coating the copper base part so it doesn’t tarnish and stays shiny :)

anyway THIS is as close to canon as I can make it!! I’m glad it’s done and I’m very proud of it but also I am never doing this again lol

I am crowdsourcing for help because I feel like this album has been ruined for me by having too much exposure to “what it’s about” before I imprint my own memories on it and find my own meaning in it. I don’t wanna think about how x is about pining for Matty Healy while with Joe because I need to be able to find relatability in it which I cannot do if all I can see when I hear each lyric is a photo of HER situation. This has gone from being the best album I’ve ever heard to something I can’t even listen to because I don’t wanna hear it In That Way within 24 hours, every lyric is stained with like, thinking about Taylor emotionally cheating instead of relating it to me??? and I’m just looking for some deconstruction of that belief, so if anyone can come in my ask box and tell me why the theory that TTPD a 3 arc story about how she was pinning after Matty while with Joe so dumped Joe and then she regretted it makes no sense and can’t be true - without saying “it’s because MY theory is what’s true here’s my theory!1!!1!1” I’d really appreciate it. I really really really need this out of my brain

The way fanon clings to the depiction of cartoonishly abusive Willis despite the fact that it was a shitty retcon in the first place and is also no longer really true because rebirth sorta re-retconned it. The idea that Jason has nothing but contempt for his father is something that was not true before new52 and is also not currently true. There’s elevendy million posts/fics/discussions about (rebirth) rhato 25 but somehow nobody seems to remember that part of the reason why Jason took out Cobblepot the way that he did was because he was spiraling over Willis and wanted revenge for his ‘death’. Like remember when new52 made Rose Wilson fully white for a little bit? Me neither we should all forget everything that happened in that era <3
