What happened to rule number one: “Don’t eat anything unless there’s a label stating exactly how many calories are in there.” ‘But I can look it up online..-‘ Don’t you sass me! You only know eating that is going to hurt you right? Never going to fit in the cute skirt, those crop tops T’s... what are you trying to become the size of a whale if it was obese? Imagine the fat piling up on you, adding to your already layers of disgusting body. Still want to eat? Yes? No? • no more than 500 cals a day!!!
• if hungry drink a lot of water first
• cravings: celery & carrots. or pineapple
• if cal limit is exceded workout 2x harder
• exercise daily, if no time every other day.
• no more cookies, cakes (unless bday party), or anything that excedes 150 cals per serving
• keep protein bars to 1 per week
• no lunch, veggies for dinner
• bf is 1/2 apple. can’t pass out on the school stairs amiright
• pls just be happy and motivated to lose wait, we want to look good.
