Le Marché d’Oli (Oli’s Market) - Grocery Store

The grocery store can be set up in two ways

1 - Non-Functional Grocery Store: Used as a normal community lot with a custom grocery rabbithole rug. (I’ve already placed one on the lot) and if you have World Adventures, you can buy groceries with the Food register :)

2 - Functional Grocery Store: Your sim is able to buy grocery items (with ani’s merchant mod + Ani’s ration box mod) that gives them random fruits, vegetables, fish and meat to then be able to cook (with the cook with any ingredients Mod).+ (Placed Rabbithole already on the lot)

Hey friends! I'm here to post an update about my grocery store!

I added a produce section and I finished the bathrooms! It's looking good! :)

I hope everyone likes it! I won't be uploading it for download because you need a lot of CC and mods to make it work/look like it does. I got almost all the CC (food, stands, produce shelves, checkout lanes, etc.) from ATS3. Thank you so much for making all this wonderful CC! @aroundthesims

I also used the NRASS register Mod! If you don't know about the NRASS mods you should check them out! They can improve the quality of your game soooo much it's crazy!

Had a great time playing Sims today (spent 3 and a half hours searching for and downloading custom content and never once turned on the game)

#sims #the sims 2 #the sims #ts2 #this is just how it is now #not writing #sims 4 #I guess I’ll tag but sims 2 is the only sims that matters my man 😭#you will not catch me tagging 3 #sims 2 my beloved #I’ve been playing it for like 13 years now downloading cc is the only thing that still gives me meaning #I just wanted a round slightly worn wooden table that’s it 😭#I only found one (1) vaguely close item after 3 hours! and it was refusing to even download at first 😭#I had a list of 6 items to look for that at the top... I downloaded about 50 things... only got 2 of those items #like walking into the grocery store to buy one thing and then leaving with a whole shopping cart full #mostly got hair didn’t need any of it again just needed that table and some recolours of items plus a lamp and some plants but nooo #still didn’t really find a table recolour I liked just closest thing I just want worn wood recolours of things! 😭#I’m building a bar/kind of dingy pub but I don’t want it to look like abandoned for 100yrs after a massacre just want some wear and tear #yes it’s 2am ignore me #yeah I’m gamer™️

Russet went to the store to buy some groceries, then he got a garden set up and caught up on homework before going over to visit his dad.

Russet recently started cooking, which is something Jared is an expert in, so he gave him some really good tips! Russet even learned a new recipe!

While there was still plenty of daylight left and the sun was starting to become a bit too much for Pandora and slowly heat her up, she headed over to the grocery store to get some produce to start a garden back at home.

She bumped into Christopher Steele outside the grocery store and would you look at that, someone's attracted to her. Pandora couldn't help but feel the same way. Does this call for a potential love interest??

Hey tumblr friends! I just wanted to share with everyone this thing I have been working on all night!

I made a custom and *functional* grocery store using ATS3 CC and the NRASS register mod! It's still a WIP, but I'm so happy with how it is coming along! I need to get a few more CC items but when It's finished it's really going to look cute! Ahhh I love it so much already!

I left a room in the back for a rabbit hole rug so I can get lottery tickets or take fishing classes if I want to. I just thought it would be good to have.

Now I just need to find some shopping carts and a few more CC items! Thanks friends!

I hope everyone had an enjoyable cupid's day!

The ROS for the Siews just made Saku pay 600$, so that will be added to her tax this round. The members of the Church are supposed to like her less, so I was considering making her husband break up with her, but they just lost their love for each other for now.

Apparently she met a wolf at a 'graveyard' belonging to the Church and she's blamed for the mess caused by the dog. Perhaps she was seen walking around the monastery, where she shouldn't have been wandering...

This ROS makes a bit of sense, as there is one very mean stray wolf barking at all the walkbys.

I don't think remarrying would be allowed for Saku, unfortuantely. But since her reputation is sort of destroyed by the ROS, maybe she would have a baby out of wedlock someday (she wants a baby).

If I had a werewolf in my town, I would have made her pregnant with that creature, but sadly, I don't...

Yune is a Capricorn just like her older brother Yong. Her personality is not the same, but she's just as Lazy (1), Neat (6) and Nice (6). She's 8 Playful (her brother is max Playful), and slightly more Outgoing (7 instead of 6).

Also, I think both of the kids' One True Hobby is Cuisine, so I am strongly considering getting them a toy stove with 3t2 kid foods, or maybe even this one (though it doesn't look even remotely historical).

Saku taught her daughter all her toddler skills. Her older brother Yong helped her to sing the nursery rhyme (even though he never learnt it as a toddler... maybe he picked it up as a kid).

Shime Yu came over to see Saku and help her with the kids. She's really sweet and I hope for the best for her as the other single mom in town.

Saku got her business to rank 1, made friends with the business reviewer and got a positive review. She earned ~480$ from her grocery store and 1125$ from work (3 vacation payments), which makes her earnings 1605$ in total.

500$ - rent

642$ - tax

160$ - tithe

600$ - random occurance fine

1900$ to pay in total

I decided I would let her sell dried tea baskets, but not tea canisters. Saku is also allowed to sell all crops which grew from seeds, as well as rice (and perhaps flour someday).

Saku has 2 vacation days left to use next round, after which she'll have to rely solely on the income from her little stall.
