The Clementine (my favorite thing I’ve ever built)

I fought with myself for a long time about if I would ever share this build because I love it so much. But who I built it for no longer interests me and it’s been sitting for a while. So I’ve decided to set it out into the wild in hopes that someone will love it just as much as I do-- pretty please tag me if you use, I’d love to see it getting the attention it deserves! I also wanted to give a bit of something extra to try and make up for the time that has passed since my last upload. Introducing Cloverbuilds - by Catharsim

Building in the Sims 3 is something that not everyone enjoys. I have had my fair share of struggles myself, but it hasn’t deterred me yet. I’ve spent a lot of time creating builds, commissions or otherwise, that I pride myself on. The Sims 3 community is lacking in new cc, but especially in the terms of quality lots to use. Thus @cloverbuilds was born!

Cloverbuilds will be a Patreon based project, where lots will be released via an early access fashion. I will also be directing my re-opened commissions to the designated tier on Patreon as well, so it’s easier to keep track of everything! It’s my hope to provide people with lots they’ll love while also feeling that my hours of work that go into them can be supported.

A view of my first building from the Capitoline hill, essentially a finished version of the first Roman lot I made since the wipe: The Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus. While I ultimately had to make concessions, I tried to be as accurate as possible to the structure by including various elements introduced by reconstructions and depictions of the structure. I was not happy with the only chariot sculpture in the game so I had to improvise.

Various structures that were part of the Temple of Jupiter Complex were added to fill up the space.

The Zenith Garden Lodge

I'm back from a few months break where I was traveling and finally playing again!

Since coming back, I've been working on my little (giant) project to create myself a japanese-inspired save file to play in!

I'm converting Aurora Skies into a japanese town/city situation and the area near the geothermal lakes(which I've decided are hot springs) is going to be a ski/snowboard retreat vacation area, so of course I needed a resort. This is heavily inspired by a beautiful ts4 spa build I found on the gallery.

The grocery store can be set up in two ways

1 - Non-Functional Grocery Store: Used as a normal community lot with a custom grocery rabbithole rug. (I’ve already placed one on the lot) and if you have World Adventures, you can buy groceries with the Food register :)

2 - Functional Grocery Store: Your sim is able to buy grocery items (with ani’s merchant mod + Ani’s ration box mod) that gives them random fruits, vegetables, fish and meat to then be able to cook (with the cook with any ingredients Mod).+ (Placed Rabbithole already on the lot)
