Doc Alan's Hangout for The Sims 3 Pleasantview ✨🌳

i've recently been playing an ungodly amount of time in PleasantSims' Pleasantview for The Sims 3 and i realised that my sims needed a place to get drunk and cause mayhem.

so i decided to recreate Doc Alan's Hangout from The Sims 2!

i tried to limit the amount of packs that i used. i'm 99.99% sure that i only used late night, seasons, pets, university life and generations.

this is not an exact replica. i used PleasantSims' lot makeover here as a reference and i feel that i did a pretty good job recreating it for The Sims 3.

this is a NO CC build, HOWEVER, i did use the Business as Unusual Bistro set/mod which can be found here (store set) and here (mod).

i also used some wall ivy from The Sims 3 Store in the hot tub area but i cannot for the life of me find which store set it comes from. it isn't necessary for the lot to function, it just adds a ✨little spice✨ to the hot tub area.

while i did build this lot specifically for Pleasantview, it would work great in any other rural or suburban worlds.

Hey friends! It's me again! I just wanted to post some screenshots of a new build I made! I was feeling inspired by some pictures of an Earth ship home on Pinterest.

I haven't furnished it yet, but I was planning on uploading it to media-fire for download. It has lots of CC and some store content (the glass roof pieces are from the ballet studio lot on the sims 3 store) So I hope that's okay.

This lot has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, pond, and some outdoor balcony space on a 35 x 30 lot.

Wallpaper Converted From: Animal Crossing: New Horizons for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3

Today we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Animal Crossing: New Horizons! Oh, and my 4th anniversary of being on tumblr! This set includes over 300 wallpapers for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. I will most likely do a Sims 4 version in the future, as that game would require me to create 2 more textures per wallpaper, because it has 3 wall heights, so I'll need more time to make them. In the meantime, SimderTalia has converted some wallpapers to The Sims 4 already, so you could grab those! I will list some of them below. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

First of, a huge thanks to all of you! I'm so thankful for all the support, likes, and sweet messages I’ve received. I really appreciate it 🩷

So as i've said in previous posts, this is the last version I upload of this town.

Of course I will be building and creating more sims in the future, you will just have to download and add them yourself when I do I am working on adding more homes and townies, I will update with a seccond version with the added stuff later on 🐳I do feel like I need to do something else for a while, but I am planning on building a university when inspiration hits again, but enough about that!

So how do you install it?

🌷 Your game needs to be on the latest version 1.69, or else you won't be able to load the save!

🌷 First of, you need to grab the world and install it through the launcher

🌷 Now you can go ahead and download the save, all you have to is place it inside your saves folder!

What else do you need?

🌷You need to download some custom content, most of it is store content but there's a little bit of everything. I also recommend that you get the CCmerged file, it's needed for some of the store items to work.

🌷 I used custom content when giving my sims hairstyles, You can find which ones you need on this page!

Please know that even if you've had this in your game before it's important that you download the custom content again! Before the folder contained all my store items, now it's only the needed files. 🐙

Complete with a beautiful stable, a pool with a view onto the ocean and a lovely garden, this Estate is one of the most coveted properties in Brindleton Bay. Now owned by the Darnell Family, it is sure to make the most wonderful home.

Le Marché d’Oli (Oli’s Market) - Grocery Store

Price: . . . Expensive.

The grocery store can be set up in two ways

1 - Non-Functional Grocery Store: Used as a normal community lot with a custom grocery rabbithole rug. (I’ve already placed one on the lot) and if you have World Adventures, you can buy groceries with the Food register :)

2 - Functional Grocery Store: Your sim is able to buy grocery items (with ani’s merchant mod + Ani’s ration box mod) that gives them random fruits, vegetables, fish and meat to then be able to cook (with the cook with any ingredients Mod).+ (Placed Rabbithole already on the lot)

Hey Simblr friends! I hope everyone is having a good week so far! I just wanted to post some pictures of my newest build. I love this house so much already, I have yet to furnish it.
