Ok ok so… I’ve plateaued for wayyyyy too long this time on my “after baby” weight loss journey. Obviously, there has been a lot going on this time, more than any other weight loss before. Each pregnancy I’ve had (3) I gained about 70 - 80 lbs during pregnancy!!! Cray cray, I know! (Swipe to see the belly! 🙀😍) Usually by this time I would have lost more than half, if not all of it but this time I was recovering from two abdominal surgeries, followed by divorce, single parenting, moving, opening a new biz/too much work, Covid…. Fuck, all the things!!!! 😵‍💫 I have lost 30-40 lbs since Gia was born but I’m ready to lose the rest. 💁🏽‍♀️ It’s time to take back control and I really do love the clean slate version of resetting my diet and nutrition. I’ve fallen in love with the @kachava meal replacements…. Holy shit, they are delicious and filling and soooooo good for you!!! The best I’ve ever had on all levels. As a #certifiedhealthcoach I can say this is hands down the best for you way to go in the world of meal replacements. I’m using them for breakfast and lunch, and then having 2 healthy food snacks and 1 balanced dinner with the kids p/day. Wish me luck!!!
