When Louis moves into the mansion he’s inherited from his great grandfather, he has a plan that consists of three things. One, he’s going to finish writing the next novel in his series. Two, he’s finally going to get over his ex-fiancé. And three, while battling writer’s block and having to resist the urge to kill off the main character in his books – the hot detective based on his ex-fiancé – he’s going to restore the mansion to its former glory. Unfortunately, Louis’ plan doesn’t take into account the fact that instead of writing murder mysteries, he will find himself in one.

#when i was first coloring him in he was gonna be golden chinchilla colored but then i was like ehhh jonah magnus should be red/orange but #elias should be gray ...so i just desaturated what i already did instead of recoloring lol but #he is now supposed to be shaded silver lol #but thats why his coat pattern is on the darker side compared to what it *should* be #og elias bouchard coming from an important/roch family and while whole thing with thinking he just *deserves* stuff bc of his upbringing.#etc. -> he is purebred and matches the breed standards etc for a scottish fold of his color #obviously the eye color doesn't matter because. ahaha #i thought elias fit the Scottish fold vibes because: Scottish folds are known for looking sort of like owls and having intense eyes #and the cat body/face type (also present in british shorthairs) to me gives off sort of... unnasumming vibes?#like ahaha yes i am a boring boss who loves paperwork look at how unnasumming i am season 1-2 elias y'know #trying to think of what cat breed jonah would be. and also jon gerry etc you know all the other characters i like #would it be boring to have multiple british shorthairs #i mean..#Michael shelley/distortion is a laperm that's all I know #i didn't particularly care with the personality attributes associated with eliascat because it didn't need to fit his personality on account #of not being his original body. but i do try to keep in mind the best personality/look/etc. cat attributes as a whole for a character #also sometimes get obsessed with jt making historical and geographical sense but then it just limits me greatly to a point im not into it #so i don't care about specific breeds in that respect lol #tma #my art #elias bouchard #the magnus archives #some notes looking back(made it 2 hours ago but still looking back ok..) on it now are that i feel like elias would never choose this breed #for his next bodyhop because of the inherent health issues in scottish folds. alright. know what? with Secrets of the Obscure right around the corner and plenty of new Mists-related sky island settings coming with it, I'll just bite the bullet and interest-check a little something I've been turning in my head for a long, long while.

would YOU be interested in a Mists-based GW2 roleplay guild that uses a lore compliant multiverse system to allow canon, canon-adjacent, lore-breaking, and otherwise 'contradictory' muses to coexist in the same setting?

simply put: every writer's cast would be set in their own self-contained universe. as such, everyone could bring whatever muses they want with their own personal headcanons, and no one could dictate what is or isn't canon for anyone else. so long as your muses are GW2-based, you're good to go! bring your Commanders, bring your canon-divergent OCs, bring your canon muses-- and yes, even the ones that are 'supposed' to be dead. who can say what might have happened in a strange world far across the Mists, after all?

neutral hubs and in-character safety guardrails would be in place to keep all muses on a relatively even playing field regardless of their power, history, and prestige, too. play hardball if you like, but it might not end quite the way you'd hope. the main rule would be to maintain good OOC etiquette at all times: no godmodding, no metagaming, no theft, don't blend IC and OOC, and so-on.

bethany is my favourite mage bc she never misses with that psychic damage

but really he and anders aren’t even a thing in act 1 so it’s less like “PLEASE stop comparing my crush to our father” and more like “oh fuck off i spend my entire life trying to act like our dad and one (1) mage rolls up and suddenly he’s dad??”

#the bethany anders keir weirdness about malcolm is so real #because bethany says ‘you remind me of him (generally positive)’ in act 1 #but in later acts i think she’s still seeing the same thing just with a different uhhh mindset #seeing the way her dad wanted her to be something she wasnt and strive for something she was never sure was worth the sacrifice #how he tried to make decisions about what was best for other people. how he risked lives etc #whereas anders also has his own perception of malcolm which i think is quite... idealised #it means a lot to him that a mage raised a family that loved him. and hes envious of it #but thats definitely a standard anders is making up. if anders and malcolm really met we’d have to cast a barrier between them within five #minutes. for their own safety.#whereas keir in some ways saw a more complete version of his father from the beginning #but he also believes those more uhh flawed abrasive damaging sides are necessary. of course he does he repeats them #his father may not have been the easiest man in the world to live with but he always did what he had to #and kept his word and held himself to the same standards as others #but oh wait here’s the legacy dlc with the steel chair—#anyway my point being that u get these 3 in a room and theyre talking abt 3 entirely different malcolms. carnage #i dont think it would naturally occur to keir to compare anders to malcolm #but hed be like. ‘i GUESS?’ when bethany said it #honestly anders one of the things that’s kind of disillusioning abt malcolm bc like #i mean say what you like about my man anders but he was never all talk #not to dismiss the courage it took for malcolm to escape & raise a family #but thats one thing. insisting on using your abilities to help people & to go BACK for those still in the circle is kind of another #a lot of dialogue implying malcolm talked a big game about mage rights #but apart from raising a daughter who hates herself what did he actually do.#sorry thats mean but you see my point #and its not just justice that makes anders like that. sure he was more scared and hopeless about the circle #but his instincts are to help. you wouldnt catch malcolm going back to help against darkspawn even when told to run #and my malcolms also. gruff. stoic. serious. a man of few words. he does not do bits or tell you about his cat #if keir hears bethany compare anders to malcolm and at all agrees it’s not really anything about personality #he’s saying yeah i guess anders does seem like a good mage and a good man. thats the only commonality he would jump to #these tags got incredibly away from me

HUGE icicle that looked like you could kill someone with it or something.. Pulled from near a gutter on the side of a building #3. & 4 & 5 - various images from a silly party I had where I pretended to be some elf king turning like 204 years old lol (also not like #a REAL party. Only my roommates were there really and we're all in the same household bubble.#just to clarify. I would never dare have a large party anyway given #my hermitous nature but on top of that.. didn't want there to be some implication that I'm having a Party while covid is still ongoing lol.#NEVER.. But I do love dressing up as some fantasy character so much.. The only thing that could ever bring a true hermit wizard #to engage with others socially is the prospect of connecting it somehow to fantasy worlds and costumes lol. One must simply dress up #as a silly 200 year old man from time to time and pretend you've never seen a balloon before in your life. etc.#6. bapy boye... feets #7. The main food that I made for the elderly elf man 'party'. which was a Deconstructed Beef Wellington (kind of as ajoke since I watch s #o many silly cooking competition shows and they always make stuff 'deconstructed' at the last minute when under time limits or whatever.)#I've wanted to make beef wellington a few times but Ithink to do it well I'd need like..an actual kitchen and a lot of time and #an oven that fully works to bake things and etc. etc. So I thought this would be an easier method. A thick steak cut round to kind of mimi #c the round tenderloin or whatever it is in a wellington. instead of the puff pastry being wrapped around - I just did star shaped cut outs #of pastry and baked them and put them on top (to go with the star theme). instead of mushroom duxelles being wrapped around in pastry #its in a little circle under the steak. and instead of mustard being brushed onto the meat I made a mustard gravy sauce type of thing #Then of course asparagus on the side.. my favorite... Though I know some wellington #also has a layer of prosciutto I think. or I saw one person use crepes. I didn't feel it was necessary to incorporate that too lol #8. bapy son helping me do a giant puzzle that took me hours and I had no idea it was actually that large of a puzzle #until I started putting it together and for some reason it made me stressed by the end instead of relaxed lol.. puzzle fatigue #photo diary

'The Cassidy Project' - Cassidy 07 is the only one of 9 (or 10?!) clones of the original Cassidy that lives with the Dimarcheios. 'The Cassidy Project' was started after Cassidy Dimechairo - the original Cassidy - died of an unknown disease. The mother - Jessica Dimechairo - was the head of the project. After the explosion in the facility, and the escape of the clones, 'The Cassidy Project' was officialy canceled.

Cassidy 07 is mostly at ease with being an artificial being - a copy - so she was allowed to remain with the Dimarcheios - as a replacement of their deceassed daugher. The Dimarcheios are wealthy so Cassidy 07 lives a very comfortably life.

Other clones of the Cassidy still remain in the Jeans Shaker Oasis but Cassidy 07 doesn't remember any of them. Though, it didn't take her long to cross parts with one of the other Cassidy's.

During one of her visits in the local Shopping Centre she run into Cassidy 08. She looked just like her feature-wise...which was extremely annoying. So Cassidy 07 proposed to go get a makeover together - it was just weird not to do so. Cassidy 08 agreed. (Cassidy 08 after a makeover was lazily added in since I didn't took a picture of her back then, I wasn't planing to document my gameplay that much 🤣)

After returning home late in the evening Cassidy 07 went to bed, but her sleep was pretty restless - propably due to meeting for the first time somebody who was bearing the same face as her.

one of the most infuriating things that happens in discussions about trans people is like, when a transphobe talks about how its just SOOOO easy to access gender affirming care, it's so easy to get on hrt or get referred for surgery etc... some of you dense motherfuckers respond to this by saying "no!!! it's not easy!!!! its so hard!!!" & listen. i KNOW that it IS HARD for many of us. and in many places it's getting harder. but tell me this: isn't the goal, eventually, to make it easy? not just easier than right now, but genuinely easy for a transgender person to access the care they need on whatever timeline they want, no matter how fast or slow? so if you spend all your time right now combating transphobia by insisting that transition is difficult and taxing and traumatizing, what are you going to do if and when it's none of those things? if there is no endless suffering and million hoops?

when someone says "it's too easy to transition" in order to justify their own transphobia, and you say "no it's not", you're also saying "if it were, your feelings would be justified". which is already kind of a terrible implication without taking into consideration that what most of these people mean by "too easy" is "possible". they mean that you can transition and they don't want you to. point blank. when you say it's difficult, they think "good. it should be harder". it will never be difficult enough to not be easy to them.

i am literally so sick & tired of all of us throwing each other under the bus in order to advocate for a future that is fucking miserable and awful. when someone tells you their nightmare scenario is transgender people being happy, you should not be responding to that by reassuring them that actually, transgender people are miserable and always have been and always will. when someone complains about how easy transition is you should say "good". we are never getting out of this fucking crab bucket if we're not only pulling each other down but also telling other people that pushing us back in would be fine if we were a little closer to the top.

#good idea generator #one thing i vividly remember is like. back when i read discourse blogs for fun (never do this btw this did irreparable damage to my psyche)#i saw an argument between a t*rf who had detransitioned and a trans person #where she was complaining it was too easy for her to transition and he was accusing her of lying about her transition #because he was like 'its not that easy. it cannot be that easy it never is you're lying'#but the thing was she and i had had nearly identical transitions like very similar timelines #the only thing she had that i didnt was parental support from the outset (my parents are cool btw we have long since worked it out. im js)#and it was infuriating to me that the person on my side who was arguing for my community was essentially saying #that i should have had it harder. that it wasnt possible for it to be like that #especially considering i dont think my transition was 'easy'!! certainly 'easier' than some people #but like 'easy' is so subjective and in this context mostly reliant on your own feelings and experiences #and i was not having a very easy time when starting my transition i would say #also her argument was bad in other ways made me furious that he resorted to accusing her of lying #like great now she'll run back to her t*rf friends and theyll all talk about how we live in an echo chamber #we have to stop telling people it's their moral duty to argue with bigots because some of you are terrible at it

Louis isn't stupid - that's first of all. He knows damn good what he's doing.

Second - we actually know shit. We have no idea what he was actually talking about.

But if we taking this as Larry and Parma ham thing and clearly denying this, then here we go:

You talking about how weird it was that he told us day before that he's going to be on for a chat.

Especially when he spent time on social medias yesterday liking and commenting on posts. He could have just start replying to the questions on tt because there are hundreds everyday just waiting for him, and fandom would catch on him being online in seconds and would start asking things immediately. There wasn't actually reason for this unless... it been step up.

Set up that someone form above could monitor things, his every step, every move.

There probably was sheet ready with questions he had to answer. Babygate, denying Larry, usual shit.

Maybe there was one answer for one song he pulled out on tour.

One for 505, one for 7, one for HIM in Back To You. Or one for songs and another ones for lights, one for blue and green, other for rainbow ones.

We think he just did that because he could and wanted to. What if he went for an agreement, that he can do this but he will have to make some comments denying all this in the future.

1 for us and 1 for antis and all the aprrences that they are keeping of him for years.

And you're treating him like he isn't the first victim in all of this. He was put in the closet, he had to sign off contract for kid to protect everything what's important to him and hid it even deeper.

You all getting pissed like he killed your mothers, and you fucking forget that's it's not about you. Larry is him, it's them. It thier lives. He can say whatever shit he wants because it is about him.

Guys....guys...about the Kamados...

Also spoilers!

Just finished reading this damn sobfest manga and a question here,specifically about the dad,

as in are we sure Tanjuro,the Kamado patriarch,didn't die because he overtaxed himself with the Sun Breathing?

We sure he didn't die because of the demon slayer mark or something?

Like it's never specified what age he was when he died but he seemed young if ill and the Kamado's wouldn't know that they are essentially performing superhuman and really taxing feats,yeah?

Like Tanjiro specified his father had the same damn mark he himself is developing and Hinokami Kagura is essentially just Sun Breathing for dummies so...?

I mean the official reason for the death of the Kamado patriarch is basically an unspecified illness and I am totally ready to accept that too!

Don't get me wrong this story is tear jerking enough without the implications of the blessing of inhuman strength also basically being a curse for everyone involved.

But yeah this thought won't leave me alone and since I am sick right now and possibly delirious if this post makes no sense I apologize.

But really,realistically Kamado's wouldn't know what the damn breathing is and anyone else would have just called a random wasting sickness.

At the same time,they did live on a mountain so maybe the dad just caught pneumonia or something?

But like he was wrestling bears at one point and dancing the Hinokami for hours apparently,and Tanjiro describes that as actual debilitating pain and a stamina and strength sapping effort of only pulling one of the forms,imagine dancing it consecutively for hours?

Man no wonder Tanjiro just seems to be so good at this too!

He had the most difficult form of breathing as a yearly tradition!

No but really this damn breathing form and breathing in general was dropping people left and right and most of the Hashiras got their mark in the end but imagine being a normal man and pulling this superhuman bullshit as a yearly tradition that lasts hours?

Damn the entire Kamado family is something else.

It also gives credence to that whole adage about no hero ever had a happy life but thankfully we had the power of friendship on our side.

In other words Kamado's are crazy but that's nothing new.

On the side note,apparently the realest and smartest person here is evidently Tengen.

No but really how pissed of would you be if you basically killed this world's version of basically Satan and then the very thing that gave you the strength to do it,kills you?

It's probably nothing and I hope it was just some random illness or something but jeez the coincidence and implications are not giving me any joy.
