Pandesal is a basic bread roll from Philippines. It is rolled in fine bread crumbs. You can find them plain or with fillings (yum!). The ones you buy commercially aren’t that tasty here so my mum wanted some homemade ones. The sausage bread is a Korean style sausage bread. The bread contains sausages, mayo, corn and onions.
In my opinion, these were definitely worth making! The pandesal you can make in larger batches and then freeze them. The sausage bread is so tasty when it’s just out of the oven. Great to take on the road for lunch time.

Sausage Bread
This recipe is from my boyfriend, Jordan’s mom. She is an excellent cook and I am excited to have this recipe to try. This is the first time I have ever made or had this and it is as Jordan puts it, ‘not a health food,” but truly a taste sensation.
