Picking Suitors
Anonymous Asked: Could I request more of the sagau au where creator picks suitors ranging from archons to fatui Harbingers and this time could you pleasw include Lisa, Yae Miko, La Signora and Candace (+ anyone else you wanna do). Thank you, I loved reading it very much!
Characters included: Lisa, Yae Miko, La Signora, Candace,
Note: Gotta give the ladies some luv! Sorry for the wait Anon but here it is 🙏
Here’s the original part in case you missed it: Here
Tumblr media
Mondstadt’s resident librarian Lisa cares for you so much. When she went to Sumeru’s Akademiya to expand her knowledge, it was to learn more about you. When she returned to Mondstadt to be a mere librarian when everyone knew she was capable of much more, it was for you. Her intelligence is unparalleled and she will always use it for the advancement of Mondstadt so once you arrive, everything will be perfect for you.
To many, it seems that she doesn’t take her job as a librarian seriously, always napping and looking bored when she is doing her job. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Lisa takes collecting overdue books very seriously, especially when the books are about her dear Creator, you. Most books about you are in the restricted section of the library but Lisa cannot get enough of them, she wants to know everything about you to gain your favor.
Gaining your favor is exactly what she did. Once you express to her that you hold affections for her, it felt as if everything she did is finally paying off. She will tease you for your confession, but don’t worry, she definitely feels the same. Her favorite thing to do is to enjoy her afternoon tea time with you, she already considered this part of her day extremely important (besides her naps of course) but when you’re there with her, she looks forward to it everyday. Sometimes she might even offer to take you to Good Hunter and have vegetable soup with it.
Despite Lisa’s carefree nature, she hates it when others interrupt her time with you. The two of you are constantly busy with many things, her with the Library and you with… well basically everything in Teyvat. When the two of you spend time together she’d rather stay somewhere private so no one would bother you. However that doesn’t stop people from trying to get your attention if the witch and onto them, she won’t do anything while you’re around besides pulling you away from the individual. However once you’re gone, they will learn in an electrifying way why they shouldn’t interrupt her time with you ever again.

The Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine and the Ei’s best friend, Yae Miko has been surrounded by everything related to you her entire life. She knows how much Ei loves and cares for you, and even though she doesn’t show it in the same way, she does too. She hides her devotion to you under the enigmatic aura around her, but it’s clear how strong her devotion is when people visit the shrine or the publishing house.
When it comes to the publishing house, Yae is known to be very kind and a bookworm, with her favorite books being about you. But when others write light novels about you her way of editing becomes much more strict. She will not let anything be published that sullies your name or anything that contradicts what she already knows about you. Inazuma had a reputation for having the best novels about you thanks to the Guuji.
As a kitsune and youkai, Yae is very mischievous, she uses her impressive skills of manipulation and reading people to gain favor with you. If you’re feeling down, she’d be the first by your side offering you a walk under the moonlight or the two of you can get something to eat together. (You get everything you want for free and that’s a plus for her) If you enjoy reading, Yae would love to read with you, or if you like to write she’ll be honored if you let her beta read it for you. Not only would this give her alone time with you, but the two of you would share a special connection that she totally didn’t plan. ;)
One of Yae’s favorite thing is to see others squirm due to her teasing, and that definitely includes you. She loves seeing you flustered and shy due to her words or touches. But you can make her flustered as well, you’re her God! Having your undivided attention makes her chest bloom with warmth and anytime you ask to let her she feel her face grow warm.
Anytime you leave Inazuma to visit the other nations that’s when Yae truly wished Ei’s version of Eternity was true. Everything staying the same forever doesn’t sound bad to the kitsune at all, especially with you by her side.

Oh Signora… she has done many evil deeds for the Fatui but before all that, she was just a simple maiden named Rosalyne. She loved singing, with her main muse being you, she always wished that one day she would be able to meet you and sing to you.
Yet after the cataclysm she was consumed by hatred, not being able to control the flames that took over her body until she was found by the Fatui and given a Cryo delusion. That was the day she discarded her life in Mondstadt as a maiden and became The Fair Lady, but one thing she didn’t discard was you.
Signora wanted to hate you and blame you for the Cataclysm but she couldn’t. She had lost everything she ever cared about and the only thing she had now was you and the hope that maybe one day she can bask in your divine grace.
When she first met you, Signora presented herself as no more than a Snezhnayan diplomat, acting extremely professional as she escorts you to the Zapolyarny Palace. During the boat ride to Snezhnaya, the only thing that fills her mind were all the songs she had wrote for you all those centuries ago. She was sure the she had forgotten those.
Having your favor means everything to the Harbinger, not only will it help her get her duties done more quickly since no one would dare go against the one the Creator desires but it also brings her a sense of comfort that she hadn’t felt since her days as a maiden.
Signora will do anything to keep your eyes on her, even if that means killing others or having her subordinates blackmail or threaten the one trying to steal your attention away. Surely after you given her a taste of your love you wouldn’t just take it away from her, right?
During her final confrontation with the Traveler and the Shogun, all she could do is pray for you to save her life before her fate is sealed by the electro puppet. If you save her, her love and affection for you grows stronger. She had realized just how fast her life could be taken away, and Signora doesn’t want to leave you, not yet. She would even leave the Fatui just to stay by your side. Late in the night, when the two of you are laying under the moonlight together, she’ll sing you one of her songs. Knowing that her one and only God loves her just as much as she loves them.

The descendant of King Deshret, Candace will do anything to protect the Aaru Village. She is the guardian after all.
Candace is a warm and kindhearted person, despite the protests from others in the village, she will welcome outsiders with open arms. As long as they follow the rules of course! So when new of your arrival spread throughout Teyvat, and it was rumored you were visiting the village in the desert, many wanted the guardian to refuse you entry.
They all wanted to believe you were the reason they the rest of Sumeru wanted all of King Deshrets descendants to slowly die off until none of them existed any longer. The sages already sent scholars who were “out of their mind” to the village and you’ve turned a blind eye.
But Candace didn’t believe that.
“They are the Creator of Teyvat. Kind and merciful to all. They created King Deshret, so surely they hold us in their heart as well?”
And she couldn’t have been more right.
Once you had made it to the village, Candace made it her personal responsibility to cater to your needs and make you feel welcome. Even though many had their reservations about you being there, they eventually came around too. You were just as kind and sweet as they’ve been told.
Having you around meant more to Candace then she ever thought it would, she recalls how her friend Dehya told her to find happiness outside of work and she said the village in peace would be more than enough to make her happy. Now, she could think of other things that would make her happy.
And all of those things begin with you.
Showing you around the village, gifting you clothes and jewelry, just simply having you near her means more than she can express.
Candace doesn’t care what others think of her, when she wins your favor many outsiders come to visit the village just to see what is so special about her that the creator themselves wants to give her their affections. Even though the reasons they are there is less than desirable, Candace still treats them all kind and welcomes them with open arms reminding them to follow the rules of the desert.
Anytime you leave the Aaru Village, Candace would use her mora to buy trinkets from merchants who visit the desert. Most of these trinkets would be stored away in her wardrobe for a rare occasion that she decides to put her duties to the side and dress up while she relaxes in the shade. But some of the trinkets she buys she has you in mind. Thinking that this certain piece of jewelry would look wonderful on you.

"I Have Something To Tell You."
Part I Part II Part III
Featuring: Gender-Neutral Reader, Yandere Genshn Impact, non religious SAGAU, Yandere Fatui Harbingers
Word count: 3.1k
Includes: Portrayal of mental illness, suicide, description of injury,
Synopsis: After killing yourself and landing in the world of Genshin Impact, you reflect on all that has gone wrong.
•~•~•~•~•~•
You don't really want to go home. Not exactly. But it's easier to say you miss your bed than to say you'd be fine with any bed, so long as it isn't the one in your wing.
You thought people who get isekaied into new worlds were supposed to be happy. You've always been unlucky, you suppose. That's right. It's easier to say you were unlucky than to face the reality of the situation: that this was all your own fault.
You should have sucked it up. Should have gone to counseling or stayed at a hospital. Should have done something else. Should have done anything else.
You should never have killed yourself.
•~•~•~•~•~•
It all started maybe a week ago. You've always been depressed. Never passionate about anything other than your video games, never smiling at anything other than a shiny new character or banner weapon, but it had never been this bad before. For all the talk, you had never actually wanted to die.
But then something changed. You aren't quite sure what it was that set you off. Maybe a particularly bad day at work, a side effect from an experimental medication you're on, or nothing at all. Regardless, something changed, and it changed fast. Soon, death became all you could think about. It plagued your mind both night and day until, at last, you slit your wrists in the bathtub, and when that didn't work, and you woke up again, you climbed up your local water tower and jumped off.
But it didn't matter. You woke up again. Looking different, but still undeniably you. Your face and voice had changed, but the same two scars still sit mockingly upon your wrists. You can't say you're prettier now, just different. Weren't the protagonists of transmigration stories meant to wake up in beautiful bodies, completely unlike their originals? So why was it that your hair and eyes remained the same, that only your face and body had differed?
“Your body,” Dottore explained, “was completely destroyed during your fall. So it reconstructed itself, leaving you a little different, a little the same. That's why,” he said, tapping your wrists,”—that these are still here.” Any other scars you have had disappeared from your body, any blemishes vanished, though the two on your wrists remained. It left you looking smooth and unfinished, a pale imitation of who you once were. Like someone who had only seen you a couple of times tried to draw you from memory. Dottore told you it was because you were attached to them. That the scars shaped your soul, hence their survival. You didn't quite understand, if you're being honest, but he seemed to know what he was talking about, so you didn't bother to question it.
When you woke up again after death, the first thing you noticed was how cold it was. The chill wind was bitter against your white nightwear, the breeze penetrating through the thin fabric as easily as a needle piercing one's skin. The cold seemed to seep into you, lodging itself deep inside your bones.
It was snowing, you realized dimly. That's odd. It hardly ever snowed anymore. The thought that you ought to have been dead by now hadn't yet occured to you, only the thought of cold and bitter winter days lingered in your mind. You thought of school being dismissed due to snow in your youth, of playing and building snowmen as a child. You recalled how the snow eventually stopped coming in winters, due to the Earth’s gradual heating. When it did come, it was a sad and pathetic thing, only a few inches total, melting as soon as it hit the ground.
You thought long and deeply, in an odd, serene state of mind despite, or perhaps because of the polar cold. You aren't quite sure how long you stayed there, reminiscing, but it must have been quite a while, seeing as how your fingers and toes turned black, contrasting starkly against the snow.
It was Tartaglia who found you first, buried knee-deep in snow, strangely calm despite the way your fingertips are blackened by the cold. Of course, you were calm. You were supposed to be dead anyway.
“You okay there, comrade?” He asked you, waving a hand in front of your face. You blinked at him slowly but otherwise didn't respond. You were so still that he would have thought you dead if not for the soft rising and falling of your chest. Tartaglia attributed your inaction to shock—a symptom he's seen plenty of during his time as a Fatuus. Seeing as how you seemed unable (or perhaps unwilling) to move, he simply picked you up and dragged you back to the Zapolyarny Palace, where you were able to warm up and get treatment.
In normal circumstances, your arms and legs would have had to be amputated, but your circumstances were far from normal.
Dottore was the one who had saved your limbs (Your legs, having been buried in the snow for hours, were beyond saving, but your fingers and hands were able to recover). For that, you were grateful. He’s a creep, sure, but sentiments of debt made you tolerate his odd rambles about medical malpractice. Made you politely ignore the way his hands seemed to linger and stray.
After all, if he could save your limbs from certain death, he could most certainly remove them with just as much ease, too.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•
The mirror in your quarters is broken.
You punched it when you first saw yourself reflected in its panes and refused to get a replacement, despite the many urgings of Pantalone to let him buy you one. Simply having your mirror broken was not enough to completely block out your new reflection, so you requested a can of blackout paint to be brought over to your room, where you then did a—in hindsight—rather shoddy job of enshrouding the reflective surface. It looked bad, but you didn't care.
All you cared about was never seeing the face that you hesitate to call yours ever again.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•
You aren't quite sure why Tartaglia brought you back to the Palace when it would have been much easier to leave you in the snow. You asked him about it once, but his response was less than satisfactory.
“You could say I fell in love with you at first sight,” he said, ruffling your hair. Because what could be more charming than a frostbitten civilian in white nightwear that camouflages them in the snow?
You decided then and there to ignore any questions you had about the Harbingers’ growing attachment to you. You didn't need to know why they felt the way they did. Only that they did.
Only that they do.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•
You were given a luxurious room at the Palace, far nicer than even the best of five-star resorts you could never afford. You even had your own personal maid, a brawny woman named Lera (an aptly chosen name, considering it means strength). She had her own helpers that also attended to you, three girls named Ana, Ulyana, and Irina (Ana and Ulyana are twins belonging to two rather uncreative parents, and Irina is an only child). Ana and Ulyana seem to be around your age, Irina a few years younger, and Lera about two decades older. Having the four of them around makes you feel as if you've been transmigrated into a romance fantasy novel.
When Tartaglia brought you to the Zapolyarny Palace, it caused a small ripple of chaos in its wake. The halls were filled with whispers about the strange person who seemed to have captured the heart of the eleventh Harbinger. Even more shocking than that, however, was the second’s agreement to heal you. There were many rumors going about, talk of backroom deals that must have been done to get Dottore to agree to save your arms, but no proof of such things were ever found. Some brave souls claimed that Dottore had also fallen for you and that that was why he had agreed to help. These people were hushed by their friends rather quickly, for fear of their own lives.
Stranger still was the seventh’s involvement in your recovery. Sandrone, though you're not sure how she heard about it or why she had decided to help, had created a pair of porcelain legs for you to wear. They were pretty, like a doll’s, a pale eggshell white with elegant gold carvings etched into the skin. They were comfortable, too, so much so that you almost forgot they were prosthetic, and Lera had to remind you multiple times to take them off before heading to bed.
You wanted to thank Sandrone for your legs, but you haven't seen her since your measurements and fitting. You asked a servant to send a message to her, but you've gotten no indication that she's even received it, let alone a response. As for Dottore, you were able to send your regards through Ulyana, who had to visit his section of the Palace anyway.
Tartaglia visits you daily, and soon you begin to coincidentally meet with the other Harbingers, who always seemed to have time for entertainment in the form of you.
“Oh, are you the one that our dear Tartaglia is so smitten with?” Came the sing-songy voice of Columbina. You pause, turning around slowly. To be honest, Columbina was one of the Harbingers you'd most like to avoid. Her soft voice sent shivers down your spine that—you hope—would be attributed to the cold instead.
You turn towards her, and, afraid your voice might crack, say nothing and simply nod instead.
“What’s your name, little songbird?” She asks you. You give it to her in a quiet voice, and she returns it with her own. Before she can say anything more, Tartaglia comes by and wraps an arm around you, making up some excuse about the two of you having someplace you needed to be. Columbina watches the two of you leave in silence, a small, closed-eyed smile upon her face.
Later, Tartaglia warns you away from Columbina. “There's something not right with her,” he says, a rare frown dancing upon his lips. “I can't place it, but you're better off staying away. And that's not just because I'd rather keep you to myself.” He then smiles and ruffles your hair in an attempt to lighten the mood. You don't say anything, but nod when he asks you to avoid her.
Pantalone is next. He visits you directly, bringing with him two golden bracelets you have no choice but to let him place upon your wrists. They do a good job of covering up your scars, which you assume is the intention behind the gift. It's oddly thoughtful, coming from him. But you know better than to think it was free.
You aren't sure if you want to know what he expects in exchange.
You meet with La Signora next, and you're surprised to see that she's still alive. You suppose the Traveler hasn't made it to Inazuma in this world yet. That's strange, but you decide not to dwell on it.
Next is Dottore’s segments, also still alive, and all of whom seem to enjoy lingering around your quarters. You often find one or two hanging around in the hallways, always making light conversation or asking if you require anything. You know better than to write it off as a coincidence, and for a while you entertained the thought that Dottore had put them up to it, before promptly writing it off as ridiculous.
Still, a small part of you can't help but wonder if the doctor has taken a special interest in one of his dear patients.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•
Two weeks into your stay at the Zapolyarny Palace, you overhear a conversation amongst the servants. You hide behind a banister and listen in.
“How long has it been now?” Says a maid, a nervous hand tangled in her hair, tugging it slightly. You’ve seen her before but have never gotten her name. She’s speaking to another maid who you recognize as Tatinana.
“Almost a month, I’d say,” responds the other, gently stopping her from ruining her braids.
“Everyone’s getting antsy. I’ve never seen Lord Tartaglia so irritable.”
“I know what you mean. He used to be such a laid-back guy. Now, you can barely even hold a conversation without him looking at you like he’s ready to tear out your eyes. Lord Scaramouche has gotten even more unbearable to be around, too. And you can tell the Player’s absence has taken a toll on everyone else as well.” Player, huh? If their absence is so heavily noticed, they must be important. It’s odd, though. You’ve never once heard about such a character existing at all, let alone their disappearance. You keep listening, hoping for clues about this mysterious person’s identity.
“Don’t you think the timing is a little odd? They showed up right before the Player stopped logging in. They’ve got the Harbingers wrapped around their finger. It’s too precise to be a coincidence. There’s something to it, I just know it.” Is she…talking about you now? So this ‘Player’ disappeared right before you showed up? They stopped ‘logging in’? Well, isn’t that wording a bit peculiar? It sure sounds like gamer lingo to you.
This Player that they mentioned…it couldn’t be you, could it?
“Enough with your conspiracies. Let’s get back to work before—” A floorboard creaks from under your foot, and the two maids freeze. You suppose there’s no use in hiding anymore, so you step out to face them.
“E-esteemed guest, w-what brings you here?”
“Ah, nothing much,” you say. “I heard voices and came to take a look. What were you two talking about?” You ask casually, stuffing your hands in your pockets.
“Nothing!” The girl with braided hair squeaks. You raise an eyebrow at her, and the other shakes her head.
The girl sighs. “We aren’t supposed to talk about them,” she says.
“Maria, I think they heard,” Tatiana says. “What do you want to know?”
“Tell me more about this ‘Player’ you mentioned.”
“Didn’t stop you before.”
“Right, well…” She pauses, seemingly formulating her next words carefully. “It’s this…force. This being behind the Traveler. We don’t know its true nature, none of us have ever seen anything like it. It controls the Traveler and their companions like a puppet to its puppeteer.”
“They’ve lost their minds,” Maria whispers. “It’s scary. They make us clean a ghost’s room. Every day, it has to be spotless.”
“And? What’s the goal?”
“That’s the thing…none of us know. The Harbingers know something, they’re all obsessed with the Player, they’re convinced that the Player holds some kind of power they can utilize, but the Player isn’t from Teyvat, and only Lord Tartaglia has figured out how to interact with it.”
“Interact with it how?”
“By being possessed. All the Harbingers want to be controlled by the Player, they think it’ll make them stronger. But it’s more than that. They used to just want to use the Player for their own gain, but somewhere along the way things changed. They’ve been working on a way to bring them here, and when they do there’s a whole wing in the Zapolyarny Palace dedicated to them.”
“It was unbearable right after the Player first disappeared, the air was suffocating. But then Lord Tartaglia brought you back and things started to return to normal. I overheard him saying being with you reminded him of when the Player used to take control.” You nod, the cogs in your head turning furiously. That settles it, then. Without a shred of doubt, you are the Player.
“Hey, so listen…”
The Tsarista summoned you and all Harbingers to a meeting in an effort to control the chaos your revelation had caused.
•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•
You thought you were prepared to see the Tsarista for the first time, but nothing in the world could prepare you for the sheer, glacial beauty standing in front of you. Her presence was strong, commanding obedience with a simple glance. Her eyes looked at you coldly, interest evident in her face as she called the meeting to order. A beautiful crown of ice sat upon her head, her impossibly white hair elegantly framing her face as it cascaded down her back.
The meeting passed by in a blur. You remember them talking about your need to be protected, to never leave the Palace without at least two Harbingers or the Tsaritsa herself escorting you. You remember telling them about how you died, stating simply that you ‘fell from a high place’ and omitting the part where you jumped. You remember the color of the buttons each Harbinger wore on their coat. But you don’t remember the part where you agreed to stay with them. You don’t remember anyone even asking.
After the meeting, news of your true identity spread like wildfire. Some people didn’t believe it, calling you a fraud or an imposter, but those voices were quickly snuffed out the second the Harbingers started to accept your new status as the Player. Immediately, you were moved to the Player’s Wing in the Zapolyarny Palace, an easy move, considering you had no possessions.
You don’t know why they’re trying so hard to win your favor or even if they realize that they’re failing, but either way, you know you need to get out of here. You’d try dying again if you thought that would work, but after seeing your scars, the Harbingers have already blocked all potential means of speeding up your expiration date. That only leaves one option.
The Harbingers’ visits, already a nuisance, became overbearing in no time. If it wasn’t Tartaglia dragging you to his training hall, it was Dottore giving you the nitty-gritty of his latest experiments. If it wasn’t Arlecchino shoving sweets down your throat, it was Pantalone burying you in gifts.
If it wasn’t one, it was always the other.
You have to run away.
But how? The Harbingers are all working together to keep you under constant lock and key.
Maybe if you were able to break the bonds they’ve formed with each other, you could recruit one of them to help you. They’re all selfish assholes. You’re sure it wouldn’t be difficult to convince one of them they’d be better off keeping you to themselves.
“I have something to tell you,” you say, brushing a strand of hair out of the Balladeer’s face. “It’s about Dottore.”

CHILDE
You staring at Childe through the character screen was off-putting enough for him. But then with tears streaming down your face? That was when he became deeply concerned for you. There was this anger bubbling inside him, he wanted to take it out on those that made you cry. He wanted nothing more than to be there with you to comfort you.
He started to do his idle where his bow shows up, resisting the urge to shoot something around him. You were hyperventilating, the tears overwhelming your eyes. He hated seeing you like this, he wanted to see your smile again. Your broken voice hit his ears as he put his bow away. He stared at you as you muttered to yourself.
“I wish you were with me…”
Your words shattered his heart. He didn’t think that you, an all mighty being, could be so vulnerable. And that fact you were so vulnerable in front of him, call him selfish, but he felt so happy that he was the person you could feel like this with. He just watched you cry, plotting the downfall of those that had harmed you. No one would get away with hurting a god such as yourself.
He calmed down as he saw you drift off to sleep. His eyes were dark with rage, as his gaze from your sleeping figure didn’t break. Your screen dimmed due to inactivity, and his body was stiff. There was only one thing in his mind. And that thought passed through his lips as you could slightly hear him in your sleep.
“Dry your tears, you will have a wonderful place here in the Fatui. You will be protected within the Tsaritsa’s care and mine too.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
LA SIGNORA
You were crying as you had the pause menu open. You thought you could handle this fight against Signoria again. You never liked killing her over and over again, it was too much to your already aching head and heart. She realized you had stopped fighting her, and she saw your crying state. Signoria wanted to go easy on you, hoping you’d just finish this already. She didn’t like fighting you, much like how you didn’t like fighting her.
She felt so upset that someone could have this power over you. Signoria couldn’t even think that you, an all mighty being, could be so vulnerable. She then felt the battle continue, figuring that you decided to push through your sadness. She admired you for the way you would push though. Then the words you screamed out as you continued the fight with her hurt her so much.
“I wish you were with me!
Her anger couldn’t be contained as flames came out of her dress. It was a lot more intense as you tried to beat her. She let you win, however, with one of your best times in her domain. She just hoped it would have made you feel a little better. She saw you exit, feeling so bad as she wished you stayed. She longed for you, and she watched you as you stood outside her domain.
And after you fell asleep, standing outside the domain, AFK she could still see you. She could see your sleeping, tear stained face. It hurt her knowing that not only fighting her made you so sad, but someone outside their world made you sad. She brought a hand up to the window as she just stared at the carrier of your actions. She muttered out to herself, hoping you heard her in your resting state.
“Even in death, I will try my best to protect you, all mighty creator…”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
DOTTORE
You had been attached to Dottore ever since he was shown in the manga. He could feel your attachment even before the game released, even before his story in the game was shown. He admired you so much, and he hated that he had to turn everyone in Sumeru against you. His cutscene played, but he was intrigued when he saw you crying. He started to think that you were so hurt by his plot, by how the whole story quest was going.
He wasn’t far away after that cut scene. He stayed around, wanting to make sure you were okay. But he could only hear your sobbing, and he got closer, wanting to comfort you. The more you cried, the more he wanted to see you. The more he wanted you to see him and his comforting gaze, and it hurt him when you stuttered out of your tears.
“I w-wish y-you w-were with m-m-me.”
He found your stuttering crying voice cute, but he wanted to help you so bad. Dottore couldn’t bring himself to accept the fact that someone could make you cry. It hurt him when you said that you needed him when he wasn’t there. He wanted so bad to be with you, to comfort you. His mind went to crazy places.
He noticed you were falling asleep, letting the dialogue pause to let you sleep peacefully. He felt honored to see a god like you, fall asleep and be peaceful. He wanted to kill those that made you sad, made you cry like this. His mind was plotting as the screen dimmed. He muttered to himself, not wanting the others around to notice he was there.
“I will do anything to those that make you cry, wire their brains to worship you like the god you are.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ARLECCHINO
You were so excited to finally see Arlecchino after the trailers and leaks from the community. But you felt so upset during the quest, you couldn’t handle not crying. As you were listening to her dialogue, you were sobbing. Arlecchino’s ears perked up as she heard your sad sobs. It shocked her that you, the all seeing being, could be this vulnerable.
She became more concerned the longer you stayed on her dialogue screen. She had just met you, but she had heard of you through word of mouth, since you were a popular deity that was worshiped all over Teyvat. But seeing you like this for the first time was new. You had trusted her enough, after one interaction, to cry in front of her. Then your soft sad voice spoke up and she was stunned.
“I wish you were with me.”
Her eyes widened when she heard your soft and sad voice say that. She wanted you with her, too, to be worshiped like the god you are. She had always fantasized of all the children of the House of the Hearth meeting you, as they all admired you. She set up a room for you, and she wanted you there more than ever. But there was this rage that someone did this to you, made you this sad.
She sighed as it seemed she would be stuck in this dialogue for a little bit as you fell asleep. She was content, though, seeing you now calm from your previous crying fit. She broke out of her pose to bring her hand to her chin, as she thought to herself. Her gaze was soft as she stared at your sleeping face. She broke the code once more as she spoke off the script.
“I wish I were with you, to wipe away your tears. Once you come here, you will be worshiped by all in the House of the Hearth.”

Insatiable Madness (8)
|Sagau Yandere Fatui Harbingers x Reader|
Bedroom arrangements... You have to sort them out soon.
Reader is Gender Neutral!
Tumblr media
"Would you stop staring at me? It's borderline creepy." You turned behind you, seeing Dottore and Sandrone peering from the doorway.
They had been doing this since you allowed the Harbingers to get comfortable. Some of them in your opinion had been too comfortable considering the current circumstances... But other than that, everything had been going shockingly smoothly.
Well, until you realised none of them could cook using modern technology.
So here you are now, cooking for 12 people with food you definitely couldn't afford everyday.
"You won't let me delve into machines of this century, like 'The Television'. Therefore, you will allow me to study what you're doing..."
"I'm cooking, you fucking weirdo."
"I do not see anywhere that could possibly let out heat, surely a fire is required to cook food?" Dottore argued.
"Just because electricity isn't hot, doesn't mean other materials can't change the temperature."
"I see... So you have an infinite source of electricity which is cooking your food. Then conducting that electricity with a material, perhaps a type of conductive ore, to warm up that pot you placed on that flat slab. To be able to do that... You truly must be powerful and knowledgeable."
"...It's just science and mechanics bro-- and it's not a 'flat slab'! It's a hob."
"Heeeeey, when will the food be ready? I'm starving over here!" Childe whined, entering the kitchen and walking past the two peepers.
Oh my god. This is the fifth time he's said that.
"Ask me that one more time and I'll pour this boiling water over your head."
"How long do you expect us to wait?" Pantalone walked up to you.
"Taking your time as usual, mortals truly are slow." Scaramouche rolled his eyes.
...Maybe it was too early to say things had been going smoothly earlier.
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
Getting everyone to sit at the table together proved to be a challenge.
The few who did so without complaint soon got up and left when you came back with more willing people, and some refusing to cooperate even when you got Pierro to help you out.
And then you had fuckers like Capitano insisting he 'guards the house' as if it's a fucking castle or private expensive estate.
"I do not see the point in sitting to eat if there could be danger lurking around every corner."
"This is my house. There won't be any danger unless it sneaks in from outside." You tried to convince him, truly you did.
You were so close to getting everyone to sit down. He's the last harbinger you needed... and the dinner is still warm too!
"Your argument is weak and insulting. I have offered to protect your home, and protect your honour. Yet, you force me to move away?" He questions you, his voice showing unfiltered offense.
Well, if he puts it that way.... I suppose he's doing me a favour, he thinks he is in his mind at the very least. If I challenge him I think he'll grow hostile and refuse further...
"Please," You said after a short while of thinking. "Please join us at the table. I promise the moment you finish eating you can return to your duties, Lord Capitano."
If I remember correctly, most if not all Fatui soldiers respected him due to his loyalty towards his soldiers, no matter what age or gender. He would spend his time for them after a battle, and would make sure everyone was healthy and ready for the next day.
Of course, this couldn't possibly be the full truth, he's a Fatui Harbinger! I doubt he got the first rank by just handing cakes to people.
Besides, this was all from memory. If things turned for the worst, you could always google some theories and knowledge. Or...! Or, you could wait for the game to update! Surely more would be revealed there?
"Even if I... joined you for dinner... I wouldn't dare eat." He sighed after thinking about your words.
"Why? Ohhhhh! It's because of your mask, right?" You suddenly realised.
You were just being insensitive all along! How did it take you this long to come to the conclusion he doesn't take it off?
"Could you please still join? I won't pressure you to eat, I promise." You smiled at him.
You heard a deep sigh, then he slowly nodded.
"When the first person finishes eating, I'll return here."
Wooohoo! Finally, that took way longer than you would have liked. You did lie a bit though, you were going to lock the front door so he couldn't just stand in the middle of it anymore.
It was beginning to get a bit cold in the house, and you didn't feel like hearing extra complaints from a certain banker...
You led him towards the dining room, and when you finally arrived, every single harbinger was looking at the two of you with boredom present on their faces.
"Took you long enough." Scaramouche scoffed with his arms crossed. "Why did you even make us sit together anyway?"
"When you go hungry, don't expect me to make you food then."
"They're kidding right? I don't have to eat to survive, unlike some of these mortals." He rolled his eyes.
"It's still polite, show some etiquette." Pantalone lightly scoffed in his direction, a smile present on his face.
"This all looks rather lovely." He complimented you, watching you sit down at the head of the table, opposite of Pierro.
"Thank you, but please don't compliment my cooking. This is the first time I've actually cooked a proper meal."
You didn't actually cook this. You just took all the noodles you had left in your personal cupboard and combined them into one boiling pot.
You were surprised Dottore and Sandrone didn't notice, especially since they were focusing so intently on you.
"Seriously? You're one talented chef! The noodles you made are perfect, just as good as the ones I've tried in Liyue!" Childe praised you, taking the fork on the side of his plate and dragging the noodles up to eye level.
"Wait a minute... Why has everyone else got chopsticks besides me!?" He suddenly realised.
"Because I need to get rid of them, I'm sick of my cupboards piling up with these shit ones. Plus, I'm aware you still can't use them."
Speaking of your personal and reusable chopsticks, you left them in the kitchen.
"I'm excusing myself from the table to get my own chopsticks since I forgot to grab my personal pair. If I come back and see any of you out of your chairs, I'm kicking you out of my house.
"You're not in any position to say--"
"STAY IN YOUR FUCKING CHAIR."
"Alright, alright! Psh, they can't take a joke."
"If you don't want to use the chopsticks I've provided, you may use the forks I placed in the middle of the table." You added in, almost forgetting that part.
Some harbingers let out a sigh of relief.
...I'll not question that.
You stood up and pushed your chair in, walking to the kitchen and grabbing your chopsticks with a special pattern.
Now is the time to take a deep breath, relax, prepare a couple questions you want to ask and get these Harbingers out of your house.
You've gotten too fearful. They killed your family, your neighbours, your friends. You should never forget that fact, you can't fight them or resist in fear of being killed. But, you can learn how to survive with them.
Take another deep breath. Hide your fear as best you can.
"I'm back!" You announced, a smile present on your face as you sat down where you left off.
You watched each Harbinger eat the food you prepared respectfully, some with small smiles and others looking as bored as earlier.
"So...." You started, nervously stirring your noodles.
"You want to ask questions, correct?" Pierro interrupted your collected thoughts, a sigh erupting from his lips.
"It's obvious that's why you grouped us up together, it's downright clear you know some of us can't eat or don't like to."
"Well, now that you've told me it was obvious, I won't beat around the bush."
"Beat around the... excuse me?" Arlecchino raised an eyebrow after eating another.
"Figure of speech."
"Ah, understood. Continue."
"Actually, before you get down to business I'd like to ask a question of my own." Signora raised her hand.
"And... what would that be? Don't you think I've earned the right to ask my questions first?" You turned your attention to her.
Now that you think about it, she hasn't spoken much at all. This is the first time she's directly addressed you since you first got captured.
...Apart from calling you a child of course, you could never forget that of all things.
"The noodles are a little plain, too plain for my liking. Do you have anything extra to add to it? Perchance some condiments? Your bowl looks... different to our own bowl's. What did you add to it?"
"I forgot you don't know how pot noo- I mean noodles work in this world! Sorry, I keep forgetting how you came from another place entirely different to this planet." You gasped, running to the kitchen and returning with different coloured packets.
"What... are they?" Sandrone pointed at the plastic packs.
"They look like poisons my clone's deliver for me to test out." Dottore thought outloud.
"Not at the table, please." Pantalone cringed.
"These, Harbingers, are a miracle in the making." You began, catching the attention of all of them.
'They look like puppies... It's cute.' Is what you would think if you forgot these are bloodthirsty monsters.
"Allow me to introduce you to the world of Sauce Packets. Each colour and size represents a flavour in the packet, and what garnish you'd like on top of your noodles!" You explained, placing all the packets you could find next to the pile of forks which had been unused.
"Amazing! You just get to pick like that?"
"Yup!"
"And... There's nothing else to it? No storing the packets in a cool area so they don't go off?"
"Nope!"
"Incredible... How does the food not become moldly or uneatable?" Dottore muttered.
"They're sealed really well. No air can get in or out until you rip the packet open."
"I want these two." Scaramouche rolled his eyes, grabbing two packs from the pile and holding them above his bowl.
"Be careful not to grab them too tight or they'll--!" You tried to speak as loud and quick as you could. But, unfortunately... "Burst..."
"What the actual shi--!?"
"There's a lot of sauce in those packets... Luckily for you, you held them above your bowl so the majority went in it! Thanks for not wasting any." You struggled to hold your laughter, grabbing a couple tissues from your pocket.
"Did any get on you?" You let a small giggle pass you lips.
He stared at you for a moment, his eyes burning through yours. After a couple moments, he came to reality and noticed all the harbingers laughing, giggling and chuckling at his previous actions.
"...No." He snatched the tissues from your open hand.
"How amusing and childish Scaramouche." Dottore commented, covering his mouth which hid his grin.
"I don't want to hear that kind of comment from you of all people." The puppet shook his head with a snarl, wiping his lap with the tissues.
"Alright, I only have these two flavours left, the red packet on your left being a really spicy flavour. The orange packet on your right being chicken. Oh, and, the smaller packets I have contain either basil and garlic, as well as coriander here."
The Harbingers, after hearing your explanation, picked which packets they wanted and put them in their bowls of noodles. Except Capitano, he hadn't touched anything since he sat down at the table.
Once demonstrating how to mix the noodles with the cutlery, the Harbingers began to eat once more with happier smiles than before and light chatter.
"So, you wanted to ask some questions?" Pierro coughed into his hand, his expression soon turning stern and distant.
"Yes! Thank god we're back to this topic." You shook your head, a wry smile on your face.
"...What exactly are you planning to do next?" You asked the first question.
"What do you mean by that?" Columbina smiled eagerly at you.
"You're stuck in my world, thanks to Dottore's compass breaking... which looked oddly close to an illegal chest compass - but I won't judge the design."
"Yes, thank you for adding the 'DOTTORE'S COMPASS' breaking in your reasoning." Sandrone nodded with a satisfactory smile.
"Anyway, what do you plan to do next? You can't just hideout in my house until Dottore somehow creates a new machine, with materials he won't ever get his hands on since you're all no longer in Teyvat."
"You mean you don't have the same minerals here as in Teyvat?" He questioned you, tapping the table to form a little tune.
"Did you really think an ore called 'Magical Ore Chunk' would exist here?"
"...We didn't name it."
"I suppose the one thing you could say exists would be Iron. But I have no idea whether they work the same, they could very well have different effects when mined due to different adaptations to their environment."
"Do you use Iron to craft weapons?" Capitano spoke for the first time since entering the dining room. Too bad he sounds so excited, the answer won't please him too much.
"We do... or, we did. In the past hundred years, we've developed new weapons using different minerals and... chemicals." You grimaced.
"Oooh, this is getting interesting!" Columbina laughed, finishing her noodles with a pleasant sigh. "Sooo good."
"Glad you like them." You nodded at her, before returning your attention back to Dottore.
"Don't ask me about the chemical part. It's illegal for those to know how the dangerous substances are made, unless they're working for the goverment or a specially trained company."
"How dangerous could they really be...?"
"Again," You sighed. "Don't question it."
"I'm still traumatised when you put on that surgery channel earlier this afternoon."
"Back to my question?" You asked them again, tone sounding hopeful for a proper answer.
"Truthfully, we don't know what's going to happen. Haven't had a meeting to discuss it yet." Tartaglia shrugged, finishing also and putting his fork in the bowl.
"Tartaglia." Capitano scolded.
"Yes, Captain!" Childe saluted. Capitano and Pulcinella just shook their heads as a reply.
"Tartaglia is right, we don't know what to do."
"By chance, did your parents happen to know anything revolving machinery and world travelling?"
This is unwelcome territory now.
"Maybe. However, we wouldn't be able to ask them anyway." You shook your head, resisting the urge to lash out.
"Why? Are they out of town? Or perhaps they're at work someplace else?"
"You killed them."
Silence then took hold of the Harbinger's, not one person touched the food in front of them nor moved a centimetre.
"What?" Childe broke the silence, his voice as quiet as a mouse.
"You murdered my family in cold blood, butchered their bodies when you found they had no use to you and then dumped them to the side."
They all continued to stay silent, some closing their eyes, while some's faces showing an ounce of guilt.
Like you believed that guilt though.
"Fuck this." Scaramouche rudely announced, pushing his chair out and walking out of the room.
"I wanted to ask a few more questions, but you know what, I'm not in the mood anymore. Enjoy what's left of dinner, I know I won't. With my bruised body, I'm surprised I've lasted this long without collapsing in pain."
And with that, you left the table for the final time that evening. Carrying your bowl with you, you ascended up the stairs to your bedroom with tears threatening to spill from your eyes.
Tumblr media
A bit sad, isn't it? Well, they've got more coming to them so I wouldn't get sad just yet. You wouldn't believe what I've got planned lol
Tumblr media
Please don't expect too many happy, nice and generally fluffy scenes.
This is Yandere, a genre which should never, under any circumstance be considered normal. It's abusive, unhealthy and leads to a lot of victims facing awful conditions which they never should or ever have to endure no matter who they are.
This is fiction that I'm writing, meaning it's all taken light-heartedly IN A FICTIONAL SENSE.
If anyone, by chance, is currently in conditions where a loved-one or yourself has suddenly become distant and/or being hurt when away from eyes please get help. Talk to them, or if it's you, talk to someone you know you can trust.
If you can't talk to anyone, find authorities who can help you. Call 999, as it is in the U.K, or your local emergency service. They will always help you, and will never deny your rights or freedom.
Thanks for reading this, I hope all who's reading knows this information already, but I thought I'd include it since who knows when it comes to where you are in the world and whether your education programs taught critical information like this.
Tumblr media
On to more happy stuff!:
Thank you all so much for the support, I hope you'll stick with me for the rest of the parts in this series until I get to the finish line. :)
Back to the fluffy stuff convo... I'm really trying to squeeze them in, because if Y/N isn't showing kindness or anything nice to any of them, none of them will begin to grow feelings for them. It may seem out of place, but Y/N is coping right now. It's not like they can leave the house to run for help.
They saw what the Harbingers can do without thinking of other's lives being a consequence.

Title: La Signora's little follower(?)
Character(s): All the harbingers except Scaramouche (Genshin Impact) Pierro, Columbina, Pulcinella, Pantalone, Tartaglia (Childe), Dottore, Capitano, Sandrone, Arlecchino
Summary: The harbingers stand before the Fair Lady, La Signora casket. They didn't think a small visitor would arrive, adored by the woman who turned to ashes.
Note: This might/will become ooc later in the future or the very next day I post this but who knows and who cares! Writing this all I have is the vid "A Winter Night's Lazzo", Childe's voice lines about them and leaks so please be understanding later if it does happen.
Warnings/tags: Gn!reader (if by chance she/her is used for reader tell me I will edit it as soon as possible!), child!reader, slight soft yandere vibes from Childe (or protective vibes either one), implied cult au, Genshin leaks
Another note for tags: Isekai (implied), God!reader but child, like sagau cult kind of thing but never really mentioned till later, an au in one of my series called 'the child with gold blood' (which you don't have to read to understand this.)
Tumblr media
...It was a surprise really, who would expect that when the butterfly that belonged to La Signora would erupt into a huge flame covering most of the casket that many of the harbingers had to take a step back.
They were about to put it out... what was what they planned to till they noticed something or someone inside those flames. There was a slight panic in the voices of the harbingers, as they got their weapons ready, yet it was Capitano who told them to stop and wait, curious as to what the Fair Lady could have gifted them after her death.
Just as soon the flames came to the world it died down living nothing but ashes and body…?
It was a small body as if it belonged to a child. Still alive, when they saw the small movements it made, still breathing. Columbia was the first to comment on it, how adorable you but at the same time in wonder who you were.
"Why is a small child here?" Sandrone asked in surprise, as the robot moved her closer to the casket, towards you. "Did Signora bring this child here?" She continued to ask.
"Interesting there is not a single lick of flame scorched that child." Dottore also walked close to the casket, everybody could see the sick interest that danced in his eyes, the calculated planning.
Yet when Dottore tried to reach for the small child a flame erupted covering you away from the man's hand at the sudden heat he hissed in pain taking a step back away from you. Sandrone's robot also took a step back shielding the surprised girl from the screams of fire.
Only a few moments went by till Pantalone spoke teasing Dottore, stating that either it was Signora's huge distrust towards him or the perverted malice that the doctor had shown. Dottore could only glare at the other man, stating that he keep his mouth shut.
"But that still leaves the question, who is this child? There were no reports that La Signora had a child nor is she the type to adopt one." Arlecchino stated as she watched the flames die down once again when Dottore was far enough away from the child. There in her eyes was interest but there was also a hidden pity in them.
It was Capitano and Pierro who noticed the 11th harbinger quiet as he only stared at the child on the casket of the Lady not saying anything yet holding familiarity towards the sleeping body.
"Tartaglia do you have something to say?" Pierro asked, staring as the young man whose eyes widen in surprise for being called suddenly... as if caught in the act.
Tartaglia called away from his thoughts, looked at the Jester. His face looked conflicted as he walked over to the child.
"This kid followed Signora around. I meet them at Liyue after Signora got the Gnosis from the Geo archon." He tried to explain. "So La Signora really did adopt a child?" The husky voice belonged to Capitano.
Tartaglia shook his head. "No Signora found the kid to be more annoying than anything. She tried to shoo away this kid multiple times but the kid kept on coming back."
"I am surprised, you would think not many children would like the lady because of her rather strong... personality." Pantalone raised an eyebrow when he watched Childe cautiously take the kid into his arms. The little kid didn't have any thick clothes instead wore something more for spring.
The poor thing was shivering as the 11th harbinger wrapped his red scarf around their neck.
"I also thought she didn't like kids well till I received a letter from her a few days after her death," Tartaglia grumbled moving the child a bit so he could also cover the child's body with his coat. "One of her trusted subordinates gave me a letter asking me to take care of this kid in case she ever dies. I didn't think she would have ever written something like that because of her pride but she did."
"Hmmm, then why did the child appear here like this then? La signora died a few days ago, why isn't the kid with you?" Dottore was unamused, annoyed even as he looked at his slightly scorched gloves, burned by the fire when he reached for you.
"You aren't gonna say that you would take care of the child, are you? Give them to me and I will bring them to the orphanage." Arachhino said, raising her hand as if asking Childe to hand the kid to her.
"Sorry but no. I will be taking care of this kid." There was no humor in Tartaglia's voice, moving as if to shield the child from Arlecchino. He was never fond of her to be fair. "The kid disappeared soon after Signora's death both my subordinates and Signora's all tried to search for this kid along with some others but we weren't able to find them."
"Tartaglia, who are these others that you mentioned?" Pantalone asked, staring at the hump on Childe's jacket.
Suddenly the members all heard a groan, small and childish they knew that the child had woken up. Childe watched you try to shift your position yet unable to do so, you slowly opened your eyes. Staring at him yet showed no recognition.
"Hey, kid woke up?" Childe said his tone was almost soft. As he watches you shift again to an almost sitting position in his arms where your head poked out from the fur collar of his coat as you rubbed your eyes.
"Who are you?" You grumbled, you didn't see the other people in the room all watching you yet you could hear one or maybe two people giggling or chuckling at you as you squinted at Childe's face.
"Ah aren't you that mister!" You paused surprised, Childe raised a brow when he saw you stopped, as you struggle to remember him. "How cruel, child. You forgot about me." You laughed when he booped your nose with his gloved hand. "Isn't mister teammates with Signora?" You tilted your head.
"Yes… Something like that…" It wasn't Childe who said that, but another voice. Looking to your side you saw other people, all wearing a similar outfits to Childe. The man who said it wore a mask as he looked at you with a frown on his mouth.
"You shouldn't be so mean to the child." Another voice said but you didn't look to see who it was as you stared at the man who showed clear discomfort.
"Mister must be Dottore?" You tilted your head, your face curious as you lean to get a closer look at him. "Hmmm, didn't know La Signora would talk about me." There was sarcasm, you didn't see the glare on Childe's face as he tighten his hold around you. You blinked as if not catching the sarcasm at all
"Signora told me that you are mean and bad. But mister looks nice."
"Eh-?" "Huh?" Disbelief but giggles also spread in the room at what you said, Dottore looked at you as if you have lost your mind but you meant what you said yet it was hidden behind his mask.
"They are such a cute child." Childe looked down surprised when he saw a small lady standing right beside him. You looked at the girl tilting your head as you saw her pretty black hair with pink streaks. "Hello dear~ do you perhaps know my name?" She asked curiously.
You looked at her mask, her outfit, the small pretty wings on her hair. Signora had told you about three ladies in her team, one of them she told you had almost a fairy-like appearance. "Columbina?" You looked at her closely. "You are so pretty!"
"You really are such a cutie." Columbina laughed. Quickly she pointed at two girls in the room. "Can you guess what their names are?"
You looked at the lady standing with one hand on her hips, white hair and eyes that had a red x on them. "Umm… Arlecchino..?" You looked hesitant, you looked at the lady who sat in the hand of the robot your eyes glittered at the thing but you quickly shook your head to focus. "Uhh… Signora told me about someone who makes those big robots! Uhh.. Sa-Sandrone?"
"You are a very smart child~" she giggled, she tried to take you into her arms when Childe took a step back keeping you away from her hands, protective and guarding.
"Hmmm interesting, I didn't think that La signora would grow attached to someone this much that she would tell you about us." You looked at a man, smiling at you with his hand on his chin thinking. "Greeting young one, my name is Pantalone. I guess that the Fair Lady has talked about me?"
Your eyes lighten a bit. "Un! She told me that you are the richest man in teyvat!" You flayed your hands as if to show how rich he was. Pantalone chuckled.
"How did you meet La Signora child?" You looked at a short man looking at you, his face soft towards you compared to others. "Mister Pulcinella?" you asked.
"Why yes. That is correct. Did Signora talk about me too?" There was a warm smile on his face, "Nope!" You sang as you looked at the man who was holding you "He was the one who told me about you!"
"H-hey" Childe looked flustered at what you have done all the while Pulcinella looked a little contemplated.
"You haven't answered his question."
A gruff voice asked, it would have made anybody intimidated yet maybe because you were so young that you were so influenced by it glancing at the man who spoke you asked Childe to place you down.
Hesitant, he did and let you go as you trotted to the man who spoke. The man had a mask on... helmet? even with the light, you could not see the man's face hidden in the darkness. "I meet Signora at in Monstade, Mister Captain sir! I was lost back then and could not find a way home and she found me." You told the man. "She saved me when I was running away from a hilichurl that was chasing after me. After that, I start to follow her hehe!"
"She let you in?" The man asked but you shook your head, looking down almost ashamed, "Signora didn't like me at first…" you explained, it was so cute when you looked at the red scarf around your neck in interest. "But later when we are in Liyue she took me in. She didn't tell me much but she started to take care of me a lot!" You looked at the masked man. "Signora showed me many things! Many pretty things! Things that I have never seen before!"
"But why didn't you go back home instead child?" He asked, you looked at him as the light in your eyes dull a little.
"That is because I was told I can't go back..."
It wasn't a straight answer, an answer that explained yet left so many questions for a child to say with a lonely smile on their face.
"Then child, are you not sad that La signora passed away." Another voice asked another deep and powerful voice that was quiet this whole time ever since you opened your eyes. Everyone looked at him, and you also looked at the old man who spoke. "Signora told me that there was a man in her team that wore a mask on one eye that is the leader of the team! You must be Mister Pierro!"
"You are correct, child. Now tell me why are you not sad that she passed away? As you stand on her tomb right now." His words were harsh, commanding. It was as if he wanted to test you, see what your reaction would be.
Yet instead of tears, you looked at the man straight in his eyes your smile gone. You didn't see how close Childe was to grabbing you into his arms again yet could not. The 11th harbinger was stopped when Pierro glared at him, silencing him from making a dumb decision in front of him.
Instead, you stand in the middle of the group all staring down at you, waiting for your answer.
It was odd.. it was unnatural really for a child to do so. The smile that graced your small face, wasn't that naive and childish like but something softer yet knowing, kind and loving yet with grief.
It didn't match your age, not at all and it made everyone only cautious instead of feeling pity.
"La Signora isn't dead, she is only sleeping."
It was as if time stopped for a moment at your answer, nobody was sure what to say yet before someone could say something the big door that where once closed suddenly slammed open as one of the fatui, one of low-rank suddenly burst in.
"I apologize for interrupting the meeting! But this is an emergency!!" The fatui member almost shouted, his voice rattled and panicked.
"It must be important that you would rudely barge in like this." There was annoyance in Pantalone's voice as he placed his hands together. His face was smiling yet everybody could see his anger.
"The archons- No the nations Monstade, Liyue and Inazuma are going on a rampage!!"
What?
"And what do you mean by that?" Pulcina asked.
"They are attacking all the fatui members that are stationed there demanding we give back what is theirs!" The fatui member stuttered out.
"What are they looking for exactly?" Pulcinella asked tiredly, it wasn't like they were after the gnosis. The Anemo Archon is too weak to cause this much of a reaction, the Electro archon didn't care for it, while the Geo Archon made a deal with them for the Gnosis. He wasn't one who would turn back on a contract.
"They are looking for a small child!"
The members all looked at you, standing in front of Pierro yet instead of you standing on the floor you were in Childe's arms holding you tightly almost like a mother protecting her child.
Who… are you?

Edit/Update: Edited again after a year TvT Thank you so much for all the love that has been shown to this fic but I will not be making a part 2 or a continuation to this little story unfortunately. It has been a long time now and while I did try to think out some stuff nothing really clicked, and that motivation just kind of died too at some point. If you want more platonic yandere stuff I do have more stories for that which you can find on the masterlist just not this particular one. Thank you again for understanding ^^

Holy shit Luci wrote something for the first time in *checks history* JANUARY FIRST JESUS CHRIST-
um anywayssss. Have some Signora content because we stan a girlboss in this household-
TW: Signora is dead, technically SAGAU, Reader is implied to be a deity/supernatural entity, character death, flower symbolism, platonic relationship between characters
Flowers & Fated Reunions
The woman knew she had died. That much she was certain of. In a way, she supposes it wasn’t too painful of an end. It was certainly less painful than many of the deaths she had been responsible for carrying out through her life. The electro energy had killed her before the sting of the blade could reach her. But if she was dead, then where was she? The place she found herself in seemed to stretch on forever in all directions. What might have been a sky was nothing more than a featureless white void, contrasting boldly with the scenery that surrounded her. For as far as she could see there were beautiful purple flowers blooming and swaying in an unseen breeze. They were gorgeous, but unfamiliar. She had amassed no small amount of knowledge over her long lifetime, and yet she could not begin to recognize this strange flowers.
“Lovely aren’t they?”
She whirled around, her eyes locking onto the form of the one who’d spoken, the guarded light in her eyes fading slightly as she recognized them. A million questions filled her head, and yet the words that escaped her lips were not one of them. “What are they?”
The familiar (e/c) eyes broke away from the field of flowers and met Rosalyne’s, filled with a warmth she had not felt in a very long time. “They are purple hyacinths. They are considered a symbol of a love ill-fated…” The creator’s eyes returned to the vast landscape of violet petals once again. After a brief moment of silence, they spoke once again, softer this time. “Such a flower seems to represent your story all too well, doesn’t it?”
Before Rosalyne could answer they knelt down and cupped one of the many blooms in their hand, a bitter smile on their face. “…I’ve never really liked them. To love so deeply, only to lose it… Isn’t it just too cruel? Perhaps some believe it better to have loved and lost it than to have never loved at all. But I have never been able to share such sentiments.”
The flower seemed to start to wither in the hold of the creator, as if it knew it was unwanted, the countless other plants that grew around them beginning to do the same. In mere moments the endless field was nothing more than a barren stretch of earth, the purple flowers having left no trace of themselves behind. The creator stood and turned to the woman, eyes full of light and a small smile on their lips.
“Perhaps they ‘La Signora’ yes, but you are more than that alone. You never overcame the loss of your loved one, but neither did you ever give up on that love. Not once did your affections falter, not once did you hesitate to follow through with that which you believed would return him to you. You loved, you lost, and thought it is a part of you; you are far more than that alone; you are Rosalyne.”
The creator knelt down once more, motioning for the other woman to do so as well. They reached out and laid their hand upon the soil, a faint warmth filling the area before, quite suddenly, sprouts began to emerge from the empty earth. Sprouts quickly became stems, growing taller as buds began to form. Before long the new buds bloomed, small rounded flowers hanging down from the stem which bent to the side under their weight. The petals were a soft white, and although she was not sure why, a sense of longing that she had carried for so long she’d forgotten it was even there lifted from her heart. Hesitantly she reached out and brushed her fingertips against the blossoms, the softness of the petals calming the racing questions that filled her mind. These flowers were also unfamiliar to her, yet they brought a sense of peace to her that she could not help but relish in.
“…They are known as the Lily of the Valley. While purple hyacinths might represent La Signora, they are not destined for you Rosalyne. The Lily of the Valley stands for a returning happiness, the reunion of love that was once lost. They stand for the next chapter in your story.”
The flowers began to sway more fervently as the once gentle breeze grew stronger, the sound of the creator’s gentle laughter dancing within the wild winds.
“You’ve kept him waiting long enough, don’t you think? The two of you belong together after all, so there’s little point in lingering here.”
Rosalyne felt the field begin to grow distant, as though she were seeing it through a foggy mirror. The creator embraced her as the surroundings steadily faded away.
“It’s okay Rosalyne. You can take off your mask now. It’s okay.”
The rest of the world faded away into a soft white light, before she felt herself drift off into a dreamlike sleep.
———
(E/c) eyes slowly opened and adjusted to the light, a yawn escaping from their form as the sat up. A bittersweet smile formed on their lips as they caught sight of a familiar white flower in the corner of their eye. Turning towards it they sighed softly. They hadn’t been able to save Rosalyne, but at least they had done what they could to help her find peace.
A/N: It’s ya gurl Luci back writing apparently! Is this an official return to writing fanfiction, or is it a one time thing? Hell if I know! I guess only the future will tell. Regardless, we stan Rosalyne reuniting with her bby in this blog! @dunno-why-im-here-either yuyu i wrote a thingy again how much worse did my writing get after my hiatus I need to know plz-

Cult!Genshin x reader
Sagau pt.2 Mondstadt
Warnings: cult behavior, obsessive thoughts, religion, spoilers
[Sagau pt.1 Khaenri'ah here] 👇
Diluc
When the red head was just but a young lad he would see a small statue by his dad's office
A perfect and divinely being, Crepus would say while kneeling on the ground hands clasped saying quiet prayers at the image of 'The Creator'
Diluc was man who spoke few--to no words ever since his father's passing, and after that he didn't want anything to do with you
When the time came that you finally took control of him, many times Diluc  purposely would try to deny your presence, whispering light insults towards you.Since.. at all times where we're you when he needed you, why had you only shown yourself after everything had already been alright?!
Days turned into weeks, and his faith wavered and surely as the years passed by
it disappeared
Diluc would mentally laugh feeling a playful glare sent towards him after him 'accidently' aimed his claymore in another direction when you were supposed to be aiming at a hillichurl
( you might think Kaeya or Venti would do this instead--yes they would playfully tease you , but I like to think Diluc's reason of doing this is pissing you off out of spite)
Though.. Did his faith really vanish?no. much to his dismay, he was still a worshipper, an acolyte, a devotee, and a vessel
He would be found acknowledging his adoptive brother's ramblings about you..every evening after the door's of Angelshare closes,he would stay and Diluc would ask himself why were you the only subject that seems to make him and Kaeya bond again?
He huffed, he's not one for pride,Diluc usually puts others before himself, but he can't admit he still had just a bit devotion for you! Not after your lack of actions
On his way to the chilly breeze of Dragonspine, he went up to the mountains eyes tired and ready to rest from the snow that pricked his pale skin
He unknowingly admitted in his mind... That he did miss your presence, where you would lead him back to his home and sit him down at the dining table to enjoy the meal that his servants prepared for him
Why was he here again?Of course his thoughts were jumbled, he was in Dragonspine at the brink of death!, the young Ravingdr sighed, his warm breath becoming visible in the cold winter breeze
His legs walks on its own, going towards his supposed destination
Looking up--Albedo's lab was in sight,   he squinted suddenly feeling his heart beating fast though he could not decipher what was the cause of his heart racing for his vision was being covered by the never ending blizzard
No it can't be, his movements were halted as tears stream down his cheeks, eyes gleaming at your figure with a newfound hope
He again felt your presence
Years of loathing that was once rooted down to his core seemed to disappear with just your mere stare
(e/c) eyes widened looking at a familiar red haired man kneeling down in between the unforgiving snow storm, smiling at your figure
You loudly gasp and shake your companion's shoulders hoping they'll at least be able to understand that you were motioning to save him
Diluc's crimson eyes softened at your pleads, his smile ever so slightly curves up..maybe you weren't such a horrible god after all.
Atlast the uncrowned king of Mondstadt was finally home in your merciful gaze
Lisa
A humble librarian, or so Lisa would like to think she is--We all know before Lisa came back to Mondstadt, she was a scholar from the nation that hailed knowledge and wisdom
she was quite knowledgeable about your origins that were written in the scrolls of the Akedemiya-so with that, she would always loved to flaunt her never-ending knowledge about you
Although the knowledge came to a price when handling a certain book making her lifespan shortened
Maybe,.. It was meant to be?Lisa would try and convince herself making her less guilty for her carelessness
Usually she'd love it when just inside the comfort of her library sorting out the books in its author arrangement,
becoming an adventurer and battling slimes to hillichurls all over Teyvat, is the last thing she'd ever want to do
But maybe for you, she wouldn't mind going out of her comfort zone for a couple of days!
After hearing the news of you having your own body, made her happy!  she never believed her ears and eyes, if not for the divinely presence you held when inside the headquarters
Now with you by her side she would be able to show and read to you her favourite stories and encyclopedias!
Jean
The paperworks left by the grandmaster himself weren't kind to her
While you didn't use her as a vessel she'd stay coped up in her office doing whatever she needed to finish while Jean prays to you as a form of comfort for the incoming mountains of paperwork and missions
The acting grand master also prays for the patience, she out of all people wouldn't want to rush anything even if it means sacrificing her own sanity
After each prayer she'd sigh, expecting a Knight that will come bursting the doors of the office
As she predicted--someone did go inside her office
Jean didn't really want to hear anything the knight had to report today..so she closed her eyes nodding pretending to listen
But listened when-our Creator ___-"
The knight didn't need to say another word before the grandmaster had left her poor subordinate with a hanging mouth and an unfinished sentence
Just by hearing your name was enough to make the woman from the Gunnhilder clan dash towards the exit
All of her stress disappeared as she caught the warm color of your gaze staring back at her
Rosaria
She heard of you, but didn't bother to learn more about you.You were just another deity that was hailed and praised ,and as she would everytime there was a mass and homily Rosaria would skip it not bothering to attend even if its about Mondstadts regional archon or about you
But surprisingly when she was possessed by you--she didn't dare to break away from your control whenever you did that
However she does not treat you like a deity, she merely sees you as an 'equal'--which in her eyes makes you one of many an exceptional and respectable beings
But the Knights don't like how she openly views you as she would any mortal, since its common knowledge that you are much more than an 'equal'
And The Knights of Favionious absolutely hate how she just casually walks up to you when she could've at least been courteous enough to greet you
Though her actions might be mistaken as some sort of taunting to the knights and you, it's really not--It's just her way of showing her own devotion, and much to everyone else's dismay. You seem to calm down with her casual gestures
Ignoring the knight's glares she continues to talk to you as an equal
But there's no denying that deep down everyone can feel that Rosaria is a devotee at heart
Eula
To Eula, her childhood wasn't ideal nor being a part of a clan that everyone rightfully hated
But was it silly of her to pray that she wouldn't be either feared or hated by the people of Mondstadt?Though already greatful for the people in the knights for welcoming her with warm arms.Is it really bad for her to want more praise?
not much is known about you, the moment a godly presence shown itself through the traveler she made it a goal to be a perfect vessel for you
To the point where she wouldn't pray for anything else but to be your perfect vessel. So by the time your physical form descended down in Teyvat-almost immediately praising you and your good deeds hoping that you will appreciate it
Eula won't admit it--but she would love if you were to choose her as your main acolyte
Venti
A God that felt your presence since the first time he was created
And as a small wind spirit he tried his best to show his devotion by giving small apples to a shrine he and his bard friend made!
By as decades passed by,,he isn't the type to praise you endlessly anymore, he did a few ballads about you in his mortal form-that's about it, he wasn't as a crazy worshipper (unlike a certain flying geo- scaled reptile that he would like to call friend from the land of contracts)
He merely see's you as an equal.. (like Rosaria does)
It's my freedom to choose not to! Venti would drunkly exclaim, though he would be upset after he was just rudely kicked out of Angel share because of that
Everyone in Teyvat could look at him with disdain with his response
But don't they understand-- what he suffered because of your absence
The sober part of him regrets and shames himself for disrespecting you
But then again the cycle just repeats
gets drunk.blames you for the death of his friend.then apologies profusely when sober
Though he was also one of your acolytes but he can't help but sometimes despise you.. but other times he'd find himself preaching about you as his hands played with the lyre
So then the bard was still a devotee even when drinking wine?maybe it was just pent-up anger that laced his tongue with terrible words? The citizens of Mondstadt theorize as if they were Sumeru scholars instead
It was confusing to the people of Mondstadt and even more so when the blonde traveler shows up and Venti starts acting as if he didn't spit in your name from time to time
It's still clear that he holds a small hatred to you,but with the confused look in your now physical face he can't help but sympathise you. He'd say sorry a million times of doubting you,Trying to get him forgiveness from you, he himself promised that from now on,
The wind forever will be in your side
La Signora
Rosalyne hated you the moment she came back to Mondstadt from her studies in Sumeru
She can't really see why her coworkers worship you
Especially Pierro
Knowing how his homeland was destroyed by Celestia and their Gods-- and him knowing you were absent during one's time of need
Yet Pierro stood strong in his belief, though wavered it stayed
She can respect him for that but Rosalyne can't say it for herself
the Tsaritsa and the rest of the Fatui would look at her with a disapproving look for how she views you
God complex they say that she has ,and Rosalyne would brush it off ignoring her Archons wishes and rebel instead
La Signora wont be the one who's supposed to apologising, you should be the one grovelling in her feet asking for forgiveness for the lack of actions
with you descending into Teyvat--She can make you beg and kneel for forgiveness,
And maybe she'd grant you her benevolence even if she doesn't have the authority to ever do this self-righteous act
You had no right to praised and loved while you did not do a single thing to make Teyvat in peace
Thoma
News of your descension spreaded across the the never ending storm of Inazuma -the messenger from Mondstadt seemed both petrified (by the storm) and joyous by his safe arrival at Inazuma
He would consider himself somewhat of a religious person, though he would preach the anemo Archons name in Mondstadt
Yours was more universal, seeing as how the Kamisato estate was basically filled with relics that resembled what you were depicted to look like
Not to mention a personal shrine in Inazuma that was given by no other than the Shogun herself
Thoma was beginning to feel sad when he realised when you were so far away from the nation of eternity
You were so closer to him, yet so far, assuming that he couldn't feel your presence through the clouds anymore proves that you actually had descended
All he could do was wait for your shining presence , and his patience and perseverance will be rewarded by you

That SAGAU ask for a reader that is like Double from skullgirls makes me wanna ask for a SAGAU reader that’s like Bayonetta. If you don’t know who that is then she’s a badass umbra witch with many pacts that she can summon, uses a plethora of weapons, has torture attacks (you can look those up if you want) and is usually pretty flirty her main outfit is also made of partially, if not entirely of her hair. She can also transform into some animals like a panther, a bird, and a serpent (though the upcoming version of her can turn into lesser forms of her pacts) If you wanna know more then you can look her up on like anything. You don’t have to answer this ofc if you don’t wanna then delete this pls. But if so then can you pls do HC with the archons and the adepti and harbingers reaction to readers fighting and summoning pls?
Genshin sagau Hcs | Bayonetta!Reader
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 : Childe, Ei, La Signora, Xiao x Bayonetta!Creator!Reader
𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐎𝐏𝐒𝐈𝐒 : You're a playful witch/wizard with mysterious powers, let's see how your acolytes act with you and your powers.
𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 : Religious theme.
𝐀/𝐍 : I do in fact know her! While I don't play her games, I find her so cool and her in sagau is interesting. Thx for requesting that, hope you'll enjoy!
Masterlist
Tumblr media
⠀‣ Childe
. He's beyond grateful that you were guiding him during battles, but that now that he can actually fight by your side, he's all the more excited. Especially when he learns that you have cool and unique abilities. You have guns as shoes and use your hair for fighting? That's interesting...He'll applause the originality.
. He really wants to fight but most of the time he ends up admiring you, and can you blame him? He finally gets a chance to see you in action, and he isn't disappointed to say the least, watching you summon deadly weapons while mocking the enemy, is a truly fascinating performance.
. Since you're the flirty type, he isn't afraid to do it back. In the middle of battle, kicking butts, unashamed to throw random flirts and tease each other, while the enemy is either mad or disgusted by you, but you'll both shut them down with a combo. You make a terrifying duo, as you synchronize perfectly.
. You'll absolutely have competition of who will have the highest body count, or who is the coolest while doing it, you may impress him and he may not have such unique abilities like yours, but don't underestimate him, he dedicated all his life to battles, and he also got some sass in him. He also made a challenge to try to beat you, defeating a witch god was now is ultimate life goal. he's still trying to this day.
⠀‣ Ei
. An umbra witch? How interesting, she never heard of them and their powers before, of course in this world you're one of a kind, so please tell her more about you, from how do your powers work or how did you learn them, if you don't know, she'll be glad if you showed her.
. And whe she's finally seeing you fight, well, she couldn't expect less from you, transforming into majestic and demonic creatures, punishing those for blasphemy with torture devices directly from hell they'll soon meet. All with graceful and perfectly controlled movements, she admires your quick reflexes the most, as it's also one of her strength that she's glad she shares it with you, you're surely one of the best fighter in Teyvat and maybe she could learn from you, so she can satisfy you with her technique, though she knows she could never compare.
. She is the type to be serious, and especially when she fights, but when it comes to your flirty personality, she may respond awkwardly, flustered by your behavior towards her, but she doesn't let her guard down, shutting down the enemy who dared to mock her rosy cheeks. Please, don't embarrass her further, and keep the flirts for moments when you're only together.
⠀‣ La Signora
. You're terrifying together, both a dominant type, loving the same kind of outfit and sometimes, around a cup of hot tea, shaming others that annoy you. You get along very well and no one wants to be the next subject of your discussion.
. She's very interested in your kind, you're more powerful than the Tsarista herself, and have powers coming from another world. Don't think she just wants to flatter you, having you at her side and the Fatui would really benefits them, but as someone she worships, she's proud to say she's in your good grace, she doesn't hesitate to brag about it with vanity to the others Harbingers and enjoy their jealousy.
. Whoever ask for a fight with you both, ask for a painful death, they're no match. She likes your sense of mockery, witty remark and dramatic dances, leaving people no chances but also humiliated, plus, with your back and forth teasing between each other, which make them unsettled and easier to distract.
⠀‣ Xiao
. He's questioning the usefulness of having guns on your shoes and hair as your combat outfit and powers, isn't it unconfortable? And if you use your hair to summon, what about your outf-. But, seeing you in action, makes him loose all of his doubts, you're able to control your movements and technique perfectly. It puts him in relief to see you can protect yourself if somehow he isn't here.
. He isn't so sure about the source of your powers coming from demons, you aren't being manipulated are you? And what do they want in return. He'll stay silent but go reassure him about this, because he can't help but worry a bit.
. Like Ei, he is a bit embarrassed by how you act, let's say, you're very confident with yourself, maybe a bit too much in his opinion, but he's just saying this because he is all blushy, and he doesn't like to show that part of himself, he'll scold you a bit on how you should take this more seriously. And if you respond with another flirt, you can call his name all you want, he'll stay hidden and give you the silent treatment.

Shed your kindness and composure ; like overworn snake's skin.
a/n: i post super inconsistently, apologies! harbinger time! smashing pots and pans harbinger time! of the sagau first impressions after realizing you are a morally grey god and not that sweet and kind one they tell tales and sing songs about. Mond version! Inazuma version! dottore and childe get like 2x more content than everyone else because they have blorbo rights cw: gn reader, sagau, so every juicy tag that usually comes with it! cult-ish, obsessive behavior, power dynamics, mention of blood. tartaglia is very battlesexual and 100% wouldn't mind dying by your hand. other than that, fluff! SIGNORA IS ALIVE ; I AM IN DENIAL! alrecchino gets shy, not clickbait, not proofread, as usual! sumeru archon quest(chapter III act II), spoilers in Sandrone's part!
There is always that special someone who knows just a bit more about you, excluding the gods. Between the harbingers? Il Dottore. You entrusted him with fixing you after your accidental arrival in Teyvat. Your godly powers couldn't heal, so after realizing you can teleport to places at will, he was the first person you went to, right after the gods. You deemed that your gruesome death would interest him the most, and as always, you stand corrected. Whatever sense of loyalty he had for the Tsaritsa (or anyone)has now been given over to you. All of it. So now, you have a very powerful, albeit sometimes a little possessive, devoted follower - him. A few vials he filled with your radiant golden blood while you were a bit light-headed, is a secret he will take to the grave, however, he does not plan on dying any time soon.
Since you can easily manage (manipulate) and keep some rowdier types calm, Pierro thanks you profusely for babysitting his immature colleagues. Which can happen very often. You reminisce about the past, usually accompanied by a hot tea. If either of you needs to get work done, and you happen to be within Snezhnaya, you always settle in his office and chat while having your dominant hand get cramps from all the signatures you both have to sign.
Another faithful little follower of yours is Sandrone, in a similar way to Dottore. She is just fascinated by all aspects of you. Asked you many, MANY times if you could inhabit the body of one of her Katheryne's. Or any other creation she has made. Or even herself? You protest, but accidentally say that possession is possible, it would be a somewhat painful and violating process for the receiver. Oh no, she is even more interested now! You have gotten yourself into quite a situation, how will you resolve it? In the name of science, will you do as she begs you to?
He tries to get access to all of those documents regarding archons, even Celestia, Pulcinella is just so very bothered that there is information he simply can't get his hands on. So he tries a tactic as old as time, a potential exchange of valuable knowledge of Teyvat that he has accumulated, hoping that maybe, someday you will share what the other nation's archons are planning.
When Scaramouche is not his usual bratty and bickering self, that means he must be accompanying you somewhere. Trying to be on his best behavior to not piss you off, you find it rather adorable. He, on the other hand, is a little cautious of you. You do remind him of someone rather unpleasant in his life. A proper and mostly ruthless ruler. You are not above acting on revenge. He has seen what that looks like. Once, an ordinary person was trying to impersonate you for some quick and easy mora. He saw sparks of fire dancing in your eyes. They still have burn marks.
You do find yourself in the presence of Pantalone rather often. Maybe because you picked up on some similarities between the two of you. He has those sky-high walls of protection, fake performances, compliments, and smiles. But it all crumbles into dust when he's alone with you. Freely speaking his mind, you realize how desperately alone all of the poor harbingers are. They sacrifice everything willingly for the Tsaritsa, but you still pity them a little. Plus, you find comfort in talking with most of them, it's a win-win type of situation.
La Signora, she is a force to be reckoned with, but so are you. She takes great satisfaction when you two walk somewhere and see the fear in the people's eyes. You do remind her that you have an image, a rather fake one to upkeep. And so, you banter with the Crimson Witch as if you were old friends, kind of feels like you already are. She has shown to be a reliable friend, and she's very easy to talk to, what's not to like? She had to do what she had to do, you reassure her that you would've burned the land of freedom into the ground if you heard your lover die on the battlefield.
If you happen to be in Natlan, Il Capitano will gladly take the time to teach you some self-defense or basic fighting skills. You do prefer to walk around the world, rather than use teleportation waypoints. There is always an agent accompanying you throughout Teyvat, Capitano was the first one to think of that. There is no ulterior motive behind practicing the art of battle, he just wants to make sure that even though you are a god, you would be harmed as little as possible. Unlike a certain ginger-haired harbinger.
Speaking of, Tartaglia takes pride in standing next to you, being your human shield, if the situation were to call for a fight. He loves the attention around you. And specifically your attention. You sparred with him exactly once, for good reason. You beat him, he was too... focused on his red blood on you, you pointing your spear at his throat while he's on the ground, the both of you being sweaty and very muddy. "Here I naively thought fighting you would be a challenge. Get up." - you let your weapon down gently onto the ground, giving him a hand. Your honest kindness in that situation has him smitten with you. He thought you would be merciful enough to kill him, right then and there - he really is like a puppy, trying to impress you with his latest tricks.
Oh, once you meet with Columbina, she is not letting you go until it is absolutely necessary, like having to travel into another nation for more debates and giving out directives to the archons to not cause another war. But sometimes even that doesn't stop her, sitting on your lap during one of those said meetings, the archons horrified, some intrigued, but all jealous. What they would do in that position. But you do pick favorites, you made that very clear. A very human trait of yours. To be fair, you are human, mostly.
You feel awkward around Arlecchino's orphanage at first, you never were good with children, remembering your own childhood. She would never worship any measly deity. But that soon changed when you spent an afternoon with her, chatting well into the evening. Whenever she has the time, she loves to show you around Snezhnaya. Walking next to each other, your hands collide. She starts stuttering and apologizing, while you laugh, she's really quite a character. She goes on about how anyone would get embarrassed if they made eye contact with you, let alone their hands would accidentally touch yours. You try your best to not tease her about it, but it has proven to be too difficult of a task.

Title: The Creator's Guardian (Prologue)
Summary: a tale of teyvat's creator's adventure as she tries to retrieve what she lost and hopefully purge her world of the corruption that plagues it. a tale told by a very overworked guardian as they try to save their beloved creator from her own stupidity and flirtiness
Series Warnings: Spoilers probably, Blood, Violence (a lot less than most impostor fics) Overlooked trauma, Bottled up emotions. will add more as the series progress
Additional Tags: Semi-Canon compliant, Women-centric as hell, OOC characters, Self-Indulgent series, Kinda SAGAU, the more accurate tag would be semi-soft! impostor cult AU. Creator/Guardian!Reader/Genshin Women. A very flirty, stubborn, "humor is my coping mechanism" Divine God.
Reader Pronouns: They/Them
Word Count: 1171 words
Author’s Note: ah yes, here we are. this started as "why aren't there more women-centric sagau fics" and I realized I might be looking in the wrong places but fuck it I'll write one myself. There will be male characters in this fic however, they will serve as side characters. I also feel the need to disclose the fact that I'm still doing research on the whole Genshin lore which is why some parts of this might be inaccurate. La Signora is alive because it's a self-indulgent fic I do what I want. So if you dislike everything I've said in this note then I believe this fic isn't for you. But if you do like whatever I've said in this note, then I hope you enjoy reading beloved readers <3

The Twelveth Harbinger. The Guardian. Also known as the hidden Harbinger, for the people of Snezhnaya at least. For the rest of Teyvat? As far as they know, there are only eleven Harbingers under the Tsaritsa’s thumb.
Why is that? You may ask. Simply because… The Twelveth Harbinger never worked for the Empress of Ice, rather they worked with her.
Hushed whispers echoed throughout the pristine crystalized hallway as you walked alongside Damselette and The Knave, both engrossed in their own world while you simply walked beside them, quietly listening to Columbina’s hums and Arlecchino’s occasional murmurs of displeasure as she carries a stack of neatly piled paper. Suddenly as you turn the corner, you manage to bump into the marionette’s giant puppet that’s always carrying her.
“Oh, dear.” Columbina exclaims as the puppet’s hand holds you up.
“Are you alright?” Arlecchino questioned, the stack of papers she was previously holding pinned underneath her armpits as she assesses the damage done to you
The Marionette although quiet seems to fuss over the slowly forming bump on your head as she fixes your slightly messy hair.
“I’m feeling quite well, a little shook up but I am rather fine.” You reassured them with a smile
“What is with all this fuss so late into the night?” A sharp voice cut through the cheery atmosphere you’ve managed to create
“Rosalyne.” Arlecchino greets her with a cordial yet happy tone.
“You’re back!” You exclaimed walking over to the woman who’s obviously still tired, clad in thick coats and her Fatui uniform
“Yes. It was quite a dreadful journey. The City of Bards was as suffocating as it was before.” She sneers as she fluffs up your newly fixed hair, much to Sandrone’s pouts
“Well, you can blame that on the Anemo Archon who seemed to have given his nation far too much freedom.” You huffed
“That rat could never pass off as an archon. The only true archon worthy of such praise is Her Majesty, The Tsaritsa.” She scoffs
“Ah! That reminds me, Rosalyne, I sincerely apologize, however…” Arlecchino hands Rosalyne a hefty stack of paper
“Verdammt.” She cusses as she sighs
Your eyes grow dark as you remember the memories that invaded your brain last night, of Rosalyne’s death and the funeral held at Zapolyarny Palace. If you remember correctly, the papers that Rosalyne is holding right now would be the details for Tartaglia’s assignment on Liyue. You were then thinking of taking the Inazuma assignment rather than Rosalyne under the guise of rest and letting The Balladeer square it off with his mother.
Truthfully, at first, you couldn’t care less about the Tsaritsa and her little minions. You didn’t even know them, not until they freed you from your cage, and even then you treated them as mere pawns to your ultimate goal.
You see, you were never born. No. You were created. By the one and only Divine Creator. Created from her own blood and various items she herself created, just for you. You were the first sentient creature she created once she had been satisfied with the world she has conjured up. “Teyvat” she called it. She soon created being similar to you, yet they don’t hold the same abilities and divine presence as you. She explained that these are called humans, mortals, beings who are extremely fragile and can easily die when the years pass by. You saw no use for them but they made the creator happy so you couldn’t care less.
You walked alongside her as she traveled through Teyvat, helping her creation flourish until she realized she could not keep up with all of her creation’s demands anymore, even with you acting as her “secretary” as she called you. So as much as you tried to stop her, she created the Gods, beings with a little less divinity than you but still much more powerful than humans. They are tasked with guiding humans in their everyday life with things that are inside their domain. She even created a floating nation just for them, Celestia as it is known now.
They were supposed to be loyal to our great Creator. They were supposed to protect her and her creations. You could feel your hand shake in anger yet again as you reminisce the past. You forced yourself to calm down, you are still in between 4 of your beloved friends after all. Besides, The Tsaritsa definitely wouldn’t appreciate you destroying the palace in which she resides.
And so with Columbina’s gentle humming, the gentle heavy thumps of Sandrone’s moving chair, and Arlecchino’s discussion with Rosalyne, you’ve arrived in front of Tsaritsa’s throne room. Moving aside so that Sandrone’s puppet could push open the extremely tall double door of the said throne room.
And inside sat Her Majesty, The Tsaritsa in all her icy glory. Her eyes opened up with a sharp glare as if threatening to smite those who dare disturb her peace, only for it to soften just a tad bit upon seeing the 5 of you. She motions you to stand beside her and so you did, quietly listening in to their reports as to what happened this week. In contrast to what a specific person would say, Tsaritsa, cares deeply about her subjects, enough that she would listen to reports from her Harbingers every week without fail.
As Columbina opened her mouth to deliver her news, a sudden ache pulsated throughout you, you winced slightly and clutched your chest right above where your heart is. A few seconds later, you feel a snap as if a rope was forcibly cut into two, snapping it in half with its threads desperately longing to be reunited once again, which is then followed by an excruciating pain spreading throughout your body starting from your head.
You couldn’t stop yourself from screaming in pain as you fell to your knees, squeezing your eyes shut, your face contorted in pain. The next time you managed to open your eyes, you were still in the throne room with The Tsaritsa kneeling beside you, worry etched deeply into her face as her hands gather elemental energy in hopes to cool down your burning temperature, Rosalyne was holding a tall glass of water with the same worried look on her face which can be seen in Sandrone, Columbina and Arlecchino’s faces as well. You thought that it felt odd and out of place considering that they always looked so cold and intimidating but you couldn’t care less about that right now as the pain intensified tenfold.
You could feel yourself losing your own consciousness as the dreadfully familiar feeling of helplessness wash over you. Right before you closed your eyes, however, you could see something rip through the room’s space as a disheveled Lumine rush through it.
There would be only one reason for this feeling. Only one reason that the Abyss Princess herself would seek you out like this.
The Creator’s body is missing from the Abyss.
The Creator is back.

Deleting Precious Captive
The fic got marked as mature and I don’t want tumblr to potentially strike down my blog so I’ve deleted it and put it on a google doc. I’ll also be putting it on AO3 in the future.
Here is the link to the fic:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y7ARFONtd90ZVUCTKfoXrepaB1hm9mD0gUwWugDq_Fg/edit?usp=sharing
Excerpt:
You slam your fist into his stomach over and over. This is the second time this has happened this week. The pure rage and hate for him has won over your fear of confrontation. You're hardly a professional fighter. The reality that you're barely even affecting him is pushed to the far corner of your mind. You just want to fight him.

Insatiable Madness (9)
|Sagau Yandere Fatui Harbingers x Reader|
I wonder what will happen when you have to leave for college? Will you be able to keep afloat under the pressure?
Reader is Gender Neutral!
Tumblr media
It was the next morning.
You'd woken up with a slightly damp face. When you grabbed the things you needed and limped to your bathroom, you could clearly see you'd been crying the entire night.
'Oh well, it's not like anyone will see your face.'
.
.
That's what you would have thought if you weren't being held hostage. You could feel eyes trailing your form, despite nobody watching you. Is this paranoia? Anxiety? You couldn't quite place the feeling.
You loathed your situation, you despised it.
How could anyone be so heartless? You couldn't understand, even when you researched all the harbinger's pasts. Sure, they went through horrible situations no person should ever go through. But did this excuse their behaviour towards other people?
Of course not.
You began brushing your teeth like usual, watching the dampness in your cheeks begin to dry in the mirror. All of a sudden, you heard loud footsteps ascending towards your current location in the house.
Fear coursed through your veins.
They must have heard you limp clumsily to the bathroom after waking up. What do you do? The last time you tried to hide in the bathroom from them they tore down the door and beat you senseless! Well, that was just Scaramouche. But you didn't doubt that it would happen once more.
Speaking of the previous beating, you felt a lot better. The pain in your legs had gotten a bit better, everywhere else was just about the same. You figured a couple more days rest would heal you, the only problem was you would never be able to rest with these harbingers in your house!
You heard a light knock on the door, the knock echoing into your ears as you feel your heart drop to the floor.
You walk to the door with shaky legs and put your hand around the doorknob. Your intention was to open the door and greet the person on the other side with a sarcastic greeting, not to carress the damn handle!
You couldn't help it though. You kept getting flashbacks of hiding in that public bathroom at the restaurant. What would make this whole situation worse is if the harbinger behind the door were to be Scaramouche of all people.
You really didn't want that.
"I know you're in there! Archons, please let me in. I've been dying for a piss!" A voice called out from behind the door, knocking slightly harder to imply how desperate the male voice was.
Is that... Childe? You never thought you'd hear Griffin Burns' voice this early in the morning.
"...Just a minute." You said quietly, hoping he heard from outside the room. If he didn't, you didn't think you'd grow the balls to repeat yourself.
Grabbing your brush from inside a cupboard, you unlocked the door and come face to face with Childe hunched down with a face of panic and desperation.
"Thank you, wait there I need to speak with you after!" He said very fast, running into the room and shutting the door in a flash.
Well, that just happened.
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
Childe burst through the bathroom door with a satisfied smile. He smiled wider when realising you actually did wait for him.
The two of you walked and sat down on the stairs, since you declined his offer of talking in your bedroom. You scolded him for even suggesting such a thing, reminding him that it was the only room in the entire house that was off-limits.
"So... How are you feeling this morning?" He hesitantly asked, eyeing you.
"I'm alive, never thought I'd wake up this morning to be honest." You answered him honestly, rolling your eyes slightly.
Childe gave a guilty expression as a reply.
"I'm sorry to hear that."
Is he? No way, surely not. He's a Fatui Harbinger, a bloodthirsty and unstable man who reeks of testosterone. There is no way in hell he's guilty about massacring your entire family.
"If you're trying to make me feel guilty about making you apologise due to yesterday, please don't."
"Ahaha... I can assure you that's not my intention." He sweated slightly. "Rather, I have something to confess."
"Confess?"
What on earth could he possibly want to confess first thing in the morning? You thought, a confused expression on your face.
Childe looked like he was fighting with himself as he opened his mouth to explain further. He closed it soon after and stayed quiet with thoughtful eyes. He seemed to be thinking about something...
---
"I'll be making my leave as well." Capitano broke the ongoing silence.
The Harbingers had been sitting at the dinner table, contemplating what to do once Y/N had left.
"You are required to stand to your post, Il Capitano." Pierro gave the captain a nasty look.
The Captain hesitated, however, after pausing he sat in the seat Y/N had once sat in themself.
"I should have known they weren't alone. Damn it, it seems obvious now. Who would dine at a restaurant by themself?" Dottore frowned with an impatient sigh.
"Could you even call that greasy place a restaurant?" Pantalone questioned the doctor.
"That is not the issue here." Dottore pointed at the banker, whom gave him a serene smile in return.
"This is rather worrying, it seems their hate for us is more justified than we thought."
"No shit." Scaramouche reentered the room, his arms folded as he sat down in his chair from before.
"And where did you go for that short period of time?" Arlecchino gave the puppet a dirty glance.
"I went to make sure they weren't trying to leave the house when I saw them leave this room." He explained with sharp eyes.
"You morons truly are easy to escape from. They could have escaped at any point in time while you all were lounging around the house."
"Balladeer, this is not the point of conversation right now." Columbina smiled at him, her eyebrows clearly showing she wasn't amused.
"She's right." Childe spoke for the first time since he heard the devastating news.
He felt guilty, incredibly guilty. He himself knows what it's like to be in the comfort and care of their family. To hear that he's the main reason why they were slaughtered? He felt ashamed. He knew the others wouldn't feel as much guilt as he did, if they could even express guilt at the current situation.
He was the one to suggest such an action as he got impatient, and felt bloodthirsty. Looking back on the past now, it felt very rushed. Didn't you say it yourself? "You killed my family just to 'take me away from my world'!?"
Why didn't he question you further? Why didn't he just wait for fuck's sake. His mindless suggestion might have just ruined this entire mission - might have ruined any possible information or friendship from you.
But, what if you never found out? What if you would always think it was a collective decision? You're The Decider, one whom decides what the traveller does and how they do it.
You've met him in Liyue! You know he'd never suggest to kill a family, considering he never fails to bring his own into the conversation...
Let's hope the other Harbingers also stay silent.
"What are we going to do about the whole 'being stuck here situation'? The Decider is right, we can't just stay in their house." Signora shook her head.
"Well, you also heard them explain how Teyvat's resources don't exist here. I won't be able to recreate the machine no matter how hard I focus." Dottore shrugged.
"If only I'd been entrusted by The Tsaritsa." Sandrone rolled her eyes. "I'm sure I'd have been able to make a far more efficient machine without having to use organic sources."
"And what would you know about my machine?" Dottore challenged her, his eyebrow raised.
"Well, for one, you're clones aren't very... aware of spies in your laboratory." She smirked at the doctor. "I am fully aware of your experimentations with the Cecilia. Not to mention how they were a key part of your invention."
"I should kill you for knowing this."
"And yet you can't."
"Will you two stop your squabbling? You've been arguing since we arrived in this world." Pierro ordered the two, glaring at their behaviour.
This is going to be a long and boring meeting like usual. Childe thought, groaning to himself.
---
"Nevermind, what's important right now is you do what you should've done last night." Childe shook his head, a small yet noticeable smile on his face.
"And that is?"
"You'll know once you come downstairs."
The second you reached the bottom of the stars, an expression of horror you couldn't hide showed on your face.
"What the fuck have you done to my living room!? Where did you get all of this!?" You screamed, pointing at the mattresses and duvets sprawled across the small room.
"Well, we didn't know where to sleep." Childe shrugged, standing next to you and sighing when noticing Dottore was watching a surgical channel.
"My, oh my, why would she choose to have that in her body?" Dottore mumbled to himself, taking notes on his small notepad.
"What's wrong with you? The morning has just started." Arlecchino glared, purposefully covering the televison with her hand from her vision.
"I'm sorry." You coughed, looking at all the Harbingers strangely. "You didn't know where to sleep, and decided taking apart my sofa and raiding my cupboards was the right decision?"
"We didn't want to wake you up. Especially since you'd been crying the whole night." Columbina pointed out, snuggling into the blankets around her.
"How did you--"
"Some of us don't sleep." Scaramouche hissed at you. "You were very loud."
"I apologise, I can't believe I forgot to assign beds." You facepalmed, partially to hide your face from the harbingers and partially to reflect.
"There's a guest room with a double bed one or two of you could have slept in, you should have knocked on my bedroom door!"
"Arguably, you did specify not to approach your bedroom." Pierro coughed into his hand.
For a good reason, which will save you a lot of embarrassment. But he nor the rest of the harbingers need to know that.
"Whatever." You yawned, snatching the TV remote from Dottore's side. "I'll be switching to the news since nobody is enjoying the current channel except you, Dottore."
"Damn it."
You swapped the channel, sitting as best you can on the hard sofa (still without it's pillows) with a bored expression.
That boredom didn't last long though, because on the daily news channel you liked to watch you saw your own face staring back at you with the words 'Missing' above your picture.
"Oh, what the fu--"

Hello everyone, View 9 is finally done! I was hoping I would be able to make it longer, but I realised if I kept going this would be two views worth and I don't want to make it too long. I think this will be the turning point now, Yandere scenes will begin to show more. Characters from here on may not react to certain situations in which they normally would. This is because of their change in attitudes and because I can't write very well and am doing this for fun :,)

Okay I just remembered that the reader had decided not to destroy sumeru and snezhnaya but the real reason they didn't destroy sumeru is because they saw how their archon looked like a child and you can't tell me they thought 'This child's canna be the true reason this nations gonna downfall so there no point lmao' but it could also be because they never really attacked them and maybe assisted the reader because their are healer there but also their archon represents wisdom lol so they wouldn't be as blind anyway I'll be back to give you more art and just chat lol anyway see ya.
-Anon Crow ✌️
Notice: This is all for fun and mostly something you dont need to take serious in the game as these are just my opinions and thoughts that I try my besg to make people understand despite it might not be able to understand properly the way I try to show it TwT
Actually the reason why I picked Sumeru and Snezhnaya is that:
Sumeru:
Since its coming out next month I will be busy exploring and reading the lore alot so that I can understand the plot of that region and trying to understand all the Sumeru characters properly without butuchering or making the character OOC. The dendro archon is like so far obviously the god of wisdom and despite their small form they are very much someone we do not underestimate if people like read or why the Dendro archon is a small child XD
But anyways back to the topic.
Like i mentioned the Dendro Archon despite being youngest of the seven being 500 years old if I am correct remembering Ganyu's dialogue where she mentioned about the dendro archon and yes again they are the God of Wisdom so for me I am sure they would be aware something is wrong with the creator that suddenly appeared and acting like a tyrant. Espeically like despite they are mentioned to be a kid we cant underestimate them XD
Hopefully around 3.0 we can get more lore of her and lore of Sumeru because im dying to know their lore including Fontaine!! 😭💕👌
Snezhnaya:
I find like considering that is basically where all the Fatui are gonna be appearing a lot and the Tsaritsa so far me is like someone who worship the creator in her own way but never a harder core type like Zhongli, Venti and Ei. She feels like someone who cares about the creator but is more focused on her plan.
(Yeah so far im still trying to get the right description of Tsaritsa without making her OOC TwT forgive meeee)
But like both she and her harbingers have their own goals and I think some harbingers i find would not be a worshipping type unlike Childe who already is exposed being a vessel and someone who will do anything be the creator's side.
Meanwhile I still have to search more info of the harbingers as majority some of their lores were mentioned by charas, books and artifacts of them.
La Signora for me is the one who would despise the creator but always like questions them on why didnt they save her beloved and why is her body (and possibly her soul) now confined into a daily torture of boss fighting domain.
Scaramouche for me feels like someone who hates the creator for making him go through a hard and harsh life especially taking away his friend away. It would take time for him to like get around okay with reader.
But honestly these are just my thoughts since I havent done much re-reading lores since I am still waiting for Sumeru and also trying to get more primos to get Kazuha since i only have 4 or 3 days left to get him along with Heizou DX
These two inazuman anemo boys better come home cause i legit had to multitask my last summer assignments and farm more primos to get them before the banner ends. I could have also get Klee if my luck as a F2P is not very bad and cursed TwT

I just read the response to my request and i loved it! My baby is so cute! Is it okay if i ask something similar with the Tsaritsa and the Fatui? Where the reader has their symbols as tattoos? I'm sorry if my requests are a little boring, you don't have to do them!
No no there’s no need to apologize! I enjoyed doing your last request! Unfortunately really all we have right now as far as we have now for the majority of the harbingers & Tsarita are almost exclusively fanon interpretations: and I prefer to have at least a small springboard of cannon character information for me to successfully (at least to me) portray their characters. So while I can’t give you super in depth responses, I can give you some general ones, and a few more detailed ones based on who we have more information about.
They pretty much all perceive this as you being in favor of their actions
For the Tsarita and the harbingers that are actually devoted to her cause they see this as reaffirmation that their war against Celestia is something you’ve approved of. They’ll be working much harder on their progress.
As we’ve seen in the comic, Il Dottore is not truly following the Tsarita out of loyalty, but out of his own best interests. His ultimate priority is his work and his research, and he’ll definitely see you having his symbol as encouragement for his goals. Congratulations, you’ve successfully doomed many people to a gruesome fate of the Mad Doctor’s twisted human experimentation. Mission success???
Ajax will 100% see this as a motivator to continue his bloody agenda of seeking out strong opponents. He’s rather straightforward all things considered.
La Signora is a… mixed reaction. On the one hand, she’s happy to have received such recognition from you. But on the other hand, she’s infuriated, because where were you for Roselyn? Why is she only now, now that she is La Signora instead of Roselyn, is she ‘worthy’ of your gaze?
Scaramouche is another outlier. Yes it makes him happy to see something that is exclusive to him being significant to you. The fact that it’s the symbol of The Balladeer, a symbol that belongs only to him, not to Ei, makes his nonexistent heart swell with pride. But at the same time, his identity of The Balladeer is expendable to him. It’s not who he is, merely a facade he’s crafted to get what he desires. So while he’s pleased to see your favor on something that is his and only his, he also can’t help but wish it was something that affirmed him and not merely one of his personas.

part 2
Teyvat's trembling signaled the beginning of the Decay.
It wasn't something to be confused with a phenomenon like the falling of the leaves in autumn, because it was still life that was changing. No, the decay was life itself, which leaves everything to go somewhere else. It started in Mondstadt. From there, an audible cry was born from all over the world; a cry of pain, anguish, and sorrow. A cry of hate.
After that, animals started to die from a mysterious illness. The luckiest ones were able to leave before, headed for an unknown destination. Then, it was the turn of the flora. Trees begin to lose color; leaves start to fall, dried from all of their energy. And yet something felt strange. It was more like that every life force in the world was directed at something.
The Tsaritsa may have been the only one that feared the cause of this strange phenomenon. When the Cryo Archon heard for the first time of this "Impostor of the Creator" and about the manhunt that had burst, instead of instigating the hate in her people, she felt pain for this poor woman. Maybe Tartarglia was right; she was a gentle soul. She felt nothing but sorrow for that tormented soul. The day that the Tsaritsa became aware that the victim of this unfortunate event was even expecting a child, she felt a twinge in her chest. How could they, the people of Teyvat, be able to do such an atrocity, in the name of their God even?
When the decay started, doubt started to bloom in the Tsaritsa heart. She gives her order to her habinger and fatuis: find the cause of the decay, find this woman and bring her to Snezhnaya.
It was just a matter of time. The discovery was made only by asking some people in the city of freedom. One of the knights was able to hit the imposter. It wasn't a fatal hit... at least not for her. The ones that witnessed the loss of that child were no longer alive, eaten alive by the decay itself, a sickness that destroyed them slowly and painfully. From that day, the woman disappeared. No trace of her was left, and no one dared anymore to search for her. There were far more important matters at that moment.
Now, the Tsaritsa doubt was no more: the people of Teyvat had slaughtered the holy child, unborn, in the womb of their creator.
A cold blizzard fell in Snezhnaya; there was no rage, only sorrow.
Dead trees marked a path. It was easy to believe that, to find the cause of the decay, the only solution was to follow it. It wasn't something that she hadn't seen before; she remembered far too well when she created a path of flame and destruction for the monsters of the cataclysm, when she was the Crimson Witch of Flame. Oh, she remembered well, the day she met Pierro, the day that her ruler gave her another chance.
La Signora was well aware of what was going on, but she needed proof. Followed by some of her subjects, the path of death led her not too far from where the accident happened, at the mouth of a cave. "Are you certain about—?" one of the mages inquired. "Yes" She replied, her tone firm but cold. She begins to move, only to stop in order to give her orders. "Do not follow me if you care for your life. Prepare the medical arrangements and everything. Once we finish here, we leave for Snezhnaya." And like that, her figure disappeared in the shadow of the cave. For the first few minutes, it was like nothing was out of place. Drops of water from the ceiling, a slight echo from her footsteps on the rocks, and the luminescence of some plants. Everything was normal. After half an hour, when she felt the stench of meat and blood, she smiled. She was in the right place.
The look of the cave had changed. No more crude rock, wet or full of moss. The walls were covered in an intricate pattern of wyne and roots, leading in one direction and connecting at one singular point: your body, laying on the ground, half submerged in a pond.
For a moment, La Signora thought that she was too late, but an almost invisible shivering of your body gave her hope.
That was the proof she needed: the decay was caused by Teyvat itself; their world was trying to save the Creator. But, of course, that wasn't enough. All the energy in the world wasn't enough to sustain your life; you needed help.
When she rushes, the sound of her footsteps wakes you from your slumber. A pair of careful eyes met an almost dead one. Nonetheless, even on the verge of exhaustion, your eyes were full of primordial hate. Before you could even move, La Signora raised her hand, carefully, showing you no sign of harm.
"Easy... I'm not here to harm you."
"Then... what do...you want...from me?"
Your voice was feeble, all of your strength focused only on your recovery. She thought it was a pity that she had to meet you in such a state.
"Your Grace..." she kneeled, slowly in order to not stress you more. "I'm here under order from my queen, The Tsaritsa. She ordered me to find you and assist you."
"AH!...It's her clever way of saying delivering the knockout blow!"
Your tone was hard, bitter, and full of resentment.
You didn't trust her, and how could she blame you? After what they made you go through, it was stupid to believe that you would have trusted one of the Habinger. But La Signora was on a mission, and that was you.
"It wouldn't be satisfying to kill someone that is already dying... I would prefer someone that would put on a fight."
Another bitter chuckle from your mouth, followed by a stifling silence. You didn't have enough time, but she knew how to play her cards.
"... What's your name?"
"...Y/n..."
"Good, Y/n, I know that you don't trust me. I wouldn't trust anybody after what they have done to you, but, if you haven't noticed, you're dying, and Teyvat with you. Since the plans of my Queen require that our world stay where it is, I had to help you. "
To be an emotional speech, it was the worst that you ever heard... but somehow it was the most reasonable one that you could accept at the moment, and, in your current emotional state, you were ready to live or die as much as you cared. After another couple of minutes of awkward silence, you tried to move to your pond, but the roots connected to your body were far too tight, restricting your movements. The pain in your wounds wasn't better, making you emit a few hisses. A pair of gloved hands appeared in your view. Your reaction was to freeze, hoping for a painless blow, but the only thing that you felt was the sound of the roots that were disconnected from your body. Oh, that wasn't painful, only tickling.
La Signora helped you to get rid of the other wynes and finally get out from the pond. Teyvat did find a strange way of helping you...
The coldness of the hair hit you for a few second, untill the long cape of the Habinger engulf you. It was warm...you had never believed that in all that mess La Signora could become the first person that could help you.
"Good. Outside, I have a few agents ready to help. We'll leave after we secure your health, your grace. "
"...Why?"
"Umpf, i already told you, The Tsaritsa-"
"No, not that...why did they..."
Your eyes watering under the eyes of the Habinger. All the hate started to fade.
"...It's okay if they wanted to kill me... but why? Why did they have to kill my baby? What did he...He just wanted to live! "
Your voice cracked in a series of sobs and hiccups, your hands covering your face. It was just too much for you, for your baby, for everything. All this pain was eating you alive, and you were alone to face it. When they started to hunt you, he was your only reason to fight. If you were there now, it was for him! And yet, they took him away.
You felt the hands of La Signora on yours, slowly moving them from our face, letting you facing her. You felt a warm sensation, her face was full of determination. She knew all of your pain, she once felt it on her own and she reborn from it with only one thing on her mind.
"Your grace, there is no magic that can bring back someone from the world of the dead. There is no excuse in what they have done to you...yet, i want to offer you what you need."
"Revenge."
((umm yes, some villain!au in order to give a thrill hehehe))
