Why did he have to be so stubborn? It would have been much smarter to let one of the others compete.. Setting the bowl of water you were carrying onto the nightstand, you take a seat at his side. Stings eyes averted. Of course. Ashamed is what he felt when he stood in front of Jiemma, of front of the whole guild.. And he still feels like this. Taking the rug from the water, you carefully wring out the excess water, before rubbing it softly over his face. You're awake!” A cry could be heard, as the little red exceed jumped onto the bed, followed by Rogue and Frosch. “You should really think a little more before jumping straight into the games.” Rogue had a little annoyed look on his face, as he sets the bag with the soup on the table, the green cat letting out a little – Fro thinks so too. The two exceed seriously were the most adorable little beings ever. “Sorry you had to take care of him for being careless.” Words now directed to you, making you let out a little laugh. “Oh it's fine, at least I get to spend some time with my favorite Dragon Slayer.” Ruffling Stings hair now slightly, Lector letting out a surprised scream – at how someone could just touch Sting like that. The later now wearing his usual scowl on his face, with a little twist – he was blushing madly, averting his gaze to the other side and away from you.

Now that Sting was finally feeling better, it was time for the battles of the day. Following them back to the arena, Lector comfortably in your arms. Even if he didn't want to admit it, Lector liked you a lot. The battles were interesting to say the least, especially Mirajane against Jenny. What a show truly. So lastly now Yukino. Of course you were cheering for the white haired stellar magician. You two were quit close. Just like you were with Sting and Rogue. But at the end, she fell. Laying on her back and staring at the sky, tears streaming down her soft features. This was bad. Jiemma will not like this.

The evening and night to come.. were definitely something no one would have expected to happen.

On a mission a soldier had cornered you, you were on the ground very tired from running so much, he had pointed his gun at you.

Being guildmaster is something he takes great pride in, although he knows he is only so good at it because he has the support of people like Rogue and Minerva

The members were on their best behavior too! Trying so hard not to disturb but to also be helpful, like delivering the finished mail for him, or leaving snacks at the door with a tiny knock. (I think they forget about his sharpened senses because yes Orga he sees and smells you hiding behind that thin ass pillar at the other end of the hall)

Sting feels even more determined with all of them being so kind and helpful to him, especially you

Your willingness to sit beside him and carefully help sort the paperwork, file it away or arrange it to be sent out in the mail was making this process so much faster. He could tell you had teamed up with Minerva to find out exactly what she as financial and aid needed from him because before she could do it you were already guiding Sting to the next document she needed him to address

Thus after three days with late nights and early mornings the end was nearly in sight

The budget for the festival was making his eyes swim as he tried to allot the right amounts where, and Minerva herself had stepped out to take care of a time sensitive task for him when your “help” suddenly became “hindering”

Sabertooth x Reader (Marvel) Dark

I have no idea why I wrote this '_' and sorry for any grammar mistakes.

Victor Creed, that was his name before the world knew him as the villainous Sabertooth and adversary of the x-men. That was what you remembered him as. The boy with a crook tooth and a friendly temperament.

Now, something else. Someone you didn’t want to know.

A deep growl issued from his bare being, its vibrations spreading throughout his body and onto your own. The rumble inspired only uncomfortable quaking; partnered with a single skip of your heart. He pulled you closer to him, angling your small frame just so as to completely encircle you. He shifted his head from resting on top of your own to the of your collar.

He nuzzled the side of your neck roughly; he pushed his face deeper into your nape. As if attempting to bury himself inside you; force his way within. A silent cry escaped your clapped lips as pain flowed from the sit of his incursion.

In those similar terrible moments, you found yourself revisiting old sorrow with a clenched jaw and tears like rain. Sabertooth’s brutish pressure increased tell he found appeasement. Like a cat ripping at their owners before settling he too would hurt you if it meant satisfaction, no matter how fleeting.

He was simply animal like that. Always predatory and giving little.

You had little hope of fleeing. You never got too far.

So you simply pondered. You thought back to a time were the man that smothered you was an innocent but troubled boy. When you existed as a naive child with big hopeful eyes, a freckle splattered body, and a bashful smile. The days where mutants were strangers that people didn’t understand. The beginning years of children suddenly developing the power to shoot lazers from their eyes or boys flying with wings that grow overnight. Years or confusion and widespan fear.

His hold on you tightened suddenly; forcing some of the air from your lungs. Creeds body trembled as a stranggled whine escaped him. You could feel him bare his sharp teeth; letting out a terrible grow that made your stomach roll.

You needed to wake him.

Drawing in a handful of shaky breaths, you attempted to shift gentle in his arm as not provoke him.

You had to be careful about this least he hurt you like before.

Your movements were methodical and slow even as he continued to crush you. Every shift of your frame was meant with further coiling. Deep growls partnered with pained cries. Now facing him you placed your hand lightly over his light hair covered chest; he shivered. Gently slid you hands upward onto his neck were the smooth skin turned to rough scaring, on relex he snapped at whatever ghost he enviosoned touching him. Finally, you hand found his face. With the softest of touches your fingers skated over his blonde sideburns and his cheek.

“Honey, you need to wake up.”

Notes: Apologies this took way longer than it should have.

Everything had just been going badly for you the entire day ever since you had woken up. From little things to major things in your day all of it had just been going wrong and it was stressing you out. No matter what you did it seemed today that anything just resulted in a bad outcome.

All you want to do was see your beloved Rogue however you weren't sure where he was. "He is most likely out with Sting on a job." You thought aloud. "Frosch thinks so too!" Spoke with Frosch they had not been with Rogue wherever he was but instead with you.

You appreciated them being with you despite Rogue not being there having Frosch. With you was begging to make you feel better already. Still, you couldn't help but admit you still wanted to see Rogue.

You had been with Frosch in your room for a while just trying to forget about your eventful day. But although you wanted to what had happened to you just kept playing in your mind over and over again. All you wanted to was forget about it yet you just couldn't.

Remembering what happened to you today was beginning to be too much for you. You couldn't stop the tears that fell from your face as you hugged Frosch closely.

Just then as it was beginning to be all too much for you a pair of arms wrapped around you. It was him it was Rogue you didn't even hear him come into your room at all. Rogue wasn't one for words and you knew this however he showed his love and appreciation with his actions.

"I'm sorry I wasn't here for earlier but I'm here for you now M/N." He spoke as you relaxed into his arms. "Tell me what's troubling you M/N? Or if you wish just stay like this that's fine too." Rouge spoke again as he held you close.

"I'd rather not talk about but now that you're here I feel as if I could forget it all." You told him from your day you were tired just so tired. You closed your eyes as you began to drift to sleep in Rogue arms. "I'm sorry for not being here before but I'm here for you now. I'll always love and protect you M/N."
