Thank God splatoon 3 didn't end up introducing a playable cuttlefish dlc like I feared last year (I honestly don't think we need more new playable species, would've been too sudden, my expectations were on the floor after rotm) but the cuttlefish visuals are still so suspicious to me. This hat has to be on purpose. That's absolutely not a fucking squid or octopus

And this is undeniably a cuttlefish (and the double fin shape resembles the hat)

Like how the lack of mammals in the splatoon world and ark Polaris was something suspicious in the previous games, and characters like marigold and Glen fiddler and lil judd are suspicious now.... It's way more subtle but I think this could be the splatoon team planting some seeds in case they decide to introduce cuttlefish as a separate species in the splatoon world. ill be keeping it in the back of my mind

#splatoon #People called me crazy for insisting there was ZERO wild mammals in the splatoon world #This will be my tin foil hat for splatoon 4 #It could be that they just don't figure out how to incorporate cuttlefish and scrap it #Again I don't mind I don't think splatoon needs more playable species #But some acknowledgement of cuttlefish which we know exist and seem to be a kind of inkfish would be nice #My tentative plot prediction is we travel far away. There's been a lot of mention of travel in s3 #And there happen to be cuttlefish in this distant region we go to #Which would explain why we haven't seen them up until now #Inklings were told that octolings lived very far away which is the reason given for how pearl didn't recognize marina as an octoling #So distance to explain a lack of cuttlefish doesn't seem to far fetched

#on god if you wont give them more episodes at least give them longer ones this is so painful its like seeing a birds wings being clipped #our flag means death #like yes they couldve cut more things to fit into the constraints they were given but frankly #giving a plot driven comedy show 8 episodes in a season is criminal #especially a big ensemble show like this #and its not like they had the luxury of splitting the plot into two seasons because they don't know if they're going to be renewed at all #tldr maybe they could've cut more corners with the plot of this season but they shouldn't have to. 8 30min episodes for a season is inane #i need them to get a s3 to give this story the ending it deserves please

Why am I seeing people suddenly saying Good Omens s2 was actually badly written? It was a fun little journey into the lives of Crowley and Aziraphale with lower stakes than s1, it was a lot of fun and that’s what it was supposed to be, fun. Does the fact that the plot is simple and a little goofy means it’s badly written now? Why? Not every show has to be mind blowing high brow super deep and meaningful, sometimes they can just be silly.

Hell, What We Do In The Shadows is 5 seasons of dumb vampires doing stupid stuff with no plot whatsoever and it’s one of my all time favourite shows, sometimes we can have just that and it’s ok!

in my mind, i have an au where garroth turned into a shadow knight instead of laurance. it’s not overly detailed but it’s just a fun ‘what if’

smthn smthn, laurance didn’t get stuck in the nether and saved the chicken shaman but was gravely injured smthn smthn they thought only zoey’s healing magicks could save him but it was aphmau’s irene magick

garroth, on the other hand, went to the nether to try and save zenix bc he thought ‘aint no way my wittle boy zenix (32 y/o 6′5 man) would do this w/o a reason’ basically in denial

but he goes to the nether and gets stuck BC HIS ASS WENT W/ A GAPING WOUND IN HIS CHEST he did not let anyone heal him jsut went alone

and then boom, shadow knight garroth
