There are theories going around that Ruby has to give up old parts of herself that are linked to her family so she can truly become her own person she first lost yang she lost crescent rose

witch she based off of crows weapon who was her teacher she lost summer before she even got to know her and then she had to give up the emblem she in summer shares so what if this person we're seeing in the weapon isn't summer but a future

Ruby look at how the emblems on her cape look different because that's not summer it's future Ruby look at her closely Ruby's going back to a similar hairstyle she once had before she's wearing a red choker and she's highlighted her outfit with

instead of silver she's added gold to her outfit now possibly even to represent a partner she might have in the future, Ruby will move on from being in her

mother's Shadow and be her own person the same how many other characters have shown they've changed and moved out of other character shadows and become their own person like ,emerld,John ,Oscar Nora, blake ,penny,Weiss and now it's Ruby's turn

This truly could be future Ruby she even has a choker like Ruby does unless this is a hint at what future summer will look like when he we see her again in the series

J'aime beaucoup comment le point de vue de Winter et Qrow se contrastent, Winter se sent coupable suite aux évènements d'Atlas et voit la tension entre sa famille et les réfugiés. Tandis que Qrow a un point de vue plus optimiste et voit que le message de Ruby a laissé un impact sur ceux qu'ils l'ont vu, leur donnant un espoir, montrant l'entraide des réfugiés. Par contre je suis surprise que Raven décide enfin d'intervenir et aider Ruby et les autres. Du coup ça veut dire que Ruby va pouvoir confronter Raven sur la mission secrète de Summer.

I really like how Winter and Qrow's points of view contrast, Winter feeling guilty after the events at Atlas and seeing the tension between her family and the refugees. While Qrow has a more optimistic point of view and sees that Ruby's message has left an impact on those they saw it, giving them hope, showing the refugees' mutual support. On the other hand, I'm surprised that Raven finally decides to intervene and help Ruby and the others. This means Ruby can confront Raven about Summer's secret mission.

now that post-rwbyvolume9-euphoria is over.... have to admit i hate what they did with jaune and the time skip 😔 i hated it when they did it in star vs the forces too. it's just strange to have a 30-or-40-something-year-old character in a teenage character's body (i know jaune is 19 and an adult but it's still a huge gap between his real age, i find it weird).

he's been alive mentally for 30+ years or however long we want to imagine his time in the ever after, but physically he's 19. this writes off the idea of the rwby writers ever giving him another love interest after pyrrha because it will be slightly too creepy depending on their age and it also recontextualizes every interaction he has with team rwby and his own teammates who are now about 10-15 years younger than him give or take. maybe i'm just too prude but i hate this fantasy trope.

#another reason why i dont believe weiss/jaune will ever happen from now on #poor jaune lmao this is such a weird fate to be saddled with. 30-40 year old in a 19 year olds body. i would hate that.#tee.post
