I was tagged in an ask game by @ifihadmypickofwishes so thank you! Answer the questions, then tag other people.
You can call me: Either my full username Autie-jake, or just Jake is fine.
I'd describe myself as: I always have trouble with describing myself. It might help to kno that I really, really love The Simpsons. And Steven Universe.
Fictional characters that I identify with or am fond of: Characters that I identify with are just going to be characters that I headcanon as autistic. So Izuku Midoriya, Peridot, Ruby Rose (from RWBY). And I'm really fond Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders.
Three random facts about me: My favorite video games are Zelda: Majora's Mask and Alice: Madness Returns. I was on the swim team in high school. I've seen every episode of The Simpsons many times.
Something little about my appearance that I kind of like: I like my hair.
An outfit that makes me feel powerful: The only thing I can think of is my shirt that says "I love someone who's autistic (its me)".
An object that is special to me: Some of the things I have that used to be my grandfather's like his old watch.
A compliment that made me feel warm inside: Cant think of one but I've gotten some nice comments in my asks.
Something I love about myself: I like my sense of humor I suppose
Something I'd love to buy someone else: I would love to buy my autistic mutuals things related to their special interests if I could
Something I'd love to buy for myself: The Simpsons DVD seasons that I dont already have.

Drawing parallels: A Bond Between Dad and Daughter
A bonding moment between a father and daughter has been crucial in most animated cartoons. Here we see the imperfect yet stable father-daughter relationships in the following cartoons:
1. RWBY - Despite being an imperfect father, Taiyang Xiao Long is shown to be a caring one toward his daughters Yang and Ruby. His occupation is a professor at the Signal Academy, and he and Yang would spar with each other for training. Despite the loss of Summer Rose (Ruby鈥檚 mom), he went on and took great care of both Yang and Ruby.
2. Moral Orel - Reverend Rod Putty, being the moral center of Moralton, often gives Orel advice which leads to one disaster after another. On the other hand however, Rod Putty became a father figure to his biological daughter Stephanie after learning from her that her mother revealed to her that he was her father. This afterwards led to this reconciliation; and even so when Rod learned of her lesbianism, he accepted her sexuality.
3. The Simpsons - Despite the imperfect father-daughter relationship, when there were times they argued occasionally, Homer is shown to care genuinely for Lisa even though they ignore each other.

Jaune: Well. If you can't sleep. You can try sleeping together with me if you want? That's how I get my younger sisters to get to sleep.
