SO, I made my own tragic legendary sea cookie since that seems to be the theme for devsis in between comms-

Beneath the dark, forgotten waves of the west sea, amongst a once bustling and colorful coral forest is it's sleepy monarch; Grand Reef Cookie. A jolly, yet strangely complaisant individual who spends his frail, doddering years tending to the decaying remains of his children's once proud homeland.

They have all left, of course. Some more hesitant than others to leave their loving father's side. But, Grand Reef Cookie was insistent of their retreat. That, unlike him, they were not bound to their namesake in soul and body. That the ocean held much more plentiful and vibrant sights that were not to be wasted fretting over a forgotten relic of the past. That doesn't stop many from visiting though... Bringing with them trinkets and offerings to help alleviate his wistful loneliness.

But, unlike some of his children, Grand Reef doesn't harbor any resentment for cookies. It's just not in his nature to harbor any hatred for... Well, anything, really. A reef is meant to be a nurturing and peaceful place for even the most ruthless apex predator, to be unwelcoming and unkind to even one creature would go against his very nature. ________

Why be a betrayed and/or volatile tragic, when you can be a sweet, hospice patient kind of tragic? That, and sea pollution and global warming tragic, I mean it's right there-

Gallbladders are my favorite organs to dissect because you'll v-never know what you will find when you open it (and i've put the wrong color for the biggest gallstone oops)

Rewatching MH as always, and in the episode "Monster Movie", Deuce mentions that he used to watch "Zeus Movies" as a kid. Is... Zeus an actor in the Monster High universe???

I have to imagine e it is for a really cheesy genre, like romance movies or naybe even some sort of cinematic equivalent to soap operas?? I like the idea of Zeus being a popular romance star because it would be a funny tie-in reference to Zeus'... mythology, and how he is very. Y'know. Zeus-y.

I can’t help but think how Frontiers of Pandora would be like if the characters were Sea Na’vi instead of Forest Na’vi.

Like an Au I’ve been thinking about. Every Na’vi character would be a reef Na’vi, the clans would definitely be different in a way but still the same. Our character would be different too, like different hair, different eye colors, different body, different stripes, and ect.

So let’s say the game focused on Reed Na’vi. Then we would be exploring oceans and islands. We would probably need to bond with an Ilu and or possibly a Swimking to get around.

Also swimming would be are greatest strength since Reef Na’vi are built for swimming, and might get an ability of holding are breath.

We would also totally bond with a Tulkun and it might be useful in a fight. I mean we saw what Payakan did in The Way Of Water!

Are weapons would also be different, like we would get a spear (I’m aware we already get one), and still use human weapons.

We would also do a lot of fighting in the water, and maybe would have to take down Sea Dragons, and might fight those mini sub things and crab robots.

As for TAP, maybe it would depend how that came to be on which Au, cause maybe you can imagine something like this in an Au where the RDA went to the oceans instead of the forest or an Au where TAP just decided to go to the oceans, or it’s one of those reverse Aus.

Speaking of being underwater, we would speak and or learn to speak sign language to talk to people under the water.

As for the simps I’m sure we would see So’lek being badass and hot in the water, also Eetu would definitely be the one to teach to ride an Ilu and he would look good doing it.

Eetu might also teach us how to hold are breath and maybe So’lek might teach us a little.

I can sense the simp blogs writing spicy ideas now-

As for are TAP companions, they would wear different clothes and look the same but also different.

I would imagine Ri’nela being able to learn fast in the water, Nor would have some difficulty and just get frustrated, and Teylan would be sacred of drowning but would try.

We would also see a bunch of sea creatures that we haven’t heard of or have but weren’t really in the movie, like those little pandoran sea otters 🥺

Anyway, I will write an Au about this another time, you can fill free to tell me what you think would go with this idea cause I’m desperate to get asks and talk.

I absolutely need a G3 mermaid Lagoona Blue doll like now. Full tail and all and since G3 uses more colors I bet she would look gorgeous as a mermaid this time around. I need Lagoona to have a vibrant gorgeous colored tail and total mermaid glam this time ♡ because she was done so dirty in Great Scarrier Reef.

Great Scarrier Reef's Lagoona mermaid doll was not it for me I think that the main ghouls in the doll line were pretty boring designs like they literally all had ponytails and had too many dark accents in their color pallet making them look flat and boring for what are supposed to be mermaids. Hell I think Gill had the best design out of all the main ghouls in that movie tbh and that's saying something. 💀
