Lucio's Market [Restaurant, Grocery, Teaching Kitchen] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC
Lucio's Market is where culinary passion meets community connection! Nestled in the heart of Anchorpoint Wharf, this venue seamlessly blends a fully stocked grocery store, a dynamic teaching kitchen, and a cozy restaurant—all under one roof. [Lot Can be set as a restaurant, generic, or retail]
Market In Lucio's Market, you'll discover a curated selection of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, handpicked for their quality and flavor. Kitchen Step into our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, where cooking enthusiasts of all skill levels can embark on a culinary journey led by our expert chefs. Restaurant After a satisfying cooking class, savor the fruits of your labor in our inviting restaurant area. Our chefs take the spotlight, crafting a menu that showcases the artistry of local ingredients.
Note:
♥This lot has been semi play-tested. ♥To make the Grocery part of the build functional, you can turn this into a retail lot. There are also grocery mods available such as SS realistic cooking mod and the Bulk Grocery Mod. Please keep in mind that I did not follow any requirements for these two mods as the grocery part of the build was made simply for aesthetics and storytelling. You are welcome to make adjustments! [I will be building a much bigger grocery store in the future, which im hoping will be more functional] ♥We do not have a teaching kitchen venue option in the sims 4, however, the gameplay can be achieve with some imagination! You can turn this into a generic lot and simply have your sims cook/bake together on different stoves simultaneously (I suggest making a club and setting preferences!). Also I've added a chef's station in the kitchen where you can hire a chef who can act as the "teacher". (Warning: considering there are plenty of appliances in this kitchen, a fire or two will most likely happen lmao) ♥Lastly if you want this lot to function as a restaurant, simply change the venue lot type in build mode. I would recommend downloading LittleMsSam's lock mod to lock the testing kitchen's door. This will prevent customers from using the kitchen appliances!
♥ Please make sure to turn bb.moveobjects on! ♥ Please DO NOT reupload or claim as your own. ♥ Feel free to tag me if you are using it, I love seeing my build in other peoples save file ♥ Feel free to edit/tweak my builds, but please make sure to credit me as the original creator! ♥ Thank you to all CC Creators ♥ Please let me know if there's any problem with the build!

i really like to play realistic in the sims 4 and it's not acceptable for me to travel from another city with another climate zone to San Sequoia to watch movies at the cinema or travel to Chestnut Ridge to the grocery store so… i decided to place these debug buildings with TOOL mod help so that my sim living in Copperdale can go to the cinema and go grocery shopping in the same city🤩🤩

Note
Suggestion: Horse Eden Eventing! It’s a breeding sim that I find to be pretty realistic and less repetitive/item based than Howrse and whatnot.
thanks for submitting this!! this game is pretty great!
Tumblr media
horse eden eventing reminds me of the old internet, and it's great! a lot of people have custom html themes on their pages! there's a strong community!
Tumblr media
i still don't know what's up with the weather or what to do in this situation, but it really adds a spice of life and i like it!
Tumblr media
there's an old-fashioned chatbox on the left side of most pages! people there are nice!
Tumblr media
the stable management has a lot to do with hiring riders for your horses, which is cool, and they have to be leveled up as well as your horses. there were also a lot of stable raids while i was playing, where you can go to someone's stable and click the raid button and you might get something cool, but you also have to give up something cool and let your own stable be potentially raided to participate! it was fun!
there's this minigame thing that i think might require some amount of real money to actually win, but i still enjoyed it a lot regardless!
Tumblr media
it reminded me a lot of this game from my Youth :)
speaking of minigames, there was also this beetle one...
Tumblr media
this beetle has four legs and a tail. that's that's not quite a beetle sorry </3
something neat is that you can upload your own art for your horses! not only that, but they very quickly check to make sure if your art is credited correctly, which can even include the photoshop brushes used!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
it feels mean to compare horse eden eventing to howrse, but if howrse is a chain grocery store where the employees aren't allowed to sit down, horse eden eventing is a cozy community coffee shop.
i spent a lot of time in this game confused and trying to remember where buttons were, but i think that's got less to do with the game and more to do with me.
i'm rating horse eden eventing 4 stars out of 5!

The Sims 4 Dine Out Mods
Internet culture eats up memes and posts about zodiac signs. They often trend on.
Help with my mods or sims 4 in general– Discord Dine Out is REQUIRED. This will not give you restaurants. I had a request to make it so you can hire you who want regardless of their skill levels.
The Sims 4 is the perfect game to let time float by. Despite coming out years ago, there’s always something new to check out every time you sit down to play – whether it comes from EA or the Custom Content community.
If you’re already familiar with the Eco Lifestyle expansion and can’t wait for the upcoming releases, well there’s nothing left to do but plunge right into the world of mods and CC.
› The Sims 4 Modding & Custom Content. ISO Mods for Dine Out. PsychoSimXX Posts: 4,403 Member. March 2018 in Gameplay Mods.
And what a better place to start than by revamping TS4’s food and cooking?
The base game’s systems can feel a bit rudimentary at times, and we all need variety in our diets to live healthy, happy lives – even Sims.
So join me as I take a look at the best culinary mods that’ll elevate your Sim’s foodie experience to the next level.
20. The Grocery Store Mod
Before your Sims can get any cooking done, they must attend to their pantry and fill the fridge with ingredients that’ll open up the culinary possibilities.
In previous installments of The Sims you were allowed to visit the grocery store and similar venues right from the get-go. But The Sims 4 is a bit different in that… well, it expects you to either grow food yourself or find it out in the world by chance.
With this fantastic mod from SmagGeorge, you’ll simulate the cooking experience more realistically by physically going to the store to get all you need for a balanced meal. Just like real life!
19. Shop for Groceries
With my life as it is nowadays, I never actually go to the grocery store. It’s the 2020’s, after all, so now we get our groceries from the comfort of our beds. Welcome to the modern era.
This mod by notorious creator SrslySims allows your Sim to indulge in their sedentary tendencies without sacrificing healthy eating.
Hungry? Just have your sim order groceries from a phone, tablet, computer, or even a cash register if you just want some grub at work.
Thanks to this add-on, every fish, produce item, and flower in the entire game is just one click away.
Also it’s compatible with other mods that add new ingredients too. Nifty!
18. More Servings Options & Better Meal Time Menus
Once you’ve got your ingredients ready, it’s time to call up the family and serve them a warm, hearty meal that’ll hopefully give some positive buffs, rather than send them running to the bathroom.
As the family cook, it can often be annoying to cook every single serving.
And sometimes the default serving sizes are simply insufficient.
This mod by LittleMsSam fixes this issue by letting you choose how many meals to cook in detail.
Whether you want a romantic dinner for two, a special Party Size meal for seven Sims, or just a single cheese sandwich, your Sim will be ready to measure ingredients and cook with precision in mind.
17. Healthy Drinks
The default drink variety in The Sims 4 isn’t exactly extensive.
What better way to improve it than with health-giving drinks that’ll keep your Sim active and energized throughout the day?
Creator LittleMsSam decided to improve her Sims’ lifestyle and make these healthy drinks available at any venue where drinks are prepared and served.
Options include Carrot Juice, Spinach Juice, Lemon Juice and even Plasma Fruit Juice for the bloodsuckers in the family.
And these healthy drinks aren’t all show. They’ll also give your Sims positive, health-related buffs such as a happy moodlet and a minor increase to their fitness skill.
16. Edible Junk Food
Let’s face it. Most of us haven’t had a healthy drink in weeks (or at least our Sims haven’t!)
The only things that are never missing from most of our homes are snacks and plenty of junk food.
The Sims, living the whimsical lives they do, are primed to indulge in the same unhealthy delicacies as humans. Still, their choices are a tad limited.
To expand their repertoire of snacks, CC creator Around The Sims brings us this pack of iconic treats consisting of Nutella, Oreos, and several flavors of Pringles Potato Chips.
Anyone else getting hungry just reading this?
15. Assorted Cookbooks
Junk food is delicious, but we should do our best to avoid it, or that’s what my gym teacher always said.
One of the best ways to keep you eating healthy is learning plenty of recipes for fresh meals.
Creator LittleMsSam makes this much easier for our Sims by providing these diverse cookbooks that’ll teach a Sim to cook a bunch of experimental recipes, seafood, and much more.
All in around 60 in-game minutes.
You can also make NPCs read these books, so they know the best way to cook these dishes too. That way they can make them for you, saving you plenty of time.
Hint: look into a butler.
14. Custom Food Interactions
One of the most important food-related mods you can download is TheFoodGroup’s Custom Food Interactions, a pre-requisite for most of their recipe CC packs.
After installing this mod, you’ll notice you now have a “Custom Food” option anywhere you have regular food interactions.
You can cook custom food at the stove, feed your toddler custom food, and even make Vampire-friendly food.
This makes it easy to find all of your shiny new recipes, letting your Sim indulge in the custom delicacies you so painstakingly procured for them.
13. Custom Drink Interactions
And why would you stop at custom food when you could enhance this simulation by installing TheFoodGroup’s Custom Drink Interactions?
You want an Apricot Bellini? A Pink Lady?
Maybe some cocoa with marshmallows, perhaps?
Custom Drink Interactions can make it easy for your Sim to get themselves a little bit of flavor in a cup, anywhere that drinks are usually available.
If you’ve been using mods for a while, perhaps you know this mod as IceMunMun’s Custom Drink Interactions.
This is the updated version, maintained by a different group after IceMunMun dropped the project.
12. Food Delivery Service
I’ve been busy with work and other projects lately, so I’ve had to rely on my favorite local restaurants to keep me fed through their delivery services.
Just like I can make my time last more by not cooking my own meals, so should your Sims have the chance to indulge in the wonders of ordering food.
Thanks to LittleMsSam’s Food Delivery Service mod, now they can.
Where originally they could only order pizza, now your Sims have astounding culinary variety at their fingertips 24 hours a day.
They can order single, family, or party size depending on their needs. And the delivery will only cost them 25 Simoleons, plus the cost of preparing the food.
11. Granny’s Cookbook
If you’re interested in easy-to-use mods, Granny’s Cookbook by creator Littlebowbub will not disappoint.
It merely adds a cookbook decoration you can place wherever you find it convenient.
You’ll then be able to interact with it and choose from a wide array of recipes divided into Cold Drinks, Warm Drinks, Quick Meals, and Granny’s Recipes.
These recipes include simple stuff like Chicken and Dumpling Soup, but also experimental dishes such as Beef Patty with Coco Bread, or Thai Mango Sticky Rice.
Whether you want a snack, a drink, or a more substantial meal, just choose a recipe and your Sim will take care of the rest.
And hopefully not burn the house down.
10. Drinkable Hot Drinks
Creator AroundTheSims generally focuses on visual improvements and decorative CC for The Sims 4.
These wonderfully modeled hot drinks started their lives as decorations, before the creator had the genius idea of making them functional beverages too.
This pack includes all kinds of hot beverages with unique looks to keep you warm and stylish through a rainy day. Or just to have your friends over and have a friendly chat over steamy concoctions.
Tumblr media
It even includes some lesser-known multicultural options like Japanese Tea and Yerba Mate for our Argentinian and Syrian friends.
9. Drinkable Alcoholic Drinks
AroundTheSims continues the series of re-purposed decorative drinks with another mod: Drinkable Alcoholic Drinks.
This expands the ethylic possibilities of The Sims 4 to reflect better the realities of alcohol consumption in the 21st century.
It includes several staples of bartenders worldwide like the Mai-Thai and the Margarita, along with household classics like Bailey’s on the rocks.
Each of these iconic drinks will have a different effect on your Sim so it’s fun to get them drunk and see what happens.
And of course, please drink responsibly!
8. McDonald’s Custom Food & Drinks
If like seeing McDonald’s in games, you’ll have a blast with AroundTheSims’ McDonald’s Custom Food & Drinks.
These beautifully-modeled colorful treats include desserts, fries, chicken nuggets, and burgers in bright red and yellow packaging bearing the golden arches.
It’s a lot of variety to experience in one sitting. So you’ll probably be ordering McDonald’s for a while.
The pack also includes a lot of themed furniture and appliances to let you create your very own McDonald’s inside The Sims 4. Yes, really!
7. Ask to Cook/Bake/Grill/Mix Drink
We all know someone who’s never had to lift a finger to make their own food. They’re a fact of life!
And so should they be in The Sims 4 if we’re aiming at any level of realism.
This simple mod by LittleMsSam will let you ask other Sims, including NPCs, to take care of your culinary needs by interacting with the same appliances you usually would.
This is ideal for the lazy Sim that never leaves his room, and any Butler/Maid situation you want to setup.
Just keep in mind that the Sim will need to know the recipe before cooking anything for you.
6. Don’t Wash Dishes Where You Angry Poop
One of the most common complaints and occasional memes regarding The Sims 4 has to be the fact that Sims appear to love doing the dishes in somewhat… unusual places, including the bathroom.
This has a lot to do with the fact that bathroom and kitchen sinks are just seen as “sinks” by the AI.
That’s what Scumbumbo’s humorously-titled mod wishes to address here.
It letsyou manually tell your Sims which sinks are OK for washing dishes, and which should be left alone.
That way you won’t be thrown out of your immersion by their bizarre behavior, and they’ll have less uncomfortable encounters in the bathroom.
5. Don’t Prep Food Where You Angry Poop
Just like the previous mod, Don’t Prep Food Where You Angry Poop will allow you to set cooking-safe stoves and surfaces around the house manually.
This saves your Sims a lot of awkward moments with their roommates, family members, and the odd house guest.
These may be simple mods, but they deserve to be near the top for just how useful and essential they are.
Would it really be that difficult for EA to take care of this in the base game?
4. AsteriaSims’ Food Texture Overhaul
One of the most sought-after improvements in The Sims 4 are those that make your game look more realistic… or put simply, prettier.
A great way to achieve this when it comes to food is AsteriaSims’ Food Texture Overhaul, a comprehensive pack of appealing textures to make your Sim’s food look as delicious as you’d see in real life.
This pack features intricate detail, as is evident in its bowls of individually-depicted grains of rice.
That roasted chicken is also among the most realistic I’ve ever seen.
3. UtopiaSims’ Food Textures
Another excellent array of upgraded textures you definitely shouldn’t install if you’re watching your weight is UtopiaSims’ many food textures.
They’re colorful, warm, and delicious-looking.
The Sims 4 Dine Out Mods Free
Best of all, they achieve this without going for a photo-realistic look that forces you to change everything lest the food looks out of place surrounded by the clay-like vanilla aesthetic.
2. GrayCurse’s Cooking & Ingredients Overhaul
If what you’re looking for isn’t an aesthetic improvement, but a robust culinary addition to gameplay, then the Cooking & Ingredients Overhaul by creator GrayCurse is what you need.
This engaging mod makes cooking a more challenging and in-depth endeavor by adding many more ingredients.
You’ll get stuff like cheese, flour, eggs, milk, and sugar. It also makes recipes more complex.
This way you’ll need to procure the ingredients for each dish first.
Don’t worry about the added complexity making your Sim go hungry, though. You can get most of it by buying it from the fridge.
1. Srsly’s Complete Cooking Overhaul
In a similar vein as our previous entry, Srsly’s Cooking Overhaul changes recipes to make them more complex, thanks to more accurate ingredient lists.
Just as in real life, your Sims will now be missing ingredients for their recipes all the time.
To balance this out, Srsly also allows us to order them through the Food Delivery Service covered before, which is a vital part of this larger overhaul.
Ingredients will arrive in a packaged form that’s stylish and appealing as a temporary decoration. Would be nice to have this in real life, eh?
But if you need a single mod that’ll truly turbo-charge your cooking experience in TS4, this is it.

games i have tried on project 64 in the three days i’ve had it working, in order:
kirby 64 - this is why i downloaded the emulator to begin with. kirby 64 is the ultimate feel-good game and i was really surprised at how easy it was. there are 6 planets with 4-5 stages each and each stage also has the requirement of collecting 3 crystal shards apiece. in just two hours i breezed through the first three planets and got almost every single collectible along with way with no do-overs
snowboard kids - not just a favorite of my brother and me but THEEE heavyweight champ as far as n64 racing games were concerned, even beating out mario kart 64. i also have snowboard kids 2, which improves upon the original in every possible way, but if i started playing that i would never have gone back to the original. it’s basically mario kart without brakes; you ride downhill, you can shoot other players with missiles, etc. it’s also a lot fucking harder than i remembered. i have no idea how we beat this at age 10 or whatever. it’s amazing that two decades and change later my muscle memory still tries to hit the c buttons when i’m holding a ps4 controller (i tried to get my gcn controller working, but i have a shitty adapter :/). i had more luck going back to the early courses and replaying them; they were easier than when i started, so i guess it’s kind of like riding a bike. i still haven’t gotten the gold on the last course though which means i have not unlocked the three hidden courses. they look really familiar so my brother and i must have gotten them, and if a couple of elementary school kids can do it, i can do it. no snowboard kids 2 until i finish the original :| and no save states either!!! however tempting it is. we didn’t have save states in 1997!!!! what’s funny about this game is that my brother’s favorite character to play as (spiky haired kid) and my favorite character to play as (girl wearing pink) are siblings in-game.
aerogauge - basically a rip-off f-zero except you can play in first person and your car can fly. this one aged VERY badly...my brother and i LOVED playing vs as kids because of the aforementioned first person flying cars and it’s definitely the reason we got so hooked on the gcn f-zero later in life, but playing solo against the AI is a form of self-punishment. also, i don’t remember how to boost and the game won’t tell me LMAO so i keep coming in last place. i may google up an instruction manual later and give it another try, but all the comments on that youtube video say it’s a notorious dumpster fire (something i never suspected as a kid) so maybe it’s just better with another real human being to play with :(
bomberman 64 second attack - this is another one that might be better with a second real human. my brother and i used to do the co-op with me as bomberman and him as pommy (a BLATANT kirby rip-off) but it’s another case of me not remembering all the controls and the game not explaining them very well. so far i’m finding it tedious that you have to move very far away from your bombs after planting them but i seem to remember the gameplay after the tutorial level being downright addicting. will have to come back later
dk64 - absolute CLASSIC that i really wanted to replay ever since i got my hands on the dk dlc of mario + rabbids. dk rap is exactly as charming as i remembered. the cutscenes are HILARIOUS and i keep getting surprised by things like the word butt, the word hell, voice acting, etc - thank you, rare. so the experience is wonderful but i got a little frustrated with the constant tutorials and i’m having a lot of trouble with the controls. the stick feels way too sensitive and i keep falling, the x and y axis are reversed from what i’m used to, etc. i think i just need more practice. my brother beat this as a kid but i never did
harvest moon 64 - my first harvest moon game EVER. we used to rent this all the time from our grocery store’s rental area (lol yes really the 90s were a Time) and my brother and i kept getting devastated when other people who rented it deleted our files, so finally my mom gave into begging and bought us our own copy (probably saved her a ton of money). this one is like. it’s harvest moon, high king of farm sims, but also i never have enough time or energy to get anything done, which also makes it a very realistic mental illness simulator. it is INCREDIBLY tedious to take things out of your pack and put them in the little harvest box and the music restarts itself every time you change areas. it’s still fun as hell but the quality of life improvements made in the gcn version and other games like stardew valley means when i am playing this i kind of just want to be playing those instead. it did not age well. and there’s so much missable stuff!!! it makes me feel like i need to be having a guide out 24/7 and i can’t just...get lost in the game. i forgot what i used to name all my animals and the farm etc (except obviously the horse was epona) so i went with scooby for the dog and aces for the farm name (not enough character for rainbow, smh). may or may not go back to that one.
anyway so far i am unsurprisingly spending most of my time on kirby and snowboard kids but i’m really looking forward to some other platformers i never finished as a kid like the banjo kazooie games, rocket robot on wheels, and FUCKING glover. i remember dying a LOT on that one :|

10 CAS Features I Would Like to See in the Sims 5
I’ve already made two lists on features I would like to see in the next installment of the Sims series, but I thought the area of character creation necessitated it’s own category. For some, building is all they do; others simply want to play the game, completing as many of the aspirations and befriending as many other sims as they can. Then there are those of us who are obsessed with the characters themselves. We use mods to give them height or new hair colours, spend hours downloading virtual clothes online, and craft elaborate backstories. Even the length of our Sims noses are important to us. With both improvements and losses in the fourth game, it’s only natural that I have a wish list for the fifth title.
1) Hair Options
EA’s hairs have improved over the years, but you’re required to buy numerous expansion and stuff packs to acquire them. Even with several expansion hairs at my disposal, I find myself turning to mods to find the type of hair I like: wavy, long, and with bangs.
The ability to craft your own hairstyles would be a boon to the series. What if you could change the length of your hair, as well as the type (straight, wavy, curly, or kinky)? What if you could add or remove different bang types? The ability to dye different parts of your hair, as seen in Sims 3, any colour you wanted, including roots, tips, or even streaks, would be feasible. Even throwing colour down wherever, as seen in the Sims 4 Pet system, should be possible: at that point, you could have someone with rainbow hair!
For more complicated styles, such as braids, buzz cuts, or accessorized updos, default hairs could still be provided, but even some of these should include the option to add bangs (straight fringe, uneven fringe, or side swept) as well as dyes and types.
2) Clothing Customization
To the same end, the ability to edit the game’s clothes would excite those of us who have become addicted to Animal Crossing’s latest “Pro Design” option. Outfits would have a “remove sleeve” option, or the ability to make them long or short. Hoodies could be toggled, so that Sims could choose to wear them up or down. Skirts or dresses could be made short, medium or long, and designs could be asymmetrical. Patterns could be added to less complex outfits using a stamp tool, similar to what was developed for Pets; t-shirts could have stripes, polka dots, or chevron patterns added! More skilled simmers could even draw their own illustrations on to clothes.
3) Accessories & Additional Categories
In the Sims 4, you can have hats and necklaces, but not tiaras and scarves. More accessories should be given their own categories, allowing you to add kerchiefs, woolly scarves, tiaras, headbands, or bows to your Sim—in addition to everything else.
Some accessories could be added to other clothes, such as a “belt” option you can use to add colour to any of the game’s pants. All of the shirts would also include a “tie” category. Purses and backpacks could be added to the game, independent of whatever outfit your Sim was wearing, as well as more slots for rings and earrings.
Jackets and t-shirts might even be made separate, allowing your Sim to don their favourite hoodie whatever their outfit for the day. There could be capes, shawls, masks...more categories would make for some fun combinations (and perhaps more notoriously ugly townies).
4) Colour Wheel: Skin, Hair, and Eyes
The Sims 3 featured a colour wheel for both hair and eyes which was missed in the Sims 4. Gone are the days when you could give your Sim dark purple hair and blood red eyes without the use of mods. What Sims 3 didn’t do was include a colour wheel for skin (though the options given through expansions over time gave a close approximation).
The types of Sims you could make in the Sims 5 with a colour wheel would be endless. In addition to making them all resemble anime characters with purple eyes and pastel pink hair, the ability to choose any skin colour would enable the creation of characters like Grimora or Thanos. You could make a town full of Simpson’s type characters if you wanted to.
Having free rein over skin tones would also allow players to tweak any EA skin tones they weren’t happy with. You’d be able to add more red to the tones, darken them, or simply make them appear less washed out.
5) Height Slider
It’s understandable why a height slider hasn’t been implemented, given the strain it would put on animations. While I won’t be (too) upset if this is too difficult to add, there’s no denying that it greatly diversifies characters. A tall character stands out from a short one, leading to cute but awkward couples of drastically varying heights, as well as making the world more realistic.
At the very least, there should be a notable height difference between teens and adults, whom I can’t tell apart.
6) Sex & Gender
The Sims 4 added great options for sex and gender when they enabled unisex clothes and the ability to make transgender Sims. It was the first game I saw that enabled that level of control, and I hope to see an improved version of the system in the Sims 5.
Still absent are more gender categories. In addition to “male” and “female” identities, there should also be a “non-binary” option. In game, depending on what you choose, your Sims would then be addressed as “he,” “she,” or “they.”
Having body types that sat more on a spectrum could open up the character creator too, adding a third body slider that would tend towards masculine or feminine without being strictly one or the other unless you chose to sit at either extreme. Masculine or feminine attributes (such as breasts) could be added independent of the body type, and all clothes and hairs would remain available to all Sims.
7) Personality Quirks
Some of these aspects might feel more like grocery shop lists to some people, but I found they added to my Sims. The Sims 3 allowed you to choose your sim’s favourite food, colour, and music. In the Sims 2, you could choose your turn on’s and turn off’s, such as hair colour or body type. The Sims 3 also introduced a biography section where you could type out your Sim’s backstory and any additional details you wanted to include.
While these attributes mostly contributed to generating moodlets, they could be made more integral to the game. Sims could experience increased happiness wearing their favourite colour or seeing it in a room. Sims could write higher quality songs in their preferred genre. Socials could be opened around these traits, with Sims finding friendships easier to build after discovering that they shared one or more.
The turn on and turn off system could be extended to all levels of attraction: a Sim’s sexual orientation could be defined, offering straight, gay, bisexual, or pansexual as options. No more having your female Sim chatting up Brent or Brant when you’re not looking!
8) More Traits
The ability to choose only three traits for adult sims has never felt sufficient. Even five traits don’t feel like enough for more complex characters. The option to have five traits by default (and then to unlock more “default traits” through the rewards store using a potion) would be welcome.
The inclusion of more options would be great too; who doesn’t want a “sarcastic” trait?
8) Disabilities
There are dozens of disabilities in the real world, making the inclusion of them all impossible. However, more common disabilities, such as having a bionic leg or being relegated to a wheelchair, should be represented. Elderly Sims should have the option of needing canes or walkers.
More complex disabilities, such as being deaf, mute, or blind, would be difficult to add, owing to the array of socials, such as sign language, that would need to be added. However, if such disabilities could be included, the game would be even more inclusive than it already is.
At the very least, wheelchairs and prosthetic limbs should be doable. There’s some hope that even Sims 4 could receive such features.
9) More Tattoo Options
As someone who’s a tattoo enthusiast in real life, I find the game’s selection disappointing. Moreover, I miss the versatility offered by the Sims 3 system, which allowed you to edit the size, colours, and placement of the tattoo. There need to be more tattoos, particularly with each pack; they should follow the typical categories (tribal, new school, traditional, Japanese, and more) with some funkier pieces thrown in.
Tattoos shouldn’t be limited by slots either, meaning that you should be able to have ten different designs on one leg if you choose. More skilled Simmers should be given the option to draw their own designs, and then share those designs with others on the Gallery.
A Sim could have their name, or a portrait of their significant other, inked into their skin—with wonderful or disastrous results.
10) Save an Outfit
This final feature is more about convenience than anything. Have a fashionista Sim for whom five outfit slots aren’t enough? Plan to create an asylum or group in which a single uniform is needed? Wish to transfer the same outfit to another outfit category?
This feature would allow you to save an outfit. You can already save Sims and houses to the library, and a third “closet” category could save hours of sifting through clothes in order to recreate a look. These looks could be uploaded to the Gallery. With the other features I mentioned (colour wheels, hair manipulation, dyes and stamps), outfits, along with their matching hairstyles, could be accessed effortlessly and shared with the community.
Shirts with detailed illustrations or zanier dye jobs could be uploaded and accessed by others, thereby removing the need for simpler mods and the barrier they present for those who want to keep their game “cc free.”
There are more features, most of them small, that I would love, but these ten cover what I would like to see. It goes without saying that I want to see other aspects (such as the click and drag tool and the two body sliders) given further freedom, but if even a colour wheel is added I’ll be enthused.

Sims 4: Children’s toys ideas
I have been really frustrated with the lack of family gameplay in the Sims 4 for a while and it got me thinking what new things I would want from a Generations-esque EP, instead of just getting reskins of the same teddy bear and drawing table OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Here are some ideas for toys I had and how they could work/look in the game:
1. Chalk Art: Like the street art that came with City Living, you can place these taped areas on any concrete, or have a bucket with colourful chalks be a portable object. Like the drawing table, kids can choose what to draw from different categories, depending on their skill level. Their artwork will fade and disappear after 2-3 days.
2. Pretend Toy Store: Similar to the street store tables that came with City Living, it looks like a simple crate when you buy it. Once you click on it, you have the option to choose what store you want to play in (groceries, potions, toys). It then transforms like the street store tables, e.g. a broomstick to each side, holding up a blanket with a self-made sign taped to it and a teddy bear that sits on the crate like a shop assistant. The types of stores you can pick will have slightly varying skins (e.g. potions: purple blanket, witchy sign with a cauldron, teddy wears pointy hat & grocery: orange blanket, colourful sign with fruits and veggies on it, teddy wear glasses and name tag). Your kids can play with friends or parents, but you will always need at least two sims to play. They can get different moodlets from playing (happy they sold something, sad because they lost at haggling).
3. Crafting Station: For kids and adults alike, similar to the non-usable one that came with Nifty Knitting (what a waste). Basically, your sims will be able to craft recolours of objects that already exist in game, like picture frames (mosaic, macaroni art, decorated with stars/flowers/googly eyes, different colour options for each).  If you choose to hang a photo, the new design options you crafted are now available to you. Other crafting ideas: necklaces and friendship bracelets that will be available in CAS once crafted, decorative objects (like jars or plates).
4. Colouring book: Could use the same animations like drawing on the placemats from Dine Out. The book can be purchased at any bookshelf, is portable and can be stored in your sims inventory. It slots everywhere the notebook for homework or the diary would slot and you can choose what to colour in from different categories. Using it increases either drawing or creativity skill and comes in different themes (pirates, animals, fantasy, mandala).
5. Building blocks: A box of building blocks can be bought and placed in the kid’s room. Clicking on it will give you the option to choose what to build (a magical castle, a fire station, a horse stable). Kids can work on their buildings together and play with it like with the doll house once it’s done, or kick and destroy it, like the sand castles from Island Living.
6. Model train: A box containing the train parts can be bought and placed, the designated space for this object would likely be a quite big. Within the designated space your sims can build a track and, once it’s done, watch their train ride along. Kids and adults can work together or sabotage and others can sabotage/ destroy the tracks.
7. Play Rug: The space needed for the rug (e.g. 6 or 8 tiles) is the space within your kid will play. The rug is square (so 4 kids can lay, one from each side) and has streets and houses drawn on it. The kids will have little toy cars (these objects would be debug, not separate) and drag them across the streets. Playing with the rug builds Creativity skill. Rug comes in different colours /designs: a city with streets and stores (kids play with cars), a fantasy landscape with lakes and castles (kids play with unicorns/horses), an ocean-themed map (your kids play with pirate ships that they navigate around cliffs and boulders).
8. Puzzles: Similar to the model train, you can buy a box and place it. Within 4 or 6 tiles yous sims (1-4 at a time) will piece their puzzle together. You can choose from different designs (animals, landscapes or just colourful patterns) and once your sims are done, they can choose whether they want to put their puzzle back in the box or frame and hang it.
Let me know if you like any of the ideas or have some yourself. I have no experience in game development myself, but these were some ideas that seemed realistic to me, since they all relate to some feature that we already have in the game.
If you made it this far, thank you for reading, stay healthy and have a nice day!

✦ PROCHNOST OOC QUESTIONNAIRE ✦
Adelaide: What is your biggest passion?
Though I’d never consider turning it into a career, I love cooking. For me, it’s a form of self-care and I’m glad I’ve been able to contribute more time into cooking good food for myself during quarantine. I’m also extremely passionate about accessible healthcare and hope to land a career influencing public health policy.
Alexei: Who is the most important person in your life?
My significant other! From him, I’ve learned a lot about confidence and determination. He’s legitimately one of the hardest working people I know and he all around just inspires me to keep striving to become a better version of myself.
Anastasia: Tell us something you would really like to learn.
I’ve never been able to do a cartwheel ??? It’s a rite-of-passage that I completely missed out as a child. Someone please teach me!
Antonio: Have you ever gotten into a fist fight?
Nooo. I wish I had  just for the clout.
Dimitri: What is your spirit animal?
A piplup. hehe.
Evelina: What is your favourite drink?
A large classic milk tea from Ding tea, zero sugar, less ice, with golden boba.
Francesco: Are you a good secret keeper?
Okay time to expose myself !! To be honest, absolutely not and that’s mainly because I tell my s/o all the tea. Yes, I’m that kind of person and I’m not too proud of it.
Gabriel: What is your biggest vice?
Procrastination + laziness. Things build up on my plate that I keep pushing off and in the end it just makes even more work for me.
Irina: If you could embody anyone in the world, who would you choose?
I want to be someone -- literally just anyone -- who could eat a shit ton and still have abs. There has to be a person like that in the world, right? Exercising is just too much work, ya’ll.
Isaac: What is the most luxurious thing you own?
My laptop?? I don’t really own and name brand items.
Ivan: Do you tend to hold grudges?
Oh god. I try my best to forgive people, I really really do. But sometimes I just feel really weird around them?? Like I become standoffish and just can’t be myself around people who have wronged me unless I fake it.
Kalev: What is the one character trait you like most about yourself?
uhhhh I’m really good at making powerpoints :^)
Katia: Would you consider yourself an optimist, pessimist or realist?
I’m a nice healthy blend of optimism and realism.
Leonard: What is your biggest guilty pleasure?
Laying in my bed. And chocolate. Scrolling Tiktok. I’m a simple girl.
Masha: Is there something you’ve always wanted but could never have?
Height. LMAO. I’m tired of being 5′2. I can’t reach anything!!!!
Mateo: What is the most insane thing you’ve ever done for somebody else?
My love language is acts of service so I’ve done my fair share of insane things for others hahahah One time, my friend got in a car accident and needed a ride to work. They lived 25 minutes away from me in the opposite direction of my workplace. For 2-3 weeks, I woke up at 6am, picked them up, dropped them off at work 20 minutes away, and then drove an extra 10 minutes to get to my work. I also picked them up after work. Never asked for gas money.
Raven: If you could choose one book to be mandatory reading, which one would it be?
Farenheit 451 by Bradbury or the Metamorphosis by Kafka.
Rozalie: If today was your last day on earth, how would you spend it?
Eating a lot. Chilling a lot. Having a massive existential crisis.
Ryker: What is your favourite game to play?
League of Legends, Nine Parchments with friends, Stardew Valley if I want to waste time, and the Sims 4 if I feel like living vicariously.
Sebastien: Tell us something you believed as a kid but now know is false.
Oh my god. For some reason I was convinced that people were always watching me. I didn’t know who. Sometimes I thought it was the government, sometimes my friends... Anyways, I always made sure to randomly smile and wave at something random in case there was a camera hidden in it. It was weird. I was nuts.
Sofia: What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people cut me off mid sentence :<
Tanya: Would you consider yourself to be a very ambitious person?
I’d think so. I have a lot of long-term and short-term goals for myself. I know I work really hard on the things that I commit to.
Theo: What is your favourite conspiracy theory?
Australia isn’t real.
Theresa: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
I’d love to live in a condo with lots of windows and a really nice kitchen  in the middle of a city like Seattle or Toronto. Next to a nice grocery store and a grassy park with lots of trees.
Yelena: Do you prefer to be a leader or rather a follower?
Leader. hehe.

The possibility of what the future holds. And also the fact that the Sims gallery is coming to console this year. I know that’s sad but it’s true.
 41. Are you a better talker or listener?
Listener, for sure!! I genuinely love hearing someone’s story and learning more about them. I also am one of those people that love to ask ridiculous questions and hear their answers.
 42. What is the last productive thing you did?
The other night, I went with my gut and it led to a very productive night wink wink hint hint smiley face
 43. What do you want for Christmas?
Just a bloody good Christmas roast
 44. What class do you get the best grades in?
When I used to be in education, my best grades were in music, business and English
 45. On a scale of 1-10, how are you feeling right now?
I’m a solid 7
 46. What can you see yourself doing in ten years?
Being a teacher actually, but the future isn’t something I think about all that much. I like to take each day as it comes.
 47. When did you get your first heartbreak?
I don’t feel like I’ve had a true heart break. I’ve definitely had my spirit broken before though.
 48. What age do you want to get married?
Ideally 30-37
 49. What career did you want to have as a child?
A vet
 50. What do you crave right now?
A person I am currently waiting for to finish work

Carrer de Hebra, 8 is a home business for a couple. While the apartment lies upstairs, the shop is downstairs, currently a "Eurocasa". The shop has two cash registers, so it could be run by the couple together, or one of them with a hired staff member while the other takes care of the apartment. The shop has a spare room in the back that leads out to the private yard. Note: In order to have Sims buy from the shop, you need to put the displays on sale. Sims will not buy the displays themselves, but rather groceries and other things from them. Basics Included: Bathtub/shower Fridge Oven Sink Shower Toilet Lights in all rooms Also Includes: Bar with stools Computer Desk Dresser Microwave oven Phone Security alarm Stereo Television Minimal landscaping (Including the palm tree out front as usual) Shop with cash registers, freezer, fruit and veg displays, magazine displays, and video game displays
