Hello Simmers, Feeling adventurous? Take a boat and spend the day at Hampton's Harbour . A family run cafe and restaurant in Brindleton Bay.

Inspired by the feeling of long summer days spent on the coast, The Hampton's Harbour is the perfect place to imbibe and relax. Home to the world-famous Brindleton Lighthouse and the city’s largest population of indigenous strays, Hampton's Harbour is a destination you need to add to your Itinerary. Grab a coffee, rent a bike and take a stroll to visit the beaches around the island and maybe a quick trip to the lighthouse if you are seeking more... The cafe offers fresh coffee and the restaurant provides gourmet coastal food cooked to perfection (lobster rolls and oysters for days). Relax and soak in views of the sunset while you wait for the next shuttle back to mainland.

Please note almost everything is CC and the items were not created by me! Get together (Coffee machine, grinder and cafe lot type) Dine out (restaurant lot type, chef station) required for function.

There is one furnished unit (my sim-self's place modeled after my own), as well as 5 move-in ready units. Each unit has a slightly different entry and backyard, but they are all the same size with identical 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom layout. The laundry is located on-site near our pet relief area which is tenant-maintained. Yay!

The Pinky Ring Lounge (CC Build)

A upscale lounge loosely inspired by Bruno Mars' real lounge in Las Vegas but instead of it being located inside of a hotel, I made it it's own building. This lot includes a stage for your band sims to play and perform, a lowered platform lounging area with comfortable sections, a bar, and a dining area. foundry cove neighborhood 🍃

at the very beginning of my account, I had shared a first version of the foundry cove neighborhood. nevertheless, I thought a lot about the style i wanted for my save and decided to redo everything. this neighborhood and willow creek central park are the most "swampy" parts of the city, unlike the other neighborhoods where you can find exotic plants. foundry cove is also the poorest part of the city, and it's also very poorly maintained, which is why it's polluted by a lot of garbage on the street.

San Myshuno Conservatory

Okay so this was a lot i made for fun im not really a builder but this greenhouse set by @lilis-palace was right up my alley n i wanted something a bit fantastical 2 get my sims out of the house! I made it to be placed in the central park lot in San My, inside I put a lot of King palms and a little section for macaws to sit n perch. At night the rose fountain lights up with fireflies and trellises in back are lit with strings of light attached to the ivy. It's so magical I love taking pcitures of my sims here. I included what I could of the cc i used, the elephant statue is a bit high poly so fair warning!

I did my best to respect everyone's T.O.U but if i made a mistake please dm me to fix it. Thank you to all the cc-creators who made this build possible <3
