After everything that happened the sweetest thing Orellia has actually said to Julia was probably when she was sitting at her kitchen table and was ‘I miss your hair’
Like okay cool just go ahead and admit you miss the past
This song is played in Season 2 Episode 3, when Syd leaves Carmy's apartment in anticipation of meeting back up with him at Kasama in an hour. However, as we know, their plans for meeting up are derailed when Claire calls Carmy for a favour. The first two verses paint a story that could potentially be interpreted in two ways: as a recounting of the casual sexual encounter that the singer had with his now ex-wife when they initially met; or as a recounting of the singer's affair with a woman who robs him while he's asleep, which precedes his wife leaving him. In either interpretation of the song the final grievance upon which the song rests is that the singer's wife has left him, and specifically in the version of the song released in the US, she's, "moved to Boston." Now I may be reaching here...but isn't Ayo Edebiri, who plays Sydney, from Boston? 🥴

If what I'm implying doesn't make any sense though, don't mind me- I could just be reaching Sesame Street style.
There is a small park next to where i live. Every morning in summer the cicadas there are absolutely deafening. They even drown out the traffic. In the evening they're not quite so loud, but a constant hum is still there.
Yesterday as I walked home from work, I heard a bunch of crows amid the cicada hum. Crows are common here, but it sounded like more than usual. I figured they'd come for a cicada dinner.
But as I looked into the park... I saw that the crows were standing on the ground under the trees. Completely still. No two were standing next to each other. There were several feet between them and some were standing across from each other. This went on through the entire wooded section of park (that part has only grass and benches for picnicking, no ball games or jungle gyms, and there aren't often people in it). Just a long line of crows seemingly lined up, like Buckingham Palace guards, cawing back and forth.
It was OMINOUS as hell!
Anyone with corvid knowledge got any idea what they were doing?? X'D It really did look like some black magic ritual. There were so many of them all doing the same thing. Just standing. Several feet away from the nearest other crow. Not moving at all. Didn't seem to care about the cicadas, but maybe they'd already eaten their fill and were busy digesting, buhahaha
My parents thought it was silly that i unplug my washer and dryer, microwave and TV after I'm done using them, and keep the dishwasher unplugged cuz i dont use it. They believed they werent using power when turned off bc they were off. Thats not how electricity and circuits work lol but I dont blame them for not knowing that since its counterintuitive and they may not have learned that in school, or otherwise forgot.
Anyway, uplugging these major devices has saved around $20 a month on my power bill, I think. I saw an immediate difference after unpluggng the laundry appliances and dishwasher. I unplug as much stuff as i can thats practical and tbh i wish i could unplug everything, including my stove (the fridge is a must tho lol i dont want that unplugged ever; the stove, im using a tad but more now but tbh i dont use it every day of the week).
I know the tips from this link are moreso for consumer saving than making a significant impact on the power grid though i imagine it would make a considerable impact if many ppl had the mentality of unplugging electronics after use.
I used to fear that unplugging TVs and large appliances constantly would destroy them somehow, but idk why I thought that (ig some of my own arbitrary misconceptions abt how electricity would damage circuits of appliances that had a lot of wattage or cause surges if i didnt take advantage of the "convenience" of keeping it all plugged in).
I think its a good habit for everyone to try if they can wherever practical!
The two most common reasons for downsizing are finances and convenience. Perhaps you find it too expensive and unnecessary to live in a big house or a three-bedroom apartment on your own.
Yes, yes… I'm back. Again. Probably everyone here is already used to me.
This is what I ended up with building rented houses. I think you've already downloaded ten thousand different lots for your game during the time that the add-on has existed, but maybe mine will also come in handy.
This apartments are fully functional, my sims live in it and enjoy life (at least someone).
Don’t forget ‘bb.moveobjects on’ cheat to place the lot correctly!
