Todo mundo sabe quando é hora de parar, de dizer adeus, de encerrar um ciclo para nunca mais voltar.

Todo mundo já esteve naquela situação em que olhou ao redor e viu tudo bagunçado, sem saber onde começar arrumar ou como pedir ajuda.

Todo mundo já experimentou aquele sentimento de ter que fingir estar bem para os pais e os amigos, porque eles te veem como uma pessoa forte, mas por dentro você se sentia como uma criança que só queria o colo da mãe.

Todo mundo já enfrentou os piores momentos da vida sem contar a ninguém, mesmo que esses momentos tenham durado meses.

Mas todo mundo que já passou pelo próprio inferno, que achou que acabaria ali, ouviu o próprio coração pedindo socorro, agora é forte o suficiente para perceber, enquanto chora, que não merece passar por aquilo novamente.

Todo mundo é forte o suficiente para saber a hora de parar de chorar, enxugar as lágrimas, tomar uma decisão e seguir em frente.
