Sanji is so used to hearing Zoro call him nicknames and insults that hearing him actual name gives him the chills lol
But he’s always giving Zoro shit for not using his name so Zoro is like ‘Maybe if I call the cook Sanji today he’ll be happy and give me special treatment.’ So he does, only for it to completely backfire and Sanji bans him from the kitchen because he’s so wigged out over it.
So Cook is still the name Zoro uses most often and Sanji is only for emergencies or special occasions lol

♡I hate seeing Sanji cry and be upset like I mean truly upset, not like when a women hits him or something but like I finally got to the part where Pudding said she doesn't like him and hes standing there outside her window trying to light his cigarette while crying pulls my heart strings and makes me upset for him, probably because I'm an empath but y'know. It might be because I can relate to him on certain level.
