So I got the new Pokemon DLC for Christmas and I’m on a big Pokemon kick currently so I’m going to give a gift to my fellow Pokémon lovers. Now I’m more well known for Yandere work but I also do love doing more soft romantic stuff. It heals my traumatised self. Maxie is surprisingly good with kids, especially with his own he is quite attentive and protective maybe borderline overly so.

Everything he does is for you and his child even when it doesn't seem so. Working extra hours just to buy something a little special for his child, or to spoil you.

You have never seen this man so... serene. Your heart flutters in your chest when you see him lying on the living room floor, idly playing with the baby and making the little stuffed Numel toy dance in front of the smiling baby. A small smile on his face that was rare for Maxie.

Maxie will always be on top of child care immediately before you even ask. Sometimes you're the one who worries about him because of how much he works. So he doesn't mind fulfilling his child's needs. He understands where you're coming from and reassures you that he has never forgotten to take breaks or lean on you when he needs it.

Maxie and this kid, When they grow older, will possibly be buttheads only because Maxie is a stickler for rules and school grades. As a father, he only wants to see his child grow and succeed. No, he's not torturing You by making you do your homework. He's preparing you for your academic future. You can thank him later when you're older.

Maxie is a strict father but only because he wants nothing but his child to be the best they could ever be because he knows, but they are far greater and will accomplish anything they put their mind to. And he hopes they never think otherwise. He never wants them to go down to a life of crime like he did.

Not going to lie. He is a little guilty of having somewhat of a rivalry with Archie still although it's less arch nemesis and more good old times. And will possibly push that on his kid only a little bit. im talking a " it's a contest so have fun but make sure you destroy Archie's kid in the process so I can rub it in their dad's face later"

-Just let him rest every so often. He can only handle so many near heart attacks.

Guzma

-He REVELS in your chaotic nature.

-Fighting someone? He’s immediately your back, not even asking what the issue is. He’s already throwing hands.

-Sees you climbing the hideout? He yells at you to be careful, while pulling out a phone to record you.

-Plumeria ends up being the one to wrestle you down before you get yourself killed.

-Loves bringing you to random parts of the islands just to see what you will do next.

-Almost died laughing when he found you at an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, with a mountain of food about half your size in front of you. Each piece of food organized to keep the small mountain perfectly stable.

-The poor waiters were amazed an horrified, especially as you attempted to eat all of it in one go. You did not. He had to help you put it in boxes to take home.

Kiawe

-He loves your energy, even if its a bit much for him sometimes.

-Has found ways to help you focus that chaotic energy into other things. Hobbies, exercise, and so on. He’s probably one of the only ones here that can actually reel you in with a good distraction that doesn’t just involve food.

-But still secretly loves letting you loose and causing chaos. He won’t admit it though.

-Nearly cried laughing when he found you in one of the town parks, somehow having joined a paint balloon fight. You were winning by a long shot, noticing the poor fools who looked horrified to face you.

-Doesn’t like having to clean up after your messes after causing havoc, though. You make a mess? You’re on your own.

“Hey, so I may or may not have caused a huge wave to hit the beach-”

-Kiawe, without even looking in your direction: “You are on your own.” -Is amused by your pouting. Maybe will help you if you ask nicely. Good luck though.

Maxie

He's not exactly the easiest man to date, due to his usual cold and calculated demeanor but the two of you are actually very sweet.

Maxie actually holds a lot of care for those who manage to get close to him, but he basically holds you on a pedestal.

It means a lot to him that anyone would find him that interesting enough to want to be considered as his romantic partner. But that doesn't mean he never pined for you back. Being the analytical person he is, he tried to confess to you via power point and a lecture presentation back when you two were in university. (He never showed you this. He's embarrassed by the number of revisions he did, never being satisfied enough.)

Archie is still rather reserved in showing you to other people. Like, yes, this is my boyfriend. Yes we've been dating for years. Stop screaming. Of course I can find love?!

But now, the two of you are much older. He finds comfort in knowing there's someone waiting for him at home. Someone that's willing to indulge in his fantasies of an ordinary, but loving domestic life.

Archie

Archie knows he's over the top. That's kind of his deal. So people are surprised when they find out he's YOUR partner.

It's obvious you have your own personality but people close to Archie swear they've never seen him calm down so quickly when you're near. You're the passive element he needed in his life, the calm in the storm.

Archie is the kind of guy who does things BIG and LOUD. He's a passionate dude! But a guy with a mighty strong personality as his becomes docile when he starts rambling about you, practically showing you off to other people. (this is my husband. He's better than yours)

He's very sweet around you, falling more in love with every sweet gesture you do, despite how ordinary they can be. He was texting you about a stressful encounter he had at work and comes home later that day with you cooking his favorite food. You help massage his back on days he gets too rough with his Pokemon.

There's nothing better than coming home after a day of work and coming home to you, in the one place where he can allow himself to be quiet and only yours.

Ghetsis

Life after Team Plasma has been odd to adjust to. He's under constant surveillance to ensure he doesn't plot to do his crimes again.

Meeting you has been the most fortunate and luckiest thing to ever happen to him.

Though you were somewhat ordinary, you had a positive charm and a knack for helping him relax and smile. He's never felt the need to impress someone before meeting you

You two don't start living together right away, you met him on the subway.

Since Ghetsis had never taken the subway before, in order to show up to his parole officer and not having a car, he had to use the subway.

He asked you for your help in knowing what station he gets off at. You were so kind to him by explaining where he needed to go that he felt compelled to keep conversing with you. He feels the need to impress you by boldly declaring the two of you would go to dinner sometime soon. He's confident but not smooth.

You laugh and decide to take him up on his offer. After some months of dating, you start to hang around his place some more and he realizes how much he needed someone like you in his life.

There was a lot of things to learn, having to learn how to live an ordinary life, but you teach him so compassionately and kindly, never degrading him for not having the knowledge.

His heart flutters every time he opens his lunch box, always looking forward to the handwritten note you leave him with. He collects every single love note you give him and puts in a box, going through it on days you're not here.

Colress

If it wasn't already obvious, Colress has lamented his past days working for Team Plasma.

After he realized the effect he had on the region, he became so disgusted with himself that he wasn't sure what to do. He knew he could stay in Unova, so he flees to Alola.

For a while, for as long as he could, he tries to live a quiet life, speaking to no one. He lives in fear of being recognized.

But over time, he began to note a repetitive pattern which was you.

The two of you always enjoyed your coffee at the same time, in the very early mornings. He would see you on your back porch, cooing at your Pokemon.

The occasional glance was met with a greeting. Then the greetings gradually became conversations. Colress expresses a curiosity in what you were eating, so you offer him some of your freshly baked banana bread. He returns the gesture back by gifting you malasada, apologizing meekly that he's not the type of person to bake, which explained the burning smell earlier last night.

You two start off with small exchanges of coffee and breakfast until one day, you confess (lie) that you made too much food and invite him over for dinner.

Once he steps inside your home, he's blown away by sheer polarizing contradiction it was to his home. Your home was warm and inviting, there was the smell of something delicious in the air.

when he bids farewell, he finds himself feeling empty when he's back inside his own home. His home is so...quiet and sterile, much like his former lab.

He finds himself needing more of not just your home but you yourself.

Giovanni: Uh... You kinda died. Sorry folks, your precious little idol has been wiped off the census. Oops. Though, that's only a thought put into the back burner until he goes back to it. Beforehand, the Team Rocket boss gives generous tips to your performances, while grunts attend them to keep a close eye on you. At some point in time, Giovanni will offer more to you (anonymous to the public), just as long as you comply to him fully. If you don't, well, the people will certainly mourn the loss of an important figure as they're none the wiser to your kidnapping. It wouldn't come as a surprise if he decides to ruin your career a bit in between that time so he can make sure you come crawling back to him. However, that last resort comes up if you're extremely stubborn and still refuse.

Maxie: Like Giovanni, he offers you wondrous tips. It's his way of letting you know that he can provide you with so much. It'd be foolish not to accept his offers, especially with how easy one's reputation can be tainted with such fame. Maxie has planned this all out carefully, not wanting to come off too strong yet, but his eyebrow twitches when you reject his offer. You aren't rude about it, but he still finds it... Unappealing. The next best thing it is then. Courtney is better at these thing than he is, especially so with her knack for analysis on people. You'll definitely come back.

Archie: There's a game of tug of war going on in this man's head. On one hand, he's supportive of you since he loves you so much, but on the other he is extremely possessive with how many people fawn over you. Sure, they have absolutely no idea who you are behind closed doors, but he doesn't like the idea of one of them getting too comfortable. Archie can sometimes be impulsive and that leads to him making choices without thinking too much on the consequences. However, it's reassuring to know he has a whole crew to assist in cleaning up the mess.

Cyrus: He cannot fathom why he would fall for you of all people (it can be said for any type of career/position you're in, honestly). You bring out too much unnecessary emotions from people which annoys, but even more so when he catches sight of how much those people adore you. Cyrus assumes at first that you're putting up a front, mostly so he can crush his obsession towards you. Noticing that this method wasn't working, he just goes for kidnapping you. As mentioned in his general hcs, it would mostly be to make sure you take responsibility for what you've done.

Ghetsis: Anger boils within him. He's already had every bit of knowledge he has on you thanks to the Shadow Triad, but ugh, does it greatly piss him off to see the unworthy adore you. It has been mentioned before that Ghetsis will not take too long in kidnapping you, but the amount of time is much shorter with the occupation you have. Given he is a very possessive and selfish yandere who completely believes you are made for him, it is no surprise. The kicker is that when you go missing, he gives a speech to the people about how unfortunate that is; commenting on how you were such a wonderful figure in the industry. The sympathetic words he shares as he gives his condolences are utterly empty.

Lysandre: He basically now provides assets for your career now. Problem solved. All your staff are people from Team Flare, but you wouldn't know unless you looked deeper into it. Your manager? They report everything to Malva. It's so bizarre that all this happened after some frequent meetings with Lysandre, who had always admired your talents. He gives you praise for your work and is always there to greet you when a performance is done. All the grunts make sure none of the fans get too suffocating when speaking to you.

Lusamine: Oh, aren't you the cutest thing she'd ever laid her eyes on! Lusamine adores the work you do and even helps out with your sponsors. She may seem like she's completely okay with all the attention you receive, but deep down she wishes for only her to be able to look at you. It's a shame to watch as you share your radiance to others, but Lusamine is a patient woman. She eventually will have control over everything in your life, including your work. Why would you question her? You really do need to understand that listening to her is more beneficial. Let someone more experienced take the wheel, for you are only just a stumbling Deerling trying to make it in the world.

Guzma: It's a bit of a hassle. One that gets on Guzma's nerves sometimes. Don't get him wrong, he does enjoy seeing your performances—some of the grunts are even fans of you. However, with the rep he has, it will be difficult to get close to you, but it certainly does make the reward all the more sweeter in the end. That is only if he works up the nerve to do anything. Besides his rep, there are more pressing reasons why he hasn't done anything yet. It's even worse when you are a person under the limelight while he stays in the shadows, watching. You always get this feeling you're being watched when you're going home.

Chairman Rose: Similar to Lysandre, except his grunts are constantly checking up on you while the Chairman tries to make time to have dinner with you any chance he can get. It's not that hard with his position. There's some blackmail towards your staff and manager sprinkled in here and there. Oleana can be quite the negotiator as they all comply to the Chairman's "proposition". Now he knows where you'll be and constantly voices out his support for you. After all, he would do so much for you... And you'd give back as much in return, yes? Of course you would, darling.

There really needs to be more parental hcs of pokemon characters omggg

Cares more about you more than himself and reminds you about things like sleeping or eating while also not being the best example of that

Makes sure you at least try to study regulary as long as you're going to school

But he does let you go and avoid it if you're really tired or just really sick of it, he don't want you to burn out

He also helps you if you ever have trouble with anything and will explain something as many times as needed

If you ever have trouble socialising he'll be willing to try and teach you how to get better at it or simply go with you if you need to go out somewhere

He's always willing to spend time with you as long as he's available, when he's not he'll send Tabitha or Courtney to do that as long as you're ok with that

Willing to buy you thing as long as he has enough money

He'll also cry a little if it's you that gets/makes him something

You're one of the very few people who can see him cry, he teaches you that it's important to express your emotions and can always tell him if something is bothering you but in his words he 'has and image to keep'

On that note, if you ever feel down he'll immidiately stop anything he was doing to comfort you

If it was a person who made you feel bad he'll go out of his way to lecture them about it after you feel better

If it's one of his grunts you'll probably won't be seeing them in the team again

If you want to become a pokemon trainer, you'll get you everything you need to get started, pokeballs, potions etc.

He'll also go with you to catch a pokemon. And he'll be really proud if your first pokemon is a Numel.

He'll also enroll you into The Trainers School or teach you himself if you want

He don't really want you to get associated with Team Magma or Aqua but will eventually allow it when you get old enough to make decidions like that

Overall he really wants you to have a healthy childhood and set a good example. He seems a little cold but he's actually really emotional and caring.

Laventon:

Whatever sparked the argument, Laventon tries to coax out of you carefully. Watching you throw your anger at the poor pillow you usually sleep on is startling! He's glad you're getting it all out, but he also wants you to talk through the anger if you can. But if you want to be left alone, he'll respect that, but eventually he'll want you to talk it out with him.

When you decide to talk, Laventon listens very carefully. He doesn't interrupt until you've finished saying all that you want to say, only then asking if you'd like any of his thoughts on the matter. He soothes your anger with soft words, apologizing that such a thing ever occurred. He hugs you and seeps his warmth into your exhausted body.

Whatever happens next, you'll face it together. For now, let your emotions out. Laventon is here to feel them with you and lessen the burden.

Maxie:

Maxie doesn't disturb your anger. He watches you wail on pillows or plushes, whatever you wish, and doesn't interfere. He only stops you if you look close to breaking something, which he knows you'll regret later. Otherwise, go ham. He's cheering you in the background, because he knows that nothing feels better than wailing on something when you're pissed

After you've exhausted yourself, Maxie brings you food and drink, resting with you. He asks about what caused the anger, and whether or not you tell him the whole story, he offers condolences and a shoulder to cry on. Whatever the argument was about, he is here to support you through it.

Should your family wrong you in some way, you'll also get to see Maxie's calm anger. He tears down whoever hurt you unnecessarily, making them feel as horrible as they made you feel, if not worse. It's nice revenge, should you want it.

Clavell:

Clavell is distraught to hear that you've had an argument so bad that you're left in such fury. He hurries to your home, wincing as he hears the telltale thud of you throwing things around. You shout at people not there as well, so very frustrated. Clavell enters and immediately brings you into a hug, letting you squeeze as much as you need to.

Should you return to throwing pillows and such, Clavell will sit and try to coax you away from it. He offers a shoulder and a listening ear, but understands if you need to work through your anger this way. He does wince whenever there's an impact, even if it is just a pillow. Once you're exhausted, he makes tea and readies to listen to you vent, holding your hand the entire time you're talking.

Clavell's solution to this is to just hold you for a while. He hugs you to his chest and strokes your head, pressing kisses to your crown as you huff and puff. The rest can be dealt with later. For now, let him comfort you.

Standing outside in just a robe, Cyrus stared up at the man who held a lantern in his hand. “Well,” He said. “You coming?” Cyrus blinked at him, placing his hands in his robe pockets. “Where am I supposed to go?” He said, kicking some of the snow on the ground.

“Why the North Pole, of course!” The train Conductor exclaimed. He gestured to the words written along the side of the train. “This is The Polar Express!” He blankly stared at the Conductor. “The North Pole?”

The Conductor smacked his lips. “Hold this, please.” He handed the lantern over to Cyrus. “Thank you.” He said, getting a clipboard from inside the entrance of the train. “Is this you?” He turned the clipboard around and showed it to him. Cyrus leaned a bit forward. “Yes?”

“Well it says here… No photo with a department store Santa, no letter to Santa. And you didn’t bother putting milk and cookies. Mm-mm.” The Conductor shook his head. “It sounds to me like this is your crucial year. If I were you, I would think about climbing onboard.”

Cyrus shook his head before taking a step back. “Come on, come on, come on. I’ve got a schedule to keep…” The Conductor sighed. “Suit yourself.” The whistle blew once the Conductor entered the train.

The train soon began to move, Cyrus thought about it for a second or two before he ran after the train. He grunted as he grabbed onto the handle, gripping it as if his life depended on it, which it did. He felt someone’s hand grab onto his, helping him up onto the train. The Conductor patted his shoulder before gesturing him to the passenger car.

You waved at the blue-haired kid that sat next to you. He awkwardly waved back and scooted a bit further away from you. You noticed this but gave him the space he wanted. “I’m (Y/N)! What’s your name?” You asked, a small smile forming on your face.

“I’m.. Cyrus.” He mumbled shyly looking away. He placed his hands on his lap as he tried to distract himself. The one minute ilence was soon interrupted by your voice. “Aren’t you excited to see Santa, Cyrus? Do you think he’s going to get us anything we ask for?” You questioned, swinging your legs back and forth.

Cyrus could only shrug, despite not believing in Santa. He leaned his head against his seat; he could hear you humming but didn’t pay any mind to it. A tap on his head forced him to open his eyes. A huff escaped his lips as he looked up at the red-haired boy that was standing on the seat in front of him.

“Do you know what kind of train this is?”

The moment the words leave your mouth during what would have otherwise been a quiet evening in, he turned to look at you. His face was clearly twisted in minor confusion, which prompted you to repeat the statement. "Would you kill for me?" It almost sounded partly like a tease. What could have brought up such a statement? He thought on it for a moment...

🔥Lysandre🍷

☕️ Lysandre becomes stuck between it being a joke and you truly having someone you must want dead. The Flare Boss understands. He understands very well. His connections could easily see most people dead, should that truly be what you desired. Though, it likely would be easier to simply wait until after he completed his plans. Though, of course, you could just as easily be joking. He blinked a few times. You never spoke a name, however.

☕️ “Perhaps,” Lysandre eventually replied, “Though, I doubt you have anyone in particular you wish dead, do you?” You let out a laugh and shook your head. He joined you in laughing, fully able to play along. Of course not. You were much too kind. That was a trait in you that he deeply admired. He leaned down to press a kiss to your temple. “All you would need to do is ask, however,” he whispered quietly, “I would do anything to make you happy, my love.” Though, whether you realised how honest his words were would remain unknown. Either way, it was just pleasant to have his reassurance.

☀️Maxie🌋

🪨 He freezes for a moment. Kill for you? His glasses almost fall off his face from how he angles his head. What? The Magma Leader was quite a few things, but a killer he was not. Most of the time, he refused to even resort to violence. Your words almost made him recoil before he recalled that exaggeration was quite common these days. Yes. You must have meant that as a question of how deep and strong his love for you was. Not as an actual request. If you had, his answer would have been a firm “no.” Maxie was no killer.

🪨 “Figuratively, yes,” he agreed with a nod, “Literally? No. I'd be happy to help you find other options, however.” You sighed. That was the expected answer from Maxie. He seemed to catch on to your mild disappointment and leaned forward to peck your cheek. “Dear, I'm not going to lie and say I will do something like that,” he felt his cheeks grow warm as he looked away nervously, “I do love you greatly despite that.” You laughed and hugged him tightly. Then, you teased him by saying the Great Maxie is a pacifist. He just grumbled.

🌧Archie🌊

💧 Archie blinked a few times. Kill? Would he kill for you? Objective situations entered his head of what might warrant such a reaction, but none of them seemed like places you would be. Especially not with him nearby. Archie then remembered Shelly's complaint that he was killing her with work and chuckled. Ah, you must have meant like that. An exaggeration of love. A guffaw left him as he pulled you close to him. The Aqua Leader would do a lot for you, but killing, sadly, would not be one of them. He would throw down with someone for you, though.

💧 “Nah,” he said simply, then spoke again, “Well maybe. Depends. But I'm gonna say no.” You rolled your eyes. Archie seemed a bit scattered on his reply. He pressed a sudden sweet kiss to your cheek. “Now, I might fight a guy for ya, Luvdisc,” he grinned, “Like that time I chased off that Gorebyss that was after you.” You laughed. Well, that was about what you had expected from Archie. He was not exactly the violent sort. You tugged his bandana lightly to make him look up at you. He got the hint and kissed you again. Well, the pirate man was good at expressing his love in other ways, at least.

🌌Cyrus🛰

☄️ Cyrus blinked. Kill? As in murder? He almost scrunched up his face at your words. Naturally, he knew you were not serious. There was no one reasonably that you would want dead, nor would he seem like a reasonable candidate to get rid of someone. Well… He believed that anyway. The tablet was turned off as he moved to face you. What was going through your head? Why say such a thing? The Galactic Boss was aware that he was being far too analytical for such a basic statement. He supposed he had heard Mars tease that she would kill someone for him. (At least, he hoped it was spoken in exaggeration, but…)

☄️ “Beloved, I would rather simply make you a world where that feeling needn't exist,” he replied, “There is no need for such grizzly actions to be taken.” His hand came to cup your cheek unconsciously as he gazed into your eyes. You blinked, unsure of his words. “I dream of a world where such vile emotions don't cause these kinds of situations,” he continued, “I only wish to bring you and I to some kind of peace.” Cyrus's lips lightly pressed against your temple got a moment before he pulled away to return to what work he was doing on his tablet. You blinked again. What was that? It felt more intense than if he had just said yes and proceeded to describe a form of murder. Well, you certainly felt assured in his love towards you, at least.

💀Guzma🕶

□ Not even missing a beat, he laughed. Kill? Well, maybe. Probably not ever, but why not? Guzma was more than ready to throw hands for you usually, so why not just lie and say he would kill, too. Granted, he most likely would not ever, no. Killing seemed far too intense. He got what you meant, though. Some situations did cross his mind that might warrant it. Very few seemed even partially likely to ever happen. Alola was simply too peaceful for any of that shit.

□ “Sure,” he said plainly, “Why not.” His arm pulled you closer to him as he grinned at you. The hypothetical was pretty common, he thought. No different from being asked if he would still love you if you were a bug. (In which you had asked him a few times. Him of all people. Like he would ever say no.) You leaned closer to him and laughed lightly. “I mean, I love you,” Guzma continued, “Now, would you kill for me?” You thought on it for a moment. He nearly jumped out of his skin at your reply. A deadpan, yes.

💫Volo📜

⭐️ The merchant was stricken by your words. Kill? Him? Well… He was not going to pretend that he was some upstanding moral type, but he was not exactly the type to handle things directly. Even when it came to his plans, he figured actually killing someone would be a do-or-die situation. Though he supposed that as a merchant, he was quite ready to defend himself should the situation arise. He did have a knife on him, just for a situation in which bandits dared threaten his life. For you… He closed his eyes. Well, certainly, he would not say no.

⭐️ “If the situation called for it,” Volo spoke with a playful tone despite his words, “You never know what may be required in the wilds of Hisui.” You smiled at him so sweetly. He could not help but lean over and press a kiss to your head. “Though, I do expect the same from you,” his voice seemed to take on a different cadence, “Should I ever be in danger, I hope you would act to protect me as well?” His hand held yours delicately as you went quiet. It was all too easy to assume these were just common requests for the time period. You nodded in reply, and Volo's grin seemed a bit more intense than usual.

Fluffy headcanons it is

Laventon

- shyest softie. He wants to make the moves, but gets so flustered by his own overthinking that he can’t do it, and will spend twenty minutes looking at you and your hand, trying to move his hand into yours before backpedaling. Only to jump you finally grab his hand, and he’s melting

- He likes having you in the office with him when you two are done with survey missions. He likes having your presence in the room, or even just talking to him about mundane things.

- LOVES COOKING! He wants to share so many dishes with you from Galar, he just knows you’ll love it! But he wants you in the kitchen with him, either sitting at the hearth, or helping him as his assistant. (This also comes with smooches as a reward.)

- He’s always rambling about something, either his theories, Pokémon, or talking poor Cyllene’s ears off about how much he loves you, and is trying to think of a good time take you to Galar for a trip. Cyllene loves her friend, dearly, but she’s ready to throttle him whilst she works.

- Swoons so very easily. You kiss his cheek in front of everyone before running off to work, and the guards surround him, asking if he can stand as they catch him. You make him so weak in the knees, he’s always a mess from your affection.

- He cannot read aloud to you for the life of him, he tries cause you said you love hearing him talk, but he stops mid chapter to excitedly tell you deeper context that most people miss, or his idea on what’s going to happen.

- Makes you, or has commissioned for you a hat or a scarf that matches his. He’s a sucker for couples matching, and thinks it’s the sweetest thing, like he wears his purple beanie, and you wear a yellow scarf! Or a beanie like this! (Though he’s aware with your job that’s not the best idea, so he is perfectly fine with any color the can match his hat, cause you match him perfectly already.)

- You two can be married, and he’s still a flustered, bashful mess just wanting to kiss you, he’s too cute.

Clavell

- “hey, beloved, what does ‘Gucci’ mean? Or this ‘werk? Darling I’m confused- why are you laughing? What do you mean that’s now how you say it?-“ you’re going to get front row seats and likely be the person he asks about new slang words. “Say less!” You could say excitedly, and he will tilt his head, confused “I’m sorry, did I say something wrong?” Please help him. “That car is so cunty.” “I thought it was rather nice.” “No babe-“ but once you explain you will see him hold up a pretty, hard back book and softly whisper “cunty.”

- Though Clavell gets caught up at work a lot, he always makes time for you, and makes sure his schedule doesn’t overlap. When it’s his time with you, he wants you to know and feel like his attention is 100% yours.

- Loves taking you on walks and going to different towns to either have a picnic, or to go to a restaurant there. He always insists on paying, as he doesn’t mind, and it’s his way of thanking your for your patience with him, and his work schedule.

- Loves to lay his head in your lap, and you play with his hair in nice days out, basking in each others warmth and presence. He loves being able to look up at you, and take in your peaceful, content expression. To see the love and mirror it back to you.

- He’s not so much a good cook, he can make small and simple items, but he is mostly an amazing baker, and loves to have a matching apron set with you.

- Slow dancing in the kitchen happens quite a bit, the music slowly filling the room, as he rests his hands on your waist, and gently moving you around the room. Your forehead bonk together as he whispers “I love you.” He couldn’t be happier than right here, with you at his side.

Maxie

- grumpy cat boyfriend. He cannot stand anyone else but you, you get away with a lot more than the average person in team magma. Such as his open door policy, which is only and specifically for you, if anyone else tries they get a three hour long lecture.

- Maxie loves just existing in the room with you. Say like, you come into his office as he’s doing paperwork, you sit on the little sofa and scroll on your phone, neither of you saying a word, just enjoying the presence of each other.

- Anytime he leaves and he doesn’t let you go with him, he always brings you back a little trinket, as he knows those being you joy. From the biggest plushie, to the smallest rock, he knows you’ll adore it. And he just loves how excited you get to see it, and smother him in kisses, but he’ll never admit it.

- Sometimes he gets lost in thought thinking about you, wondering what you’d like to dinner, or if you’re going to stop by his office for lunch, or thinking about just going back to his room on the base, and just cuddling with you.

- Once he figured out how phones work, his photo album became filled with nothing but pictures of you and his Cramerupt. He keeps his phone and Lock Screen generic, as he wants those pictures to be private and for his eyes only.

- Likes it when you lay on top of him, not only does your body make a good rest for his eyes so he can read, but he also likes the weight of you on him, he finds it and your scent comforting. Like a home he’s always wanted.

- Grumbles and acts like the gift you bought him was not needed, but then quickly is never seen without it. He’s a sentimental man, large gifts mean nothing to him unless it holds a meaning, and he’s weak when you give him a bracelet, it’s easy to hide under his coat, but it’s always there, reminding him you love him, and it’s like he’s always carrying a piece of you with him.

“Lovely, it’s time to wake up.”

You groaned upon hearing your husband’s voice, feeling a hand gently shake your shoulder. Normally you wouldn’t mind it, but you were having a particularly good dream and weren’t ready to get up just yet. “Mmm…five minutes.” You snuggled into the pillow deeper.

Maxie tsked, and you could just see him shaking his head at you for your stubbornness. “(Y/N)...” You ignored him, letting your mind run with images of your dream. Was there a Ponyta? Or maybe-

“Don’t make me tickle you out of bed.”

You snapped your eyes open in shock, not daring to turn around. The hand that was previously resting on your shoulder was now resting on your hip, his thumb rubbing small circles against it. It didn’t tickle that much, but it was a threat. Get up or get wrecked.

“You wouldn’t dare…” You finally spoke, feeling him shake with mirth. “Oh I’d dare.”

Decisions decisions. Maxie was known to carry out his threats- especially those of the tickling variety. But you had found that sweet spot in the blankets where everything was the perfect amount of soft and comfortable. And your dream-wait; what was your dream about?

That redheaded sneak! He made you lose your dream!

This won’t do. Vengeance must be taken.

“Do your worst.” You declared, settling in for a battle. You had it all planned out now- the minute he goes to tickle you, you were gonna get him first! He’d be begging for mercy by the time you were done with him.

“Very well then. Remember, you asked for this.” The hand on your hip moved to your side, and you braced for impact. Just gotta wait for the right moment-there!

“Aheahhahahahahhaha! Mahahhahahahahahxie!” You squealed in mirth as your husband tickled your sides relentlessly, leaving you a giggly mess.

The plan was perfect! You had the best intentions of getting him.

That was until the blankets got in your way, betraying you.

“What’s wrong? What happened to all that confidence from earlier?” Maxie teased sweetly, delighted by the endless cackles and giggles you couldn’t hold back. Even with the blanket acting as a barrier between him and your tickle spots, he knew just the right amount of pressure to make sure you felt it. His fingers danced against your skin like he was playing a piano, each laugh you let out was like music to his ears. “Don’t tell me it was all a ploy to get me to tickle you?”

“Yohohohohohoohu huhuhuhuhuhuhush! Aheheahhahhahahha! Stahahhahahahap ihihihihiihiit!” Through your wiggling, you managed to get an arm free from your fabric trap, reaching out and giving your husband a few quick tickles to the neck. “Tahahhahahake thahhahhat!”

“Ah! Aheahhaha! Oh noohohoho you doohohohn’t!” He was faster, taking advantage of the space you’ve opened up with your arm and giving your ribs a proper squeeze, making you shriek. “No one tickles the great Maxie and gets away with it!”

“Bahahahahhahahahahbe! Ahehahahahahahahaha! Pleehahahahhahahhse ihiihihihiht reahhahlly tihiihihihckles!” You cackled, cheeks burning with heat, aching from how much you were smiling. “Ohohohoohohkay, ohohohohohohkay Iihihiihihihm uuhuhuhuhuhuhp! Now stahahhahahap!”

Maxie did as asked, removing his hands and plopping down beside you as you gasped for air. Through your blurry eyes, you could see him smiling, resting on his elbow and taking it all in. “Lihihike what you sehehee?” You asked.

“Very. Seeing you breathless and smiling is quite the view.” He reached out, cupping your cheek. “I should have said this earlier but, good morning, love.”

You laughed, leaning into his hand and returning the soft smile. “Good morning to you too.”

I actually had a small debate with myself if I should include the version of Maxie who accomplished his goals in Ultra Sun/Moon, however, I've decided I will do those hcs (along with the other leaders in those separate timelines) in it's own post. So, expect those at some point, but Ghetsis won't be there since someone already requested a scenario where he became the king of Unova.

Also, in terms of if this is RSE Maxie or ORAS Maxie: these hcs can apply to either since I don't see much of a difference between them in personality besides just different choice and events. But I mostly thought of ORAS Maxie for this.

✧General Yandere Headcanons✧—Team Magma Leader Maxie

Warning(s): Controlling Behavior, Manipulation, Belittlement, Mentions of Delusional Behavior, Mentions of Death, Mentions of Kidnapping

Controlling and Manipulative. Maxie... Has this mindset that if you do not agree with his ideals or seem to not know any better (according to him), it gives him the right to 'assist' you in life. Oh don't fret so much. It's the least he can do for you, who he has taken consideration of. It begins with the simple things that you wouldn't notice right away. Small decisions that you make due to his influence, though you still believe it was your choice in the end. Still, I would not say that the leash he has you on is a harsh one. Only if you force him to shorten it. Even so, he isn't as bad as other controlling yanderes like Faba.

At his worst, Maxie gets a little condescending. He gets in the mood where he will explain to you in a way where it's seen as belittlement. This would be taken down a notch if he noticed that you truly were affected by his words. It startles him and you could use that against him. However, be warned, he will catch on soon and when he does... You best believe a punishment is in order.

Maxie is a semi lucid yandere. It is apparent that what he is feeling and doing is wrong but on the other hand, he thinks it would be best to stick around. There are worse things in the world to concern yourself over and he can assure you, he isn't one of them. The delusional part of him really shines through when it comes to your wellbeing. He's only looking out for what's best for you, so you can't really argue against him. It would just give the impression that you're ungrateful for all he's done; which is so much. You... Do know he has enough to provide for you, yes? He hopes that you are aware.

This man will deny any assumptions of jealousy. It's uncouth of him to feel such a way. Even so, despite his denial, Maxie is prone to small bouts of jealousy but always manages to catch himself before it goes too far. He's a refined man as he deems himself, so he is aware such behavior would only drive you away. Of course, that is something he does not want. Oh, but some people... He'd just love to crush them under the dirt. They'd serve more purpose by becoming the fertilizer that supports the Earth. Even then, Maxie just deems people like that lower than dirt, but he's only keeping himself in check just for you. Though there are exceptions...

Maxie poses more of a danger towards others more than you or himself. However, he is less dangerous than certain team leaders like Ghetsis, Lusamine, Giovanni, or Cyrus. If I were to rate him on a danger level, he'd at least be a 4.5/10. He has the capabilities of endangering others if he wanted but this man uses more manipulation tactics than brute force to get rid of people. Besides, he does have the aid of Tabitha, Courtney, and the grunts to assist him should he require such so it's better to use what you have already to get what you want is what he believes. Maxie also thinks that trying to court you normally would work before trying anything drastic. He is confident in himself to think so. He can give you whatever you desire, he's a capable suitor, and oh, obviously he knows so much about you. What could be better?

Unfortunately, if you do reject him... He doesn't take it well. Maxie just can't believe you would pass this sort of chance up. Maybe... You don't know any better. Yeah, that's what it must be. He'd sigh to himself. Of course! Why did he leave that possibility out? You truly don't understand given that everyone else in this world do not fully comprehend his goals and why true evolution is being halted. These people surround you, which is why you can't see things from his perspective. It seems that he must educate you. He will fully oblige.

It's 50/50 in terms of if Maxie is more selfish or selfless, but I'd say he is only slightly a bit more selfish. Like yes, he does think of your well-being time and time again and knows how to restrain himself from acting out since you could poorly react. However, give it time and his patience will thin out sooner or later. I believe it's the bits of delusion that make it seem to him that he's only guiding you towards a better path despite in reality, Maxie is manipulating you. He does not see him kidnapping you nor dealing with your friends/family as selfish acts in order to get you to be his. No. Maxie deems it his way of making sure nothing could act as a bad influence on you. He does this because he loves you.
