Guitar lessons with the Burs?

Ooooooohhhh

Simpbur has one of those electric guitars you can plug in. It has a stains from spilled drinks, stray pieces of pizza, and years of wear and tear. But when he find out his darling wants some guitar lessons? This man tries his best to make it look as spiffy as the day he was born

Lmanbur runs a hand through his hair, laughing breathily. Sure love, he would say, just come join me tonight on top of the burger van for a lesson under the stars :)

Vilbur simply laughs in your face. Cackles, is more like it actually. You think that he [*wheeze*] is going to teach you how to play the guitar?

Pogtopiabur doesn't even look up from the stack of papers he's staring at when you ask him. Instead he waves you off with a generic response along the lines of "I think techno has that" or "whatever you say" :(

Ghostbur claps his hands together, cooing with excitement. He's so excited to teach you! Now he's just gotta ask around to see if anyone's seen his glimmering mahogany instrument!

If only anyone knew

Revivebur blanches for a bit. He had forgotten he had even played the damn thing. After revival, music had been the last thing on his mind, much less making it himself. But hey, if that's what you want he'll gladly dig around for the old thing

if you assume that cwilbur and ccwilbur's age are the same then jesse pinkman and cwilbur were both around 24 at the start of their narratives. which really puts into perspective a lot of the quote unquote responsibility cwilbur should have had when forming l'manburg. cause these two characters are not treated the same at all in regards to how much control they should have had over their respective bad pathways.

Ok ok… so my lovely friend bee ( @ghostyv) requested something from revivedbur so obviously I had to deliver!!! Also your a witch is this little blurb. I use y/n once in this, but I normally don’t use it! So if people don’t like how it’s in there I’ll change it.

Summary: Revivedbur comes and visits your little cottage.

Warning: one swear words and kissing. (Rushed and unedited!!!)

Phil had told him to wait. Tommy had told him to wait. Everyone told him to wait. And he was! Until one day he got a message from you with coordinates. ‘Comes visit me. We need to talk- y/n’ with your cottage coordinates. He followed the coordinates and eventually ended up in this swampy type area, right next to….. L’manberg. Or what used to be it. Why the hell are you next to this hell hole? It’s cold and musty. And it smells disgusting!

He looked around for anything until he found a little house hidden behind some vines. It had a dark aesthetic to it. Molded over and all dark. Sounds like you. You always had a thing for colder and darker environments to do your “things”. Always away from other so you wouldn’t hurt them if something went wrong.

As Wilbur slowly went through the vines he heard a hiss to his left. He jumped and looked over to see your cat, whom you named powder( god only knows why), sitting on a pile of rocks. Rolling his eyes, Wilbur went up to it and start petting it. “Still has you I see. At least you remember me! Take them to me… please?” He asked the cat.

The cat winked and jumped of the rocks. He trotted to the cracked door pushing it open to show you standing in the middle of the room doing your “things”. Wilbur walked up to the door but immediately got pushed back once he reached the doorway. “Seems like you found me. To bad your not invited.” You said, Turing around with a smirk in your face.

He forgot how breathtaking you are. You were gorgeous, like an angel. Your hair was messy, but you made it look perfect nonetheless. Your face. Littered with scratches and scares. He wanted to kiss each and everyone of them. Your clothes. Old and worn out but you still looked good as hell. You were still short. No denying that. But that was ok. He can still hold you and tease you like old times, only if you’d let him in. He still loved you. He never stopped loving any part of you, even when he was insane and killed almost everyone. He still made sure you were far away from everything. How could he stop loving you. You have him everything and more. He could go on and on about you for ever. But he needed you in his arms right now. That’s what matters.

“I see you still have your snarkiness love. Can you let me in” he asked. His tone desperate, almost begging.

“How do I know I can trust you again? How do I know you won’t hurt me like last time?” You asked, anger starting to take form. You wanted to let him in, truly. But you didn’t want to be hurt like last time. He lied, neglected and betrayed you. And after all of that! You still loved him with every bone and muscle in your body.

“Darling please, I changed I promise. Please let me in so I can see you.” He asked you. When you met his eyes you’d aw Wilbur. Not ghostbur. Not pogtopiabur. No. You saw your Wilbur. The Wilbur who would laugh at the littlest things you did. The Wilbur who would tease Tommy for his voice cracks. The Wilbur who would wake you up in the middle of the night just to go see stars. The same Wilbur who looked at you with that gaze. The gaze with so much love and affection in it. It was almost to overbearing seeing it in person for the first time in along time.

You sighed and snapped your fingers twice. Wilbur hesitantly walked through the door. Once he realized he could walk through, he took quick strides to you. He gently cupped your face and brought your lips into a deep and slow kiss. You kissed him back just as deep. You placed your hands on his.

Wilbur pulled away and rest his forehead on yours. “In limbo. I just started to think about all these things i should’ve told you , but I just didn’t. But now I get to say them. Darling, I love you. So much. You are the universe and more. And that’s so much more than I could’ve asked for. You are my sun, my stars, my moon, my planets, fuck it! Even my asteroids at this point!” He said while laughing. You were crying and laughing at the same time at his words. “I love you with every bone in my old man body. I love you more than my guitar. I love you more than teasing Tommy…. I love you more than basically anything love! I promise you, I’m not leaving. I’m staying right here with you and Tommy. And I won’t leave without you. I won’t lie to you. I won’t go behind your back and do things without telling you love. I’m not leaving, and that’s for good. Your not getting rid of me that easily. Not now.” He said while looking in your eyes, his gaze filled with so much love and adoration.

“Good because if you do.. I won’t hesitate to turn you into a cat and keep you here forever.” You said while giving him Eskimo kisses.

He giggled and nodded. “That’s a deal, my love” he said while bringing you in for another kiss.

idk

i guess if it's arg x simpbur/jared, or a dsmp!bur x a non!dsmpbur would be different, but ships like l'manbur x pogtopiabur or whatever is . i mean? /genq /nm /npa (if you don't know the tone tags, genuine question, not mad and non-passive aggressive)

i dunno it’s kinda complicated tbh bc I know Pog n Lman is sillyyy bc they’re like …. The same person a few months apart, like story wise I KNOW this, and I didn’t ship them originally, but I kept making AUs and kept separating them from canon and changing their designs to the point where they look like different people so…. In my head they became different people..? Plus having friends that also do AUs added another layer of separation.

When I draw or talk abt them, I’m heavily ignoring lore. They’re like…. Different universe versions put into one place. In my head they’re the same as Phantombur/Ghostbur or arg n simp? In my head Pogbur’s just a rebel he wasn’t actually president and Lmanbur is a lot more strict of a leader, things like that. (I’m still capable of ignoring bursonas and talking abt the lore correctly tho..! I just prefer sonas at this point)

But I also never cared or had a problem w/ self ships, it might b because I joined tumblr at 13, but they truly don’t surprise nor bother me akdndksk I don’t view them as inherently problematic /gen (tho I never rly shipped anything) this is why I avoid saying sootcest and encourage others not to call it that bc it is NOT incest n I don’t support that ☝️ not a pro shipper ☝️😭

I guess my reasoning is I just enjoyed their dynamic a lot, they do act OOC often due to all of this. I guess that’s what it is, I just fell in love with the little niche community, we were separate from everything, we have our own lore and designs n ideas n stuff, bc for MONTHS I did not ship it and constantly said so. I was actually actively worried when I did start to wonder abt lpog n wanted to draw them aksnsjs

Of course I don’t ship alllll sootbur pairings tho….. I just like lpog and the ghosts, anything else I draw is either for memes or requests 👍

Pokémon Teams

Since I’m playing Light Platinum rn, I couldn’t help but think what Pokémon teams c!Wilbur, c!George, and c!Fundy will have + notes of other characters’ Pokémons but I don’t have that full of an idea to really write them down and quite frankly my mind can really only focus on dads!wiggy + sondy.

Fundy

Teddiursa - First Pokémon. He got this one as a gift from Wilbur. If you’re wondering why I gave him this one in particular, well it’s an inside joke (because I love the idea of Wilbur being Wilbear—) and it’s a cute Pokémon and I feel Wilbur would give Fundy a cute Pokémon instead of something cooler or stronger.

Nickit - Second Pokémon. He shares this one with Niki. This one is in reference to Fungi, who was Niki and Fundy’s pet fox who Sapnap killed. Hopefully the Pokémon fairs better lmao.

Litten - Third Pokémon. Litten’s a cat Pokémon which is a reference to cc!Fundy’s actual cat, Boots. Plus, Litten is a Fire Type and I think Fundy should have a fire type because he has to burn the L’Manburg flag down.

Honedge - Fourth Pokémon. This one isn’t really Fundy’s Pokémon, this is actually Schlatt’s Pokémon that Fundy decided to take after Schlatt’s death, as a reference to the Shclatt Sword. Ignore the Pokedex entry...

Darkrai - Fifth Pokémon. Well... not exactly Fundy’s Pokémon, but it more or less decides to stay near Fundy. This is in reference to Fundy’s reoccurring nightmares and Darkrai is known to cause nightmares.

Alolan Vulpix - Sixth Pokémon. This one is a reference to Yogurt.

Wilbur

Murkrow - First Pokémon. He got this one as a gift from Phil because crow. Wilbur also uses his Murkrow to send letters to Phil.

Toxtricity - Second Pokémon. A reference to cc!Wilbur being a musician because the Gigantamax form has an electric guitar.

Ursaring - Third Pokémon. The second part to the inside joke in giving Fundy Teddiursa, because Wilbur being a Papa Bear type of guy... at first.

Golem - Fourth Pokémon. So there are other Pokémon that have the move Self-Destruct, but most of them didn’t really vibe with Pogtopiabur other than Golem. It’s also known to be immune to dynamite explosions and Wilbur did blow up Manburg... and he survived the explosion. So, I feel Golem fits more with his character.

Wooloo - Fifth Pokémon. Not really Wilbur’s Pokémon since this is supposed to be Ghostbur’s Pokémon, as a reference to Friend.

Ho-Oh - Sixth Pokémon. I know it’s a Legendary Pokémon, but it’s the only Pokémon that canonically can resurrect the dead.

George

Shroomish - First Pokémon. I guess this is also an inside joke, though not by that much since I’m sure everyone already knows Mushroomgy or Mushroom Hybrid! George because of the house he made.

Abra - Second Pokémon. This guy sleeps a lot, so I think he should have Pokémon that sleep a lot or having sleep-inducing abilities.

Jigglypuff - Third Pokémon. A gift from Wilbur, because Wiggy and you can pry this ship out of my cold dead hands. Jigglypuff because it makes you sleep when it sings, so it helps connect to Wil being a musician too.

Hypno - Fourth Pokémon. Another sleep-inducing Pokémon and it eats dreams... the joke is there haha do with that what you will.

Shiinotic - Fifth Pokémon. A mushroom Pokémon but I mostly chose it because of the way it looks... yeah I feel like it fits George’s vibe.

Arceus - Sixth Pokémon. Listen. If god (Dream XD) canonically likes George and considers him a friend, then I think the Pokémon equivalent of god would also like George.

Additional Notes

Ranboo and Fundy having a shared Pokémon, Vanilluxe, but it was left abandoned just like the Ice Cream Shop :)

Phil having a Honchkrow and having a ton of Murkrow that he sometimes gives to other people. He has given Murkrows to Wilbur, Techno, Niki, and Ranboo.

Dream and Tommy also having a Ho-Oh, mostly because Tommy also got revived and Dream technically can revive people so...

Other people that I think would have Legendary Pokémon is Techno, Phil, Foolish, and Tubbo... except Tubbo lost his Legendary Pokémon and no one knows where it is (in reference to the missing nuke).

I thought about Slimecicle, and I am torn from him having a Legendary Pokémon because I think it would be funny... or if he’s just a Ditto.

Only because I find it funny, Dream has a Yamask.

okay so i took matters into my own hands

i have other cutouts to try different things, i decided i cared the least about l'manbur and he kinda failed so i went onto wil and made his entire body. so i think i'll do glue with revivedbur as opposed to tape and see how that works out. the two i really want to do well are pogtopiabur & quackity so i'm saving those for last,,,
