Being jurgen leitner the day that gerry almost killed him was probably really surreal. Imagine you’re minding your business, collecting fucked up books, and out of nowhere this goth guy covered in eye tattoos shows up and beats you half to death, then stops, goes, “no you’re too pathetic to be jurgen leitner” and leaves without further elaboration. And you dont correct him, you like being alive after all, and after that you just… continue with your life. And then several years later you tell this to some random guy in the tunnels you’ve been hiding in, and he not only knows who the goth was, but seems somewhat fond of the goth. And then you get brutal pipe murdered by the random guy’s boss. Oops

it remains extremely funny to me that freddie wong accidentally (?) made Dan Fucks, embodiment of pleasure, so distinctly ace-coded. like, Dan talks a big game about sex and seems to view it as interesting and desirable, but when presented with such an obvious in for it he completely ignored Avaricci's come-ons to just talk about non-sexual pleasures like goddamn cold pillows. he's not paying attention to sex at all when it's not personally convenient or expected of him to do so.
100% Elias is ace and just doesn't realize people genuinely crave sex and it's not a metaphor or exaggeration like it is for him yet. bless him.

To be honest I think a lot of the horror of Elias comes from just how unlikely it is for someone to notice he’s missing
#He doesn’t have anyone close to him and the few people who do know him are only exposed to the casual smiling mask he puts#One that Elias could easily mimic or hell might even be close to the way Elias normally acts given that he has a similar propensity for#masking. Plus ogElias was never stupid. In fact he was known to be very smart. he just didn’t try to reach his full potential. also he didnt#even get high THAT often. he tried to be respectable and put some effort into preparing for an interview with James Wright#In fact the way he yearns for respect. the way he says he’s afraid of spiders. the way he is marked by the eye. hell even the implied#neglectful parent makes me read him as a parallel to Jon.#Which as we know acts pretty similarly to Elias#all things considered#Also Elias was ambitious. Martin is Paul. I mean, Martin says outright that he doesn't like theatre, and Paul is literally The Guy Who Didn't Doesn't Like Musicals. 'Nuff said.
Meanwhile, Jon is Emma. Why? Well I think he's snarky enough to pull it off, even though it's Debatable if he could last one minute as a barista. His barista outfit is EXACTLY THE SAME as Emma's by the way. Keep it unchanged.
Tim, meanwhile, is Ted. C'mon. I could totally see him making fun of Martin for falling in love with the "LATTAY HATTAY" that is the greying middle aged man. It fits in my brain.
Peter Lucas, meanwhile, is Mr. Davidson. I don't have much grounds to explain this besides the fact that he would be Martin's boss in both medias, and the idea of him singing about being choked out by his wife Elias is. Hilarious to me.
Speaking of which, Elias is Professor Hidgens. He's so extra. He would sing about the gay football musical. I'm correct. You agree.

My post about Eli sharing Elias Stilinski’s name has gotten a lot of people saying he wouldn’t be named after someone abusive which yeah I’m not saying he’s named after him because he’s a good person, to me it feels more like a way for Eli and Stiles to share a name without sharing a last name and also a way for the sheriff to have more positive memories associated with the name to kind of overwrite the bad ones, which I think is nice
