rewatching Haven. Already slightly ruined because Eric Balfour and Shawn Piller wrote letters to get Danny Masterson off on his prison sentence for violent rape against multiple women.
But one of my favourite episodes is on, and ew. What do I see? Danny Masterson. 🤢 I didn't realise it was him before.
Absolute wankers, ruining things.

Corpse Puppet [Part 7]
@sketchquill how are not fed up with me lol?
"This is gonna be good!" The Star exclaimed as random music started playing "Hit it, boys! Hey, give me a listen You corpses of cheer At least those of you Who still got an ear, i'll tell you a story Make a skeleton cry! Of our own jubiliciously Lovely Corpse Puppet" the dog sang as he gestured to the Corpse next to (Y/n)
"Die, die, we all pass away! But don't wear a frown Because it's really okay! You might try and hide And you might try and pray! But we all end up At The remains the day! That's right!" Some skeletons sang
"Well, our guy was a looker Known for miles around When a mysterious stranger Came into town! She was plenty good-looking But down on her cash And our poor little guy! Well he fell hard and fast! But when his mother said no he just couldn't cope So our lovers came up With a plan to elope!" The dog sang
 "Die, die, we all pass away! But don't wear a frown Because it's really okay! You might try and hide And you might try and pray! But we all end up at The remains of the day!" The other skeletons sang
"So they conjured up a plan To meet late at night! They told not a soul Kept the whole thing tight! Now, his father's wedding suit Fit like a glove! You don't need much When you're really in love Except for a few things Or so i'm told" the dog sang
"Like the family jewels And a satchel of gold! Then next to the graveyard By the old oak tree On a dark foggy night At a quarter 3! he was ready to go But Where was she?" the dog continued "And then?" the skeletons asked "he waited" the dog said
"And then?" the skeletons repeated "There in the shadows, was it his girl?" the dog said "And then?" the skeletons asked again "his little heart beat so loud!" The dog exclaimed "And then?" the skeletons asked one final time
"And then, baby, everything went black...Now, when he opened his eyes he was dead as dust! His jewels were missing And his heart was bust So he made a vow Lying under that tree That he'd wait for his true love To come set him free!" The dog sang
"Always waiting for someone To ask for his hand Then out of the blue! Comes this groovy young person Who vows forever To be by his side And that's the story Of our Corpse Puppet!" The dog continued as the Corpse grabbed (Y/n)'s hands and spun them around
 "Die, die, we all pass away! But don't wear a frown, Because it's really okay! You might try and hide And you might try and pray! But we all end up at The remains of the day"
as the skeletons sang (Y/n) yanked their hands away from the corpse and backed away from everything and everyone As the music ended everyone began clapping as (Y/n) snuck out of the bar and ran off....
~
Howdy started out the window specifically he was looking towards the forest "Howdy, come away from the window" Lady piller told him
"Oh, l'm sure They'll be back shortly! Their terrified of the dark ln fact, when they were a little kid they used to wet their combinations regularly, didn't they, William?" Mother said as a knock on the door was heard"Enter" Lord piller yelled as Lady Julie came in "Oh! Lady Julie l trust the room is to your liking" Lady piller said
"Thank you, you are a most gracious hostess Which is why it pains me to be the bearer of such bad news" Julie told them as the town crier came in"Would you care to repeat tonight's headline for us?" She asked
"Hear ye, hear ye! (Y/n) (L/n) seen this night on the bridge in the arms of a mystery man! The dark-haired man and (Y/n) (L/n) slipped away into the night! And now, the weather. Scattered showers-" the town crier was cut off
"Enough! That will be all!" Julie yelled then the town crier left "Mystery Man?" Father asked confused "They don't even know any men!" Mother yelled"Or so you thought" Julie muttered then put on a kind smile "Do call for me if you need my assistance in any way" She said before leaving
"Good heavens! what should we do?" Lady piller asled "Fetch me musket!" Lord piller demanded "do something!" Mother said as she hit Father "Uhm- The town crier probably just had a slow news day! You know how it is! you need a little something to cry about!" Father told them
"Regardless, we are one Spouse short for the wedding tomorrow!" Lord piller yelled "Not to mention the financial implications! A most scandalous embarrassment for us all" Lady piller said
"Oh, give us a chance to find Them!" Mother begged "Just give us until dawn!" Father addedLord and lady piller thought for a moment before deciding "Very well. Till dawn" They said as Mother and Father ran out of the mansion to begin their search
Howdy stood there in shock and concern about how or what (Y/n) was doing......

Black Magic Woman (Werewolf Santana x Chubby Reader)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Born into the curse of a Werewolf. Santana had always preferred his more beastial form. So imagine his surprise when a Park Ranger makes his human side so desperate.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hey guys, I'm back at it again. This is another installment of my Piller Men stories. This one really ran away with me. I didn't expect it to be as long or for a whole background lore to spawn. Yet here we are, with a Park Ranger and a Werewolf falling in love. Any who I hope you enjoy.
---------------------------------------------------------
His entire life had been simple; sleep, hunt, survive. He was a beast through and through. No matter what the legends said. At least that was before you came along.
The first night he caught your scent on the wind, it became ingrained in his memory. It was sweet, yet with a heady undertone. Itching at a part of his mind that he had never accessed before. Beast and man began their first battle for control within him. Not knowing what to do with himself, he sprinted home.
The cave was dry and in a more isolated section of the park. He had made sure to mark the perimeter, ensuring that the local predators knew what belonged to him.
For the first time in a long while, he slipped out of his canine form. Shifting into that of a man. He stumbled on his two legs, finding the motion unfamiliar. Though even this change couldn't remove the new scent from his nose.
So he spent his night, cold and alone curled up on the hard floor. Trying to wipe his head of the aroma that plagued him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You had settled into the housing quickly. Not having a large space to live in, helped with only needing to unpack a few things. But it didn't matter to you, the place you were living in wasn't the reason you took the position. No, it was the chance to study the wolf population. You had went to college for a degree in Wildlife Biology and Research. It was tedious and took a lot of hard work, but it was your dream. Every since you were a child, wildlife had always fascinated you.
Though there was something special about the wolf population of this particular park, that drew you to it. They would mostly stay to themselves rather than in the typical packs. When they did pair off, they rarely grouped beyond the immediate family. Almost as if they wouldn't stray beyond their own familial grouping. It was unlike any other behavioral patterns that had been witnessed.
Though the most perplexing thing had to be how little documentation had been conducted. You could only find bits and pieces of information. Even coming across forms with most of the information blacked out. It seemed as if there was a sizeable gap in the knowledge released from this park.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Grabbing a few supplies from the office, you prepared for your first day in the field. Only to bump your head on a cabinet as one of your coworkers enter the room.
Joseph barged in with a loud morning and went straight for the coffee maker. Rubbing the tender spot, you greeted him. He was a nice enough guy, but to loud for his own good. Though his soft spoken girlfriend, Suzie Q, was a great counterpart to his personality.
His mug full, he turned your way. “So, excited about your first day?”
A small smile graced your face as you nodded. “Yeah and about the same amount of nerves. But who doesn't feel that way when they start a new job.”
He nodded with a thoughtful look on his face. It was odd to see a serious expression on the goofball's face. “I get that.” Then leaning towards a locker, he pulled out a large walkie-talkie. “Make sure to keep this on you. The wolf population are unpredictable and it's never a good idea to underestimate them.”
The statement sent a foreboding chill down your spine. Why hadn't you thought to ask the other staff about their experience with the wildlife. Well that was just a task to file away for later. “Thanks, I'll see you later.” Heading out the door you passed Suzie Q. With a quick good morning, you left for your vehicle.
She waved you off, then rushed over to Joseph. He handed her the second cup of coffee he made and shook his head. “I can't believe they gave that woman a grant to work with those monsters.”
She sipped the warm drink and gave him a hollow smile. “Maybe they hand picked her for a reason.”
Staring at your vehicle as it became a dot on the horizon, he couldn't help but hang his head. “Unlikely.” Taking a deep swig of coffee, he tried to distract himself with the burn of the beverage.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After a restless night, he shifted back into his beastial form. Taking off in a sprint, he hoped that a run would help clear his head. Not sure how long he would push himself. Only focusing on the burn of his muscles and the speed of his breath. Continuing his mindless run, he came across a stream and collapsed on its bank. Panting and relaxing until he felt the need for water. Though this luxury never came.
A vehicle pulled up nearby. He could hear the tires crunching over rock and fallen branch alike. Still huffing, he waited to see if it would pass. It stopped instead and he scrambled behind a close by rock formation. Wind picking up as the door swung shut. He was once again engulfed in a indescribably wonderful scent. This caused him to dart his eyes around. When his gaze fell on you, he was astonished at what he found.
You were a goddess sheathed in khaki clothing. As the uniform shifted around your full figure, he couldn't stop the imagery that followed. You rounder with his pups and welcoming him home. It was an image that made his heart race, more than even the run caused. Every part of you sang out to him like a siren's song.
But he knew now wasn't the time to approach you. No, he had to prepare the den. Then he would prove to you that he was a worthy mate.
For now he watched you carefully as you set up a box on a tree.
You were meticulous and precise as you hung it. Then opened it and fiddled with what looked like a camera of sorts. Finishing up, you clapped your hands together. A gesture he found most endearing. Heading back to the vehicle, you pulled out a map. Folding it back up, you drove off in a new direction.
Watching you leave, he glanced at the box. Then marked the tree under it and took off after you without a second thought. If he was to court you, he would need to know where to find you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As you placed the last trail cam up you sighed in relief. It had taken most of the day, but the cameras would be a boon to your research. It's not like you could be everywhere at once after all. Not to mention you had the odd sensation of being watched today. Although that could also be chalked up to being the trail cams. So you brushed it off and headed back to the Ranger housing, ready to rest.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He had trailed you to your den. It was a small home, but it wouldn't matter soon. You would spend little time there once you became his bonded mate.
Nosing around the area, he was relieved to find that there wasn't an established scent. So he marked the site, paying special attention with your house.
Through with that, he decided that he would find a quick bite and settle down close by. It wouldn't do if his mate came to harm.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next day you woke up and set off to your usual morning routine. Only to pause on your way out the door. It reeked, the scent was an all to familiar one, wolf pee. Making your way to the common area. You couldn't help but wonder why the stench had cropped up overnight.
Still the oddity wouldn't stop you from checking the cameras you put up the day before. Settling down with a cup of coffee, you pulled up the app to search through the footage. All of it was pretty mundane, until you reached the video first video recorded after setting them up. It seemed the same wolf was marking the area under each cam, then sprinting off. It wasn't an unusual thing for wolves to mark unfamiliar things. But it seemed that he had followed you and repeated the action under every single camera. Just as the thought of him being the culprit behind the smell around the housing popped in your head, Joseph entered the room.
He gave a cheerful greeting and headed for the coffee maker. Turning to you he noticed a video feed on your screen. One with a familiar wolf. “Watcha got there.” Trying to keep his tone casual, he was desperate to know why Santana was there. You had only been here a day and already had one of their interest.
“Oh, footage from the trail cams I set up yesterday. You know, it's pretty bizarre. This one wolf seems to find everyone and mark underneath it. Almost like he was taking in an unfamiliar scent and marking it. At least that's my theory.” Taking a sip from your coffee you looked at him a bit wide eyed. “If that’s the case then he must also be the reason for the smell outside the housing."
He gave you a confused look. “Smell?”
Nodding you said. “Yeah, it was so pungent I had to rush over here to get a fresh breath of air.”
Gazing out the window, he narrowed his eyes. “Is that so, I'll check it out before I make my rounds.”
You waved him off. “Don't bother, it's probably my new scent disrupting the ecosystem. Maybe my pheromones are throwing off some of the local wolves.”
“Well I'd rather be safe than sorry.” He patted your back and smiled. “Can't let anything happen to our new teammate.”
“Oh. Thank you." You ran your fingers through your hair. “It's nice to have a team that has my back.”
“Sure thing. Let Suzie Q know that I had to make a quick errand. I should be back before lunch.” Then he headed out the door to pay a certain elder wolf a visit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You had stayed at the housing area that day. So when night came, he went to his den. It needed preparing for your arrival.
When he approached the entrance, he paused. A familiar, but not entirely unwelcome scent was there. His care giver Kars was an infrequent guest. But he had a strong kinship with the other wolf. He had saved him as a mere pup and taught him all he knows. Still why would he be waiting at his den. Stepping forward he hoped to find the answer to this question.
Kars gave him no time for speaking first. “Ah, Santana, how have you been?” As he gazed at the younger wolf, his eyes bored into him. “Because I received a little visit today. From Joseph of all people. Asking me about you and your recent actions. I hope I don't have to remind you of how tedious it is to deal with humans and maintain our alliance with them. Now with that being said. I would like to know why you are stalking the new ranger.”
The silence that followed was suffocating. He had a respect for the elder, but you are his mate. Though as he thought for a moment, they wouldn't be having this conversation if it wasn't to keep you safe. Puffing his chest up a bit, he said. “She is my mate.”
He hung his head at the confession. “That makes things awfully more complicated. For the sake of the treaty stay away from her until I return.” This caused the younger lycan to bristle. “I understand this may be hard, though it is your choice to make. Leave her side for a short while or be force to vacate the park. Never to be with her again.”
Lowering his hackles he gave a solemn nod and retreated futher into his den. He could at least take this time to tidy up. It would be a suitable distraction for the time being.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Joseph paced in front of his truck and shook his head. This couldn't be happening. He wasn't sure what was worse. Santana hunting you or wanting to mate with you. At least this way your death wasn't guaranteed. Still what was he supposed to tell his superiors. “This isn't good. Do you know how many violations this could cause."
Kars rolled his eyes at the other man. “You act as if you humans are the only one with rules.” He scoffs and continues. “You should know that the title Elder was not an easy one to come by.”
He stepped forward, facing the purple haired man. “I get that and I'm thankful that you're willing to talk with me about this. But that doesn't make the situation any less complicated.”
“That you are right about. Once they meet, there will be no way to keep them from each other. True mates are bonded for life, ceremony or not.” He crossed his arms at the statement. To think that a pup he raised would be destined to a human. It was uncommon, but not as abnormal as having no mate. He honestly hoped this could help tame Santana. His unruliness had gotten him into trouble more times than he liked to recall. Maybe the soft touch of a human would calm him.
Running a hand over his face, he sighed. “OK, new plan. We keep them apart until I get word from my superiors. It should be simple enough. We'll just keep them both occupied and wait for an answer. I'll make sure to keep you in the loop.”
Nodding he watched the man climb into his vehicle. “Yes, you do that.” Knowing that this would be a most difficult task. But he knew it would be for the sake of one of his pups. So it was a challenge he was willing to take.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The storm shook your vehicle as you sped to the last piece of equipment. It was annoying to pick them up after of a few short weeks of them being out. But you knew you would get chewed out if the equipment got torn away in the storm. It would be just one more thing for your superiors to pressure you about. It seemed like they had breathing down your neck lately.
You pulled up near the camera, only able to go so far due to it precarious location. At the moment of setting it up over the gorge, you thought it was a stroke of genius. The footage of the wildlife that could live in the river at the base of the valley was to good to pass up. Now as you attempt to loosen it from the tree, leaning over the dizzying drop. You couldn't help but curse your earlier ambitious. Rain pelting against you and wind seeming to pick up in speed by the second. You questioned if this last camera was worth the stress. This thought was followed by a rumble and your perspective shifting downward.
He knew he was supposed to be avoiding you. But this storm had made his hair raise and nerves jumpy. He only needed to see you, hopefully through the window of your home. Curled up, warm and cozy, reading something in bed. It was his favorite position to see you in, content and comfortable.
On his way over, he stopped at a familiar sound. Your voice was at the gorge and you were calling out for help. It only took him a moment, muscles burning at the exertion to get to you as quickly as possible. Not seeing you standong near your vehicle, he understood in an instant the danger you were in. Looking over the edge, he saw something that made his heart stop. You were hanging on by a few mud covered roots jutting out from the side of the gorge.
Without a second thought he shifted, knowing that hands would be more useful than paws. He scooped you up and brought you against him. Checking you over for injuries, he breath a sigh of relief when he found only a few scraps.
You looked up at your savior, only to pause. He somehow made your heart race faster than the near death experience you just endured. You felt drawn to him, like the booming thunder that followed the lighting around you. Your sudden emotions moved you more than the raging storm that engulfed the both of you. He held you close yet delicately, it was an intoxicating feeling.
After a moment of you admiring each other, you came to your senses. “Let's get to my vehicle.” You guided him to the truck and you each made your way inside. Panting you took a bit to gather yourself. What was that, you had never felt emotions at such an intensity. Taking deep breath, you turned to your savior.
Only to gasp as you noticed his lack of clothes. “Oh, uh.” You looked away and then did another quick glance. As impressive as his physic was, you weren't sure what was going on. “Why, uh, where are your clothes?”
He never took his eyes off you. “I do not have any.”
An odd answer to an equally odd question. Then a thought passed through your mind. The storm must have swept them away. It wouldn't be the first time that a visitor lost something at the park. “OK then. What is my savior's name?”
“I am called Santana.”
Starting up the vehicle, you tried to keep your thoughts on a purer path. “Well, my friend Joseph is about your size. I'm sure he would be willing to lend some to you.” With that settled you drove towards the housing area.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Absolutely not.” So maybe he wasn't willing to help your savior.
Shaking your head at his negative reaction, you crossed your arms over your chest. “Joseph come on. He saved me and has nothing to wear. You can't lend him anything?”
“No, you don't understand, he not what you think he is.” Pointing over at him accusingly. “That guy is a monster.”
You narrowed your eyes at him. “So monsters go around saving people from falling to death. Whatever, let's get out of here.” You then grabbed his hand and led him to your home. Voicing your irritation of Joseph attitude the whole way. “I mean how could he be such a jerk to the guy who saved me.” You went on rambling as you sifted through your clothes. Pulling out your baggiest options, something usually reserve for your period, you held them out. “This is all I have that might work. I'm sorry my coworker couldn't be more helpful.” You faced away from him, giving him a bit of privacy. Though that didn't keep his nude image from your mind.
He was elated, as he slid the clothes on, he inhaled. Your scent surrounded and pressed against him. It was pure ecstasy. Glancing around the room, he tried to commit everything to memory. The few knick knacks and trinkets scattered around. The interesting array of books that were strewn about. Even the random sock that was abandoned half under your bed. It all screamed you and he wanted to take in every bit of it.
Then his eyes landed on you. Back turned to him, the rain water made your uniform cling to your body in a delicious manner. He yearned to reach out and hold you, just as he remember on the cliffside. To have your bodies meld together once more. That would truly be his own heaven.
Thinking you had given him plenty of time, and want to not be alone with your thoughts any longer. You turned back towards him. Only to be taken aback at what you saw. His eyes were dark and lustful.
In that moment your body reacted. Like a moth to a flame or a wave crashing into the bow of a ship. You collided like magnets, unable to stay apart. Your bodies met followed by your lips. Melding together like puzzle pieces. The raw emotion that fueled the kiss was electrifying.
Then a throat was cleared. Tearing yourself from his mouth, you were shocked to see a similarly built purple haired man and Joseph. They stood in the doorway, the new man wearing a smirk on his face and only a loincloth on his body. Joseph had his mouth agape and some clothes in his hands.
“I hope we weren't interrupting anything.” The tone of his voice made it obvious that he knew just what he was intruding upon. He entered your small home and looked over at your savior. “Santana, it seems that fate has gifted you a wonderful mate. You should thank the Moon Goddess for such a blessing.”
He faced the man and laid an arm around your waist. “I have Elder Kars, many times over in fact.”
“Very good. Let us proceed to the common area. There is much to discuss.” He grabbed the still stunned Joseph's arm and dragged him to the large building nearby.
Santana offer his arm to you and politely led you as well.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You sat there and tried to absorb all of the information that had been dumped in your lap. Not only were Werewolves real, but the government was covering up their existence. They were considered refugees and given ‘homes’ in National Parks. Which led to an official peace treaty between Werewolves and humans.
On top of that, you were the mate of a Werewolf from the park you were assigned to study wolf behavior. Part of you wanted to scream in frustration. But as you looked at Santana, you could only feel a warmth towards him. There was truly something supernatural about the way he made you feel. “Well, what do we do now?”
Without missing a beat he said. “We spend the rest of our lives together.”
The statement made your heart flutter. Still you had your reservation about it being that simple. Looking over at your superior and the Elder Werewolf, you furrowed your brow. “Is that allowed?”
Kars nodded. “It is not common, but there have been similar mated couples in the past. If it is what you wish, we will not stand between you.”
Looking back at you guessed your mate, you beamed. He looked at you with loved and devotion in his eyes. It was a sight you wanted to hold onto forever. But you grew nervous as your gaze turned to Joseph. “What about the government?”
He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. “There actually for it as well.”
This cause a weight to be lifted from your shoulders. If they were against it, you weren't sure how the situation could end up.
He held his hand up. “I wouldn't celebrate to soon. They want to see how a relationship between a human and Werewolf would be work. Make you a study case of sorts. You should think about what that would mean before you make a final decision.” With that the two men ushered you back to your home to discuss the situation in private. Joseph adding on that it shouldn't lead to anymore ‘funny business’. You swore that everyday you spent with him, that man treated you more like a younger sibling.
Sitting on your bed, you took his hands into your own. “I don't want them to act as if your something to experiment on. You should be allowed to have your life not be examined.”
He brought a hand to your face and gently cupped your cheek. You leaned into it instinctually. “I would endure anything to be by your side. Even if we have to run, by your side I will always be content.” Then your lips sealed together once more.
It may not be the best of circumstances. But every moment you spent together was a step closer to a life spent happily.
Op on the original thread blocked me.
Tumblr media
@redfemmayy
I have run down hundreds of examples people gave me of shitty MRAs. Every single time the person was spouting legit hate towards women, they either never said a damned thing about Men's Rights, or declared overt contempt and hatred towards them.
Show me videos from MRAs saying you can't rape your wife, drunk women are asking for it, etc. I want proof. What MRA books? Give me titles.
Why did I bring up Karen Straughan? Because @midnight-roses-candy claimed MRAs wouldn't stand to be "surrounded by queers" when there are literal queer leaders in the movement.
Who the fuck is Pearly White? The MRM has wholly disowned "Red Pillers" regardless. In fact when there was a documentary about MRAs being made "The Red Pill" They begged her to change the title as they don't want to be associated with them.
I'm not an MRA. I have been on this site over a decade begging for a link to one solid example of MRAs being shitty. I'm still begging to this day. Will, you finally be the one to link to something real? I can only hope.
But the proof so far is always the same circular logic.
A classic example is the "Furiosa Effect". In which people decided that MRAs hated Mad Max: Fury Road. When if you actually go to MRAs, or sites they have, you find glowing reviews. There was never an MRA boycott of the film. Nothing of the sort. But then anyone who gave it less than a perfect score was an MRA, so the narrative became:
"MRAs hate MM:FR! Reviewer didn't love MM:FR! Reviewer is an MRA. (which reinforces) MRAs hate MM:FR"
But ya'll never listen to me. Maybe you'll listen to a feminist.
youtube
Give me book titles, links to videos, articles, anything. I always run them down in good faith.
What do you think of men who hate woman? Red pillers etc.
I don't think getting red-pilled makes a person hate women, I think it just makes them see and accept life as it really is. But in answer to your question, I don't like the company of people who hate other people, and I think women and men who find delight in the suffering of the opposite sex are simply monsters making the world worse for everyone.
Red Pill: Perspective
Tumblr media
Fair warning, this is not fanfic. It’s original content that came to me in the middle of the night after a day spent online perusing TikToks and reddit subs on red pillers and divestment groups.
To provide some context, the term “red piller” is derived from a scene in the 1999 film The Matrix, in which Laurence Fishburne offers Keanu Reeves a choice: “You take the blue pill – the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill – you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.”
In a nutshell, it’s comprised of the most misogynistic men on the planet, including incels, who gather in online forums and groups to basically see who hates women more.
Divestment refers to the removal of oneself from people, places, and things that are toxic, stifling, and/or a detriment to one’s health (mental, emotional, physical). It is a prominent movement amongst black women.
I’m nervous about posting this, but my skin is thick, and my mind is open. I can take compliments, constructive suggestions, and criticism with equal aplomb. To everyone who read this over and encouraged me to post, THANK YOU! Your feedback was, as always, invaluable.
To those who will read this, THANK YOU! Your reads, likes, commentary, and/or reblogs are appreciated more than you know.
Please excuse any and all typos, extraneous/missing words, and grammatical errors. MS Editor rates this piece as 99% error free.
Song Inspo: Rose Lineage (Yoga Remix), Marya Stark/DJ Taz Rashid, + others
Word Count: 796
I am a black woman, plump lips and full hips
My hues are a rainbow, ranging from the thickest cream to the darkest onyx
Pigmentation a reminder of transgressions against me from enslavement to rape
I make more with less, expected to settle for anything, and apologizing to everyone for not diluting who I am
Who I have had to become
I am held up for public shame and ridicule
Teased for my crown of kinks and coils
Seen as housing projects and food stamps
Smelling of hamhocks and collard greens
Called dumb and ratchet despite being in the most highly educated population
Despised for being strong and independent
Blamed for your cowardice and weakness when you abandon me and your children
Because I do not let you lead
I’ve seen where you go: jail, passport bros, your mama’s house
And still, my back supports you, your seed, my family, the church
And the foot on my neck that unsuccessfully tries to hold me down
*****
I am a brown woman, born of colonization
Speaking languages broken, in an accented voice that somehow makes me a stereotype
You eat at my table, your eyes feasting on my bosom and curves. You celebrate my holidays and try to take what culture I have managed to piece together, but I can’t call it appropriation
 No, it’s cultural appreciation while you call me and my people third-world country names
You try to dim my brightly colored clothing, deny me freedom, and steal my joy
You call my people slumdog millionaires who cross borders to take your jobs
Jobs you neither have nor want
I am considered only a slight step up from my black sisters because my skin is lighter, but not by much
My hair is silkier which is considered a win in your world
But who knows what it would be if the beginning bloodlines had remained undiluted, untouched by interlopers
My anger isn’t off-putting because it is seen as a reflex of sorts, born of my primitive ways
You take it as a challenge to make me submissive
To you
To trust your America: your ways, your English, your culture.
None of which belong to you
*****
I am an asian woman, what you call the model minority because I study hard, and I work even harder
You consider my acts of service to others submissiveness, which makes me both fantasy and fetish
My quietude is mistakenly deemed as obedience
I labor hard in all workforces to make a better life for me and those who depend upon me to not be a disappointment
Yet you not being able to see me beyond the niche you have placed me in makes you the biggest disappointment of all
It makes no difference
I am seen as a doll, malleable and easily manipulated into sexual parts
Here only to serve you, to listen to you, to cater to your every whim and perversion
I powder my face to adhere to standards of beauty you hold dear, close
It makes up for my dark nipples that you conveniently ignore as you go in and out of throes
*****
I am a biracial woman, born of rape or love … sometimes both
I am no one, belonging nowhere
I am not homogenous, which you view as a flaw I refuse to correct
Hated by at least two races, I create my own ethnicity that no one acknowledges
Culture clash at its finest
You say my blood is sullied, my color a mixture that doesn’t blend well
I am an anomaly: different, exotic; fodder for disdain, envy, mistrust
Wondering when you look at me is it love, lust, curiosity
While you’re probably hoping I’m a “pick me”
All I seek is inclusion
In a world of black and white, brown and yellow
Where is the gray?
*****
I am a white woman, worthy of protection but not privilege
I am the standard of beauty … in your eyes
Thin hair, thin lips, skin that burns beneath the sun
It is I you parade publicly on your arm, it is I to whom you will make a commitment
A trophy of sorts
It is I who you want to bear your children
It is I who will never see the workforce unless you want me to
Barefoot and pregnant
Cooking meals, feeding children, leading the Harper Valley PTA bake sale
As long as I remain a size 8
I can’t be tall, that would emasculate your ego
The house must be clean, that accentuates my femininity
Aprons and pearls hide blackened eyes, bruised arms, empty bottles
Social media promotes my smile when you praise my meatloaf
You make others believe they want to be me
That my white skin elevates me somehow
But does it really?
It's so funny when red-pillers, incels, and manosphere denizens are like "modern women are being brainwashed to hate and demonize men by the media," as if their stupid, hateful fucking posts and movements aren't a huge reason why women are getting fed up lmao
Red pillers when a man gets treated badly/cheated on in a relationship: all women are terrible, poor men just want to find someone good and be loved but it's so difficult 😭😭
Red pillers when a woman gets treated badly/cheated on in a relationship: that's just because she didn't choose better, if she chose a Nice Guy instead of the Bad Boy it wouldn't have happened
Kids don't come out of nowhere
Tumblr media
Rating: 18+ Minors DNI
Pairing: Vash X F!Reader
CW: Canon-Typical Violence, Death, suspicion, Emotional Hurt, Medical Inaccuracies, Gunshot Wounds, Blood, Blood and Injury
Word count: Roughly 1.3K A/N: Chap 2 of A mysterious stranger and eaten, where we see Snipes using her brain. Maybe.
Three days after the destruction of Jeneora Rock you decide you're done waiting for Vash to snap out of his pity party of one, planning when you stop for the day to take him aside. Too bad Meryl almost makes someone into roadkill first, and you realize that today might not be the best day for trying to find some alone time.
Tumblr media
Shortly after Meryl had a bit of a freakout checking over the non verbal child, you, Vash, Roberto, and the mystery man started on getting the bodies moved. Even if it was just to the inside of the doorway. There’d been no reason to add insult to them by letting the heat start to cause the bodies to rot faster. At least that was what you said and received a slap to the back of the head from Meryl for your crass words while she tried to get the child outside and away from the remains of the adults.
The three men are out digging shallow graves, and Meryl is still busy trying to talk to the kid and at this point from what you could tell getting them to drink water. As for you. You were doing what made the most sense to you.
Snooping.
Well and trying to find something to wrap the bodies in before they were buried. Something about this whole situation just wasn’t sitting right in your gut, plus, no disrespect for the dead, but they no longer had a need for all their supplies. At a minimum it’s not like you’d be able to just leave the kid where he’d been found, no reason to leave supplies behind for someone else to loot. It was also leaving you wondering if this was going to be the end of traveling with the reporter Duo.
The inside of the diner didn’t really reveal much, a few supplies in the way of bottled water and canned goods, which you moved closer to the counter out front for after the couple was buried. As you went farther into the back however, the sense of something not being right was more prominent. “Still no sign of whoever or whatever killed those two” you find yourself muttering to yourself.
The injuries on their bodies also hadn’t made sense to you, you had been trying to be discreet as you moved them, but the wound to the man’s forehead didn’t fit. Neither did the center of mass injury to the woman either, both looked like entrance wounds from bullets. But neither showed any sign of the correct exit hole, just another hole almost the exact same size as the entrance wound. The blood splatter on the piller told a story too, and so far, it looked staged. Skulls do not stay in one piece with a blood splatter pattern like that one, and not neat little exit holes either.
Coming across what appears to be a bedroom of sorts, your hackles rise even more, everything seems neat and tidy. Which isn’t what you suspect. No. There are photos on the wall of the now deceased couple. And zero photos of the child that had been hiding in the locker. Meryl has been acting as though the child must have belonged to the couple, hidden away from whatever carnage took place. Digging through drawers in the rickety dresser and closet you find some old sheets you can wrap the bodies in. But nothing to suggest there was a child living here. Sheets in hand you head back to the front, planning to get a closer look at the two bodies under the pretense of wrapping them.
Turning the injuries as you look at them does lead you back to your first line of thought, these bodies have been staged to make it look like they were killed by gunfire. You swallow hard, but keep working away trying to give the appearance that you aren’t starting to suspect that there's more to the kid then they’re letting on. You’re on the second body when Vash comes back inside, and you glance around before speaking. “You doing ok Sunshine?” Keeping your voice low, just loud enough for him to hear your words.
“No.” His own voice is soft, his answer barely registering in your ears, as he starts to help you wrap the final body. The moment you have the chance, hand near his you grab it, giving it a squeeze.
“This isn’t your fault Vash.” Head tilted so all you can see is your own reflection in his glasses, concern clear in your eyes. “We just got here, and something isn’t right. You can’t blame yourself for everything that goes wrong in this world. You’ll drown in that river of sorrow.”
He doesn’t answer you verbally, just a squeeze of your hand before he shakes his hand away, forcing you to let him go, working in silence to finish wrapping the body. Roberto and the other man, who’s name you have still yet to catch come in and the four of you work to bring the bodies out and place them in the graves. You head back inside tossing one of the found water bottles to Meryl to bring to the mystery man, watching as Roberto goes to recharge the truck while you grab the crate you’d filled with supplies to throw in the trunk.
As you grow closer to him and the back of the truck he glances at you. “Something isn’t right here” Roberto’s voice is flat, and low enough to ensure it doesn’t carry much farther past you.
“Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. Both the mystery man and the kid?” You make a show of sliding the crate in and pushing it back and notice Roberto is doing something similar with the charging port of the truck.
“Yea. We should get out of here and leave the two of them behind. That kid is creeping me out.” You raise an eyebrow as you look at him, while he returns a deadpan stare. “You can’t tell me they don’t give you the shivers too.”
“You’re not wrong. Just need to make sure Vash and Penny don’t put up too much of an argument.” Closing the trunk you sigh, pressing your fingers to the bridge of your nose, feeling a stress headache already forming. This place has provided zero answers, and you are far from interested in trying to solve this puzzle.
“Can you convince our Typhoon? I can handle my newbie.” Nodding as you step beside him heading back towards the little ceremony and towards Vash and Meryl as they both seem to be staring at a bill, before you hear a yell of twenty thousand.
“Oh what fresh idiocy is this now” you mutter under your breath as Vash hands Roberto the invoice, the older reporter trying to get things moving along.
“What con artist is stupid enough to charge this price?” Seeing the invoice you have to agree, you didn’t even charge that much when you were a merc. Well at least not for most jobs. “Speaking of conning” Roberto hands you the invoice while fixing the man with a stare “Shouldn’t you be injured or something? Ya did get hit by a big ass truck after all.”
“I’m tough. The man upstairs blessed me in that way.” What a cocky little shit. Invoice in hand you snort, flicking your lighter to burn the scrap of paper if it can be even called an invoice. More like an attempt at extortion. Flame almost at your fingers you release it to give the man you’re own stare.
“Oh yea? Well the man upstairs made it so I shit gol- Mother fucker!” Slamming your hand over your right ear as nothing but screeching static resounds from your earpiece, almost dropping to your knees from the pain, eyes clenched shut.
“Snipes!” Vash’s hand is on your elbow, as the ground around all of you shakes, you can’t see anything as the sound just keeps screeching in your ear as you try to kill the power through the pain.
On your knees you keep scrambling, not bothering with trying to stand while your head is too focused on removing the source of pain in your head. Why the fuck did you agree to let someone hardwire the device into your skull? You kill it, all noise on your right side gone, just in time to hear Vash yell “It’s a grand worm!”
The Torture and Murder of Hanja Piller
In 1962, a Hungarian doctor who was infested with rage, jealousy, and insecurities, committed one of the cruelest crimes you could imagine against his own wife.
Tumblr media
Geza de Kaplany was a Hungarian born doctor who emigrated to the United States in the early 1950s. He was raised in a very wealthy family, and had a father who was physically abusive. So abusive that Geza lost sight in one of his eyes during a beating. Geza ended up attending University of Szeged to study medicine, and graduated with honors in 1951. He originally practiced in Budapest as a cardiologist, but had problems with officials in the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, and fled Hungary. He then visited England and Denmark and wrote a book called “Doctor In Revolt,” about his experiences in Hungary as a freedom fighter. He then decided to settle in Boston to continue his practice, but found out that his degree wasn’t recognized. He ended up retraining as an anesthesiologist and interned at a hospital in Milwaukee from August 1957 to August 1958. Afterwards he attended Harvard and taught anesthesiology at Yale. Then he decided to move to San Jose, California, and worked at San Jose Hospital.
In June of 196, he met his wife, Hanja Piller, who was also from Hungary. She was 25 and a former model, a beauty queen, and a showgirl at Bimbo’s 365 Club. They had a very spicy relationship and ended up marrying in August. However, just a few weeks after their wedding, Geza was informed by a friend that his new wife has been having an affair.
Tumblr media
He came up with a plan to destroy her beauty and on the evening of August 28th, 1962, he carried out his plan. He tied her up to their bed and put on loud music to muffle her screams, and started to disfigure her face and body with a scalpel. He then poured a mixture of hydrochloric, sulfuric and nitric acid into the cuts, causing her to suffer third degree corrosive burns over most of the front of her body. After three hours, the police were called. Some sources say he called the police himself, while other sources claim the neighbors called the police due to the noise. When the police arrived, he explained to them that his plan was not to kill her, but to simply destroy her beauty. Sadly, Hanja spent 33 days in the hospital before she died of her injuries. Her body was so badly burned, that when paramedics tried to handle her body, they burned their hands.
His trial took place on January 9th, 1963, and was originally charged with attempted murder, but was later changed to murder by torture after his wife died. He pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, and his lawyer claimed that he had multiple personality disorder and stated that this crime wasn’t committed by him, but instead it was his alter ego, “Pierre de la Roche.” The prosecutors brought a witness to the stand, an old lover of Geza’s who said otherwise. He was declared legally sane, but medically insane. He was sentenced to life in prison, and the jury assumed that he would be considered a special interest prisoner, and wouldn’t be allowed out. Unfortunately, they were wrong.
In 1975, he was paroled in a controversial decision marked by accusations that postmortem photographs of his victim were removed from his file by the chairman of the California state parole authority for men, prior to review of his case by the parole board. Therefore, the ability to be paroled while under the sentence of life imprisonment was removed. The parole board allowed him to travel to Taiwan in November of 1975, to work as a medical missionary doctor serving poor patients in a Catholic hospital in Lutsao. He left the United States before his prosecutors and the general public knew he had been paroled. Negative public reaction followed. Geza worked at the Lutsao clinic for the next four years, and eventually remarried. He became tired of the constant parole checks, and left Taiwan in late 1979 and went off the grid. When California corrections officials discovered he was missing, a warrant was issued for his arrest. However, a 2002 investigation indicated that California officials were made aware of his whereabouts several times over the next few years, and once even contacted him to warn him, as required by law, about an anonymous threat on his life, yet failed to take the steps to extradite him.
In 2002, he was located by reporters at 75 in his home in Germany. Two years prior, he had become a naturalized German citizen, making it impossible to extradite him for the parole violation.
So…. Bloody Star AU part 2…. Gonna be a lot different from cannon. Still thinking about what exactly is gonna happen because Joseph can’t use hamon, and he will be fighting the pillar men, who are basically vampire eaters. So still thinking about this. So now I’m gonna focus on some facts of the battle tendency crew before getting into the heavy story stuff.
The way that the Jostar vampirism, is that they don’t become full fledged vampires when they become the same age of Jonathan (20) or when they sustain a major injury that only vampirc healing will give them any chance of living. Half vamps are able to walk in the sun although this is still a bad idea, they get more red then a cooked lobster in like half an hour, they also can’t use a majority of vampire abilities (lazer eyes, cold temp stuff like that) but they are still very dangerous.
Zeppeli helps raise Joseph, he often travels back and forth to see his own family to take care of them
Joseph is well known of being Erina, Speedwagon and Zeppeli’s guard dog
Joseph has a scarf like Straizo in the original story to protect him from hamon. He also has special hamon bracelets and ankles that are more designed to protect him from the sun working like a solar battery of sorts it’s not perfect but it’s better then nothing. These braces are his main weapon against other vampires, as they have hamon and sunlight infused in them. Since he isn’t full fledged yet he is able to use them without fear of beings turned to dust…. They still hurt like hell if he isn’t careful
Straizo plans to turn into a vampire after he kills Joseph, hamon is the best way to kill a vampire after all
After the fight with Santana, Joseph goes back to New York, Zeppeli goes to meet his grandson Caesar to end the rest of the piller men. This does not mean Joseph is safe, the cult of Dio is still out and about. Still more bro time with Smokey! More big city highjinks! 🌃
After the par of Zeppeli’s get their but kicked the elder Zeppeli took Caesar to Elisabeth Joestar to coach him. She does not need to hide her identity in this AU and she is actually apart of Joseph life…. This does not make her any less tragic, Gorge II is still died when Joseph was a baby. How he died I’ll tell later.
After about two weeks or more of training, he over hears his Grandfather and Elisabeth talking, hearing how her son is coming to visit, and how he shouldn’t be around hamon users because he’s a vampire…. This gets Caesar worried, he knew that his grandfather had some connections to Elisabeth, but the fact that he was dealing with her vampire son. The fact he was a vampire that everyone seemed to let loose and everyone let’s him do whatever he wants that is warranted for research. So he goes ahead of them back to the main island to find the vampire. He needs to be prepared for anything even this vampire.
What he wasn’t prepared for was the fact the vampire likes squid ink spaghetti and playing with the pigeons. Caesar didn’t know what to expect…. But it wasn’t that. The two do ultimately get into a fight, deal some blows to each other but it gets broken up by their family Members before it gets serious.
Elisabeth is scared of touching or being near Joseph, but they still make it work, shopping sprees are their best Mother-son bonding activity
Caesar gets a scolding from his grandfather, but in retaliation he asked why he was helping raise a vampire the very thing that killed his great grandfather, and was the creation of what killed his father. Figuring out it’s about time that his grandson knew he tell the tale of Jonathan and Dio… and what befell Joseph’s father. (Will write a longer story on this part)
During the shopping trip Joseph and Elisabeth come across Esidisi. He finds Joseph…. Very interesting and pokes at the fact that a legendary hamon user has a vampire son.
Ok I think that’s it for now…
