(almost) New year new me! My new icon is from @dollya-robinprotector and my old one, which is now my background pic, was by @pepijopa. Both were so lovely to work with, highly recommend getting a commission from either one of them!

Hello my dear Anon! I don’t ever close my requests, so anybody can request at anytime and while it may take me some time to write I’ll answer ^-^ Of course you can! Your request was very interesting to think about, I hope that I’ve done your request justice! If you don’t like it I can always try to re-write it for you

Author edit: I’m so sorry @pepijopa I had just searched for a pretty gif of Mitsuri which tumblr had suggested and your gif popped up, and because it was so stunning I hadn’t even thought that you might have not been comfortable in its usage, I wasn’t being malicious, I had genuinely not thought about it. I hope you can forgive me in this mistake..

Mitsuri Kanroji, Giyuu Tomioka and Rui with an [FEM] S/O who’s an Author - Headcannons

Mitsuri Kanrojii:

She’s in-love with the fact that you’re a writer

Like she feels that it’s a very romantic job

Always supportive - Literally your number.1 fan, she buys every single one of your books which sit very proudly on a bookshelf in the living-room

When given the chance to speak about you she literally gushes + fangirls about you

Mitsuri created a specific break schedule for you as she got worried that you weren’t taking enough breaks – you do take breaks but Mitsuri just worries

When she brings you your snacks, she’ll always make sure that your doing ok, if you need to speak about something before giving you a kiss and leaving you to your work

When you get stressed with a deadline Mitsuri makes sure to stock up on things that you like and stuff that helps relax you - Scented candles, bubble bath and sometimes a movie helps

Always celebrates after you’ve hit the deadline properly - Mitsuri goes above and beyond with making a whole home-made meal with a stunning pudding

Literally cries if you dedicate a book to her

Oh man, of you base a character off of her too? Mitsuri’s crying for days

Giyuu Tomioka:

He’s your silent supporter

While he doesn’t buy all of your books Giyuu certainly buys other things to do with your books – e.g. Keyrings

Because you keep your manuscripts so if he asks – which you’ve told him that he doesn’t have to do

Always proud of the things you’ve achieved – he will humbly brag about you when given the opportunity

Giyuu knows how much time you spend just creating your universes, characters, and drafts so he always makes you tea + snacks

He makes sure that you take breaks regularly

If you haven’t left your writing room in a while, he’ll come in and sit there because he sometimes wants to talk but he also just misses you

Always asks how everything’s going when your drafting

Much like Mitsuri if you dedicated a book to him, Giyuu would actually cry especially if its a surprise

If you were to base a character off of him? Oh man Giyuu would marry you because its one of the most romantic things you’ve done for him as an author

When you start a new book he makes sure to memorize your deadline dates so he can help you if you need it, even if its just support by cheering you up or helping with food

Celebrates after you’ve hit the deadline - usually with a take-out and a movie

Rui

Always really impressed – like, your ability to create things then write them and publish it always amazes him

Rui always buys the first edition of your books along with some sort of merchandise that he treasures with his whole being - He also quite likes the hardback versions of your books too since their a comforting heavy weight

Rui always makes sure to bring you snacks + drinks because once you start writing, you have a tendency to forget to eat food - especially when you’ve been struck with motivation and good ideas

If you spent too much time inside the house he’ll take you out on a walk

Enjoys listening to you rant/talk about your current work

Sometimes he’ll just nod every so often because you clearly need someone to just listen and not give an opinion but then other times Rui will give an idea or an opinion which then causes the both of you to talk more about it

If you ask him, Rui will help create/doodle some of the smaller illustrations for your book - you love his drawings so you like to include his art in your books since it adds more to the book but the main reason is because its something that the both of you have done

While he wouldn’t really fully cry if you dedicated a book to him but he’d definitely shed a few tears and crack the biggest smile possible - its honestly one of the best things you’ve done for him and it’ll stay with him

If you were to base a character off of him?

He’d genuinely cry

After you’ve hit that stressful deadline then you’ll both celebrate - with Rui its home-made cakes + cookies with a gift
