Jennevive of Orathal; The Scorned Ex-Wife

To presume Susan's life would have been any less messy with her graceful bow out from the spot light, that she would beany less endangered and perhaps living her best Madam life peacefully... you'd be mistaken. The probability of being exposed to the worst of human interactions prevails day in and day out, especially for an unapologetic sex worker.

In fact, a generational rift of hatred and poison was propagated through Tilda Gampre (infamous mother of the Game children) when she encouraged and enabled the debauchery of feudal lords in the height of her Madam era. It wasn't uncommon to see a once happy go lucky woman turn so cold at the mere mention of the Gampre name, Jennevive was no less different to most women of Tildas era. She was recognized in the height of her marriage and alligance to royalty for being a woman who's head was square on her shoulders possessing a penchant for marketing and sales-- And by Tildas unjust and uncouth hand turned into a bitter, sharp tongued woman whos heart became cold from the wounds of a bitter falling out between she and her husband. Just seeing anything remotely related to a Gampre could have her anger resurfacing in a most uncomely fashion.

Jennevive, midst her better era as a naive but loyal wife, quickly became a force of reckoning in Tildas world when she wisened to her husbands extracurricular activities in the dense mists of Elwynn Forest. It didn't help Tildas insufferable display of indifference in the public and private gossip, painting the wronged spouses as leaders to her whores. Jennevive would go on to perform many anti-brothel ceremonies and political protests to see sex solicitors outlawed from the developing towns of Elwynn, citing their rampant misguidance of morals let alone the hubris of men with the gold to spend "pointlessly" as she would curtly refer to sex work.

In Susan's era of Madam pageancy, Jennevive and she struck a deal when Susan proved a much more reliable business owner in terms of keeping her whores in line and the sullied practioners of paid sex anonymous... A shaky, thin ice alliance was born the day Susan agreed to provide writ statements of the debauchery cheating spouses endure, their monthly payments to the 'whore-fest' and a testimony in the marital courts if ever called to witness for defendants (often the wives and husbands scorned and seeking reprisal). In return Jennevive donates an annual sum of charitable contribution to the Sisters in Sin and, with great fervor, has laid down her picket signs.

5. On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

look, if finch is alone on the street, or confident no one is looking, and they see a cool little rock on the ground? it's going in her pocket. i don't think finch is shrimp levels collector but yeah man it's very adhd core to just pick up a thing? don't know why you picked up the thing? don't remember where it went or don't wanna go back there? the thing is pocket sized? it's going in there. one of them. who knows. finch doesn't. it'll be a nice surprise if they ever empty out their pockets. napkins, tokens from bar guests, little rocks, writing utensils, mostly none of it has any use but there sure is way more stuff on him than even she knows of. they also have a small wooden box on their person at all times that's really important to them. what's inside? wait and see <3

23. What does your character dislike in other people?

ego in the way that people enter into a conversation like it's a competition that they've already won or have the upperhand, making and voicing a lot of assumptions about finch/very directly pressing for more information about them (rather than the banter they have with some people where they both know they're dancing around personal questions)

31. Describe a scenario in which your character feels most comfortable.

right now top of campaign? definitely not alone but also not with others, so. finch isn't often comfortable. creatures though now that's a different story. she definitely leaves food out for the few strays of tumbleweed and gets distracted by birds out of windows easily. little moments of peace. the ideal comfort scenario: creature asleep in his lap. soothing. trusts them. just hanging out coregulating saying nothing. finch is drinking tea and eating a cookie of some sort <3

22. What does your character like in other people? [loveless]

it's really generic if i say kindness but what i mean is a specific sense of kindness, that can be messy and inconsistent or occasional based on circumstance but is a core of someone to want to put good into the world. it's less about atonement but more specifically in ehas about resistance. as voski and loveless continue to trade hands from demeanor to ideology the more they open up to the party, i think the clearer it will become just how jaded loveless is from what he went through with his family in orath. it's all in the way they laugh wryly covered in blood and radiance or tell aierdyn openly that he's going to give them hell for calling them back to the city. this is someone who has lived with a deep-seated anger and a handful of regrets for a long time. they are not a hopeful person, but having people around them to show that so many have the strength whether they see it in themselves or not to be angry about the world and their part in it and keep going on with that core spark of wanting to make it better, holding that together at once in some way, for someone, sometime, in the smallest fraction of a gesture, is enough of a reflection for him to know he's certainly not all eaten up by his own furies and frustrations. i think it's a reason he is so invested in the party to seek this out in other people, but especially seeing it, represented in very different ways, in castor (closer to himself in a dimmed light) and aierdyn (closer to voski's sense of unrelenting hope).

44. How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it? [voski]

i think it's difficult for voski to say not because of the lack of emotion but a devotion to it being a right and honest expression. i don't think she grew up in a household where love was verbalized frequently to her or her siblings or even really between their parents but shown in other ways (cooking, their father up later mending clothes when he wasn't asked to, her mother passing on religious rituals, etc.). remembering to say it takes practice, but the words themselves carry a lot of weight to her. i really don't think they're the type who could say it without meanign it, and i think loveless is the only person in their life who she feels freely able to say it to because she knows that they both mean it entirely as chosen family.

No Dia do Médico, Hospital Aliança recebe o projeto itinerante que será instalado também no São Rafael e Cárdio Pulmonar Vinte médicos de diferentes especialidades, a maioria da Rede D’Or, participam com trabalhos fotográficos da exposição "A cura, uma questão de olhar", lançada no Hospital Aliança. A mostra, que poderá ser visitada pelo público externo, será aberta oficialmente com uma cerimônia na quarta-feira, dia 18, Dia do Médico. O projeto tem curadoria do artista visual e educador, Uiler Costa Santos, que selecionou duas fotos autorais do acervo de cada fotógrafo Segundo a organização, o projeto foi feito para reunir médicos que utilizam a fotografia como expressão artística. “O objetivo é divulgar o trabalho fotográfico dos autores, mostrando seus olhares e formas que enxergam o mundo, a vida. Além disso, trazer a arte também para dentro dos hospitais onde ocorrerá a exposição”, comenta um dos organizadores e integrantes da mostra, o anestesiologista Amadeu Martinez. who did the aia government bury in that unmarked grave. where is arielle. what’s the planar shit going on there because oyoia is fully not on the great wheel. why is she on a different (demi?)plane. if someone put her there then why. who knows about planar things except for secha. what’s up with secha actually like why do they have a standing stone one way to the frigid bog. why did iseda assume that cateri is dead. what’s going on with cateri. who is the water genasi with a previous appointment and are they ashari. what’s going on with the ashari in general do they know the scar of life is still alive. what do they know about cateri that we don’t. if arielle really is on a different plane then do the other dreams depict something real happening on a different plane. who is nemesis’s patron. was he targeting her directly to get her to make a pact or is he just at large in aia. what does he have to gain from nemesis as a champion. why is octavia in angry’s head. why would someone revive him after taking his soul though. why would you blackmail him after taking his soul. do they need him alive for something. did the soul stealing fuck up his magic or did the revivify. were they done by two separate entities. is room 15 the remnant of the same ritual done better or done worse or is it something else entirely but the same school of magic. did trigani succeed in breaking a curse in the harp and harpy or did he fail. was it something similar to the curses on the party (true luck. fucked up death magic. dreams. cards) or is there another unrelated curse we don’t even know about. did he do the ritual in room 15 or was he the subject of the ritual or did he try to stop it or something else. did the box belong to him or was it bait for us or was it something else. why was the box for us specifically. who has eyes on us. what does secha know about curses. how did trigani even get to yilheim if secha’s closest standing stone circle there is in the frigid fucking bog. why is the raven queen related to angry’s magic when luck is someone else’s domain. why was the inn totally empty. why was the village in the mountains emptied. did the party’s dreams start and voski’s dreams end when aierdyn got the cards from insignia. why did insignia give away the cards. she was able to give them away so she must not have had the same curse on her or she was able to break or control it somehow. or is the curse not actually about the cards, it’s something about aierdyn specifically or some synergy between her and the cards. how are the cards connected to the dream visions—are they just blocking them for aierdyn or are they affecting angry and voski by proximity too. if it’s not the cards affecting angry and voski is it tied to the cards somehow (same source, same school of magic) or are there multiple different entities fucking with dreams. did we run into insignia accidentally or was there something that brought us together or did she find us on purpose. why was insignia wandering the mountains in the first place. she’s of the mountains not of a specific house but is she tied to orath at all. why is the eleventh house calling loveless back. what house is voski tied to if any. did voski’s mother get the cursed child prophecy from a card reader in orath or in chaz kan revar. why did voski’s mother’s tattoo work on other sorcerers but not voski. are voski’s siblings also sorcerers but without a mark because voski’s the only one born in ehas or is there something else going on. why doesn’t pebble have the mark. was pebble not created in ehas. or were they created before farrah somehow. how old is pebble actually. why did pebble and nemesis get the dream marks under the new moon but castor and thi got the dream marks under one crescent and one full. actually why are pebble and nemesis and castor and thi dreaming at all because none of them should be able to sleep at all much less dream. are they even dreams or are they visions or illusions or trickery or something else. aierdyn and angry both have insomnia and they can’t dream is that unrelated or is their insomnia protecting them somehow or is there something else protecting them like the cards or a patron. is it protection or is it a curse. is some god just playing with us randomly or are there multiple entities possibly with differing motives working on the party or are we actually cursed. what is rotten in the hollow lands.
