After going live shortly yesterday, issues with ESO's Public Testing Server affecting the Live PC NA server appeared as test characters were seemingly transferred from PTS to Live. Due to this, accounts that logged into the PTS yesterday are locked right now (with this second, inaccurate message appearing if you attempt to log in).
