Anyway. Bi and Mspec Lesbians aren't a hotly "debated" topic or even new to queer culture, it's just the newest thing that bullies who REALLY want to be homophobic and even racist use to justify harassing gay people they don't like.
It's the thinnest possible veneer of progressive language wrapped around TERF and reactionary rhetoric so that they can feel righteous for forming an angry mob against vulnerable targets. If you're gullible enough to fall for the newest wave of bigotry within the queer community, and turn on your allies because they're "confusing" or "invading your spaces," the SAME way they turned on bi/pan labels, trans people, xenogenders, neopronouns, and aroace people before this, then get lost.

#I'm actually loving that Ratio seems to be caring while Ruan Mei is more hmm ruthless perhaps‚ and definitely more uncaring and colder#I already thought this was going the direction they would take given the leaked voicelines and Ruan Mei's light cone#but I'm glad it's looking like that still#ngl I often see there's a... trend to make female characters often 'softer' than male ones#(like with Topaz and Aventurine in that last dialogue for instance. I'd say Kafka to some extent falls into this somewhat too.#Herta more and more perhaps. Himeko reads to me way colder and more detached and selfinterested than Welt#which is nice even if I have qualms about the writing there for now)#And that trend bothers me. So Ruan Mei for now is being quite satisfactory. I like that aspect of Serval too#Screwllum at times seems kinda shady as well haha I guess the Genius Society is just very shady.
