I think Chrys feels bad for Floyd. There's a kid who needs and could greatly benefit from professional help and the appropriate medication in addition to the accommodations he's given by those closest to him, and yet there's no indicator he's ever had that. Mind you, I imagine the dynamic between him and Floyd, if there could be said to be a semblance of one, is that they both mildly annoy and yet mildly amused each other in turns.

Jade on the other hand, is gonna get dragged for filth. He thinks he's playing everything close to the chest but in the process, he actually gives away a lot with his behavior, and Chrys will give him a hell of a dressing-down about his insecurities. And it'll probably cut to the quick; Jade likely wasn't pleased about the distress Chrys tends to cause Azul or the way he seems to go in circles with Floyd, but having his own insecurities recognized for what they are so starkly and thrown in his face by a guy with a non-aggressive delivery and demeanor? It probably gives Jade a LOT to think about. I can't see him liking Chrys for it the way Rook does, but if asked (especially by Azul and/or Floyd,) he would probably insist that he has a degree of appreciation for Chrysanthos pointing those things out to him and in such a calm way. If nothing else, he's shown Jade that perhaps he doesn't hide things as well as he thinks he does (and maybe on land, those insecurities won't get him eaten alive or seen as weak the way they might back home in the Coral Sea.)

♥️ACE: The two go back and forth with banter, once they realized that was just Ace's sense of humor. They appreciate that Ace can flag when they're in a bad mood and ask what's up. The tell? The back and forth jabs start going for the throat. Only thing Ace knows NOT to do around Eu: make fun of Deuce's intelligence.

♠️ DEUCE: They commend him for wanting to be better for his mom. They offer to be a non-judgemental ear to let him get out some of those old stories of his delinquent days. Eu is gonna be both shoulder angel and devil-they're gonna say to not immediately throw hands (Wait for the other fucker to swing first, then it's self-defense ;D )

🐺JACK: Eu has to watch where they throw la chancla-if it's too close to Jack, whatever convo he was having has to screech to a halt for him to watch it. He at least has the restraint to not go fetch.

🍎EPEL: The two are decent at PE, and they sorta are the gossip pair. Epel has his own problems and highlights, and Eu can relate enough to 'What I look like doesn't accurately encompass Who I am'. Epel is also Eu's supply guy for diff makeup or beauty treatments.

🤖ORTHO: Eu was the one to introduce Laz to calling Ortho 'Arturito' (A pun en Español of R2D2, I mean, c'mon!). Isn't gonna decline an invite to game with him or Idia, but then, Idia's not a Party Game kinda guy.

⚔️SEBEK: THE ONE Eu butts heads the most with. They ain't afraid to tell him to tone down, daring him to zap them. (It's a trap-They've figured out Tsunotaru=Malleus. Eu's willing to get zapped if it means setting Sebek up for an ass-chewin'.) When Sebek isn't being loud, they try spotting each other when lifting weights. Sebek mostly just whines about how weak they are, but they give him a mandated eye in exchange for tips on form.

I am always doing crossovers with @nightwingshero She and I have so many crossovers and aus especially with our One Piece OCs. It’s a problem at this point 😂 We’ve discovered that her OC Mayumi meshes well with Fiona and they’ve become best friends. Then there’s her OC Sumiko who became best friends with Hana. It was the friendship we didn’t know we needed and love so much. I love coming up with ideas with her. It’s so fun!! The amount of times her girls want to go beat up Fiona’s ex and then Hana freaking out over the violence of it all or of anything Sumiko does that’s “scary” is hilarious.

Then there’s @pen-in-hand and @oathofoaks I love crossovers with them too! One of my favorites to do with them is MHA. We had a bit of that but haven’t touched on it in a while

Gar and I had fun with ideas for Marnie and Lei at one point to for Young Justice. I love Lei so much it’s one of my favorites of their OCs!

I had a crossover with @starsandstormyseas for MCU as well with her OC Mia and my OC Annabeth once. That was so much fun! I loved coming up with how the two would interact and stuff!

All of them come up with incredible OCs and I love their writing and art. Such talented individuals and I greatly appreciate their friendship 😭 Please go check them out!

i haven’t touched this blog in a while, but i still love my turtle boys. i’m also STILL trying to figure out What Mutant Turtles Look Like and of course my test turtle was mikey. 

while this is one is like 95% based on 2k3, i could never get over the idea of mikey being the one with freckles (or at least skin specks that resemble freckles) and i like the concept of him randomly slapping stickers onto himself. i couldn’t help but give him silver sentry and justice force stickers askhdas

so the sketch from the prior ask is actually still a two-limbed gia, it's just they have a lot of like..leather and buckles that is in fact very steampunk inspired LEL that said, im more into steampunk

THIS is an adult!gia concept-- you can sorta see their prosthetic there, they lose their arm sometime in their early-to-mid twenties due to...reasons...

but it's a bit sleeker and im still trying to figure out the colors but im leaning towards perhaps a bronzeish overall color scheme. it was created by @cyanide-latte's wei renqiao alongside idia so it's actually a technomantic prosthetic. it has a ton of uses but tbh gia mainly uses it to quickly calculate formulas or get a scan on things. it does however have a beam people are really concerned about gia having

gia's partners will occasionally have to be like 'alright that's enough arm time 4 u' but floyd quickly realized that he should not be the one to say so bc then gia hits him with the 'taking my arm once wasn't enough?' and then ace bonks them over the head

🍎 what relationship does your oc have with Epel?

Buddies buddies buddies. I think, much as Vil and Rook each try in their own ways, it's really Epel who helps Copper adjust the most when he's sorted into Pomefiore. Epel's had his own struggles and hardships in adjusting to the sheer culture shock, and I think he'd be rather sympathetic to Copper as a result. Copper is also quick to respond in a positive way to Epel's wary offer to help, and that leaves a good impression. They grow close and remain good friends, often confiding in one another or seeking each other out when they each need to decompress from some of the stress and strain of adapting to upholding the tenets of Pomefiore. It's easier to just unmask around each other and know they won't be judged for the other parts of who they are that might not quite fit the image.

🤖 what relationship does your oc have with Ortho?

Very brotherly, very soft. Some of it is carryover from Wei Renqiao becoming close friends with Idia, but some of it is also the fact that Ortho reminds him of a lot of the younger kids in the community from his hometown. They would often refer to him as "Ren-gēge", and eventually, after Ortho spending so much time addressing him in a very respectful but overly formal way, WRQ also tells Ortho he may address him as "Ren" because they're close and Ortho has earned that right. He was probably hoping that Ortho also would call him "Ren-gēge", given that he technically is older than Ortho as well, but hilariously Ortho continuously calls him "Ren-dìdi" instead, which is technically a term of address for a younger brother (and Ren dies a little inside each time he does it.) They're also very close good friends in their own right, and Ortho will additionally seek out Ren if he feels like he needs him to help badger motivate Idia into doing something.

🦑 what relationship does your oc have with Azul?

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFTTTT. I feel like Azul is continuously Offended™ by Chrys, who is in equal turns amused and exasperated by Azul. Saving the life of one of Azul's dormmates from that potion gone wrong when he couldn't do it himself, and worse, making a spectacle of the whole thing, refusing any sort of debt or repayment for it, and then having the utter gall to turn around and tell Azul to his face that he needs to do better as Housewarden? I feel like this is only further exacerbated when Azul goes digging and learns that not only was Chrysanthos in Octavinelle when he attended NRC (already odd for a Shroud) but he was also Vice-Housewarden his sophomore year and Housewarden his junior year. THE GALL. THE UTTER NERVE. And Chrys's tendency to casually troll him doesn't help. (Azul hates that he technically can't argue when Chrys says the ocean is a giant soup.)

But more than that, I think deep down what frustrates them both is that Chrys knows Azul can do better if he really reevaluates his shortcomings and tries to apply himself but doesn't; and Azul is frustrated and feels small when he sees Chrys better exemplify that spirit of benevolence that he's supposed to have. Chrys does it so effortlessly, and telling Azul to "do better" doesn't ring as encouragement or a challenge to grow for a long time.

OH HELLO!!! HI WELCOME IN

Thank you so so much for the ask. I really appreciate it!

This is incredibly fun- and your timing is impeccable because I've been writing a little ficlet that explores one of these dynamics a bit more.

I warn you, one of these is gonna be a bit of a read, so feel free to read below if you are so inclined~.

Malleus and Oisín: This dynamic is incredibly fun for me personally because it's a bit complex. See, first and foremost, I have to provide a bit of context here. For starters, with Malleus being the heir to the throne of Briar Valley, I'm under the impression he would know of the few dullahan and their respective territories in Briar Valley as they change and develop over the centuries. Naturally, on inverse, I'm under the impression everyone in Briar Valley knows of Malleus even if contact isnt made. So for them to enter NRC at the same time, in the same year, but to go into different dorms? I'm sure they start off respectively keeping tabs on each other- especially with the consideration pre-established relationship that Oisín develops with Lilia prior to their induction to the academy.

However, things change over time as Oisín runs into a bit of a snag. See, Oisín came to NRC for 4 reasons. 3 are known to Crowley. 1 is kept secret from Crowley. That secret? Oisín's next target to bring to the other side has been identified as a student from Royal Sword Academy. And because of the nature of the situation, in which Oisín knows the location of their target but not their true name, Oisín realizes that this is going to require a conspired assassination of sorts. But they run into a block when it comes to gathering information and realize that Malleus may actually have some insight that could prove useful to their mission. As a result, they approach him with a deal: [If you can provide me with insight and information, I will pay it back with anything you perceive to be of value.]

And Malleus asks for a friendship of sorts. He asks for someone not from Diasomnia to share information and hang out with him- oh, with the idea in mind that they wouldn't need to be watched by Sebek or Silver, and Oisín would be able to exist in a space without having to hide their true nature. While the power imbalance leads the two with a bit of an awkward start, they do evolve into having a very amicable and casual relationship for the duration of their studies... or at least, until such time as Oisín finishes their task.

Silver and Oisín: So this relationship also has a lot of history, but explaining their dynamic takes less context. You ever think about what its like to interact or worse go to school with the person dating your dad? Well, Oisín has been courting and dating Lilia since WELL before Silver was found. Silver certainly appreciates how much Oisín consistently loves and respects and values Lilia, and that in everything that has happened, that has never changed. But also, thats his dad's partner.

On the other hand, Oisín has a lot of compassion and respect for Silver. They never once pressure Silver to see them as like a step parent, and they have no intention to intrude in his life or force any kind of dynamic with Silver. But that's their partner's kid. And they just want him to thrive as he grows into becoming an adult.

Sebek and Oisín: Sebek grows to respect Oisín as they become a consistent presence in Malleus's life and as Sebek learns of their relationship with Lilia. But that doesn't mean he's not incredibly frustrated by the circumstances that Oisín is in. He hates the fact that Oisín is sorted into Ignihyde, and even when Lilia tells him that it makes sense and to not press on the matter, it still doesn't sit right with him. He also doesn't like that Oisín actively hides their identity as a dullahan and that they wear a TV monitor on their head. He fails to empathize and understand, despite many of the others making efforts to dissaude his apprehension and confusion.

Oisín tolerates Sebek. They acknowledge and respect his role and his background, what little they do know about the boy. But Oisín is a very subtle and often introverted and quiet fae. Sebek has absolutely caused their circuits to short on a time with his sudden yelling. They also find it difficult to navigate their passive secrecy around Sebek, and try their best to be respectful when he won't stop asking blunt and prying questions.
