"oh babe you haven't met me them" John, one of the youngest engineers said as he slid in the booth next to you, his arm going around your shoulder. "How you doing, I'm John" you gigged at his joke and jokingly shook his hand that he held out for you.
"well hello John" you said in the most flirtatious voice that you could ever pull on, and watched as his cheeks turned red.
"aww he's blushing" one of the other engineers David stated, making John go all shy and cover his face up with his hands.
"I hate y'all" you all laughed at poor John. you decided to make matters even worse and pinched his cheek "aww, but he's cute when he's blushing" and with that John jumped up from his seat and went to go sit back down beside David looking away from you embarrassed and cheeks growing even more red if that was possible.
"alright boys I need to head back to work" they all whined, but you ignored them and headed to the hallway making your way towards your motorhome that the team gave you, but stopping when you saw Lewis standing in the hallway learning against the wall with his phone in his hands.
"hey Lew, what are you here?" he looked up from his phone at the sound of your voice approaching him
"so you've never been hit on before huh?" you looked at him confused, but eyes going wide as the realization hit you. now it was your cheeks that turned red.
"were you spying on us Lew?" you crooked your head to the side, a cheek grin on your face.
"couldn't help myself, John was getting a little too friendly with something of mine"
"something of mine huh" you gave him a teasingly smile, but it soon dropping as he casually walked up to you while placing his hands on your hips.
"yes something of mine" you felt your breath get caught in your throat as you felt him pull himself closer to you, if that was even possible.
"you looked beautiful by the way on your first Instagram post" he leaned in towards your ear, his lips placing light kisses to your cheek making his way towards your jaw.
"Lew we're in public" your voice was shaky, afraid that somebody was going to see you and him practically pressed up against each other in the hallway.
"okay and" you felt his hand slide up your back, his fingers tracing over the two numbers that laid out across your back, number 44, as his other hand cupped your cheek making you look up at him as his finger played with your bottom lip.
"I love it when you wear my number on your body, you look gorgeous with it on" he leaned in giving your cheek a kiss, before he pulled away from your frame eyeing your figure up and down a smirk pulling at his lips. as he put his hands in his pocket.
"I'll see you around love" he gave you a wink as he turned on his heel walking from you, frozen in place, breathless and wanting to feel his hands on you again.
Lewis soon returned to the garage, making his way back over to his seat, which ironically was beside john. "Hey have you seen --, thought she was supposed to be coming out soon?" he fought the urge to roll his eyes at the kid.
"no I haven't seen her" his response was blunt and sharp, which made John give him a weird look and turn away from him.
"hey John, did you see the Mercedes post of ---" another engineer who wasn't sat at the table at the time, picked up his phone and showed John the photo. which made Lewis roll his eyes as he heard the two boys fan over you.
"yeah, she looked gorgeous and she's such a nice girl" again he ignored them
"yeah, I talked with her. she's amazing" and ignored
"plus her body-
and that was the final straw for him, he cleared his throat loud enough for the two boys to hear "can you two shut up, we're in a important meeting" Lewis stated cutting the two off, both boys immediately shutting up and giving him weird looks, but remained silent. Which he was thankful for.
you walked out of your motorhome, files in your arms, freshened up and a different shirt on which now had George's numbers on it. as you walked into the garage, you noticed John and Scott and walked over to them
"hey there she is!" you laughed at John's loud voice and shushed him, white sitting down beside him. you noticed Lewis giving you a glare, as he eyes the now different shirt. But you ignored it and focused on toto who made his way into the garage with multiple files for the new car parts.
As the meeting ended and everybody got up from their seats, you looked around before going over to Lewis "you changed shirts" he said before you could even get a word out.
"yeah figured I needed to wear someone else" he rolled his eyes, jaw clenched tightly.
"looked better when it was my number" he looked up at you, a little tent in his eyes that clearly showed he was a little mad at how you changed shirts.
but you only shrugged, a innocent smile on your face "oh well, I like George's number better. looks better on me" you giggled as you saw his knuckles turn white from gripping onto the table so hard.
he said nothing as he got up from the table his hand grabbing onto yours as he pulled you away from everybody, not caring that they gave you both Weird looks as they saw you both leaving with each other
"Lewis slow down." He did in fact not slow down until you both were standing in front of his motorhome, where he unlocked the door and pushed you inside, relocking it once he was inside with you.
"so, you planning on kidnapping me from them?" he shook his head at your words, giving you a light chuckle.
"nope just wanted some alone time with you" he confessed, as he slowly walked up to you, his hands immediately cupping your face as he cashed his lips on yours. the kiss was slow and tender at first, like it was your first kiss. but it slowly turned sloppy and rough as he backed you up against the nearest wall, your leg automatically wrapping around his waist.
"you looked much better with my number on"
"well, why don't you take this off me then" you taunted him, his hand playing with the hem of your shirt. making you lift up your arms as he took the shirt off your body, the black tank top underneath still covering you up
"see, you look even better like this" he leaned forward, placing lingering kisses to your neck. "so, so much better like this" he pulled himself away from you going over to sit on the couch where he patted his lap making you walk over to him straddling his lap, his hands stroking the back of your thighs.
"so about earlier, 'something of mine'" you raised your eyebrows at him, making him shrug clearly not thinking much if his words.
"what I don't like when people flirt with something of mine, is that so bad?" He said, his hand going under your tank top making goosebumps appear on your skin as his cold hand hit your warm skin.
"since when was I considered yours"
he tilted his head pretending to think, "since last week. When you came over to my place and you let me have you all night long" you looked at him in shock, mouth sightly open as you felt your cheeks turn red at his bold words of truth.
"I think you know what I'm talking about, no"
"I hate you" you leaned forward burying your head in his chest, getting embarrassed. the air in the room getting hotter and hotter as each second passed. he chuckled at your embarrassment and softly messed with your hair
"no you don't. now look at me" you slowly lifted up your head from his chest "you're mine right" he asked again, his hand coming to rest on your collarbone, awaiting your response.
"course I am"

saw a take on tumblr saying bianca isnt that good of a driver and is only popular bc of her looks. ik bianca isn't perfect but i feel like i have to mention that. bianca is one of the few drivers in f1 academy who isn't based from the west— yes she has american citizenship but most of her driving experiences have been in asian tracks. majority of the races in f1 academy or w series were western-based, places the other western-based drivers were privy to before. it's bianca's first time in a lot of these tracks, and she does well!!! like holy shit it's her first two years competing in actual cars, give her a damn break
and secondly, bianca being liked only for her "pretty privilege"... damn what a misogynistic take. granted she is very pretty i agree ! but omfg saying ppl only like her cus she's pretty....... 😭 i think one, it's such a stretch, because a lot of the charm w bianca is her personality and enthusiasm on socmed!! i'd say that's the main reason she got more popular. and second, uahuahhsvgah idk maybe as a filipino seeing someone say she only got there for her looks....... like bianca has clearly filipino physical traits that stray from beauty norms and now ur telling me ppl only like her for her beauty..... this isn't to say she's not beautiful, it's just that i've seen so many filipino women get nitpicked for their filipino physical traits, so saying everyone just likes her for her beauty?? and even THEN, why would we hate the fact that a non-white person be deemed beautiful????

Gonna break up the brozone and creek asks with the fact that we don’t talk abt how the trolls world tour artbook says that King Quincy nearly gave up searching for Cooper and that once Cooper found his way home and reunited with his family Quincy could finally sleep soundly at night.
Like holy shit that’s genuinely rlly sad and fucked?? Like we talk abt how Branch has depression and all that but we don’t talk enough abt how Cooper being taken from the funk fam most definitely fucked up Quincy and Essence ( and to some extent Prince D bc the book mentions that ever since Prince D was young he felt like a part of him was missing ).
Like do you think that Quincy ( and/or Essence ) either went grey or was very close to becoming grey? Do you think Quincy thought Cooper had died before they all reunited? Do you think Quincy blames himself for not being able to find his son sooner?
On Essences end I’d imagine she never gave up hope and still believed her son was alive but she probably blamed herself for Cooper getting taken as an egg.
Also do you think the day Cooper was taken was like an important holiday ( like a day to mourn the “loss” of Cooper ) and now that they are all reunited they celebrate the reunion every year?

Holy Fuck I can’t believe this is actually a thing that needs to be said but. If you’ve arrived in 2023 with the (correct) take that a-spec ppl are inherently queer and infighting is bad but defend the ace discourse phase of tumblr with “well ace people did/said all of these fucked up things!” You Need To Shhhh.
I’m not going to sit here and pretend like there weren’t some really shitty things said by ace* people during that time but also that is not, and I cannot stress this enough, the fault or responsibility of literally every a-spec person that’s ever existed. We all agree (right. RIGHT.) that things like lesbophobia perpetuated on the basis of “lesbians are transphobic” or the same for bi/panphobia are bad. Even if there ARE transphobic individuals in those groups that doesn’t justify being bigoted towards them I would think that’s obvious? But some of y’all seem to think differently with ace people which at best is showing your bias against us and at worst is. Suspicious. Not to mention that people with a-spec identities can belong to many of the aforementioned groups as well.
Holding individuals accountable for bigoted things they post is good! And I think the opinion that the a-spec community needs to watch for forms of queerphobia in our spaces is a reasonable one. But to say that several years of mocking, scorn, destruction of our spaces and terminology and repeated attacks on our history and validity as a queer identity is in any way justified because of that is a Bad Take. If you think this, please ask yourself why you’re clinging so hard to blaming an entire group of people with no other things inherently in common but an identity label for the actions of individuals. The VAST MAJORITY of ace people do not think the way that was often stereotyped to us because of a vocal minority on tumblr. A lot of us belong to or share experiences with communities that said vocal minority were being bigoted against. If you actually agree with the idea that we’re part of the queer community then stop treating us differently than any other group, holy shit.
TL;DR stop victim-blaming the entire a-spec community because of the actions of a few during the ace discourse period. It doesn’t make sense and it really doesn’t make you look good. Thanks.
*Asterisk here because there’s some debate over whether a lot of the most infamous blogs and examples of this behavior were actually real or were just trolls. Aphobes had (and may still have?) a habit of creating accounts and impersonating a-spec people to make us seem like terrible horrible bigoted cishet meanies that are cringe and/or trying to destroy the REAL queer community with our bare hands. Also a lot of these comments that WERE real were likely made by kids which, while it obviously doesn’t make it okay, does add a layer of complexity to the issue. wait wait wait, I get oot being a narrative about being forced to grow up early bc literally everything abt kokiri forest, but how is it a narrative about adults failing children? Link in particular? I'd think if anything they failed Zelda by not taking her warnings seriously so she had nobody to help her prevent it except Impa and a kid she met less than a week ago, which in the end was their ruin that Link had to deal with...oh ok that sums it up doesn't it. but I'm. Actually struggling to recall concrete, on-screen adult characters lmao.
Ok ok recap, the Deku tree didn't actually send for Link until he was Literally Dying (and given that it was too late to save him from the curse and some kokiri had noticed something wrong with the forest, he must have stuck with it WITHOUT saying anything for a while) and given that literally all the kokiri are kids he didn't have much of a choice pick. Can't remember if Darunia actually asked Link to clear the dodongo cave or if he did it on his own...but yeah the Zora king was useless—dude, don't ask the nine year old to crawl in the belly of a giant fish and GET OFF YOUR BUTT. Sage of Light was a BITCH like, shut up and don't blame the 9 yo for opening the sacred realm, ganondorf would have gotten there eventually and hurting a lot more people in the process, where the hell were you when it happened given that this is YOUR temple. And then when he was 16 most ppl wouldn't know that he's still 9 inside so I think I glazed over from there? Maybe I shouldn't have, but I get the feeling that kids come of age and are trusted with adult responsabilities earlier in their world—I mean, in wind waker Link came of age at 12.
OK that's like 4 adults who failed to deal with their own problems but I really think the Deku Tree tried his best until the curse forced his non-existent hand. Honorary mentions for useless adults include Malon's lazy father and the greedy stable hand (poor Malon) and the castle patrolling guards. And the windmill guy not checking the well after u play the song of storms bc HOLY SHIT. And whoever sealed the well in the future nor sealing the top too, are you ASKING for someone to fall down there

holy shit this movie was amazing.
welcome back to me watching all the trolls movies in (almost) one sitting with breaks in between to process the colorful trip I'm on rn
TROLLS 2 WAS VERY GOOD
from the great writing in the world building, themes and characters, designs and sound of the other trolls and generally this movie being short but fun makes it a blast to watch
so I'd give it a 9/10 which makes this the best trolls movie out of the whole trilogy
now onto my thoughts

• so first off let's talk about my main man branch
did ever mention how I love this guy?? 😊
but what I love most is him in this movie because wow this man is head over heels for poppy lmao
and ofc there's some other stuff but let's talk broppy for a bit
so I already watched trolls 3 so ik how branch and poppy's relationship looks like in the future but this movie is also an important step in their relationship because there's a massive problem here :
poppy does not listen to anybody.
"I've always been by your side since the moment I've met you" - poppy (trolls 3)
while that is true here it's more like branch goes along with wtv poppy's doing because he's absolutely smitten and so he ends up doing all the listen and bending to what poppy wants while she doesn't give back any of that to branch or anyone else around her
one of the turning points for branch in the movie is after they go to the funk kingdom but the seeds to that change are planted when hickory tells branch that he's doing all the listening not poppy
so they argue and get separated until they reunite at the end of the movie
but that's more for when I talk about poppy and oh boy do I have some things to say. . .
I also like that, contrary to poppy's kind of judgy reaction to the other trolls, branch is all for the music trolls' lifestyles and music
it's shown more in the dance battle between the kpop and the reggaeton trolls but there's also a comment he makes when he hears the sad country song at lonesome flats
"It's kind of sad, but life is sad sometimes. So, I kind of like it."
meanwhile poppy immediately thinks that the country trolls are miserable and don't know how to have fun
but again that's for when I get into poppy's turn 😒
which speaking of.....
• I wanna say that I am by no means a poppy hater
that said this girl has been on my NERVES for the majority of this movie (WHICH IS A GOOD THING!!)
so when poppy gets told about the other trolls' existence by her dad she's excited to get them all tgt cuz she thinks barb genuinely wants to unite all trolls and not yk assimilate them or anything
so she sets off on a journey to meet barb, give her the pop string and have a massive party with all the trolls
but really she's not doing this just because of that no no no
poppy's insecure about being a bad queen
and makes it everyone's problem.
because when her, branch and biggie make it to symphonyville, the land of the classical trolls, they're told and literally see the carnage left by barb, poppy's quest changes
now she wants to save everybody and stop barb from turning everyone into rock trolls

at this point the three of you were in the living room. mandy walks in the kitchen to also get a beer.
“hey mandy” ian says leaning on the counter making mandy slightly jump.

“beer?” he responds handing her one.
“yeah give me one for y/n too”
“got it-” ian cuts himself off making himself yell over mickeys yelling. “mickey what are you on about?” ian exaggeratedly askes.

“oh my god” you groan throwing yourself back down on her bed.”thats way to long!”
mandy turns the movie off and looks at you.
“maybe ian and mickey were right.” she unexpectedly says making you shoot your head up.

“dates?” you question kinda curious yourself.

before ethier of you could think anything else you took your hand and held the side of her face. pulling her closer to you, you partly covor her lips with yours. she immediately understands and starts kissing back. unfortunaitley you have to eventually pull away for some air.
“ian!” you yell hopping off her bed.
“was mickey right?” ian responds watching as you joyfully walk out of her room.
“the only time he ever will be right!” you smile

you hear mandy come up behind you, the sound of a lighter being heard then a faint sizzle. “seriously mick?”

love that ppl are gonna traipse into your inbox talking about the 'leftist discourser found out to be working at Lockheed Martin' situation without mentioning that the only reason this information came to light is that he was doxxed by fucking kiwifarms, his life placed in active danger as a result.
and he was doxxed because he's an opinionated trans person with a platform who they've been trying to take down for years, not because of where he worked. feel however you want about his takes, personal politics, his job, anything at all, but holy fucking shit stop talking about this like it didn't happen as a direct result of neonazis trying to murder a trans person lol
also, like, he never said half the things people will attribute to him, so there is that. somehow 'taking tylenol at the prescribed dosage over extended periods of time to treat chronic pain can lead to liver damage' (something that lots of people with similar conditions chimed in to support, cause yeah, it happens lol) became 'he is anti vax and spreading medical misinformation'. because apparently a disabled person talking about something they personally experienced (that lots of other disabled people also experienced) is medical misinformation now?
anyway, i don't trust anything anyone says about his opinions any more unless i see the source for myself. people will outright lie just bc they dislike him and they got carte blanche FROM KIWIFARMS to express their hatred now that he's been driven off twitter and can no longer defend himself.
once again: he was not doxxed because of his job. he was doxxed because he is trans and a lot of people violently hated him for it. and just so that we're clear, 'working for a defense contractor is bad' can, should, and fucking MUST exist alongside 'supporting kiwifarms' doxxing of a trans person is bad'. his job as a clerical worker for an evil corporation does not justify this in any respect. Kiwifarms sucks, and I'm sorry this particular glaring evidence of his hypocrisy and fakeness was revealed, but him being trans isn't why a shitton of those people dislike him. He was annoying long ago when nobody knew he was trans.
He presented himself and has always presented himself as this moral authority and preached purity, not tolerance. That's the type of person most likely to be pitched off of their pedestal.

ooo yeah, although i definitely do recommend janitor.ai as well! they have a free api, and most bots are gender neutral that u can make masc :), there is the occasional mlm too if you don't want gn
the answers unlike poe aren't a whole book page and the janitor api takes a lot more from the example messages from a bot so it feels more legit, unlike poe, which isn't really meant for roleplay at all!
u can also use kobold (self-run api, but you need a good preferably nvidia graphics card, or a stupid amount of memory), and open ai, which supports reverse proxies (basically another machine runs the codes and sends it to the website ur using)
it's less recommended than just running ur own API (completely free, besides ur graphics card lol), because there might be issues with privacy, and most aren't free. openai isn't all that recommended anymore either, since they've been cracking down on nsfw a lot more lately, plus they added stronger filters to deter it, but it's still the best option if you want a good, detailed roleplay (it's also paid)
things are also a bit more complicated because you might need to fix some settings relating to the API, like temperature (how creative the bot is, be careful with this setting, since it being too high or too low might make the bot just spout complete gibberish), tokens used (basically how long ur message is, most things like openai charge you based on the amount of tokens you use, a token is 3-4 characters), and the bot memory, which dictates how many tokens your bot is going to be able to remember

ah yes, when my seventh grade social studies teacher told me in front of the whole class that i was the only one who'd done the assignment right, and i could either get 100% and have everyone else in the class get 0s, or i could "share" my points and everyone could get a failing grade that was above a zero. well, i was on the verge of a panic attack, but i managed to get her to say that a few other kids who had also participated in the assignment would also be privy to this deal (i feel kinda guilty about pinning that on them too, but it seemed like the right course of action to 13yo me). anyway we were all panicking and several of us were tearing up. and in the end, (thank god), she didn't fail anyone, informing the class that this whole situation was just to teach us about why socialism was wrong.
in a seventh grade, public school, social studies class.
that's not what socialism is, it's super inappropriate to push that on kids, and putting us in that kind of distress was like. super not okay. also that same teacher once made us all sit down pressed together on the carpet so we would "know how the slaves felt when they were being shipped to america." (for context, she was white.)
Oh god not this kind of shit. This is not how u teach social studies, this is how u mess some kids up! Generating these kinds of highly emotional reactions is how u end up with ppl who base their politics on how scared they are rather than facts. Thats how ppl get sucked into facism and qanon kind of shit.
And that second example has reminded me of like. Among the worst lessons I had. Now we were studying ww2. And I will say where I grew up, my specific city, there hasn't been a Jewish community for... idk close to 500 years maybe? Idk thats a guess but its a long time. Anyway.
My teacher thought it would be a good idea to have a bunch of 10-11 year olds identify which members of the class would be most victimised by nazis. Bit hard with no Jews in the class. But thats fine because Jewish people were not mentioned! Neither were romani people. Or any other actually targeted groups.
No, instead we were told how everyone in the class with brown hair and brown eyes would be killed! And I got fucking singled out and told by the teacher that I would have the worse fate, being the only blond hair blue eyed kid in the class. I would be shipped off to a breeding camp and be gang raped. I was 11.

i've been obsessed with re4 remake's post credits scene . . like holy fuck capcom literally just simultanously confirmed & deconfirmed re5 remake [spoilers below]
ok for one thing this is easily the best ada moment in the entire game. one of my fav things abt re2 remake is that it gave ada some actual personality and made her a real character with actual depth
buuut in re4r, she's just as flat as she ever was, and her voice acting really doesn't help
don't get me wrong, i think it's fucking stupid that ppl are harassing lily gao; no matter how good or bad a performer does, they do not deserve to be harassed for their performance
buuut at the same time, i rlly don't care for lily's performance . it's very bland and it lacks the emotion of jolene andersen's performance in re2r, which gave ada a HUGE amount of real depth as a character in that game
most of lily's lines kind of fall flat for me, they're all delivered so awkwardly & almost robotically
BUT. in the post-credits scene, lily's performance was actually pretty damn great - partially because of how uncharacteristically for this game well-written ada is here
for once, ada feels like a real character, not to mention an actual person, whereas in the rest of the game, she really feels more like a walking plot device than anything
but, let's not forget the other character in this scene - albert fucking wesker finally shows his face in the remakes. ohhhhh my god. i was genuinely squirming in my chair when he came on screen and doing my best to hold in squeaks of joy
it's WESKER!! the highlight of resident evil 5!! the best villain in the entire series!! he's HERE!!!!!!!
when i first saw the scene i was like . "holy shit. they're DEFINITELY remaking re5." because how could they give us just a taste of wesker's sweet sweet villainy without planning on giving us more?
well, then it hit me. if ada doesn't bring wesker the plaga sample, doesn't that mean re5 literally can't happen? was this capcom's way of saying they're not remaking re5? and i mean, it would make sense for them not to, since re5 is one of the most universally disliked games across the series... so is resident evil 4 truly the last remake?
on the other hand, re5 could actually benefit from a remake. the original re4 is a great game that has aged exceptionally well, and really, despite how well its remake turned out, it didn't need a remake. but, re5 is a game with pleeeenty of flaws, and honestly, a ground-up reimagining is just the thing re5 needs to be potentially an actually good game. capcom knows that re5 & 6 have issues, which is why they immediately shifted back to survival horror after the (deserved) terrible reception of resident evil 6. so, they might also realise the potential value in a remake of re5, and recognise that they could potentially do the game justice with one.
personally, i think an re5 remake is extremely unlikely. i sure as shit wouldn't hold my breath for it. but, at the same time, i think it could certainly be done, and that it'd be worth both capcom & the fandom's time. re5 has the heart of a good game, but it's dragged down by its tone, writing, lack of horror, and its age. a remake could be worth it, i feel!

was rereading JoaT for the 38383 time and holy cow i just read the most recent chapter and Holy Cow. Holy Beef. Holy Mcnuggets dunked in bbq sauce, if you will.
i just wanna say before i dive in that that i, alone w a lot of other readers im Sure, see myself in naya, like. not just physically but in the way she handles her trauma and how it still shows in the way she interacts with the outside world. i guess its the reason this fic has become soo much more than just a haha silly undertale x reader fic? its just so much more to me and i can't thank you enough for writing this beautiful story and continuing to make those SICK ass comics and bringing it all to life and just making these beloved characters so fleshed out in your own way!?!?!? what u have is GOD given my dude
and yeah that last chapter was just so good. it was so good. i remember first reading this fic back when undertale fics were still active n stuff and the big R word was never really mentioned in terms of what happened to naya and seeing it written, said in the open, fleshed out and in front of rachel?! that was probably the coolest character development ive ever seen in terms of ppl with trauma because you NEVER contextualize it. ever. not with words or definitions or anything. to the victim its something that happened and something that sucked but still happened. seeing naya actually speak it and confirm that what she went through WAS indeed that made me have to put my phone down (yes i was reading on my phone like a neanderthal) and just. i rushed to ur acc to tell u that ure doing something good. it may not be groundbreaking or revolutionary on a worldwide scale, but i think its worth knowing that youvr brought someone to tears with your writing :) i seriously hope you feel proud of yourself for this amazing character you've made who so many can resonate with. i had more to sau but this is getting embarrassingly long and i feel like im droning and bejng repetitive jsfjjdfj BUT YEAH!
ok........i always, like, just,,,, i sometimes hesitate getting too mushy with my own shit cuz cmoon it's fanfic i shouldn't take it so serious but....man? this? is exactly what I'm going for, and reading this made me tear up
i KNOW a bunch of ppl see themselves in naya and i want anyone who does to read this growth and indulge in it and. like... this is something that happened to her. she's saying it out loud. but it doesn't disqualify her from being a force of fucking nature.

but aside from that my inspirations are usually just "wow wouldn't that be fucked up" and making a story out of it haha. my biggest art inspiration is probably magritte

I was checking an oldish tag on here and saw some of your old asks about Stas where people told you everything she was doing, full transparency and you defended her like no other. Everything they spoke about came to light and we are now or have been seeing since Europe everything and more that people mentioned . So im curious (maybe you’ve said before but i didnt see it) what made you change your stance and open your eyes to her odd behavior especially towards Colby? The asks were pretty blunt and straight forward and you still found a way to curve every answer.
I checked the tag btw because i noticed today that not only did she promote Katrina on twitter, but made a tiktok to her song, told people shes her biggest fan, and has been liking a bunch of C4 edits and pics. I remembered seeing asks talking about her never supporting Kat only Colby so after seeing that i came back here to try and find what else those asks said and saw everything everyone has been saying is pretty legit.
i did say a while back why my feelings changed for stas, but i'll just state them again i guess lol
also holy shit this is long sorry about that lmao
so, originally, when ppl would come to me saying why they didn't like stas, to me it didn't feel like it was a legitimate reason. and i felt that way bc they would come on here, talk about her, but give no proof to their claims. just say that "oh i heard this" or "i think she did this" or "did you see she did this" and to me, none of it was enough proof to throw her off the island, so to speak. i mean, some anons talked about her liking edits as proof enough that she was shady or up to no good. ppl would use her likes on twitter as main example of "see! look how bad she is" and the tweet in question was either not there (bc she probs unliked it) when i would go looking for it or if it was about colby and her… it was harmless and not something like "colby and her should be together. they have something going on".
also, no offense to anyone that sent me asks in during that time period, but i don't exactly have the most faith in the fandom towards ppl outwardly hating on a girl bc she's close to colby. it's happen countless times. the amount of times i've been told that the reason a girl that colby's friends with or hooking up with or JUST STANDING NEAR is bad bc "she just gives me bad vibes"… let's just say, if i had a nickle, i'd be a rich woman. so when it started happening with her, i didn't think much of it. thought of it as jealousy or just over-protective fans.
but things started to change a bit, i would say, by summer. i think after one too many trips to vegas, my liking for her was dwindling. idk if she did something or what (bc at this point i don't remember), but the vibe changed around her and what she was doing. at least to me. not to mention, no matter what she did, it was drama. and that itself was exhausting.
then colby made that tiktok with her. and when he started deleting comments shipping the two of them together, that's when i knew oh, he really doesn't want to be shipped with her and i thought this was him actually laying down the law and finally putting his foot down to all the shipping that goes on between him and stas.
then europe happened. and i fucking KNEW this trip wasn't gonna end well. i felt it in my bones. or maybe i'm just really good at picking up patterns lol
what first started to gross me out, was finding out about her mom posting things. and look, i'm all for a supportive mother. and tbh idk if her mom ever responded to fans. but what concerned me was how much info she was sharing publicly. and then how many fans were searching for her mom, finding her page, and basically narrowing down where they were in brussels and all that. snc have been stalked before, have had their house broken into before, what they DO NOT NEED is someone with them basically giving their every location just bc those fans are subscribers.... or random ppl on her mom's facebook.
that's when i also noticed that her roommate was at least cognizant of fandom drama that had happened not too long ago bc she liked a tweet about it while it was happening. that turned me off quite a bit as well. and i know a lot of ppl bring up stas posting the video from colby's bedroom and honestly…. ngl that flew under my radar. it just didn't feel like anything to me at the time.
and then finally: tomorrowland. the amount of fans that upticked their talks of colby and stas when they were basically forced to hang out with one another the whole time bc kat and sam wanted their own time away (which is fine, don't get me wrong. but it just really didn't help the already existing issue of colby and stas being shipped) was super fucking annoying. i basically was getting upwards of 10 asks a day, and that's a light guesstimate, about the situation. and while i don't mind talking about something…. i don't want to talk about it that much.
then, the malishka thing happened. i literally ignored it on here bc i just couldn't talk about it. at first, i was angry at colby. like why would he post this this is so stupid. but as time has gone on, i've basically come to the lovely realization that stas is the one that posted it (also, according to some whispers i've heard she basically told her subs that she did. idk tho that's alleged). realistically, colby doesn't understand russian. he probably filmed her, showed her the video, and she typed that and posted it. she also had earlier post the pic on his story of her face zoomed in. at least, that's what i personally believe. and when asked what malishka meant, she probably lied or just didn't tell him bc he probably didn't rewatch his story.
bc something to note is that they had terrible wifi in tomorrowland. so he might not have even known about this whole thing until a day later or so.
and what made all of it worst was the fans' reaction on twitter. and the fact that a lot of the fans that came out and congratulated colby and stas for "finally being together" after "all this time of us knowing" were both ppl i followed and ppl my age……….. i basically was about done with the situation. and then of course she had to like a tweet about the malishka thing. and that solidified it for me.
and if THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, they came home from the trip and colby hung out with her one more time right before moving to vegas. he literally told us on xplrclub that he was gonna be THIRDWHEELING in vegas (aka laying it on AS THICK AS HE COULD that he was single), and that fucking night stas told her subs that she was going on a date. and wouldn't you believe it, but it was her and colby hanging out ! along with others, but no one saw them on her story. just her and colby.
after that, colby mentioned multiple times about being single, being young, and wanting to have fun while in vegas. and i think that's when the tides personally turned for stas. she had fun playing house with colby in europe, she had her fun of living the fantasy of what it would be like to be colby's gf, to be Y/N. but reality set in when they came home. i think the last night they hung out, i think she confessed how she felt, and he rejected her. and look, she has every right to be upset about being rejected. i get being rejected, especially by someone you feel you have a connection to, SUCKS ASS. i'm not denying that. however, you caused your own delusions. colby was literally hooking up with six flags girl multiple times this past year, LITERALLY BROUGHT HER TO A HANG OUT SESSION WITH THE CORE FOUR, …..and you think he was into you???? the same man that deleted comments about the two of you together????????? the same man that FOR YEARS has begged the fandom to stop shipping him with every girl he's friends with??????? that man… was into you?
i mean, he went on a (assumed) date with a girl in vegas and stas tweeted like four things that night about being hurt or whatever (idk at this point i don't remember all the details) and then on top of that deleted said tweets. maybe something happened between them. i doubt it wholeheartedly tho. i think she loved the fantasy of them being an item, but he wanted no parts of it.
bc that's the thing: colby loves to tease us sometimes. like with amber. he loves making the fans freak out. but when he does shit like that, he chose to be part of the game. this is the only time he asked not to be included…. and she did it anyway. i don't think he knew the extent of breadcrumbs she was leaving for fans to speculate. i think when he saw what happened with the malishka shit (bc again he probs didn't see it until a day or two later bc of wifi and just wanting to enjoy his vacation) i think stas left a soured taste in his mouth. and then she made it worst by telling fans that her and him were going on a date…. and that was enough for him to be done with her. that's why at kat's bday party he sat as far from her as possible and seemed to not want any parts of the party. and that's why she's talking about being rejected now. bc i personally think they are done being friends as of rn.
i mean… it would make sense too. bc the moment he was hurt by what stas did, who did he run back to after all this time? shea, the original stas lmao
and as for stas all of a sudden being up kat's ass, to be as bluntly honest as i can be, i do not fucking care. i've gotten a bunch of asks about it. i can't be more frank than literally telling yall i don't care. i'm tired of talking about stas. bc even tho i don't like her, and i do think she is a bit of a snake, not everything she does is newsworthy or needs to be talked about. she liked something that implied feelings for colby? who cares. she wrote a poem about him? who cares. she wants to leave comments about how much she loves kat? omg who cares. we all know at this point she wants attention.
