He hates his birthday. He hates when people make a big deal out of it. He can’t remember the last time that someone celebrated his birthday until he joined the straw hats. His day starts with you kissing him, peppering kisses all around his face “{Name}?” “Happy Birthday ro” He groans as he hits his head back down on the hammock “God why did you remember” You laugh at his reaction “Because I care about you and this day is all about you” He gets out of the hammock and goes to the closet to get his clothes “Well what’s my gift?” He looks back at you with anticipation in his eyes “That's for later but one of your gift is to be able to drink as much sake that you want” He looks surprise and raising one of his eyebrows “Who are you and what did you do to my girlfriend” You roll your eyes at him “Right here dumbass now get dressed I have plans for you today” you guys both finished getting dressed and head to the kitchen. With a poorly painted sign that says ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZORO” with a cake that sanji made He gives one on his rare smiles and holds the cake and reads it “Happy birthday mosshead” Sanji smiles and Zoro almost jumps across the table at him “Th-Thanks Sanji” He forces out of him so painfully slow “No problem Mosshead” The day goes on and people give zoro more gift Luffy gives him a Piece of Meat which is a big deal for luffy nami gives him some subtracted debt from his loans usopp gives him some Sake he was for your gift all day he knows you're excited about it he can practically see you about to jump out of your seat. When you guys go back to your room before he lays down you tug at his wrist “Zo are you ready for your gift?” He opens a single eye to look at you until you snap in his face, wanting his full attention. “Okay what is it?” You pull out a small little box,you hand it to him and look at him to open it. He looks at you once more before you nudge him to open it “Well open it already I worked hard for this” He opens the box and sees a golden necklace with three swords just like his earrings. He looks back at you to see you smiling so much that your cheeks hurt. His vision starts to get a little blurry as he looks at you he’s tearing up from your git it might be all the sake but he can't control it “Th-Tha-Thank you Babe'' You hug him really really tight “Of course Zo anything for my favorite swordsmen” You kiss his forehead. After that he never takes it off ever and if he thinks that its gonna break then he gives it to you trusting you with it because it means so much to him that if it broke it would break his heart.
